In the morning breakfast, the mosquito eggs were green, yes ... green, soon one guest had complained and they took off the buffet, the milk was not frozen, the part of suckles, oats and granules were poorly preserved because they were mugs, no description of foods If you have any allergy, take care. Now the parking, I will make a direct complaint with the hotel and also with the parking company, two days were charged indebtedly, when the first day was charged, setting the withdrawal was up to half a day of the next day, 2h tolerance, we withdrew our car at 11h23 and charged another day!!!!!!! I'm late for a compromise and I couldn't lose time discussing ... Without telling you couldn't connect the car, we had to go down from the room to teach the manufacturer to connect.

Positive points: The hotel is well located, is located in a quiet area, with fast access to a small market, restaurant/lunch options, pharmacies and a metro station, all below 500m from the hotel. The staff of the hotel was excellent, we were always attended with agility and education. The rooms are wide, divided into two environments: a small room with sofa, table and fridge; and a large bathroom with a wide bed/shower. The fridge was new, it worked right and was well supplied. Breakfast service is excellent, careful and educated staff. We had no row problems, nor waiting for a change of travesses/portions. The food is reasonable, simple and basic. The hotel is located in a very old building and needs urgent maintenance in various areas. The hotel is well-cared and preserved, but the other common areas and rooms need urgent investments to be modernized. The room, though clean, has a very old structure, which has me felt in a ”smutsy” and ”disarmad” environment. The bathroom has various use screws/slides; the garden and the carpet, also. The air conditioning, The wall was old and it did not work right. Except for the bed, the furniture was all very old: the sofa, the table and the chairs of the room need maintenance (or exchange). The rooms - in the room where I stayed - were old model and the reception did not provide us with a adapter. We had to improvise, connecting the laptops on the bedsides. The hotel's academy is terrible, few equipment, almost all broken. It is located on the hotel cover and at least has a beautiful view of the surroundings. Guests who want to use the environment (as I) will be extremely frustrated. On breakfast, it should be noted that the marketing made by the establishment is over-reported. There are flyers throughout the hotel, announcing the service as a ”farm breakfast”, assertion that doesn't make any sense. The hotel creates a expectation for frustration in the guests. In short, I had a reasonable experience, The excellent staff care and location do not compensate for the old and depleted infrastructure of the hotel. However, the business has a great potential, provided the building, common areas and rooms are undergoing many reforms.

The hotel is not a real Radisson. I know that Radisson has a licensed contract with some hotels, but they are not Radisson - which is a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is well located if you will be at berrini region. Breakfast is well served with good options. Rooms are large but pretty basic, nothing really special. I did not like the bathroom: they are pretty old, need some refurbish and illumination is not the best. My problem about the hotel was the service, it is pretty bad. My welcome was ridiculous, I arrive at the hotel at 11am in a Monday. Apparently I was revived by the manager...after doing the checkin he informed me that the room was ready but since the hotel standard checkin is 2pm I would need to pay 50% more on the daily. To me doesn’t make any sense, specially if the room was ready to me...looks like a scam. When I complained saying: it was a good time when hotels offered early checkin for free, he replied ironically in a passive aggressive way: In fact we offer for free but after 12:30pm feel free to wait here and try your luck. My true desire was to walk away...but after 9h flight plus 2h of traffic to get there I just wanted to take a shower. So I accepted. To my surprise, next to me there was a young lady doing checkin without any luggage. She was informed about the same hotel rule, but when protesting the same guy who was attending me said to the other receptionist: just a second that I will release her in the system. It was really shocking... Strangely this girl was alone without luggage but as soon as we entered together in the elevator another guy (without luggage as well) followed her, entering in the room with her. He did not checkin in the hotel by the way. I really don’t want to do any judgement but the whole behavior looks super weird - I just know that I don’t want to be in this kind of hotel. Speaking about service: in the room the cleaning part is not good. It was incredible hot in São Paulo, so one day I left one of my keys inside the room with air conditioner on, the cleaning lady took it off and I kept only with a key. The general experience should be Re-think.

I am from the US, this was my first business trip to São Paulo, and I am very glad I chose this hotel. The location is great, the views are great, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast Buffett was AMAZING! So many options like fresh fruit, fresh juice, and many many other options including Brazilian food I will not try to spell. I have executive status with Marriott; the executive lounge happy hour is exceptional with the complimentary cocktails and at typically 4+ options for Brazilian appetizers. My room was so spacious, including a stocked refrigerator in case I run out of water or feel like a beer. The room was exceptionally clean/tidy each day, and the staff, specifically Denise, was so thoughtful in tidying up my room. I kept forgetting my power adapter when I left for the day so I wrote a reminder note on the desk “bring power adapter”, so I could remember it when I walked out of the door. When I came back I found a new adapter for me to use so I wouldn’t forget to bring my other one to the office each day. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated!!! Denise truly was the difference between a good stay and a great stay!

This hotel was the first Wyndham in Brazil, and it is noticeable in the rooms and mainly in the bathroom, especially the shower could be a little better, and the liquid shampoos and sabbles could stop less. I had stayed in the hotel several times before and always left very good ratings. But not this time. A lot of things have changed compared to our last stays: 1) We arrived at 5 in the morning and asked for an early check-in. Normally we paid the rate of 1/2 day for this, now we had to pay a full day. 2) The room card is needed to access the respective floor with the elevator. This never really worked and I had to get five new cards during my stay. 3) No complimentary water, tea, or coffee in the room anymore. 4) Room incl. bathroom outdated and outworn. When I used the hair-dryer, the lights in the bathroom were flickering. 5) We had phoned the hotel before our booking and asked if there were any renovations and constructions planned as we experienced this last time. The answer was no but when we arrived, the gym and other sections of the hotel were not accessible and noisy work was taking place.

I reserved the room for 2 adults and one baby and the photo showed a berth and the room had no berth. The shower box was very small, inviable to bath in a baby, they should not offer a baby room if they don't behave in the bathroom. I arrived at the hotel the night and with 3 bags and a baby car, there was a inside hotel messager sitting on the sofa and at no time offered help. The location is good. The sofa was dirty and had even nose cake in it. Super small high.

The hotel is not bad but it is an old hotel. It certainly needs modernization. But it is very clean and very attentive staff. With regard to breakfast there are varieties of food but note that they didn't repound but that things remained from previous days. The hotel is also in favour of its own parking, which in Sao Paulo is a real find if you rent a car is a quiet to have parking in the same hotel. The area where you are located is the area of discotheques bars while the two squares around the hotel are discotheques are not very good you can walk to about three squares and you are already beginning to see another type of best-level bars and restaurants . The hotel is located close to the station of under two squares and the supermarket and pharmacy. The hotel is super clean and well located and the attention is excellent but don't expect modernity or luxury . On the other hand, and here if the 10 comes to this hotel and with great applause is that when arrived in my country my husband realized that I had forgotten money in the room. I send a mail to the hotel every two days and they automatically answered that the money had it and returned it to us.

I came to São Paulo for a wedding of a friend. Some of my friend wanted to join me to my room to get prepared together, the hotel forced me to pay 130reals per guest.. that’s insane never saw that before.. the pool is bad, cold and always in a shadow, no towel services and no one to serve us a drink or food there, bit lame.. breakfast is not that great. I stayed in the hotel for two days. The reception staff, especially Tom, are sought and educated. The servant who arranged the room (63) is very educated and sympathetic. I took coffee in the restaurant and found well served, consistent with the charged price (R$35). The location is good. However, the room needed adjustments and maintenance. The sofa was very swing, needing special cleaning. There was a fire signal (all black) take, which made me fearful to fold the loaders of the electronics. The bathroom door was only closed by use of much force, and urgently needed adjustment in size. The shower was a little strange, it seemed a little stuffed. About the Wi-Fi: the hotel makes it clear that the Wi-Fi is a courtesy. However, it doesn't work!!! If you're going to work there, don't count on the hotel's internet. I did not see any series, but I suggest that it is better to charge for a service that will work than to provide as a courtesy and we cannot use it.

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.
