В целом очень неплохой отель, но есть много, но. Мы сейчас тут и начинают приезжать по чуть чуть-чуть китайцы, кто знает что это, хорошо, а кто нет - то это рой крикливой саранчи. После них пусташь. Завтраки определённо на 3-, но жирный плюс это разнообразие фруктов если успеете до саранчи и соотечественников. В остальном не далеко высокая кухня, скорее средняя заводская столовка. Уборка просто 2. Мусор (в пакетах) и песок почти не убирают. Приходиться самим убираться (полотенце для ног мочить и протирать пол). Мусорку убирают если что. Стабильно меняют полотенца и добавляют воду (4 бут. Воды в холодильнике платные). Прикольный двух зонный басик на 7 этаже с шикарным видом на море. Есть небольшая тренажерка, 2 бильярдных стола американки и настольный футбол. На 6 эт. Спа мы его еще не посещали , но постояльцам 30% скидка. Номера в целом не большие, но все необходимое есть - халаты, резиновые тапки, даже зубные щетки. Тв LG по ним только пропаганда и деградируещее 1, россия и еще какая хрень. Берите Тв приставки, деревянные рамки можно аккуратно отодвигать от стены снизу на себя и порт hdmi вам в помощь, рядом розетки. Душь забивается помогаетутые резиновые тапки (ногой хлопаете по сливу и пробиваете засор). Отдельно могу сказать, что локация очень удобная. Центр, внизу магазин с хорошим алкоголем и по хорошим ценам и черездорогу минемаркет, ночной рынок и многое другое.

Located in the second-line sea-view room area, five minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by apartments and hotels, but shopping is very inconvenient, there are almost no supermarkets, only restaurants and small shops selling special products. The building is still being renovated on the left side of the hotel, so it is noisy and dirty. The inside of the hotel is the same as the pictures on the Internet. It uses rattan furniture, which is very Vietnamese. The rooms are clean, the bedding is relatively old, the windows can be opened, and there is no peculiar smell and moisture. The room is large and the lighting is good. Outside the window is an old apartment. A few ropes are run down from the top of the building. I don't know what it is for. I wanted to ask the locals, but then I forgot. Because it is close to the sea, the seaside wind is not small, the indoor windows are not hot at all, and I do not turn on the air conditioner. But when someone else opened it, there should be an outdoor unit of the air conditioner upstairs above the window. It was very loud. I told the front desk if I could change the room. But the lady on duty at the front desk showed me a few rooms, but the conditions were far worse than the lighting in my original room, and to avoid the noise of the building construction site on the left. I couldn't change it because I couldn't help it. I thought that in such a big hotel, there are no people living in it. How can I choose the worst room to show me? I didn't want to change it. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

The clean facilities, unique interior, friendly service from the staff, and cozy bedding were perfect. However, since there are so many budget hotels in Nha Trang, the price may seem a bit expensive, but considering the satisfactory service, accessibility to the city, and the fact that it is a new building, I think it is not a bad choice. There were many kinds of breakfast, so I couldn't try them all, but there was also banh xeo and rice noodles. The coffee served separately was delicious and seemed to be made at the cafe. I always use the gym, and it had the best facilities among the hotels I've been to in Nha Trang. The swimming pool was a little larger than that of a 4-star hotel, but the number of sunbeds seemed insufficient. I felt they were considerate of Koreans by giving them a piece of paper with Korean language information about major facilities.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Honest review from 3 Irish in their early 30’s - We arrived at this hostel at 7am after a night bus from Hoi An. We had emailed prior to arriving requesting an early check in and offering extra payment to facilitate this request however, we were informed people were in our room and wouldn’t be checking out till 11am and they would require 2 hours to clean the room which is completely understandable. Due to this, we rested on the first floor common area and went out for breakfast. We came back at 1pm asking to check in and were told we couldn’t check in till 2pm. We kindly asked to wait in reception and advise us as soon as the room was ready. At 1.30pm we asked what room we were in so we could start bringing our bags up as there was 3 of us and we had quite a lot of bags. We went up and left the bags outside our room and advised reception the cleaners were gone. They still wouldn’t let us into the room. At 1.55pm I asked could we now check in and was told no, 5 more minutes! We had a private room so there wasn’t anyone else in there so making us wait till 2pm on the button was ridiculous. As we were waiting to check in, reception went ahead and checked in a group of 5 who just walked in the door but still refused to check us in. When we finally got to check in, we were asked for payment upfront and had to be cash as they wouldn’t accept card. We had no cash and were not advised of this prior to checking in and doesn't state it anywhere on our booking that it is cash only. They could have advised us this during the 7 hours we were waiting to check in but didn’t. Due to this, they requested to hold all of our passports for the duration of our stay which we refused as no hostel or hotel anywhere has requested this before and personally, I wouldn’t trust them with it as they appeared to be kept in an opened drawer at reception. While we were waiting to check in, we asked the staff at reception for some advice on what to do or where to go but they wouldn’t even speak to us unless we booked a tour with them. Absolutely no help unless you’re giving them your money. We finally got into our private room which had no toiletries, not even hand soap. We also received one toilet roll for 3 people, a joke. The water was freezing and had to ask for it to be turned on. Even after we asked for it to be turned on, it was still cold! The private rooms are on the 6th floor below the bar which had loud music on until near 1am. The pool says opened from 8am but didn’t open till after 4pm each day. The so called breakfast included is laughable. Slices of watermelon with toast. No coffee, tea or any drinks. Hostel also doesn’t offer any free water, even to refill your own bottles. There was no linen sheet on one of our beds, only a throw. The only positive about this hostel was the lady on the bar in the evening and the other people staying there. Rooms are overpriced, reception staff rude and facilities are a joke.

Good location. Large rooms. Beautiful view of the sea. First line. There are few elevators, you stand in line for a long time. The pool is free on the 6th floor, very small. There is a swimming pool on the 40th floor, it is paid. 360 panorama, with an excellent view of the entire city. We booked a room with one bed, but ended up with two. Terrible cleaning, you need to write to the manager via What's app, he will come whenever he wants. This time he decided not to come at all. There is no soap, shampoo in the room... I like the decoration of the hotel very much, the front desk and concierge service are good, smiling. Booked an ordinary room, but seen from the balcony, the sea view on the left and the city view on the right. We are two rooms and we have connected rooms. The BUT guy is a bit tricky. After we entered the room, we locked the door, and the children played in the friend's room. After a while, we went out directly from the friend's room. The door of China Unicom was closed by friends. . After returning, the most embarrassing thing in the world appeared. Both doors were closed. The one that can be opened with the room card is locked, and the other door has no handle and no lock hole. The manager on duty looked at it for a while, but couldn't find the engineering department. The engineering department waited for a while, so we wondered how to ”pry the door”. Finally a friend used a card to pry open the door of the Unicom door. Then the problem comes again, so prying the door is so easy, there is no sense of security. . If the acquaintance next door is not horrible. Then we picked up a bunch of car keys under the bed. Alas. The roof has a swimming pool and perfect sunset. Breakfast was also very good. There are many Korean guests. Of course, there are countless Korean guests throughout Nha Trang. After reading the comments, there is a building under construction next month. Indeed, a few months have passed and construction is still underway. Fortunately, the noise is not great, so it has no effect.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

Here we were received very friendly, and we were upgraded for free and without asking! The staff is super friendly and always helpful, the rooms are very newly decorated and super clean! The hotel is located in a small back alley near the mainroad and beach, so it is quiet, even if there is no great view! Our room on the second floor had a window to the street, but still nice and bright! I can recommend this hotel without reservation, that is worth every VND! Use the pick up service from the airport to the hotel offered by the hotel to avoid rip-offs by taxi drivers! The price for that was cheap!

The hotel is close to bus stop No. 18, which is very convenient to and from the airport. The room is clean and tidy. The swimming pool and rooftop bar help pass the time. No vehicles are allowed to park. Breakfast is the usual average, no meat (buffet), but if you arrive at the breakfast room at 6am, more than half of the dishes and tea and coffee cannot be prepared, as far as I am concerned. It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges. A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.

A couple of days later, they met children on the pool who were already going to leave, they warned that they had a bill for peanuts from the minibar which there was no, looked at themselves, we also had no peanuts and chips, warned about it, that there were no problems when you left.Well, not here, we go back to the hotel in the evening we meet admin.and says we have to pay for the dirty towel, but unlike the previous review we didn't patch it.Beaches have the same room and When they are handed out, they stone them so that the dirt is inside, no one will come to check the cleanliness of the towels. When we saw the dirty towel, we left it in the room and went for a walk and here we came back and waited for a surprise.It took 30 minutes to explain that you were not guilty until patience had ended when I said that their towels were dirty, looked and found no clean, also for a week of residence, I wouldn't pay attention to it, but this incident was angry.After this dismantling in the morning, the cleaners came and washed the floors and changed the bed and towels (which checked every day).After a day there was the same conflict with women from the 12th floor and all was in the same towel.I had the impression that they were making money in this way.Before leaving the number checked, About breakfast, Maybe when there were Chinese, they were more diverse, but when we were in 14 days they didn't change, we didn't have enough, but in other hotels at least one dish changes every day and here stability. The pool is normal, the truth before our departure removed all the mattresses from the lying, I very much hope that it is temporarily for washing.If there were no such cassues, the hotel is like a hotel, we come to see the country not to sit in a hotel.But unfortunately the guests don't like it If you do not want all the holidays to wait for you, it is better to choose another hotel, the more now the prices have decreased and for acceptable means you can choose.By the way, I would not call it too, enough pleasure in the bathroom.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Resided in the Brandi Ocean Views hotel. The room is on the 7th floor. The view from the balcony is chic. The truth is a little noisy, as glass packets are only made of one glass. Clean every day. Towels are changed daily. Resepshn is friendly and responds to all requests. Breakfast is a problem. They are oriented to Chinese. And to 8-30 everyone is already eating. 0.5 I booked this property because I thought it would be good to stay overnight. A lot of Koreans go to places that are usually 50,000 won per night, but this place costs 30,000 won for two king beds and three people. The facilities such as air conditioning and shower were clean and ok. The staff is staying at 24 o'clock and friendly at the inception. The location is also very good!
