Praia e Piscina: Não há recreação nem monitoria na piscina, mas nada que atrapalhe. Serviço de praia foi ok, mas para pegar cadeira e guarda sol nos dias mais movimentados, chegue cedo, (no período que estava lá, estava faltando um funcionário que estava doente, então o serviço de praia ficou um pouco comprometido).
Localização: Bem no centrinho dos Ingleses, muitos restaurantes, mercados, lojinhas na porta do hotel. Só precisa pegar o carro se realmente quiser.
Estacionamento: Pago a parte - R$ 30/diária.

The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. |18.27km from city centerMy partner and I stayed here for four nights in March 2022. Overall we enjoyed the resort and may stay again. The resort has a nice fun pool in the centre of the complex along with good bar service. There is also plenty of space for kids to play. If you prefer the beach then there is direct access from the pool area and chairs and umbrellas from the resort and readily available at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful and responded to all our requests. We also received daily housekeeping which post-covid seems to be a luxury. Whilst the resort was very good it could easily have been even better. Our apartment (and others may be different) was in real need of some tender loving care, in particular the bathroom which was old and tatty. We were also provided with a wide range of tea and coffee pots, cups, saucers but nothing to actually make coffee or tea with! And yes, we asked…. The on-site restaurant is good value but not the best place to eat by a long shot. It’s handy being on site and is more than adequate but if you are staying more than a couple of days check out other local places. Finally if you have a need to connect with work or to be online during your stay make sure you have plenty of cellular data as the advertised wifi is truly awful. It frequently failed to connect, dropped the connection and was very slow. In fact it was next to useless. This is a nice place that you feel could be so much better with just a bit of effort.

The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street.
The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects.
High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay.
Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis.

When I arrived at the hotel the check in was easy and the check in person spoke great English. (This is not the common in Brasil, even in some famous brands). Room was clean and close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Praia dos Ingleses in Florianpolis.

Such amazing and attentive staff. So super friendly and helpful and the food is perfection. Breakfast is a must, and you must try a Caipirina. Also, it is close to the FLN airport. What a great find! The grounds are beautiful, there are monkeys in the trees, great playground, pool area, sauna, landscaping, flowers. This hotel has chalets and suites (apartments). We were in a superior apartment. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view of the mountains in the distance. The pack and play was set up with linens and towels in the bedroom. There are toiletries in the bathroom (contrary to a recent review). For a family with a baby, the fact that there is a separate bedroom is a must so that the baby can sleep peacefully. We were very comfortable and the included buffet breakfast was delicious, lots of variety, juices, yogurt, fruit, baked goods, desserts, eggs, meat, oatmeal. Note on beach access: This hotel is not close to the busy part of Campeche beach, which suited us perfectly. The staff directed us to the pathway to access the beach (a short 10-minute walk through fields and next to a cemetery). After crossing the dunes (and coming across a horse and her foal), we had the beach almost all to ourselves. Definitely my kind of beach, where we can enjoy the sand and waves without crowds of people. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Campeche again, I will stay here.
