Where can I begin to start about this hotel? From the minute we walked through the door you would think you were in a 5* hotel with the level of service you receive. The room was modern and beds extremely comfortable. There were a few bits of damage but nothing we couldn't see past. The only gripe I had with the room is that because the Make up room/ Do not disturb LED light is beside the bed this lights up blue on a night and can be bothersome. A fantastic mention for our housekeeper Gihan keeping us well stocked in towels and everything tidy. The pool is well maintained and pool towels are of a very good quality. We looked in the gym and contrary to a previous review the air con works. Bar service and the range of drinks are excellent, as is the Cafe on the ground floor which has excellent cakes and is very reasonably priced. Infact we couldn't believe it. A great comfortable hotel with everything necessary, bed generally super. There is a workplace, the Internet is good. It was really comfortable, unexpectedly better than on the photo. Enabled early settlement. Air conditioner, fan, hot water, safe. I didn't like · The feeling of the strict is just, the requirement to pay in dollars (but accept cards), demanded a vaccination certificate (this January 2023, when all canceled as 2 months), on the doors of the inscription that it is impossible to bring guests. After a bunch of kind gestahouses it seemed to be too serious. The area is a little strange, lots of homeless. , but walked even at night, it was okay. Overall quiet, but if someone in the corridor starts talking then noisy, staff better behave quietly, especially in the morning

Clock Inn is an excellent hostel with a great location on Galle Road, Colombo’s premier business, touristic and shopping boulevard, close to the seaside. The room facilities are good, as the hostel services. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hostel to budget minded travellers. Hopefully we will meet each other again upon my next visit to Colombo.

I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion. The hotel's location is its prime asset, along with the excellent staff who go out of their way to help your needs. I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to the Island and on both occasions the team made me feel at home. The hotel is affordable for budget travelers and provides all the basic amenities and offers a very solid Sri Lankan or Continental breakfast. The bathrooms and the bed linens are clean and the rooms are air-conditioned, I did have the occasion to stay in the pricy Cineman Grand and Galleface hotels, however for the price they charge and the helpfulness of the staff. Hotel Sapphire is well worth the stay. I will give it two thumbs up.

Quiet in the middle of noisy. It is an English-style mansion built during the colonial period of Sri Lanka in the 1930s. Tintagel is named after a castle in Cornwall, England (the birthplace of the legendary King Arthur) and Paradise Road is a high-end lifestyle brand created by local Sri Lankan designer Shanth Fernando. Geoffrey Bawa, a famous architect, participated in the design transformation. Before 2005, it was the residence of the President of Sri Lanka. The hall furniture layout combines the historical and cultural elements of the old objects (it is said to have been transported by China). The slightly oxidized brass chandeliers make the overall space more mysterious. All the artworks and paintings here are authentic. Therefore, a strong sense of art is born. It is definitely a photo resort (but make an appointment in advance. There are a total of 10 rooms in this hotel.) The last note is that I lived in ROOM 9 and was once a suite where Prince Charles lived.

Very beautiful lobby with live music every evening! A fantastic restaurant with a magnificent Swedish table for dinner, where you can try both fresh seafood and national cuisine. A very pleasant open pool on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy both the ocean view and the city. Spacious modern rooms. Special thanks to the charming girl Darje - the guests' manager.
