Great location. Easy to access and easily reachable by phone. The staff are pleasant, courteous and polite. A car park just under the hotel means you don't have to worry about parking. A partnership allows you to benefit from a 10% discount. The studio itself is large and functional. Cold, not very warm, it benefits from a balcony. The main thing is there. If the place is clean it is not clean. The paint is chipped in places. The colors are gloomy. The bathroom is not attractive, everything is worn and the sink was completely clogged, very appetizing.

The first time I stayed in the hotel, I felt like home, small enough, kind enough, and caring enough. The hotel room does not have slippers, toothbrushes, kettles, only bath products. Hot water tea bags, coffee and biscuits are available in the lobby. Every time you come back from shopping, sit in the Nordic-style lobby and enjoy the cold wind, hot tea, and chat with the front desk. The family room I live in has one large bed and two small beds. The breakfast is very simple, it ends at ten o'clock, and the food and drink are complete. If you wake up late, there is still bread to eat in the lobby. This is why it feels like home, because there are many times a day you have to stay here. The hotel is close to the castellane station of Metro Line 1. I bought a three-day ticket for the trip. Metro and public transportation are common. All attractions can be reached by no more than two buses. I tried to walk to the old port on foot on the first day, which took less than half an hour. There are Korean restaurants and Carrefour supermarket downstairs. There are Chinese restaurants, seafood and pizza near the subway station. Very convenient.

Room was dusty and not well cleaned. No cleaning of the room or change bedding nor towels during your stay or you have to pay an extra fee. Breakfast too expensive for what you get, nice bakery with coffeeshop on 60m walk. Dinner food comes out of jars?? Doesn't look appetizing. Nice Vietnamese restaurant across the street and few blocks away Lebanese restaurant and many good restaurants for all tastes at the old port easy reachable by metro or tram. I asked for extra pillows which couldn't be provided. No soap in the bath area, all this is never checked during your stay.. Friendliness of counter personnel is poor. Upon arrival you still have to pay city taxes per day per person and a warranty of 150Euro which is blocked on you account and made free after inspection of the room. There's no place to lay your suitcase for emptying and cabinets are minimal.

Good quality bedding, beautiful view and location. The breakfast is very rich and there is nothing missing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. They should be a little more respectful for hotel customers, especially cleaner. Strongly leave next year! ! ! ! !

The hotel was quiet (provided your window closes well...), But the darkening curtains were old, and see through. They really provide the minimum Accor benefits for a gold/platinum/diamond member. No way to get a welcome drink for the two occupants of the room, and no gift as a benefit. Moreover it is the only hotel in the town that does not participate in the free breakfast at weekend benefit. Please take that into account. It is not advertised anywhere and we were told that we had to check it for ourselves on Accor website. The hotel takes a lot of advantages by using the name Mercure and attracts status members but they do not take this responsibility seriously and give the benefits as they see fit. The customer is not in a position to negotiate what benefits they want, so why is it so easy for a hotel to opt out?

I usually get up late without booking breakfast; free parking; walk to the supermarket within a few minutes to solve the problem of eating and drinking (borrow hotel microwave oven); there is a gas station nearby, and there is a KFC within ten minutes of walking; choose to stay because of the cost-effectiveness, and drive to the city It takes 20 minutes. The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout of the space is reasonable, and the functional areas are clearly divided and the facilities are perfect. It is a large space room rarely seen in Europe. Going out is the station, and it is convenient and cheap to go to various attractions called uber. It is within walking distance of all major attractions and is fully equipped and convenient. have to be aware of is: 1. The location marked in the room and the check-in are not the same location, but on the back of Rue Vacon Street. See the drawing, I hope that the next time Ctrip can make a note, although it is the listing of booking. 2. We live on the second floor, 2nd floor, actually the third floor. If there is no elevator, the weight of the baggage needs to be considered. 3. Regarding parking, there is one next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The guide is 15 Euros a night. This depends on the specific time period. From the drawing, everyone can understand the parking rate. We stopped for about 22 hours on the first day, and paid the top 31.7 euros. The next day is 9:00 in the morning. Leave and pay about 22 euros. 4. Regarding the pre-authorization deduction, they usually return at 4 pm on the day of departure, plus the bank's operating time, it may take 2-3 days to arrive. We are showing pictures of the check-out, I hope to return immediately. The staff asked if the room had extra consumption and immediately retired.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. You can't check in until 3pm, no matter what - even if your flight arrives at 9am in the morning, so be aware that they will need to hold your bags if you wish to drop them off. Staff was very friendly, but right at 3pm, everyone arrives to check in and the wait can take a little time. Our room was pretty small, but had a little kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable and the view was basically of a run-down apartment building in the back of the property (depressing). We fortunately had a good nights rest with very little noise. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and you can buy pods at the front desk. The location is walkable to many tourist shops and restaurants right in Old Port. The room appeared to be clean, but a bit run down. I would suggest a one night's stay if needed, but to stay longer might cramp your style if you wish for something a bit more roomy and charming. Overall, good stay and a good place for walking around Old Port and surrounding neighborhoods.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight, it looked dated as to be expected from a 2-star hotel. Before arriving, we had received an email to say that we would need to pick up the key from a locker as the check-in is not 24 hours. However, this was not the case. There was a man at the check-in desk, who took our name, checked our ID then proceeded to ask for the city tax. We had emailed to ask for 2 twin rooms - they had accepted the request via email, but as we checked in, it became apparent that the hotel was full and there were no twin rooms available, and we would definitely be able to get the twin rooms the next day in the morning. We paid the tax and he went to issue our key cards to gain access to the floor we were staying on and for the doors to our room. The machine was not working to issue us key cards. The only way we could get into our rooms was for the security to open the communal door to our floor, then guide us to our room and open the door to the room for us. We were in effect imprisoned in our rooms as we had no key to pass to and from. At this point it was 1 am and we just needed to sleep. The website stated it has air conditioning - hot air just blew out all night. When I asked reception (leaving the door wedged open as I had no room key) They said its working fine. It definitely was not. In the morning we asked reception to issue us the keycards so we could come and go as we pleased, but their system was still broken. We asked about moving to the twin rooms, they said we don't have any twin rooms you'll have to make do. We asked a technician to check the AC in the room, but they sent someone who didn't even enter the room - and also said it was working fine. I decided to complain to the front desk as this was not acceptable - a lot of back and forth between the front desk and our room (which someone had to stay inside to let me back in) nothing was getting resolved. When confronted about the AC - the duty manager said 'some guests have complained the AC is too cold so we have turned it down - this is the best we can do Its the end of July with temperatures of 34c in the day and 28c at night. It would make more sense for people who feel too cold to turn their own AC off. To make matters worse, whilst walking down the corridor the cleaner was servicing the rooms, there were 6 doors wide open as she dipped in and out of each one, leaving the doors open so other guests could see inside and easily help themselves to others personal belonging. The manager said we were welcome to leave (great customer service) with no mention of getting our money back. These are some of the examples of absolute insanity within the hotel. Thank god we booked through a travel agent as they swiftly removed us from the situation and relocated us. The travel agent called the Ibis to check if the AC was up to scratch to which they told the truth and said no, to make matters worse we were heckled by the manager for speaking to our travel agent. I would

The hotel's biggest advantage is that the breakfast restaurant has unparalleled views and overlooks the old port of Marseille. It is great! The Western breakfast is very rich, with more meat, and freshly cut ham, various cheeses, desserts, and gluten-free diets. In my opinion, five-star hotels in Europe and America are excellent breakfasts. Although it is all cold Western style, there is nothing Chinese hot food to eat. Fortunately, I am more suitable for European and American food. In addition, the gym is okay. Generally speaking, it is a good five-star hotel in Europe. The location is a ten-minute walk from Jiugang subway station. You can also take the bus, which is very convenient. Generally speaking, most five-star hotels in Europe cannot compare with the domestic five-star chain facilities and breakfast, so it is still good to compare with domestic ones.

I stayed over when the CV crisis had just kicked off, having cut my walking holiday short to return home. Staff were all very helpful, but in particular Olivier on reception who was exceptionally helpful and supportive. I was travelling alone at this point and the city had just endured the first day's lockdown. I was told to return to the hotel by Police when I went for a walk to find food. The hotel provided printed official government forms for guests to complete to state why there needed to travel (though I was not once asked for it, at least I had one) and provided hot water and coffee free of charge although the cafe was not allowed to open. The room was spotlessly clean, bed comfy and there was little noise at night. If you stay here, say hi to Olivier, he was absolutely fabulous!!

I have had a really good experience through all my stays at Greet Hotel. It is close to St Charles TGV station, which is handy as I always arrive in MRS late with luggage. The staff is ”sympa”, and trustable. I once had forgotten my wallet at the reception, and I got a phone call a few minutes later inviting me to come and get it. Rare in MRS. The manager is a nice lady who clearly makes sure that her guests are all settled nicely. ”My” room, always the same so far, faces the courtyard, so no traffic noise, and barely any noise at all. The bed is huge, so is the TV screen. There's a nice character desk where I like to work or email on in the evenings. Brekky is takeaway with the option to bring it back to our rooms. It's quite nice considering the COVID measures. The bathroom is big too. And there are plenty of pigeonholes to put your various effects in. There is a Le Vélo bay next door, which makes it easy to go anywhere for... EUR 1 a week! MRS is mostly sunny throughout the year, so you can just consider riding to anywhere. No mask needed when riding, BTW. For my next, regular, biz trips to MRS, I'm not looking any further. The perk of this hotel, for me, is clearly the reading corners in the foyer, boasting an ecclectic choice. I make a point reading a few pages everytime I go.

We stayed here twice, each time for two nights. March and May 2022. This is a real gem of a hotel right in M****illes. We used this pet friendly hotel as a stopping point to break up our road trip. We stayed each time in one of the garden rooms which although snug, was immaculate and well equipped. Each room has a Nespresso with some complimentary coffee pods. There is also tea making facilities with a kettle. The bathroom was also delightful and again well equipped. The hotel has free secure parking, which is not common in this city. The hotel has lovely gardens and plenty of outside seating / tables. There is also a pool which was not open in March, but was in May. The Hotel has a snack menu that operates in the evening which was good. Donavon the maitre d’ / barman / waiter is a delight who is passionate about the hotel and the food. He explained in detail about the ingredients in the food that was on offer and is proud of all the locally sourced delights. His knowledge of wine was equally impressive. He made our stay both times, even better. The breakfast is continental style. The hotel was fine for us to use Deliveroo and have lunch delivered as they do not have a lunch service. We are planning to travel again in September and are keen to try and incorporate another visit to this lovely hotel.

      Vieux Port - La Canebière
When I booked, I was allocated a room in which there was a very extreme and unbearable smell of rot from the bathroom. Due to the volume of the bar and the harbor in front of the house, the window could not be left open. I pointed this out directly to the front desk, but didn't receive any help or even a message for several hours. It wasn't until I reported back to reception several hours later that I found out that the employee had finished his shift without notifying me or housekeeping. The new employee could no longer reach anyone due to the late hour. He moved us to the next room, but it had the same smell, but at least a bathroom door that could be locked. The next morning we canceled the stay and the receptionist promised us to refund the money for the remaining two nights (almost 400€!). This was almost three months ago and I have not heard from the hotel since. Except for one request, how I rate the stay. Here you have my answer. Apart from the problems described, the hotel is clearly overpriced for what it offers. The views from the rooms are fantastic, but that's about the only positive thing. Rooms are very small, noticeably worn even in the higher categories. The breakfast has only a very limited choice, at least we weren't shown any alternatives apart from bread, croissants, jam and coffee.
