1.53km from EdukaWow.very impressed by this place. It's about 10 mins in a taxi to ibiza old town and set in the countryside. Lovely clean room with air con and huge bed. Breakfast area had plenty fresh pastries, bread, coffee etc which were available through the day. The pool area was nice and clean and we were sometimes the only ones there! Great Balinese beds. We had a nice lunch with wine one day and they will serve drinks to you at the pool. There are mountain bikes available to borrow free so we cycled around the surrounding countryside which is beautiful. On departure day our taxi didnt turn up so the owner drove us to the airport! Not a lot of owners would do that and we were very grateful. Would absolutely recommend and I hope we will be back one day.
1.73km from EdukaReally amazing hotel in Ibiza. Visited July 2020 (Covid 90 time) I have also visited earlier years, always satisfied. Pros: Great location, walking distance to city center, 30 meters to Pacha, 300 meters to Lio, two minute stroll to the port etc. Kids playground inside the hotel and also just outside Great restaurants including the restaurant/club Cipriani Amazing pool, adult and kids, very large, not seen larger in Ibiza. Fantastic room with large balcony, huge nice bed, bar, bath tub, nice toilet and shower, double sink, lots of storage space, dark curtains, well working aircon, no noise, extremely clean, soap, lotion la la la just perfect Room service: TOP - no matter if you ask for a wine opener, in room dining, iron, ice cubes - whatever, its there in no time. It is honestly not even very expensive. Large burger with fries is around EUR 25. Design: Absolutely amazing with art and huge spaces, lots of air. CheckIn/Out: Perfect, no mistakes, no diddly daddly, fast, it just works Pool side service: Top - ask for a towel, you'll get two and you'll have it 3 minutes after you asked. Ask for an ash tray; yes sir, here you go. Ask for a green juice, 5 minutes later you have it. Great food Nice breakfast, due to Covid I guess ii is less and a little below other years standard. Small areas to improve: * Checking out went very well, meanwhile the bell boy getting us a cab was not by the door. He came after waiting 5-6 minutes, no big deal, meanwhile strange, especially at Gran. * Gym: It is small and has no machine for training your back. This I find strange, especially considering perhaps 10% of the visitors are top footballers and other high end athletes. I went to Bfit gym a couple of times because of this. This gym can also be recommended. * Versus other Ibiza 5star hotels like Nobu, Uhshuaia, Hard Rock . . . Gran is NOT on the beach and you must actually drive getting to a beach. Will I be back: Oooh yes :-)

1.81km from EdukaThe location is next to a double-ring island, the neighborhood is rather ridiculous, the sea is not visible, and the bar area is also about 7 kilometers, but the hotels near the bar are like farmhouses. There are casinos on foot, and a marina business district, which is more advanced, but only Dior. The room is still very good, more style and design, I upgraded the penthouse suite at my own expense, only 2 on the top floor, the balcony is still very comfortable, although not as big as I expected!

1.97km from EdukaWould highly recommend this hotel...very friendly and welcoming staff, including at check-in when we decided last minute to upgrade to sea view room. I would advise booking a sea view if possible as the views out over the bay are beautiful, and we spent ages sitting out on the balcony each evening watching the little boats come in and out. The room was very clean and comfortable and the balcony was lovely. Breakfast was included and was very nice...not too busy and very relaxed unlike some hotels at breakfast. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and never crowded. The bar, pool table and table tennis were also great. Plenty of lovely little restaurants within walking distance, lovely little stroll all the way around the bay along the boardwalk accessed from the hotel’s beach. Easy access into Ibiza town too via the water taxi from the marina. Can’t fault the Argos and would definitely recommend.
2km from EdukaEspecially good
2.11km from EdukaWe stayed for 4 nights in September, looking for a nice relaxing break in between jobs and sadly the experience of our trip was tainted by many factors due to this poor 'boutique' hotel - I work in the travel industry booking boutique hotels for clients every day and would not ever suggest Mikasa to a client for the price that they are asking (over £200 a night even with a last minute booking discount, FYI)! Of the variety of "complimentary" items as part of your booking (stated on their website) they no longer do the eco-bags but have failed to remove this from the website. The mini bar in the room consists of small bottles of expensive branded spirits and mini-Champagne bottles, but there is no mini-fridge, so you're expected to drink lukewarm bubbles? There was also a convenient lack of a price list for these. The transfer upon request which is also listed under the 'benefits of booking' comes at an extortionate price, even though you assume by the marketing online that it's a 'benefit' of booking and which at no point mentioned being at a charge (including when we booked it over email with the hotel), we were told would cost us €60 for the 15 minute transfer from the airport, which we later realised would have cost around €20 by taxi, we were only notified of the charge when we went to check in and were told that we were “definitely notified of the fee”, I had the emails to prove otherwise. The room is small, there are no side tables to put your things on, no mini-fridge as mentioned, the paint on the walls is peeling badly, the bathroom is tiny and the shower doesn't have a door, so when you shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded. On top of this, it rained one night and the rain leaked through the windows. They also describe themselves as being eco friendly and put bamboo tooth brushes and combs in the bathroom - wrapped in plastic???? Upon leaving, although they advertise that they have shower and change facilities to use if your flight is in the evening after checking out, when we checked out we were told that it was a case of using a room if they weren't all fully booked, however they were all occupied and we were told that we could possibly use the showers downstairs where the chefs change but they were being fixed and they weren't sure when they would be ready to use again. Finally, the lady on reception that greeted us on check-in was really rude and just told us we would have to pay for the transfer and that that there was nothing she could do - during our whole stay, she was not helpful nor friendly. The rest of the staff however were lovely and did help with any questions, so we can't fault them. All in all a really poor experience and we were definitely robbed of our money and 100% disappointed. The hotel has been built by shoddy workmen and it feels like they believe that by putting expensive/luxury products in the minibar and toiletries in the bathroom that they can classify themselves as a boutique hotel

2.56km from EdukaExcellent location, very professional team and spacious and comfortable rooms
2.58km from EdukaLocated in Ibiza Town, the location is good, the hotel is marked 4 stars, but the whole is a bit old, the actual is almost 3 stars, the room facilities are full, the bedroom and the door are very private, the top floor has a swimming pool and restaurant, the view is good. Most worth mentioning is that the doorman and the front desk guy are very enthusiastic about the service and ask for any good answers to any travel questions.
2.84km from EdukaWe stayed at the Mirador Dalt Vila on Friday, August 30th for my partner’s birthday. This was our first time in Ibiza. The Mirador hotel is located in a perfect location within old town Ibiza. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the bustling night life of old town. The hotel offers spectacular panoramic views of the port, city and Ibiza’s beaches. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service via a luxurious Mercedes Benz E class sedan. When we arrived at the hotel we were offered a glass of champagne and were warmly greeted by Stefania Penasa who checked us in and who surprised us with a fabulous upgrade to a one-bedroom corner suite in celebration of my partner’s birthday! The suite was stunning with French doors leading to three Juliet balconies offering forever Ibiza island views, high ceilings, Brazilian cherry hard wood floors, Persian rugs and beautiful millwork, including solid core pocket doors in the bedroom and bathroom! The bathroom was covered in floor-to-ceiling marble and had a dual vanity, jetted tub, waterfall shower and a separate water closet. The hotel also has a deep plunge swimming pool and sun deck with stone walls touching the historic Dalt Vila. Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff arranged dinner reservations at La Dispensa, which was approximately a 10 minute walk from the hotel and was a fabulous recommendation. The hotel also offers a complimentary full-service custom order breakfast in the morning. The Mirador hotel is a ‘shiny jewel’ that stands out amongst other luxury hotels. Overall, a five star experience packaged in a boutique hotel in a perfect location!

Amazing place, nothing was too much trouble for Maria. the view from the loft is beautiful, we used this room for our last day as we had a late fight home. The gate in the bottom apartment leads out onto a small beach which is a dog beach. We didnt mind this at all, but be warned if you are not a dog lover, there are dogs with their owners all day. Another thing to bear in mind, the party boats drop anchor about 75m out to sea in front of the apartments - again not a problem for us being 40 somethings, we were first generation ravers, dance music playing all afternoon was more of a plus point!! But it is loud and would disturb you if this isnt your scene (why you in Ibiza town then?!😆) · No designated parking, but parking is free all around on the street, provided you can find a space...
I had the pleasure of staying at Can Guillem for a week in spring and highly recommend it for a relaxing, authentic Ibizan country hotel. There are various accommodation options from separate casitas with their own gardens & hot tubs beside an idyllic rose garden as well as the main finca that’s been carefully restored. Staying in the main finca, I frequently woke to the smell of baked goods made by the family who were both endearing & very welcoming. Breakfast was an array of typical local produce from Ibizan homemade sausages & sobrasada, local preserves, fresh fruit, cereals & home baked breads & cakes. The grounds were extensive with olive groves gardens & pool. Dinner could be booked in advance if desired leaving you to explore the many gastronomic offerings in the local vicinity. The rooms in the main three hundred year old finca retained the charm of the original and restored Sabina wood ceilings and my room was spacious with a four poster bed separate dressing room, Juliet balcony & large private bathroom. Situated centrally within this place is recommended for those in need of a tranquil setting to relax in peace & privacy.
We stayed one week at Torre des Canonigo, off-season and with the unfortunate closing at 10pm of all bars and restaurants due to Covid. Nevertheless, thanks to the fantastic stay at this beautiful and exclusive hotel, our first visit to Ibiza turned out be excellent. There absolutely nothing to complain about. The overall look and design of the hotel is beautiful, the location in the old town have fantastic views, beds are so comfortable, the room and bathrooms perfect and spacious. But most of all, each person in the extremely helpful, friendly and efficient staff deserve all FIVE STARS. All requests and some minor incidents were quickly and smoothly taken care of. Next time we come, we would just love to have local made jam for breakfast and butter for breakfast. ;)
I came to burn youth from Ibiza last summer! It was good to use with friends, walking distance to Hi Ibiza Club and breakfast in the morning was very good!!
It's fantastic and I like it.
The service of the hotel is very good, because it was my birthday and honeymoon to say hello in advance, the hotel specially arranged the room for us. The service attitude of the hotel staff was super good, and the staff at the front desk gave us a lot of travel suggestions. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and it is very close to the city center. The old town and the seaside are basically walkable. Other areas can rent a car and set off on their own. If you have any needs, you can ask the front desk. There aren't many taxis, but they all have strongholds, which are located near the downtown harbor.
Muchas gracias por ayudarnos y preparar todo para nosotros! El ambiente es perfecto y paisaje es guapísima! Pasamos luna de miel con Eurostar, era buena opinión. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y beneficios.
Where to start. Hotel was clean and tidy. Some staff members were helpful, some not so much (not even a smile from day one) food was average, got worse throughout the stay and most of the drinks pumps were off by the end of the week. One person on the bar serving only 2 drinks at a time pp which is a pain when one of you is keeping your table and queues min 20mins each time. I dread to think what it would be like in peak season. Struggled to get a sunbed everyday considering the hotel dont allow reserving sunbeds get there early to get a spot! Because of this we reserved one of the Balinese beds, the cheapest price is €28 including a bottle of bubbly, but dont be fooled it's not manned in any way, anyone and everyone was using them, but silly me paid for the privilege. Didnt notice until a couple of days after we got there, but where the hairdryer was fixed into the wall there was no cover on all the electrical wires luckily nothing came of it as I hardly used it. I didnt say anythin so un aware of any response I would get as looking back through reviews I dont think they would take too kindly and I certainly didnt want any blame. So the last day came. 12pm check out, kick out. Yes they held our luggage until 6pm. But the whole hotel went into lockdown. They provided water, nothing else. Shutting it down covering all windows with brown paper, it was dark cold and miserable. They wouldn't do a thing, there were older couples, young girls and boys, disabled who all were in the same boat who had no clue what to do and were very anxious with the situation. Had we known this was the case I wouldn't have booked this hotel as our flight wasnt til early hours the next morn. It was located in a nice place little walk down the road beautiful beach and bar.. carry on walking in towards the town more shops more bars/restaurants, but would I return to this hotel?? Absolutely not. Really disappointing. But also was a cheap getaway, so lesson learnt maybe?
This is my 4th stay at this lovely hotel and it was just as good as the first. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming especially Luse she will do anything she can to help! The room was clean and we had a lovely sea view room looking out at Crystal clear seas of Cala Tarida. The food was ok there is always something to eat - only suggestion would be it could be warmer and more choice needed for breakfast poached eggs would be great :) My only disappointment was the quality of the drinks at the bar the soft drinks are always flat and the choice of spirits needs to improve. Most of the time the bar staff were ok but on a few occasions some of the female bar staff were rude and make comments in Spanish.Erika was great as always. Location is great if you want to relax and stay near a lovely beach. If you come to party be prepared to pay a lot out on taxi service. Will be returning again next year! The manager Juan Polo was fantastic always willing to help.
A lovely hotel, perfectly geared up for families with young children. Our 3 year old son, Freddie, had the time of his life. He was excited about the evening Mini-Disco from the moment he woke up in the morning, until the moment he went to sleep. Lorenzo and the rest of the staff are very welcoming, very friendly and an absolute credit to this hotel. Lorenzo is particularly brilliant with the children (he runs the kids club), although I think he might have felt as though he had a stalker by the end of the week, as every single time Freddie saw him, he would wave and shout, "Hello Lorenzo!!!". But he always gave a wave and a smile back, even after the 100th time! The hotel all-inclusive food really is very good, with so many different options at every meal time. There was a daily choice of stew dish with a further choice of potatoes and veg options. Alternatively, there was a grill option, with a daily fish or meat option. On top of that a salad bar, breads, pickles, cheeses, fruit, cakes and other deserts. Or pasta, pizza, chips and nuggets for the less adventurous. I'm struggling to understand the reviews that say there was a lack of choice! The outside bar was fantastic too and the service from the staff was first-class. Estrella on tap, good wines, branded spirits, unlimited ice-creams and an all-inclusive cocktail menu (would usually cost about 7 Euros each)! The day-time snacks from the bar are a little basic, but very tasty. There's also one of two drinks machines here (the other near reception), where you can self-serve soft drinks/coffee/tea/juice etc. We booked a suite style room with a separate room/bed, in the newer part of the main hotel. I'd recommend these rooms as it gives you a lot more space and they have been recently renovated. The room wasn't spectacular, but very functional and clean, which is all you need. They also have Channels 1-5, CBeebies and a few more UK channels, which is useful when trying to get dressed with small children! The beach can get very busy, but is definitely worth a wander down to from the hotel (about 20 steps down to it). The sea is lovely, but careful of the jellyfish if you have a paddle! You can avoid the steps and the deepest sand by going down the hill and walking along a wooden walkway, a perfect place to view the spectacular sun-sets. There is a bar and restaurant on the beach too (with a cigarette machine for those interested). There is one shop in the local area, other than a very small, expensive shop as part of the beach restaurant/bar. It's a mini-market type shop, about a 10 minute walk up quite a steep hill (out of the main hotel door, turn left), which helped to work off all the food. There is little you will need to buy there that you can't get at the hotel, but they do sell small toys/souvenirs and pool accessories, amongst many other things. The bus stop for busses to San Antonio etc. is also around the back of this shop. It takes about 30 mins to San Antonio and co
Stayed at this hotel from the 9th to 12th of July 2020. On arrival, all passengers were temperature checked and during check in, we were reminded of social distancing and hand sanitising (of which there was at least 3 stations in the lobby, not to mention the one at the door on the way in). We were given resort information including new COVID measures that the hotel were undertaking during this period. Rooms were excellent in terms of space and storage. Bathroom was huge with complimentary amenities and a fully walk in shower. We had room 1016 which had a nice big balcony and views over the sea, pool, and entertainment area. Whilst on the topic, the entertainment team were top class, constantly organising fun things to do throughout the day for adults and children. And in the evenings, put on their own shows, quizzes and competition. Really fun and encouraging all to get involved. Hats off to them. Restaurant has a lovely terrace area overlooking the bay. Food was varied every night with a mix of local and international dishes and a broad range to accompany that. The only thing I will say is that portion sizes need to be looked at. I feel there was a lot of waste food and unnecessary cooking of additional products due to staff being heavy on how much food they were giving out. Queue system could be better but wasn't a problem given the hotel wasn't operating at full capacity. And lastly, a nice touch to see was that at the busiest times, the hotel manager Tony would chip in and help serve food or drinks. Nice spacious pool area with plenty of loungers including an upper mezzanine which is a total sun trap. And a pool side snack bar serving drinks, ice creams and small bites to eat such as toasties and hot dogs. And down the side of it is a path (quite steep so those with walking difficulties would be better going out the front of the hotel and round the other way) which takes you to a lovely beach. Loungers are not included (€6 per lounger for the day or €3 after 4pm) but plenty of space to stretch out and shallow, perfect for a swim for all ages. I would highly recommend this hotel for those that just want to chill out All Inclusive, take in the beach and sun, and just have some R+R.
Very good, great location, invincible sea view room, very beautiful, including breakfast, very delicious. The English at the front desk of the hotel is very good, no communication problems!

This trip was taken end of October 2018 - not 2019. Myself and my Mum needed a cheap, last min getaway and had never been to Ibiza! Set on a cliff edge with a trail the beautiful beach which is less than 5 mins... It's a dream. It's a little bay surrounded by a forest with a lovely beach and a little village, a few bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets- though being end of season not a lot was open. Not a long transfer, 25 mins maybe. Bar open late with decent drinks and has branded spirits as part of the all inc! Some cocktails included that aren't bad but of course the extra charge ones are much better! Had a buffet restaurant, Japanese restaurant and a Mediterranean restaurant to choose from - booking required for latter two. Buffet restaurant had great variety, loads of great salad and different hot food... Couldn't complain, beer good and wine was good too! Didn't use Japanese restaurant as it's not our thing but we did use the Mediterranean restaurant which is situated in a separate building just outside the hotel on the cliff edge. A menu is provided with a few different choices, 3 courses, food is good but could have been better... Can't beat location though! The staff make this hotel. The bar staff especially - A special shout out to Jacabo, Adrian, Alejandro, Eloy, Angela and Yusuf who are such amazing people and always made time to talk to us, help us with our Spanish and give us ideas on what to do or where to go! They worked such long hours and worked so hard yet always smiled, always chatted and had a laugh! They are a credit to the hotel. The room was clean and bright, big enough but just happened to be over the entrance to the building so sometimes heard deliveries arriving etc but it didn't bother us. My only quibble is that the lobby, stairwells and sometimes bar (as it is open plan and connected) had a very strong overpowering smell ALL the time... It was possibly a cleaning product as it definitely wasn't a dirty smell - but it was so sicky and strong that it made us feel sick and we had to cover our noses!! Pool area was lovely but didn't use it as it was far too cold being October ... Steep stairs down to different levels for sunbathing so not ideal for those not able... But beautiful views. The beach is perfect for swimming as it is a secluded bay so feels safe and great for snorkelling. Two beach bars which are great to sit at too and a jetty where a water taxi (small ferry) would come by every half hour or so to take people to Santa Eualilia, Ibiza town and Es Cana among other places. This was a highlight for me as it's so quick and easy! We went to Santa Eulalia by water taxi which was ten minutes and a gorgeous ride! Well worth the experience and not too terribly priced! Cala Llonga is further away from any main towns than we first thought... 40 mins easily to Ibiza town. Not alot going on is my only real quibble. We knew there wouldn't be as much going on as in high season but w
My wife and I are no fan of and never book rooms at hostals but this hostal doesn't even look or feel like a hostal, it's more like a small cozy hotel! We loved our stay! The bathroom looked newly renovated, extremely clean and the shower was better than most I've used in Europe! The rest of the room and the patio were also clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful! My only complaint is that our room didn't have a safe and even though the room wasn't large (which is fine, we expected that), there was enough space in the room to fit even a small safe somewhere and it would have been appreciated, perhaps something they can consider for the future. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay! :)
me and my husband stayed at this hotel with a another couple of friends of ours and we was blown away with the location it,was just perfect. from the minute you step on the beach ,its breathtaking. you can actually walk alomg playa den bossa beach to Ibiza town, takes about 40mins.the hotel staff were so friendly and happy.and everything was always super clean, Their beach restaurant had dailyDJs .so was nice to relax there in the afternoon.the breakfast had a hugh variety of everything, the deserts were to die for. we met few of the staff and would like to say thankyou to them for making our holiday esp..........Richard,Jesus,and Thomas. thanks guys and thank you GARBI see you all next year
Had five days here. Apartments where fine no problems at all. Spacious and clean. I would recommend this to stay in summer months for the younger crowd. Not for the people who want a relaxing time. Be warned there is no where to get a decent breakfast or meal. No choice at all. Expensive to eat rubbish. There is a Lidl turn right outside hotel walk down till you see steps to beach, walk along till you see big steps. Go up steps past 2 streets. Turn left and walk to you see McDonald’s. There is an Indian called Kathmandu it’s not bad. Ibiza town is left out of hotel walk up hill down to road go left under bridge, follow to the right. Ten mins walk. Worth it. Look out for jacks Irish bar worth a visit. Be warned watch where you are walking the paths are covered in dog mess.
we were recommended the tomahawk which is not even average. The only thing that you should order is the wagyu, but order more than you think. Portion is just enough for 2 people. It takes 40 minutes to get, so be aware you cannot add to your order unless you want to wait 40 minutes more. Waiters are very unprepared and inattentive they seem completely out of control. They will forget your requests, serve a wrong wine bottle which was supposed to go to another table, argue around your table for too long to understand what they did wrong then collect all your already served glasses and bring your wine to you 15 minutes later. Starters are just not interesting. View is nice but the smell of parilla will be too much to handle at a certain point and when the wind blows over toward your table. Table are impossibly in the dark you wont be able to see what you’re eating, and I like dark restaurants. Reception poor. They will leave you waiting without even sending you a waiter to get your drinks order.
Stayed here for one week at the start of September. We had apartment 1109 that was at the back of the complex. Quite a large apartment with two balconies that offered a bit of a seaview. The apartments were cleaned every day and had aircon, tv, free safety deposit box. However below the balcony was a work service atea with noisy aircon during the day. This wasn't an issue for us but may be for some. The staff were absolutely amazing, helpful, approachable and friendly. The pool area is large and theres a seperate kids pool elsewhere in the complex. Beds were always available and theres a lifeguard. Theres a good gymnasium also. The apartments are in the quietr part of San Antonio but theres plenty of shops bars and restaurants around you. The nearby beach Port des Torrent is stunning and theres a huge aqua park nearby. We absolutely loved our stay here and or what we paid its top marks from us. Would definitely return. Again thank you to the staff for making it a great stay.
Recently returned from an amazing holiday. Got the bus from the airport €3.60 I think and the number L10. You want stop Av Espanya. Get off the bus turn left then first right and the hotel is around 500m in front of you but the only thing, you have to go up around 120 steep steps then down another 120 which was difficult with a case. Or literally jump in a taxi at the airport for around €17. Once we checked in we had a wait whilst our room was ready 2pm. We had paid for a high up sea view and we weren't disappointed, what a view of the bay and its fabulous brand new promenade and decking. The hotel was spotless and the restaurant area was simply the most amazing spot for our breakfast in the sun. The breakfast was ok for what we paid and was mostly the same every day but for our 6 day stay it was manageable. My only criticism was sometimes the food was luke warm mainly the beans and scrambled egg but still tasty all the same. Location was spot on and if wanting the Old town fort etc the quickest way was directly right out of the hotel and follow the dirt track up the bank, keep going then either turn left through the snake tunnel for the town or right and up the bank for the amazing Fort and church. The views are stunning, we spent most of the day walking through the white washed narrow streets of the old town then eventually leading onto the new town and fabulous marina. You can also access the new town and shops if you head up and back down the 120 steps and turn right for the town. We found the old and new town busy during the days but on a night it was quiet and mainly people eating. We wanted music, bands and bars but unfortunately we were a bit late in the year for that. Figueretas was a lovely resort which has had a big development this year with a brand new promenade and decking footpath which was full of people walking and exercising all day. Plenty of restaurants along the front our favourite was Can Jasper see my review on here. A few bars scattered around but like I said a few closing down, the irish bar etc was closed so again no music or entertainment going on. I reckon in the busy months this area will be bouncing as lively resorts are only 10 min walk away and figueretas will obviously get the over spill. Back to the hotel, lovely and spotless throughout the Blavos restaurant was spotless we didn't eat in there but whished we had gone for the Half board option as I found the resort expensive especially €4-€4.50 for a pint of bog standard local ale. Hotels gym facilities is just to say adequate for a little work out while your away if that's your thing. I had a session on the free weights, machines although a little dated and a session on the spin bike as the wife had a soak in the indoor pool. We hired the mountain bikes for the day for only €15 per bike which was great for a cycle around the nearby resorts and had a few ale stop offs on the way. The one thing I couldn't work out about the hotel is Playasol when buying it p
It's nice and beautiful. The room is large and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel is next to the beach and is suitable for a holiday. There is a Spanish restaurant next to it offering delicious food, but it's a bit expensive.
We stayed for 5 nights at ME Ibiza and what an experience it was! We loved every single moment of it. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and we even received an upgrade an a beautiful surprise in our room as my boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary. Thank you Alvaro, you made our stay a memorable one! Also, we must mention that the facilities are great - from the rooftop to the restaurant - everything is well-thought. And the service was equally impeccable! The only thing I would say is the hot kitchen of the breakfast that could have more options or the buffet could also be better arranged (considering the new measures of Covid-19) so that it feels less "covid-19 atmosphere". Thank you ME Ibiza, we will come back!
Great apartment, ideal location, lovely staff, very helpful and courteous. We were on jet 2 package We requested to change room on arrival for pool sea view (206) was perfect and no problem to change, really appreciated the kindness and attention from staff. Apartment itself was spotless, contemporary decor and brilliant shower, great balcony for sunbathing or just watching the stunning views and the boats and ships head in/out to Ibiza port Been few years since we visited this part of Ibiza Location was ideal for walking to Ibiza town and Playa d’en Bossa. Great restaurants and bars especially in figueretas 5 min walk loved people watching on the prom also great walking along beach to hard rock hotel So much to see or do something for everyone, families, couples ,young people clubbing etc or like us Chilling and relaxing....Great chilled holiday will definitely be back
Wow.very impressed by this place.
Would highly recommend this hotel...very friendly and welcoming staff, including at check-in when we decided last minute to upgrade to sea view room.
Stayed for a long weekend in September for a sun/party holiday. The room was clean and basic, but just what i'd expected for the price we paid. We had a balcony that was great and private for us to sit out and enjoy the views. We went on half board initially but after it costing 10 euros for two drinks we quickly realised how much it was going to cost for day time drinks alone. Reception was great, they upgraded us on the spot for an additional cost, it also meant we could get the snack bar as well as the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets too. The food, plenty of choice, hot and cold food stations always available and the staff quick to clear away empty plates. It's a very lively hotel, plenty of people coming and going most of the day and night, so don't expect tranquille evenings of peace. But most people are good and nothing silly happened whilst we were there. Good to note that there wasn't a lot of english people in this hotel, it was a good mixture of all sorts of nationalities there too, which personally find is a good mix. No lads, lads lads types of groups. It's a big chain and theres lots of these hotels in Ibiza and i'd be happy to try another hotel in this group.
We booked the Presidential Suite through the hotel website as you can't book this room through a travel agent, also free transfers to and from the airport are available to those who book their stay directly. This is a fab little hotel with a good standard of decor and cleanliness throughout. Can't really comment on the pool area because the Presidential Suite has a large comfy sun lounger bed and jacuzzi so we spent our days up there. The room itself was a decent size with a fab walk in shower as well as a bath tub, 2 sinks and a decent amount of storage space as well as a mini bar, the mini bar had a few soft drinks and beers, the only downside is that after your first day it only gets restocked with 2 small bottles of water daily. The bed was huge and also very comfy. The view from our terrace was over looking the sea and absolutely beautiful. The food was of an ok standard and there was plenty to choose from, the restaurant has a very good table system where it has a card on it which you flip over to the red side so other guests know that table is occupied. The restaurant can get busy so it can take a while for someone to come and take your drinks order at lunch and evening meal times. At breakfast you help yourselves to tea, coffee, juice etc.. There is also 2 visits to the a la carte as part of your stay and I can honestly say these were the 2 best meals I had all holiday, it has a fair sized menu and had a few vegetarian options too, the a la carte meals are 3 courses so if you're like me and have a small appetite you may want to starve yourself before hand :) You can get some snacks like crisps and nuts at the bar but it's not obvious what they have. There are sandwiches and other snacks just outside too which is nice if you don't fancy a buffet meal. There's entertainment on every night, seemed quite good but would prefer it started at 9pm rather than 10pm. All in all this hotel was perfect for what we wanted, which was a cheap get away after a stressful summer and we would definitely return. I do have one suggestion though, and its not a negative comment at all but I do think there could be a few more perks to having the Presidential Suite, not asking for a butler or VIP treatment but having the mini bar refilled every day and a few more alcohol options in it. This is purely just a suggestion taken from previous holidays we've had before but if you're staying in the best room in the hotel you don't want to keep heading down to the bar.
The big attraction of this hotel was the rooftop terrace. I wasn't disappointed. The views are stunning although loungers are at a premium up there. What was disappointing was the lack of activity in the evening. I expected the rooftop to be a vibrant gathering point full of evening entertainment but as soon as the sun went down, the bar closed. In fact, there was no entertainment programme at all other than a DJ playing chilled out tunes late afternoon. Shame there was no all inclusive option as drinks were typical hotel prices. 6 euros for a beer and drinks were not included with the evening meal. On the subject of meals, the area where food is laid out is much smaller than I've seen in any hotel this size. Just one small room and not a great deal of choice. The quality was very hit and miss and wasn't always replenished when running low. The room I had was first floor so low down with no real views but the inside was really good. Very clean and spacious with a good size bathroom. A large flat screen TV although only one English channel. Fridge was provided which was useful as the drinks were so expensive. It was more cost effective to buy from the local supermarket and keep in the fridge. The safe didn't lock so was useless. The ceiling was very thin as there was lots of noise from the room above. Fantastic location on a small beach area. The sea was lovely and calm and beautiful sandy beach. The hotel provide towels for the loungers and even provided inflatable swans for the pool. The surrounding area was quite quiet. Not many pubs/bars and those that were open were not busy. Perfect for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, but not much happening for the party people. For me I wanted a quiet relaxing break and that's exactly what I got.
The breakfast is very rich, and the hotel is beautiful. There is an indoor small pool, bubble bath and sauna. I'd like to recommend the pizza in the hotel lobby bar, which is so delicious. It's in a good location, near the sea but there is no beach.
It was July 2020 when the hotel has reopened. Upon arrival again nobody was standing outside to pick up our luggage. This was done inside the hotel. Check-In was normal. But none has informed us that there are no more written informations inside the rooom. You need to scan an QR&Barcode. But there are 4-5 Scans necessary! Why is it not possible to put all in one? Again we met the hotel Manager, Mr. Nestor Tur Ribas, who has given us an upgrade to a Suite, room 1417. Thank you very much for this upgrade, icluding whirlpool on the terrace with wonderful outlook over the plot, pool and sea. Of course you should apply for the use of this whirlpool to get it prepared. To be honest we have not used it. Inside the room in the bathroom was also a whirlpool what we have used. The bathroom has an unknown light system. In other hotels there is switcher, but not in this room. In this room you can switch on the light with a string. This is opposite to other hotels where it is to be used for an emergency call. In the room we also found a bottle of cold Spumante and some Petit Fours. What again we have missed was a bottle of complimentary mineral water. But here it is the hotel philosophy that you should pay for each bottle. We have booked half board. At the first evening there were only 2 other guests except us to be seen. The offers were reduced comparing the year before. Now you need to wear face masks and the cook will prepare it upon your wish. What a pity that the Junior cook has problems with understanding and speaking English. That has lead to several misunderstandings and poor results including bad preparations. To finish the story about the buffet restaurant: Our last evening, July, 30st, the offers again were massive reduced. For breakfast I have received sugar-milk for my coffee! After my complaint the waiter brought me milk from the coffee machine. The taste was also more than poor. The next morning I spoke to our perfect waitress, Marisa. She said " of course we serve sugar free milk: "Asturiana Grancreme"! Why wasn't this served automatically? The same experience we have had at the Pool Bar. The knowledge and quality of service is very different. From poor to good is the result! Wine offers: After ordering a wine in the restaurant it was out of stock. The staff always have given us wrong informations when our wine would be in stock again. This was the same at the Pool Bar: First it was said, that the wine is out of stock. 10 minutes later it was in stock! We got informed that 3 days later again the hotel has closed. My subjective rating: Check-In: 3 points Room 1417: 4 points Cleanliness: 4 points Service: 2-5 points Wine offers: 3 points Value for money: 3 point Preparation of meals: 3-4 points Check-out: 3 points
We visited in the first week in September with another couple. We once again had a great time in this lovely hotel. It was our 7th visit. The rooms are a little dated but kept immaculate by the friendly cleaning staff. Food in the dining room is lovely, dinner has improved quality-wise since our last visit two years ago but I do think it was slightly at the expense of breakfast which was not quite as good as previous years. It's lovely to see the same faces on reception and in the bars and I have to say all the staff are friendly and helpful. I used the gym every morning and it was very hot but has enough equipment for a decent workout although the cross trainer was broken. One slight criticism is that the hotel don't respond to any TripAdvisor reviews which is unusual these days and rather impolite when guests have gone to all the trouble to write them. Management should reconsider this. Overall a wonderful hotel and we will definitely return when we can and would definitely recommend it to others.
