|3.13km from city centerThe location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall.
The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist.
On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first.
The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

You have to go through the tunnel and then go up the elevated highway. You can find this shop after entering the old town. It’s not usually difficult to find. The hotel, I promise you can’t find it. This hotel is dishonest. I have to swipe my card to pay when I check in. I asked him if he has deducted the money online? He said no. Hotel staff were friendly and really helpful from check in to recommending restaurants and sights. We had two perfect hammam sessions and spent time by the pool. Unfortunately, we were stolen (a sum) on the last day of staying at the hotel while we were at breakfast. The hygiene officer who had a Master entry card for all the rooms went into the room three times in two minutes and stole the money. Of course, this is what the surveillance cameras showed me and I saw it myself, knowing that on the day of the hotel, there was no cleaning of the room. The police were called, but unfortunately, we didn't benefit, although there was evidence that showed everything, and that you needed to go to a police center to complain, and the police translator advised not to go what we didn't benefit, he told us and mosquitoed our God. I advise everyone, especially I'm most hotel guests, Arabs, cautiously, and not leaving anything in the rooms. Specifically, the stealer is the cleaning officer, who has a card for all rooms.

|1.01km from city centerThe hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. Frankly speaking, I didn't think much, I was very tired. On the respiratory, said about her reservation and extended her passport. Very friendly and smiling receptionists. I was quickly decorated and settled on the 6th floor in room 607. I didn't expect to see a big bed in the single room, it was very pleasant. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. The hearing is high, there were constantly some sounds as if without the end was cleaning or I lived next to the laundry 😅 The view of the room you will see on the photo. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there. The usual average breakfast is cheeses, omlets, sausages, olive oils, vegetables, greens and a little baking. Solid coffee and tea in bags. Fruit was not completely 😒 upset. Well in general I estimated 3+ almost 4. I will come to Trabzon, I will probably settle there.

It's 10 minutes walking to downtown Trabzon. The real plus thing that I would encourage anyone to book this hotel for is the helpful staff. Selenay is just amazing. She helped us from the beginning in booking and advised us with better rooms to suit our big number (10 family members). She did a great job organizing our daily trips (3 days in a row - 1st one to Uzungol, 2nd to Zigana / Hamiskoy / Sumela Monastery & the 3rd to Rize). The thing I'm most grateful to her for is that I forgot some valuable stuff in the room and found out after returning to Egypt. She did her best to send me my belongings by mail and it worked out after several trials. I'm very thankful to her.

There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

I reserved through their website and confirmed with them via whatsapp and paid when arrived using credit card. The room is cozy, but i loved it, as it satisfies my needs. It has no view but this was ok with me as I don't stay in the hotel, it is for bed and breakfast. 😊 The breakfast was nice, no much variaties, the same things almost everyday but it tastes good. The staff were friendly, the guy in the reception ”Hossam” was very friendly and helpful, he advised us with most of the attractions in the city. My room was cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. ❤️

|1.47km from city centerThe staff are SUPERB, very polite and very helpful. Our stay was very good because of the wonderful staff. They speak very good English. The location is also amazing, in old town Trabzon with cobblestoned narrow streets, full of restaurants, near Trabzon Meyden Park always bustling with people. The hotel is also 5-10 minute walking distance to the Tourist Information Center, drop in before you visit any place as they will let you know how to get there and what will be the price of public transportation. They speak fluent English. The area is safe but keep in mind that like ANY old town of a city, the streets are narrow and hence big buses (or camper van will not fit in). Room was spacious and clean with A/C and heater. We got a room with the view of Black sea. Bathroom was clean and hot water was good. The Wifi was strong. Turkish breakfast was good with cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, bread, butter, jam, honey, tea coffee, olives etc. Its in the tourist area and lots of cars pass by, its a bit noisy but we slept pretty good. Get a room in the higher floors for less noise. We would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Eyüp, this guy is just the best, he’s very kind and helpful and he organized all of our trips around the region with affordable prices, so a huge shoutout to him, a little issues in the hotel for me were the cleaning service, as it wasn’t that great, and the breakfast, as it is with limited variety and not generous, but that’s all, everything else was amazing. In general, Trabzon and the BlackSea region is probably the best part of Turkey, and i enjoyed it to the full, and i recommend it to everyone, and highly recommend staying in Nur hotel whenever you decide to go there.

They charged £80 for air con only for it not to work .had to wait till late day after for repair but no word of refund . Where do I start . The walls in the room were absolutely filthy . Went for a shower only for it to leak all the way through the bedroom everything wet through . Damp patch up the wall the room stank . When I complained was told all there rooms were the same . We lived out of our luggage for 2 weeks as the wardrobe stank of damp . No drawers to put anything in just a tiny cupboard. We're booked in for September but definitely not staying there cost us another £600 to book another hotel .

In the room, it smells awful, dirty curtains, broken bed linen, ribbons pulled out of the walls, ”bath” is a hole in the floor and a crane opposite the toilet, and when you sit in the toilet, your knees will stick to the crane, and if you decide to wash, Then the whole floor will be in the water, as the hole at all side. The TV doesn't work, the condei too, two connected beds and there is a hole between them forever, one of the beds will yell. The staff member says on all the comments that you have seen the photo on the site, they have chosen it, they squeeze their shoulders. And, they work from 12 a.m. to 00, staff are always not, I write in the wotsap ignorance, the language they English don't know, spoke to them in Turkish. It turns out that if you suddenly arrive at 12 nights, and the room will be booked, the staff member will still leave, he will not care about you, you will live on the street means until he will allow to come. The hearing is tough and the bonus to all this mosque is straight into the hotel, at 5am during Azana and the runway (airport in 5 minutes) you will understand all the adoration of this hotel. This is the worst hotel in my life, came to Trabzon to rest, and as a result I wanted to escape from there soon, the photo appended.
