Stayed here for 2 nights while in transit between vacation stops. It’s a lovely hotel with good rooms, friendly staff and good restaurants. I always felt safe and it’s also close to the airport. The views aren’t much nor is it located close to anything touristy but that’s ok as it is a modern, safe hotel with excellent staff. The gym is great which for me is a big deal - I enjoy working out at the facilities and they must be clean, either good equipment and a good space. The staff all spoke English and were friendly - highly recommend if you are looking in Tunis.

I stayed in this hotel for a night, and I warn you, nothing is recommendable, except that dinner can be acceptable, not even extraordinary. For the rest, it is horrible: very little receptionist and who jokes with his pot while I was talking with him, very loaded street side room without double glass( I let you imagine the noise) And cerezes on the cake already infected nearby with a night box that, from 22 or 23h, makes all the walls of the room vibrate up to at least 2h of the morning. I have not closed the eye of the night. For the price you are requesting, you will find much better elsewhere.

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. About 200 people were famous. To be honest, half a person in Tunisia. Different hotels living in the month, her family's breakfast is small and poor, the variety is very poor, the place to eat is as big as a public toilet, 哎

J’ai réservé juste pour deux jours j’en étais sûre qu’il y a un petit problème en arrivant ce matin avec les Taxi face à très sale vraiment j’avais l’impression de rentrer dans un foyer je m’attendais à cinq étoiles mais malheureusement j’ai l’impression qu’il acheter des étoiles par compte les chambres elles sont très spacieux propre mais ça Ça vaut pas cinq étoiles impossible je vais rester ce soir et demain je vais écrire encore à la vie avec des photos

J'ai réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel qui se trouve à proximité de l aéroport. L hôtel ne paye pas de mine mais première impression sa va. Dans le hall des fauteuils et canapés et les personnes s y allongent comme à la maison . Clientèle essentiellement masculine... A priori hôtel qui jouxte une clinique et les patients séjournent dans l hôtel c'est un hôtel et une clinique en même temps Petit déjeuner a 25 dinars c'est assez cher mais vous aurez un café dégueulasse du pain beurre pas de jus .. confiture périmée. Mais le clou de la surprise c'est la chambre avant de rentrer dans le lit je contrôle et j ai bien fait des tâches jaunes des poils des cheveux hyper crad regardez les images. J ai change de chambre dans la nuit très tard .. c est vétusté pas un 4 étoiles... Nous n avons pas fermé les yeux. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction au courant de ce qui m est arrivé

Pluses: Lakeside location with great views from the public areas. Close to the airport with quick and efficient transfers. Decent meeting rooms and conference facilities. Food is OK although not outstanding for the price. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Minuses: Being 5 star is more than just listing the facilities. Patchy levels of service with reasonable requests being met with unhelpfulness. Some of the decor, fittings and furniture is very poorly maintained. No alcohol served in the hotel or anywhere around, apparently because the entire area was or is owned by the Saudis.

This hotel is perfect but I'll argue.already when you arrive at the hotel one person welcomes us and a priori a guard stays all night to watch the vehicles of the client. once arrived the hotel is very luxurious and a very good Wi-Fi a disposition that works super well and with a lift to go to the room and in the room when you arrive there are fruits like oranges and dates etc and in the room the cart was very nice with also a bathroom then we We have a meeting room and a business center with full computer and breakfast is very good as well with a variety of different juices and variety proposed.There is also a spa and a swimming pool available for customers but you need to go to the building to do everything is written on a paper that is in the room and the hotel also has clean toilet

We had booked a triple room instead just arrived we received a up grade in small suites ! Very gentle!! Room with double bed, kitchen room and bed sofa and bathroom in modern style. I felt home.The place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked for the missing covers for the bed sofa and immediately served us with coats and covers just out of the washing machine. It is a pity that there is no restaurant that serves for dinner, because there are no fast food or restaurants with local kitchen, but only a room next to the hotel Maia that serves coffee and sandwich/sweet sandwiches. We went down for breakfast the morning and I must say that the whole thing was delicious, especially fresh bean juice and bread. We stayed for a night all in quiet ... Hotel Maia is excellent price and pleasant stay. The only negative side is the lack of availability of dinner in hotels and the distance from the center of the capital for the rest is all excellent!
