|1.66km from city centerStayed for 3 nights while visiting Lima. The hotel is very well located, clean, quiet and modern with very comfortable beds. Staff was mainly friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is served on top floor area and is quite extensive, including cold and hot selections. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. One quibble- room door does not have eye or latch to check who is knocking. But we certainly felt very safe there.

|0.87km from city centerModern hotel but badly designed. Entrance is down several steps with a lift for luggage which many people struggle to operate. Only given one room key between 2 people, which also operates the lift and the electric in the room. Although kettle is in the room only 1 cup and 1 sachet of coffee between 2 people. Breakfast is poor but evening meal no choice of food only 1 meal offered which was so bad we didn't eat. Complained to the reception who thought it was funny and laughed at us.

I like to live in a twin room, one bed to sleep and rest, and the other bed to put things. There is a parking lot. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the exhibition hall for 10 sols. There is no KFC nearby, which is a bit embarrassing. In addition, local restaurants in Lima are basically open at 11/12 noon, and breakfast can only be solved at the hotel early in the morning. Reminder: The traffic jam in Lima is very serious! ! ! If you go to the airport, please reserve at least 4-5 hours in advance to avoid missed flights👿

|1.37km from city centerThis is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

|8.58km from city centerCasa Andina earned a customer for life. Since the start they treated us and my family amazing. As we arrived early Tuesday morning. They were able to provide early checkin. They upgraded our room complimentary as we were the bridal couple and this was so useful for entertaining, wedding photos, and getting ready. The complementary morning breakfast buffet is amazing. Useful tip - I found out you can ask for eggs made different and ask for BACON :) The front desk was so helpful all week. They helped us to make our wedding. Also helped with covid test (5 star service - got the PCR test within the same day and they came to the hotel) Overall it was a 5 star experience and my wife and family loved the stay! It was all the little things. Thanks again for everything and sadly now I have to check out but will be back soon.

Hotel room was very peaceful to relax in, really comfortable super king size bed, plenty of pillows and nice bathroom with bath and shower. We had the best nights sleep during our stay! Breakfast is lovely, more than adequate and we both really enjoyed. Fresh fruit, juices, cheese, ham, salad, cereals, cake, bread rolls, toast etc. Lovely girl at breakfast to assist if needed. Brilliant location, took us a 15 minute stroll to get to the fabulous restaurants/bars with the most amazing views of the sea. We’re off to Cusco and Machu Picchu now but looking forward to returning here on our way back for 2 nights to explore further.

|2.43km from city centerThe AC Marriott Hotel in Miraflores was one of my best international hotel experiences so far. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped me with multiple different things — updating my keys, late check-in, restaurant recommendations, laundry services, room requests, etc. I stayed for 7 days and felt extremely well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the AC Hotel were great — from the both the rooftop and the 2nd floor lounge. I used all of the amenities at this location — the Breakfast Kitchen (morning buffets), the AC Lounge/Bar, the rooftop bar/kitchen, and the rooftop gym. My favorite out of all of them had to be the breakfast experience. I loved the furniture and styling of the entire hotel, and the beds/pillows were perfect for me (medium-firm). Special thank you to the Front Desk concierge staff that helped me during my stay: Diego, Anthony, and Analucia. Breakfast was amazing - so many farm to market varieties. My favorites were the fresh house-made yogurt, fresh juices (pineapple was my favorite), and the rotating traditional breakfast items. Thank you to to the following breakfast staff members that recommended items and took care of my meals every morning: Alex Quiroz, Esther, and John My other favorite amenity was the AC Lounge (and rooftop bar). A wonderful area to sit and be taken care of — coffee, water, and great seating options as well in the work area. Never had an issue finding a spot to sit and work at, or a spot to lounge and relax at. Big thank you to Christian from the Bar for taking care of me at both the AC lounge and the rooftop bars and helping me understand the Peruvian versions of vodka+sprite and rum+coke. I fell in love with Lima during this trip and will be visiting again — I will definitely be booking my stay at the AC Marriott in Miraflores when I come to visit in the future! Thank you again to all the wonderful hotel staff for making my stay so effortless :)

There are no problems for the two men walking on the road. It is close to the seaside and the local shopping centre Larcomar and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel's facilities are old and the rooms are small, but this may be a common problem in local hotels. No air conditioning, we stayed on September 21st, cold and wet, and there was no way to wash the clothes. I have to pay for the laundry. The beauty at the front desk speaks English, the service is warm, and you can also store your luggage for free. It's good!

The American breakfast was buffet style when the hotel was full and made to order the morning we left when there were less guests. The old home is beautiful and there is a courtyard with a small dipping pool in the back. We stayed in the first floor suite with a king bed, spa tub and walk in shower. Very spacious for the two of us. No street noise. The desk is staffed 24 hours and lets you in and out the locked glass doors for your transportation and walks. They spoke excellent English and found answers to any questions we had. I would definitively recommend to family and friends.

Reception is good, with English speaking staff. My suite was spacious and clean, although getting into the wardrobe was a squeeze. Nice views over the vintner sea from the 8th floor. The breakfast offerings changed a bit each day, including nice fruit- including prickly pear! The small kitchen was well equipped, including a blender. There is no washing machine, but the hotel has a laundry service, and there are several cheaper options nearby.

Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

It is very similar to the domestic guest house. The reception is very warm. There is a free internet computer in the lobby. Breakfast is average. There are scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, coffee, milk, cereal, yogurt, but not enough. Especially yogurt is good, room service staff does not charge tips. It is a good deal to book a car to the airport, and the 5-person van costs only 50 sol.

The hotel itself was perfectly adequate with few bells and whistles and the only real ”complaint” I have is that the togo breakfast we were given on a few of our days (we were going to be leaving for the day much earlier than when breakfast would be open) was awful and none of us ate the sad sandwich we were given. All in all, if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location. There are a TON of excellent restaurants, cafes, parks, and shops within walking distance and the area is very safe. I feel like I only cracked the surface of exploring the neighborhood even after being there 3 nights. If I were to return to Lima I would definitely consider staying here again.

|0.82km from city centerWe decided to make Centro by Casa Andina in Miraflores the recommended hotel for our wedding guests in Lima. We expected the hotel to be rather simple, and decided for it without knowing it only due to the price and location (since we had guests with different budgets coming to Lima for our wedding). We cannot be happier that we chose this hotel. From the first day, even before the guests started arriving, the friendly staff supported us with all queries: where are hairdressers near by, can the rooms be close to each other, can make up artists come to the rooms to get the guests ready, booking problems for some of them, etc. All these was supported by the amazing staff. We really cannot thank them enough! They made every guest feel welcome, they supported each of them with all their queries, and had a lot of patience towards the big group. Also we (bride and groom) decided to stay in the hotel for our wedding night to be close to our guests and it was the best decision. We got a very warm welcome from the staff and felt very comfortable. Regarding the rooms: we were positively surprised of the size, quality, cleanness, equipment. For the price we were not expecting the high quality of the rooms and facilities and in such a centric location. Even the breakfast (which while booking was communicated as a lunch box) was tasty and coffee was great! Thanks again to the staff, and specially Jonathan, the manager from the hotel, who really made the stay during such important festivities for our wedding guests and ourselves memorable.

Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come.
