1.6km from El Yate CB.We have just returned from staying at this hotel. On first arriving lady on reception was not overly welcoming and rushed through information about hotel. Then we were asked to pay 20 deposit for 2 towels and 2 euro for plastic cups for pool and beach bar if you lose them you have to pay again. We were given a room overlooking the street even through we booked a sea view or part sea view. When asking if we could change we were told all rooms were pre booked and it was not possible and that was from the receptionist whom did not even check the system- so I looked online at the hotel through tui whom we had booked with and low and behold there was 4 rooms available. When confronted with this information they did not know what to say. I felt very disappointed we were lied too. They did move us and the room was much better. Food okay alot of choice however if you like pork you will be happy as there is alot of pork dishes served. Paella was served every day and it was not nice the rice was undercooked and a few bits of meat very disappointed. The beach and lake that is next to hotel is lovely. It states that no sun beds are allowed to be reserved but every morning you saw people putting towels on beds and walking off. Life guard by the pool ( well meant to be) spends all his time in the pool bar and very rare comes out to check on persons in the pool. I was disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm from staff at reception and I think the lieing about rooms put me off. And also the entertainment board shows acts throughout the week. While we were there the poster shown was of a man and women Spanish dancing on the night it was three women. The next night it was advertised a Male singer again on the night it was two women. Not true to what they are advertising unfortunately. Overall was okay. Food not wow - reception staff not very welcoming or welling to go out of there way to help. Cleaning staff work hard and everything was clean and they were the only friendly people at the hotel. Would I recommend or return no unfortunately not Reception need to work on their people skills and not tell lies.
1.66km from El Yate CB.It is easy to reach Siesta 1 on public transport. Leave the airport and cross the vehicle park outside to the far side. On the left is the A32 bus stop and I think the bus may be timed to correspond with the plane arrivals as both times we've used it we had a bus waiting. The bus runs all year round but I would suggest to check their timetable (tia bus co.) The fare was either 8 or 9 euro for the c 40 mile journey with very few stops. Pass the old town and the port and get off at Plaja Alcudia stop, just past Pere Mas/Reus. We walked round these areas day and night and always felt perfectly safe. This trip was (unavoidably) taken during UK schools' half term, which we can usually - on cost for one thing - manage to avoid. We deliberately chose the hotel at the top of Pere Mas/Rus, aka The Strip, as we thought we'd be best placed for live music (mostly modern but some traditional would be nice too) but this wasn't at all what we hoped for. Perhaps it's not so family orientated outside school holidays, but I doubt it's too different. If you are looking for 'Blackpool with sun', English fried food, Bingo and entertainment for the kids, the Strip area is for you. There's nothing wrong with that, but it wasn't what we wanted. Not the biggest problem in the world, though, as there are nice walks along the beach starting minutes from the other end of the strip in both directions. It is also where to catch the bus to the old town, the Roman ruins, the nature park and also the airport. The accommodation is called apartmentos, but it has all the appearance of a hotel with a large reception area with muti-lingual staff. There is an integrated bar/pub which has family entertainment and serves some food (including breakfasts), a Spar supermarket which seems no more expensive than other supermarkets nearby and a small breakfast cafe. There is an outdoor pool and a pleasant garden area, including a shady area and a ball games court. There is a two-person animation team and entertainment - kids' disco around 8pm. followed by Bingo, followed by acts which included singers,a magician and a man with parrots during our stay. We generally called in for a nightcap when we got back but missed most of them. For the price, we were very pleased with our room on the 4th floor which was spotlessly clean, quite large, airy and comfortable. (Photos are attached.) Space was very well used and the first pair of white louvered doors accessed a wardobe with adequate hanging space (and safe, which you could rent, but we didn't) and the second set of doors opened onto a compact kitchenette area. The bathroom was fine and included a bath and a bidet. WiFi was fine. Although I wouldn't choose to stay here again, it is because there are other locations in Alcudia we much prefer, but we had no problem at all with the hotel.

1.95km from El Yate CB.We spent 10 nights here in July. We had a room with a sea view which was stunning... We were met by Alberto on arrival, who checked us in qickly, but since our room wasn't ready at the time, we went out for something to eat whilst we waited. Access is via a keycarded gate from either the road or the beach so we could leave our luggage whilst we went out.. (Though we did notice a few guests who didn't close the gate behind them.. Some form of auto-closing may help with this) When we got our room it was lovely and clean and nice new furniture. The view from the balcony was stunning and we could see right out across Alcudia Bay and we found ourselves enjoying watching the ferries coming and going from the port and the waves some of them caused as they crashed onto the beach. The balcony is rather narrow, but wide enough to sit three people, and only gets sun in the morning, whcih makes sitting out in the evening pleasant but not for anyone wanting to get a bit of sun. However, due to the living area's small size, the "L" shaped sofabed took up virtually all the free space, When the sofabed was folded out there was barely any room to move. The kitchen area was a bit cramped with not a lot of storage space to put food, other than under the sink which wasn't ideal unless it was well wrapped or in a box. The room was cleaned every other day which was just as well as there was no brush or spare rubbish bags, so the floor got covered in sand fairly quickly. We did get disturbed a few times by people going up to the roof in the morning for breakfast, with chairs scraping across the floor early in the morning. All in all, with a standard sofa bed and a few little extras for cleaning and more utensils in the kitchen then this would be an ideal hotel for those not wanting to eat out every night All being said, we would consider staying here again :)

3.91km from El Yate CB.Appartments are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the current coronavirus outbreak and had to get an easyjet mercy flight back to the UK. However the The single biggest factor that I shall always remember is the work the staff at the resort did to make our confinement acceptable i.e. keeping the restaurant open ouside their normal hours and providing a takeaway service at all meal times and always with a smile. I can comment about the beautiful views from the pool areas of the bay and mountains with a good size pool (which we couldnt use unfortunately) I would say that this resort may not be suitable for people with limited mobilty due to the fact that it is built on a hillside overlooking Allcudia bay which may make access to other areas more diificult. When this Pandemic is over, I do intend going back as I believe I could have a good holiday there.

3.95km from El Yate CB.Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Inside Alcudias walls so very close to several nice restaurants and shops. There are no bars inside the walls but there is a bus stop about 100m from hotel and it is €1.60 for short trip to Port of Alcudia where you can find entertainment and different restaurants (€4 in a taxi). Staff very nice and helpful, booked a boat trip for us.

3.98km from El Yate CB.We had a great stay here for a week , first week in February. weather a little cool, but the room in the hotel was warm and cosy. The room was a nice size and decent bathroom. The breakfast was a buffet , with a great selection of cold meats, bread , and usual sides. We stayed half board , the evening meal was a selection of two starter and two mains, decent quality . The service in the restaurant was good from the manager Pablo at night and his lady assistant Mercedes . The owner Joanne made us very welcome also. The local area has a few bars open , but as it was out of season very quiet . All in all a nice relaxing break.
4.03km from El Yate CB.This hotel is brand new and it is located in an old townhouse totally refurbished in a classical/modern way with a great taste. It is very conveniently located in central Alcudia, but still in a side road (no noise). It features a beautiful patio where breakfast is served and the rooms are ample and very comfortable. Beds and duvets are top, the toilets are well arranged for convenience, it is all shinny. On top the staff is super nice and provide excellent tips to visit Alcudia and its surroundings. Breakfast is very natural- plenty of fruits, salmorejo and of course local ensaimada and eggs at the moment. I will certainly be back.
Hotels Near El Yate Cb. In Alcudia Review
The lady at the reception- Adela if not mistaken- was very friendly. She helped us a lot, and she always had that lovely face whenever she saw us. The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast was poor (in our case it was not included. So we had breakfast in a forn close to the hotel). The room was relatively clean and well-prepared. The pillows were super NOT comfortable but A/C was working well. It was a bit noisy because of the walls. What we really disliked was the entrance of the hotel. It gave us a sensation of the fact that anyone could easily go in without any supervision. It's an average hotel but I gave the last star for Adela- muchas gracias!
My family booked a last minute trip here and I we wish we hadn’t of picked this hotel! We thought we were getting a great deal for an all inclusive trip however, I wish we’d have paid more to stay somewhere better!! Upon arrival our rooms were not ready (3 rooms) we were told we could head to the all inclusive restaurant while we wait. We headed back to the reception and only 2 out of three rooms were ready, so we had to wait another hour. We headed back to reception again and got upgraded to a different block, not ideal as we were on holiday as a family however I’m so glad we received the upgrade!! The two rooms that our family were staying in were awful, dark and everything was broken. There were plug sockets hanging out if he wall and kitchen cupboards hanging off! The upgraded room however was beautiful! The rush in the morning for breakfast was ridiculous, having to queue for over half hour in the morning is not what we wanted to be doing on holiday. Most mornings we went to eat in one of the cafes across the street. My partner got food poisoned from the ribs in the hotels restaurant and spent the last 3 days of our holiday in bed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYBODY.
The service is incredible and extremely attentive. We had a problem with ants during the night and they handle it with no problems nor delays! The room was also big and well accommodated, with all we needed. The apartments are close to the bus station and to the center of Alcudia. There are several bars and restaurants and shops close by. If I come back to Mallorca I will choose Apartamentos Carlos V again without doubts!
my wife and I booked this hotel for a short break and very glad we did ,we had an amazing time ,this hotel is nothing short of fantastic ,first it’s decorated to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings.the whole hotel is just outstanding ,the room were were in had a very large bed, great bathroom ,we couldn’t have asked for more.there is also a spa room with sauna, jacuzzi ,steam room, and shower various ,the great thing is you pre book this and it’s then exclusive to each guest ,a real touch of Luxuary .but it’s gets better what really separates this amazing place from all the hotels we have stayed in is the staff who are so friendly including the managers ,DAMIA ROCAMIR,RIANNE FEIJEN,DIEGO MICHEL CORREA,thank you one and all,we were overwhelmed with your kindness ,and we hope we can come back and do it again soon .many thanks Tony,Vanessa.
