The location is beautiful but the hotel doesn't serve.No activity, they already have quite high room prices, but they have no activity to make their guests happy. The food is not worth the money paid for both small and extra for food.Go to the city centre If you eat less money, you can get more money.It's very pressing that even drinks are subject to extra charge. In addition, it was not a cheap hotel.The service I received is very low next to the money I paid.We were three families separated by 3 rooms.I wish We should have gone to another hotel. Not even worth one cent. We were never happy.

I recently stayed at this hotel as it was suggested by my room mate who was a guest of this hotel for the last 20 years in many different occasions. It was a good service/value hotel. The actual owner of the hotel unfortunately passed away a few years ago and now his son is managing the hotel - pretty poorly I have to say. On our first night the electricity went off for 3.5 hours and when my roommate complained about it and the response was unacceptable. They said they had a very difficult year due to pandemic and that it was their decision NOT TO fix the generator this season because of financial concerns. Their prices have tripled from last year and still they preferred not to fix one thing that matters a lot to the guests. At the end of the day, it is a part of the guest's vacation. 1. We stayed at an economic room which meant that the room was not refurbished according to the hotel. We did not think that economic meant worn out and ripped towels and extremely dirty curtains and a dirty room. (Have photos to prove that which I will upload later on) 2. Don't get me wrong we agreed to the tripled prices due to the earlier experiences my room mate had but we thought the response we got was unacceptable. It was not a malfunctioning of the generator or any other electrical last minute issues. It was a risk they willingly took to make/save money in exchange for guest's comfort. While check out I asked the owner to compensate the discomfort they caused on our first night and at first he was reluctant to do anything and said no one else had made a complaint other than us and many other hotels experienced similar issues. Then he offered 20% discount from the first night only and I told him that it was not fair as the whole thing lasted 3.5 hours in a pitch dark hotel with no ac at 30 degrees celcius weather. Then he offered not to charge the first night. I was about to thank him for the gesture but before I got there he said ” we were not able to please you on your stay and we would appreciate it if you preferred to not come back again”. I was literally stunned and speechless as this is the first time I heard from a hotel owner asking a guest to not come back :) Great communication skills, great problem solving skills. I told him that I appreciate the suggestion but I wasn't planning on coming back anyways and added that this is not a way to treat a customer regardless of the complaint. Not fixing the generator was their choice so they should have been ready and willing to compensate it. That is how risk taking works. 3. I talked to locals about the pricing of the hotel and everyone without exception said that the hotel was not worth the price they are charging currently. But the hotel management said they had a rough year and now they are trying to make up the loss by tripling the prices and asking the guests not to come back again. Way to go and build up the business. They just lost 2 customers - at least. 4. I am not even going to talk about the

The service of the hotel staff is good, but the facilities themselves are old. One of the two small swimming pools is shallow for children and one is deep. Breakfast was a neat Turkish breakfast and it was okay. The location looks close to the sea on the map, but it was a bit far from the famous beach and city center. Still, if you have a car, you can go in 10 minutes.

We learned that we did not have a reservation when we went to the hotel several times before we arrived at the hotel, talking to the owner Yakup Bey. We couldn't be accepted to take a half hour to stay in our hotel where we reached the tired arg after traveling by a vehicle for eight hours. In contrast to what Yakup's promise, two rooms were not set up in the same way as we insisted to stay close to the children. We decided to give and stay a chance for paying for the two nights for the next day, but we were so disturbed from the hotel that we had to leave after the second night. They claim that they offered a full disappointment, three pieces of products and so-called open buffet, but it was the weakest among the hotels I've stayed so far. The rooms were cleaned at average level. The prices in the restaurant were high and service slower than quality. We asked Yakup Bey to load the jacket we forgot in the room to our new hotel. Despite all this disappointment, it is really sad that even the buyer should pay the 30 lira charge.

Location is perfect, close enough to walk to hacımemiş but just outside of the busiest parts of the town neighborhood. Therefore it is quiet and secluded. Has a nice garden, breakfast is rich, around 5 pm, they offer complimentary tea and snacks. Rooms are stylish, good blend of retro and modern, it serves all the basic needs. They were nice enough to put a cradle in our room for our newborn, that was very considerate of them. Only negative things I can consider about our stay: 1) the staff was not wearing mask at all, as we spoke, they weren't vaccinated, we had to be cautious and keep our social distance with them at all times. 2) the Turkish coffee is generally complimentary in most B&B establishments for hotel residents, this is the first time I am seeing an establishment charging 20 TL which is way above standard price for a cup of coffee.

We visited the hotel in December 2021. We were a group of women with one child and booked a family room consisting of two bedrooms and a living room. The decor of the room was good. The bathroom was very large, so that we could relax after the greatwellness program. The location of the hotel is nice. It is a few minutes from the port of Cesme. The neighboring town of Alacati can also be reached in 15 minutes by car. I would also like to praise the entire staff. All of our wishes were met. We were able to talk a lot with everyone. We stayed at the hotel Neşe for the weekend. The hotel is located near the city historical center, in one of the narrow streets of Çeşme. Very hospitable owner - Nihat. He told us how to get to different beaches of Çeşme. Very good English, it was nice to talk with him. The room was clean, although it was clear that there had been no repairs for a very long time. Breakfast is normal. No frills, but everything that we needed. One drawback is that the street is narrow and the window overlook the street. And you feel like motorcycles are passing next to your bed. Although, after day-long beach trips we hardly heard this noise.

Nuku, the enzo and this company are three forms of a kitchen. The service is completely irrelevant. They tried to perform an artistic event, they listen to it with speakers. The courtyard of the place was large but able to do so. If we come to dinner, we prefer pizza and macarones. If you don't drink alcohol, you are not interesting. The food was standard, but prices were too high. It was above the level of the haircut. Although they didn't bring water to the table, they added the water fee and immediately write and extend the amount from the poster. Thank you for not leaving time to look at the addition. The cover is a company I think she should learn what to mean. I think it's funny to write a cover and a board only coming to the table. Be sure to think that they brought the bread before eating the stones I thought they were. It was clear that it was flat and open. That's a totally overrated place. I don't think I'll prefer again. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful this bed and breakfast is. Everything is beautifully curated in the rooms, and the garden and pool area is stunning, with bright fuchsia bougainvillea hanging over the terrace. There are plenty of comfortable lounging areas outside. The family running this will go above and beyond and help with any ideas and reservations you may need. We felt like family there, and even referred to the owners as mom and dad! We were a group of 11 ladies which understandably could feel overwhelming for a smaller bed and breakfast, but they embraced us fully and even made us baklava on our last night. Coco their dog is sweet as pie and you will quickly become her favorite if you secretly slip her some breakfast. It’s also a perfect location-a short walk to everything alacati has to offer, but also walking distance to grocery stores to pick up any essentials. The breakfast is not to be missed as well. We had a vegan in our group and they just kept bringing her fruits and other things until she couldn’t possibly eat more. This hotel is perfect for couples, friends, and families.

Just follow the navigation and you will be there, on a quiet seaside. The boss is very enthusiastic, because it is early but also arranges to check in in time. After going upstairs, I found that the next room was being cleaned, and I was immediately attracted by the invincible sea view balcony! What a fabulous little find in Alacati! Off the beaten track but within walking distance of the gorgeous old town area and a 5 min drive from the beach. This little boutique hotel is in a villa and has a beautiful pool and breakfast area and I wish we had been staying longer. The gentleman on reception (who spoke some English) was most helpful with tips for the area and we had a wonderful breakfast served by the couple who run it (who speak no English but we managed with Google Translate). Best overnight of our road trip down the coast of Turkey!

We stayed for two days as a family. The most pleasant staff and management you can find in here. :) Breakfast was full of varieties, you take your own tee/coffee and wait for them to bring everything to your table. Also some treats during the day at the pool area. We stayed in Ametis room. Pretty luxurious considering four people were in. Cleaning was nice too. But probably there is some sort of problem with district’s sewage system. Sinks produce smell around this area. Wouldn’t be considered as an issue specific to this hotel but maybe can be improved. ;) To sum up, we really enjoyed our stay. You just feel like home here. Special thanks to Emine Hanim, Mustafa Bey, and all other responsible ones. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in Villamer 10 nights. We did not face with any issue that could disappoint us. The place is run by a lovely family - Emine hanim and her husband are friendly people and care about their guests. Room was tidy and fresh, cleaning service was performed on a daily basis. Turkish breakast was rich with different stuff (butter, jam, melon, watermelon, cokkies, borek, etc) which was quite satisfied and fresh. Place is 5 mins away from the restaurants inside old streets of Alacati, and at the same time you could hardly hear any disco sound comes from clubs. It took roughly 45 mins to go to Ilica beach - therefore would be better to take a taxi or bus to beach if you are not a person that prefers to walk under burning sun :) Greetings to Emine abla and her family. The store manager and the boss are gentle beauties and have free afternoon tea. Because of carelessness, when checking out, I forgot my mobile phone in the room, and then flew directly to Istanbul. After many ideals, the mobile phone finally returned to China. Thank you manager for your help!

We have just had the most amazing holiday at the LuCe hotel I couldn’t fault anything at all. The host Levant and his team are so welcoming and everything is pristine from the hygiene to the cleanliness this hotel has it all. Beautiful tapas breakfast with hot pastries scrambled eggs amazing cheeses and bread/olives and jams which were all organic we were told. I particularly loved afternoon tea and cake which was a nice touch. The bedding was changed every day along with towels which all smelled beautiful and fresh. There were pool towels also to help yourself to as well. The hotel also has the friendliest dog Patron who we completely fell in love with 😍 finally on our last day the owner Levant drove us to the Alicate Marina where we stopped to take in the views and chat over a coffee. Thanks for a great holiday LuCe 😊

Excellent location near the stop of the dolloush, left the hotel and a whole set of choices of the general food, no need to go anywhere. Stop the dolloush near the hotel, ATMs across the road. If you walk on a pedestrian street at the sea, you will come to the embankment, everything near where far from you do not need to go, for the evening promenade what you need! On the beach went to Ilija, 10 minutes on the doll, water is clean, small sand, on which it is nice to walk bollocked. Staff at the hotel friendly, always helps with any question. Wi-Fi in the room catches, but the signal can occasionally be missing. The room is spacious, shower cabin and toilet with fresh repair. Traditional Turkish breakfast on the terrace with mountain view will leave no one indifferent.

The hotel is located, the rooms are very beautiful. A clean hotel, the garden is pleasant. But we were shocked by the extra services we met at the exit. The products called breakfast were extra at once. The simple omelet breakfast was 30 l. The salary is not a problem, but we think it is not said in a later way, and when we say we are uncomfortable at the outlet you never read the menu by making us talking with a very high attitude, We have been doing this job for many years. I'm sorry there was a depth, and we would even thank you and leave. That's why check out extra what is included to avoid surprises. Finally, 3. The person is paid both for an additional bed and the room is said to be large. However, the large part of the room is only the part of the additional bed. It is two times different. Despite everything, the environment was pleasant but they have to improve their own in terms of host welcoming/customer satisfaction.
