The hotel is in the city, the environment is good, breakfast is not included, and no extra beds are allowed. If you take your children to stay, it is best to use a double or double room. Parking is not easy to say, because the road is not too wide, and you usually drive by yourself Less.

The is a very good choice in Hanoi! We had a connecting room for 2 adults and 1 child for 4 nights (made up of 501 & 503), which gave a us more than enough space. A connecting room meant that the value equation was slightly eroded, but it is still a very good value hotel in a very good location. What did we love? The location is really, really good. Its on the edge of the old quarter, a very easy walk to Hoan Kiem lake, and surrounded by great cheap street food. Close enough to be close to everything, but just far enough away from the more touristy streets. We walked everywhere, always tried to take a different route back to the hotel meaning we were constantly discovering great little places to eat and drink. The staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! They arranged a fantastic day trip for us to Halong Bay (see my seperate review for Jadesails) and arranged a really cheap airport transfer for us when we talked about taking a Grab. Anything we asked of them, they delivered. One day there were some small insects flying in our room. We advised the front desk as we left in the morning, and they had been sprayed/removed/killed before we returned in the afternoon. The beds were really, really comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Our room/s were also very quiet, despite being on level 5 above the entrance alleyway. Sometimes we did hear noise from people in the hallways, however. But my recommendation comes with a couple of caveats... - like others, we were seduced by the photorenders on various websites of the hotel rooms and public spaces. The hotel is described as being new and only started operating in late 2019. However, there were marks on the paintwork in our room, and some aspects in the public areas did not feel brand new. I suspect the hotel has been extensively renovated/overhauled from some previous incarnation. This is not an issue, just a management of your expectations. I have attached a number of photos with this review so you can see for yourself. - yes, the entrance to this hotel is down an alley. But being from Melbourne, we know that many good things can be found down alleys, so don't let this put you off. Hanoi's Old Quarter is a densely packed hive of activity and human life, and people exist in whatever space is available. In fact, I suggest walking down a few of those alleys and seeing what you find. - as we had a connecting room, there were 2 bathrooms and they had different layouts. One was essentially a 'wet room' with the shower space enclosed by a curtain next to a toilet, with both behind a glass door, and the vanity basin in the main room area. This meant that the toilet floor area got wet when someone showered. The other bathroom in had a more traditional layout, with the shower base having its own hob. This might be annoying to some. - the breakfast had both buffet and a-la-carte options, but we didn't love all the food. Some was ok, some not so

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old city. The front Moon Moon is very good in English. It is very enthusiastic and introduces a lot of useful information. The boy is also very nice, will take the initiative to say hello, help with luggage, help call the car. The elevator is super super small, it is estimated that only 3 people; the room space is also very small, it is estimated that the old city space is gold.

I had a week trip to Hanoi, I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, everything was delicious, the food was delicious. When we checked out, we forgot my husband's wallet, and they returned three days later and still got the wallet. I really appreciate it. The hotel is quite friendly and helps us a lot

I didn't expect too much in a place that has very reasonable price. But then 1 night has turned to 3 nights becuz their excellent services! Free upgrade, super nice receptionists and bellmans, good breakfast until 10 am (it wasn't variety but to me there is enough quantity), and the thing that suprised me the most is: they helped me to park my bike in outside area and brought it back to the hotel's front every morning. Feel like I am a cool boss lol Once again, althought I forgot to ask anyone's name, but the whole team has made our experience's unforgetable!

We had a deluxe double on the 5th floor with views to the street .The soundproofing was good ; the room was large & comfortable . Breakfast was good; staff good . The location was very handy & we found it better than on the other side of the lake where we stayed before .The only drawback that we found was no English language cable news channels. \

airport pickup for 22$ a bit hard to find the driver there are only a thousand people getting airport pick up but - - he found me and off we went. check in was easy... arriving in the room the tv was not working and the man who helped me to the room worked on it for 15 mins .. it was late i just wanted to go to sleep. haha the bed was soft, the pillows were comfortable... but the air conditioner...... reset to 26 deg... all the time... the room never stayed cool because the temp would change from a cool 22 to a WARM 26.. woke up sweating every night. breakfast was very good every morning. only one thing bothered me about my stay... i was unable to arrive ontime due to a typhoon.. all flights were canceled and rescheduled the following day... i wasn't offered a refund for the day or an upgrade or a free can of coke.... in my years traveling around asia... in cases of typhoon or ... currently protest.... I've always been offered a refund or room upgrade when I've been delayed ...

Stayed here five nights last year when visited Hanoi in November.the location is excellent, very close to the city center, though a bit far from Ho Hoan Kiem,it is still possible walk to there.but i mostly take grabbike, much easier.it is a budget hostel, dont expect more, but they provide very nice service, the staff at the reception desk called Vui very nice, impressed with him.he will take your luggage to your room, cuz there is no lift in this hostel,i stayed at the upper floor,so it is nice have him to help me.he even helped me when i check out in the early morning, prepared breakfast for me.he stayed at the hostel,so they have 24 hours reception service.breakfast is Bahmi with egg omelette, jam and butter, also coffee or tea.during my stay, everyday is the same,no other option.hope they can change a little bit,at least egg can be cooked as scrambled eggs or sunny side up......they have tour service too, especially to Cat Ba and Ha Long Bay.the hostel is located at the main road,so every morning you will see the road becoming busy, noise not very big, very common city scene.you can even open the window, and watch people, cars, motorbikes busy along the road,it is a good way to experience city life in Hanoi.the room is clean, quite big with basic facilities like safebox,TV,cupboard, hot shower, air cond., desk and toiletries.bathroom a bit small but not the big problem.they clean the room everyday and breakfast served in your room, after finished, better put outside of your room.there are some mini mart around this hostel, ask the staff for direction.staying here for five nights very memorable, like my golden time.so recommended golden time to all budget travellers, there are still two golden time in town, might try next time.

Such a beautiful hotel with the nicest most caring staff! I loved my stay here. The hotel is modern, smells great all the time and and is very clean. I just wish they had a swimming pool or spa facilities but honestly, that’s me just being picky. And where it’s located is through what looks like an alleyway but don’t be alarmed because once you walk down and find the hotel, all will be forgotten. I would definitely stay here again.

It is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and a 5-minute walk. The surrounding area is lively and there is a night market at night. The hotel waiter was very nice, check in wait for fruit hot tea hot towel, check in and welcome fruit. The room is a bit small, maybe it's in the city center.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to both the Old and French Quarter. We had two units of two bedrooms each for four friends so everyone had their privacy, yet still have the lounge to enjoy a drink together when we didn't feel like going out in the evening. Breakfast variety was great. Would definitely recommend, especially for famillies and groups.

Fantastic location just next to the lake where is great for a morning walk and night evening hang out. Love the decoration and facility in the hotel which is modern, clean and new. The amenities are great with proper and premium European brand. Bed is extremely comfortable with nice equipped bathroom. The breakfast they served is high quality with diverse choices, they do put effort on the breakfast selection and buffet. The service is beyond excellent. I got sick the last day unfortunately but the team was so caring and offered me a herbal tea. They always checked with you if you were okay or not especially to a single solo traveller. It was lucky to have chance to try out their spa, one of the very best experiences I have had. The materials, oils and the masseur are fantastic! I used to stay in Sofitel, the most expensive hotel in Hanoi but Sinfonia could definitely gave me the same or even better level of the hospitality. Will definitely come back. Oh, and the rooftop bar serves very good negroni and cocktails!

Good location, quite but the service is just mediocre at best. There was no receptionist or bellboy, I had to wait for 15 minutes until someone showed up at the lobby. There is no buffet breakfast like the pictures or other reviews. I had to ask the staff to prepare one bowl of noodle the night before. Otherwise there would be no breakfast. I was travelling for work so I had to leave early.
