I chose this hotel because it’s pretty close to many embassies of other countries. I needed Chinese Embassy and it’s 15 mins of walking from the hotel. Working staff is polite and everything is fine. Bed is a little bit uncomfortable but the bathroom is great!

The price is too high and is not directly proportional to services and facilities. The facilities are old, the original keys must be used to open the door, some doors must be pulled hard to lock, and some must be loosened. There are carpets and icon paintings in the room, but there are no air conditioners, hair dryers, slippers, and everything that is related to modern civilization seems to be insulated. Fortunately, there is a water dispenser on each stairway, and there is no electric kettle in the room. Several people at the front desk were cold, and one of them was okay. The advantage is that it is close to Mo Da, close to the subway, some people clean it every day, the buffet breakfast provided is not bad.

This hotel is great, it's pricey but you will not regret the investment. It's in the middle of the woods and there are 2 Metro stations nearby: "Minskaya" and "Slavyanskiy" but keep in mind that they are not that close to the hotel so my recommendation is to take a taxi when you get to any of those metro stations. To do this it's best to download the Yandex Taxi app. You can select cash payment or if you prefer you can choose credit card as well. The hotel personnel speaks English and are very polite. They have a good breakfast buffet and a bar. They will lend you a bicycle if you wish to ride around the woods and they have some sports activities if you're into them such as tennis, darts among others. This is very quiet place where you will be able to rest. Overall this hotel is recommended if you're willing to invest because once again, it is pricey.

I was on a tour and the tour co put us at Princes Park Hotel. i guess it's a hotel for tourguests. not high end definitely. The hotel is outside and in the south of Moscow. it's about 2 minute walk to Tyoply Stan Metro, the only 2 stops to the last stop of the 6th metro line of moscow. at the back of the hotel is a big complex of wholesale and retail fresh fruits, meat, chéese and milk products and many other farm products sold by farmers. prices are quite cheap comparing to others in town, of course. If you like bread, try the fresh turk like bakery shop at the back building. talking about the hotel, i guess I was not enjoying this hotel. it is quite big. the layout is like a maze. i know many rooms may have no window. mine had, but viewing to some bare rooftop and an ugly bigtruck parking. the room is quite large but furnitures seemed worn out. the TV was still LCD and funnily small. the room was cleaned but no new water bottles or supplies were refilled daily. There was a water dispenser in the alley and the iron and board were put somewhere in the alley for selfservice. there were only 2 extremely slow guest elevators and u may have to wait for quite some time. i tried staircase, faster. then we found two more service elevators at some corners of the building. Breafasts were served in some banquet type room at some back corner on 3rd floor. it seemed obvious the restaurant staffs did not like chinese tourguests. I don't but I was not comfortable that the staffs was very rude to them. We are vietnamese, guessed they thought we were chinese too thus treated the same, or may be they did not like us either🤔 Not so many staffs speak English though and i did not find them friendly or helpful

Hotel facilities are very simple, equivalent to the domestic economic chain level. The room is still big, the bath and shower are together, the bath is not convenient, it is a design flaw. No toothbrush is provided, I have to ask if I want it. This is an idea. The slippers were very thin and poor, and the bath water overflowed without leaking, and it was quickly broken. There is an iron and an ironing board, and that's okay. The service was still enthusiastic. The front desk said that Ctrip’s money was not received. Later, it was received. No deposit was paid and the minibar was locked. It is difficult to ask for a service by telephone. If you hit it several times, you can't get through it. If you want a conversion, you can say no. Restaurant service is also very enthusiastic, there are many Chinese tour groups, but it is no longer in the morning. There are fried noodles and tea eggs for breakfast. Western food has all kinds of dairy products and sausages. Western food is rich. . There is a subway station around, there is a pier, an Orthodox church, there is a small park opposite the church, sitting and watching the scenery is very good.

Hard to rate this hotel because services are very unequal and because we stayed during very high season and paid inordinately high prices. First the good: The best thing about this hotel is Eugenia the concierge, highly professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, cultured. She should be training all concierges in Moscow! (eg. one concierge told me I could not buy online train tickets for Vladimir and should go to the train station instead, which was totally incorrect: Thanks to Eugenia I found about a website in English called tutu travel where you can buy Russian train tickets). Reception staff is lovely as well, and house cleaners do a superb job. The musician who plays the piano at night till 11pm in the hall area is excellent! There is a pool in the basement opened till 10pm. As well as a Turkish bath but no sauna. And now, the not so good: This hotel is really old fashioned and a bit non descript: Rooms, a bit dark but quiet even on the street side, are furnished in a 1950s way, and mattresses (even the new ones) are way too soft, hence not very comfortable ( the one in room 587 was however ok). We found heating temperamental, warm the 1st night, then cold afterwards. All in all, this is a 3 star hotel which could be great if updated (Rooms need brighter décor and more lamps, as well as sheets and duvets which fit the King size beds.. The entrance hall could also be more charming.)

The hotel itself is very historical, and the location is superb. You can walk to the Red Square for a maximum of ten minutes. You can't get used to staying earlier. You can go to the view room, face the attractions, the rooms are not large, the facilities are not new, some history but good maintenance. The manager who met them in the elevator was very enthusiastic and asked how we were staying. They said that many Chinese in their hotel liked it. In addition, I was very impressed with the breakfast. I have to make a reservation. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is rich, and the caviar is pleasing to the eye. I like to take pictures. The waiter at the door was very enthusiastic and helped us taxi to the airport.

I stayed at the Delta Hotel on 3 occasions over a period of 3 weeks, for 7 nights in total. On every occasion there was an incident of some sort involving staff not speaking English, suggesting that foreigners are not welcome at this place. This place is at the standard of a youth hostel and not a 4 star hotel it claims to be. Luggage room: I had dealings with them on 4 occasions (dropping off and picking up luggage twice). This service is meant to be 24 hours but 3 times out of 4 the door was locked without any sign whatsoever to say what was going on. All the receptionists could say was to wait 10-15 minutes and the attendant shall be back, i.e. he might wake up because where on earth he might have gone at 3.30am. Needless to say, waiting was not an option when I had an early morning flight to catch and I carefully timed my departure. The attendants didn't speak English and lacked the skills to correctly count the number of days in a calendar so the correct fee could be charged. I was also wondering why I was charged at all when the luggage room was supposed to be free if people left luggage there before checking in. I always had an upcoming booking so technically I was before checking in but nobody understood or cared to listen to my point. Safety deposit box: During my first stay, it was locked when I checked in to my room so I had to arrange it to be opened. Not something I expect to be doing in a 4 star hotel. Second time, all good. Third time, the battery was flat meaning sometimes I couldn't operate it at all. I had to call somebody to open it because part of the keypad stopped working. It was then opened using a 6 digit code (which I have seen so now I could open the safe in any of the rooms). Breakfast: Since all my cash and cards were locked away in the faulty safe which I couldn't open, I requested to pay for breakfast upon check out. What was I even thinking?! Quite abruptly I was told, "Money now!" and the hostess started to make a scene. I asked to see her manager which she didn't understand only after using Google translate. Dina the manager had the same awful customer service and language skills and all she could say was "Go to Reception" which I did. Do you think I cannot afford to pay 700 RUB and I will abscond without paying?! Again, these are hostel standards, paying incurred fees at check out is unheard of in this "4 star" "hotel". Housekeeping: Due to the 3 spells of my stay I could compare the standard of housekeeping. During my second stay, there was no chocolate in the room, the water and the toiletries didn't get replenished at all. During my third stay the room was cleaned quite late, at around 5.45pm, just when I wanted to have a shower before going out for dinner (you are having a laugh if you think I wanted to try their inhouse restaurant after my dreadful experience with breakfast). Room: Rooms were upto different standards. One of them had a shower cabin. The other one had a portable radiator because (surprise, su

The hotel is pretty good. I didn't eat breakfast because I was afraid of taste. The hotel environment is very good. First of all, the visa application is very fast. It is done on the day of check-in during the day and the next day. Entered the room and added the bed. The bathrooms are large and have bathtubs. The only disadvantage is that his water is too expensive. In addition to the three bottles of water, an additional bottle costs 250 rubles, so I chose to buy a large bucket of water in the small supermarket downstairs and cook it myself. There is an electric kettle in the room. The most important thing is that it is convenient to travel. Going out through the underground passage is the subway exit of Line 6. It only takes 20 minutes to reach Red Square. I stayed for 4 days during the New Year's Day, 450 a day. At this price, I can stay in such a hotel, which is very good and worth recommending.
