The newly opened hotel apartment has a great environment and is especially suitable for a family to live in a large room together. The two-bedroom room is really spacious, has three bathrooms, and is very clean and tidy. But the sea view is not particularly perfect because there are some buildings under construction in the sea. At the same time, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities are broken, such as the window door handles and door stops. In addition, the hotel apartment shares a breakfast area with the InterContinental Hotel. The InterContinental Hotel is really old and the restaurant is really crowded. It takes 10 minutes to walk there every time. The scenery along the way is still very beautiful.

Abu Dhabi Radison Blue & Resort Conish - Abu Dhabi Radison Blue is in Yas Island and Conish, and I used it on the Conish Beach side. - About a few years ago, it changed from Hilton to Radison Blue and renovated, the interior is stylish and nice. *Ambience/Facilities: Good atmosphere, interior, staff, facilities *Key points: The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, the facilities, restaurants in the hotel and the tuk tuk are also next to the beach. 1. Breakfast is quite good and the staff are really friendly. The egg fries and omelettes made by yourself are so delicious and the bread is delicious. 2. There are about 5 or 6 restaurants / pubs / bars in the hotel, and Vertigo is delicious at a reasonable price (about 100,000 won per person), and there is a very high-end restaurant next to it, and the sandy beach is pretty. The lighting is so pretty (2 people 30-500,000 won). 3. The fitness center is spacious and comfortable and gorgeous. 4. Room condition was good and equipped with necessary amenities. There is no toothpaste toothbrush. No indoor slippers are provided and you ask. There's free water, there's tea rectification, there's coffee. 5. Location: 40 minutes taxi ride from Abu Dhabi Airport, 90 dirhams (about 35,000 won, 2022.10. Standard). I booked a pick-up service with the hotel concierge (apply by hotel email) 140 dirham (about 60,000 won, I think it was taxed separately because it was calculated when I checked out). As soon as I found my luggage, the driver was standing at the gate with a picket. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I applied for a pick-up service beyond 11 pm. I used a taxi that I took from the hotel when I returned. 6. Accessibility around: Abu Dhabi is a resort, but nearby Marina Mall (cheaply purchased on the first floor of the basement, Carrefour, gifts, etc.), Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum, Presidential Palace, It was good to be close to the Adnock Center (Oil Company National Corporation). 7. Local currency: Only Dirham, because the taxi was not desole with the US dollar, Dirham was exhausted and then exchanged money from the hotel front to Dirham. You can exchange money from Monday, except for weekends, like banks at the hotel front desk. I went on a business trip, I couldn't use the facilities and went to the tourist spots well, but I wanted to go again and this hotel was a good place to go again. Recommended.

We stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights. The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen. Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked. The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling. Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff. - A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one. - The towels could do with a replacement. - The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself. - Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us. - It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side. - The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage. We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!

The location of the hotel is very accessible. It looks newly developed as it is very clean and the design looks modern. The best thing I like about this place is the pool; It is very kids friendly though the timings of the pool are really short unlike other hotels in Royal M its 8am till 6pm, check in time is 2pm the schedule of the pool is very tight like you only have 2-3 hours to enjoy it. The hotel room is very spacious but not sound proof because we can hear the TV of the room beside us.

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

I dine in Garden restaurant and had a very pleasant experience there with a delicious food and memorable hospitality. While me leaving the hotel, I couldn't find my valet ticket and Mr. Francis approached me, though I was bit panicked with the situation but he kept me comfortable while offering me and my fiance Arabic coffee and explained me about Beach Rotana.. It was really amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Beach Rotana to all my family and friends ❤️

The picture for suite which I book is different then the actual room. In real it’s just one bedroom with sofa but in pictures it’s giving a look of 2 separate rooms or even one picture showing stairs to go up for bedroom and down is sitting area. I report this after check in but seems reception staff waste all energy in how to talk polite rather then how to solve the problem. By talking nicely doesn’t means good customer service. Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Thanks for the lovely experience and stay!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! I was honestly very impressed by the hotel overall. For this price and for the service, it doesn't deserve anything than full marks. There are many shops/fast food chains within a few minutes walking distance. Taxis found it generally easy to find. There is a big mall just around the corner. Corniche/beach is a short taxi ride away. The room we booked was surprisingly big. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was superb. They allowed early check in and early check out with ease. They attended to all our needs. The gym was nice and the pool was relatively small but clean and with a friendly life guard. I would most definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

This hotel is very good and cost-effective. The room has one living room, one bedroom, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The space is large enough. You can walk from the hotel to Warner Bros. Park via the city promenade, and it takes ten minutes to walk through the Warner Five-Star Hotel. You don’t have to walk in It’s extremely hot outside the city and there are shuttle buses, but we were short of time and didn’t take a taxi for the entire journey.

We initially checked in for only 1month in 2020 but due to covid, we stayed for more than 1year. It was very pleasant stay. All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. I have stayed most of hotels in tourist club area, Mazlish,Al Manzel, Oriental but Ivory is one of the best hotel for family.

Very well located. Excellent spacious room with two refrigerators, a kettle, a microwave and a cupboard for dishes. Excellent set of cosmetics in the bathroom. didn't like there was absolutely no dishes, no forks, no knife at least.

It was a wonderful hotel to stay , professional staff like Mariem , Kadija , Moin , Robin who made my stay so special and honored me with their hospitality and professionalism . In Cyan ,Breakfast is large buffet with international choice of foods . Room are spacious with a great comfort , clean toiletries and restroom. It is not a goodbye for me but a see you in near future! I strongly recommend.

Hotel location is OK, the surrounding shops are more and more lively. The hotel is a bit old and it is estimated to be many years old. There is a door in my room that leads to the next room. It feels very unsafe. I can hear it in the next room, especially in this position. If it is night, it is not convenient for friends to come over, the front desk will ask.
