They told us the breakfast is free but they took 110 TRK Lir for breakfast. They told us you have to pay this extra fee because you wanted breakfast to be served in your room. Also, the manager of this hotel was a very unpolite woman. I hate this hotel because they made a very bad memory and experience on the first day we arrived in Ankara. We decided to leave this hotel at 2 pm and they told us you should pay half of one fee. This is another reason I hate this hotel. In the near of this hotel, there are a lot of hotels with cheaper price and better facilities and staff.

That was the best one. The manager of this hotel (Mr.Hassan) is a kind man and he was helping us a lot. He speaks English very well and you do not have any problem. This hotel has suites with great views and affordable prices. This hotel and Mr. Hassan are Our best memory in Ankara. There are a lot of shops and everything you need around this hotel. Also, this hotel has a coffee shop. The Internet was fast and free.
We traveled to Ankara for business with the embassies in Çankaya. The location is perfect for almost any embassy. The rooms are larger than most hotel rooms. The bed is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is a typical for most hotels in Turkey with a variety of cheeses, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, cereals and bread. The hotel is a boutique hotel so there are only 15 rooms which makes it quite quaint. The neighborhood is quite and you can easily walk around and feel safe. The only complaint is that the rug in the room needed a cleaning as it was beige and spotted with stains. Other than that I would recommend this place to everyone. I will stay with them again. Their large rooms have adjoining doors for those traveling with a family and the amount of space is ideal for large families.
The hotel is quite central and offers a very good price/performance ratio plus available staff. The rooms are a little small but very functional and you can get everything stuck with 2 people, which you bring in Ankara for a few days. Wi-Fi is really good and you can also sit and work comfortable in the lobby area. The hotel offers tea and coffee at a small price (up to 20:00). At night you can hear a little road traffic, but it is quite in the borders and the beds are so comfortable that you can get sleep fast. The hotel is absolutely recommendable if you can well refrain from a pool and fitness room and wish a functional and yet comfortable hotel.
Very new hotel, just above the railway station, the location is excellent, it is very close to the Tomb of the Sun, Ankara Castle, and the Museum of Civilization. It takes less than 20 lire by taxi and can be reached in about half an hour on foot. The hotel is connected to the hotel on the west side. There is a big shopping mall (the ticket gate of the train station is also inside), there are fast food and coffee shops, there are also small supermarkets and nut shops. The subway entrance Maltepe is standing on the street south of the hotel. After exiting the hotel, you need to cross the overpass, go east for the first small intersection, turn right and go south for 200 meters and you will see it. Overall it is very convenient. The subway entrance is located on a small street, and there are various shops on the street, which can meet the needs of life. The hotel itself has a strong sense of decoration and design. The breakfast is plentiful but the variety is fixed, there are few vegetables, and the variety of dairy products, bread, and olives is rich. The overall feeling is great!
Nice clean spacious room, bathroom was clean, hot water, heater a/c was good. The staff was very nice and helpful, wifi was strong. It was close to public buses and 15 minute walk to the metro so it was well situated. There is a big beautiful Ottoman style mosque right infront of the hotel and a small mall under ground but you don't hear the prayer call from the mosque inside the rooms. We had good night sleep. Breakfast was good, Turkish buffet breakfast, bread, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, tea, coffee, butter, jam etc. Safe neighborhood. You can take the MRT to the main bus station Otogar for TL 18 or you can take the bus to the main bus station. Taxi will charge you TL 30 (if not, bargain it to TL 30).
I read the reviews and was prepared for the worst ... as the hotel was included in the organized tour I attended. I agree with all the reviews that find it old and date. It's really a nice buffet dinner in the year 70'... as well as the choice of buffet dinner was rather slight and not exceptional. The double room I had fruit vice versa was very spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. But other people in the group with which I traveled told me that I had fruit of rooms with bathrooms at the limit of the decent ....what did not happen to me that I can give an average rating of the hotel. With regard to location, some reported the location The hotel is a very central place on the road, because it is 10 minutes from the Archeological Museum. I do not think I would choose it in my own own right, but for a tour and one night only, it can be good, and I also point out the great kindness of the staff.
Great rooms great service Very good location We loved the place and atmosphere. The hotel was very nice and clean. Service was top notch, over all very happy with the stay. I Stayed here for work and would highly recommend. Definitely would choose this hotel again!
Near the Ankara Stadium. To the north is the old town, to Ankara Castle can be reached on foot, there will be a market in the middle, you can experience the life of the locals... There is a subway downstairs to the new town... nice room is slightly smaller, the double bed room is a combination of double beds Friends who need a rolling bed should pay attention to...
First, I have to say everyone at the hotel was warm, friendly and tried to help through my lack of Turkish. The disappointment comes when you are in your room. Internet is poor at best, the noise from the neighboring empty field and the sickening smell of cigarette smoke that pervades every floor. The restaurant was good, again, the staff are friendly and the food is good. The room was comfortable although, the picture window between the shower and the bed takes a bit of getting used to. Bed was comfortable and should have been easy to have a good night's sleep but the dogs barking at all hours of the night in the empty lot behind the hotel was nerve wracking. I understand this is an issue in many neighborhoods in Ankara so, be aware and bring ear plugs. Internet service was spotty at best. Reasonable access in the lobby but in the room, where I needed to work, I could not rely on the connection being fast or stable enough to access anything. It may be the hotel but it could also be the provider, regardless, don't expect to get much work done on-line. My biggest complaint is the cigarette smoke that pervades every corner of this hotel. There are signs everywhere that smoking is prohibited but it seems to go completely unnoticed by some. The floor I was on was marked as "non-smoking' but the person in the room next to mine smoked at all hours and the smell seeped into my room and the hallway. Maybe a fine for smoking like they have in North America or some European countries would convince people to stop ignoring the rules. Oh, and masks, you are required to wear them, the staff all comply but the majority of guests simply ignore the signs and appear to not give a damn.
Consecutive booking prices should be preferential! Only in this way can there be repeat customers. A good hotel must first be sanitary and secondly safe. The price must be reasonable to make customers feel that the value for money is good, and only then will customers look back. Customers will introduce to others. In this way, the reputation of the hotel can be spread out. The better and the bigger the business, this is my understanding. Is there a problem with how to stay on the 32-word Ctrip website?
Resepsn daima zənglərə cavab verir gozletmir her şey üçün teşekkür 😊🥰
We went to Ankara by night train, so we arrived at the hotel very early, around 9 AM. They allowed us to check in earlier to our room with no extra cost. We were so gratefull for this! My favorite is their rain shower! The hot water and the pressure really helps to release my sore muscle after long trip. Didn’t try their wifi as we were mostly out of the hotel during day time. Room window can be opened and the room heater works really well. Locations also great, they have starbucks inside the hotel and some restaurants and cafe around the hotel. We really appreciate the extra miles they gave us especially for the early check in. We will surely back there when we go to Ankara. Thank you Holiday Iin!
I arrived at the hotel obviously distressed because my train arrived much later than anticipated and I needed to complete a Covid lateral flow test, upload the results to the proctoring company site and get the result certificate in time for a flight early the following morning. In spite of this I was kept waiting the extra 10 minutes until the official check in time. The hotel did not seem busy at any time during my stay so being held downstairs seemed unnecessarily punitive. The Divan is directly opposite the gate into the citadel area and a very short walk from the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. The perfect location for a tourist. It is also very nicely decorated with the sleeping rooms leading off a mezzanine above an open dining area that was set up but not used while I was there. My room was in the front of the building but surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed. It was quite large and nicely decorated with a full or perhaps queen bed and a separate sitting area with sofa and trunk table. There was no desk or desk chair. The bed had lovely feather pillows and quilt. The bathroom was big with a separate shower and tub and premium Molton Brown toiletries. In the minus column this was one of the most badly lit hotel rooms I have ever been in - and I have been in a few hundred. There was one very weak centre ceiling down light in the sitting area and another over the bed. There was also, fortunately, bedside lamps on either side because the other lighting was so poor that I couldn't read a book while sitting on the sofa or on the bed without a bedside lamp turned on. The bathroom on the other hand was beautifully lit and even had a row of light bulbs around the very large mirror. The wifi in the room was terrible which was a real concern for uploading the Covid test results. It did work very slowly in the afternoon (thank goodness) but not at all in the evening. There is a restaurant at the back of the building that has a great view across the city and a good menu. Hotel guests get a 10% discount. Overall, Divan Cukurhan is worth patronizing for its perfect position and attractive interior provided that you don't need wifi or bright lighting.
The transportation is convenient. You can take the 340 bus to the downtown business district. There is a relatively large supermarket opposite the hotel. The breakfast is also quite rich. I think the price is less than 200 in October.
When I entered the hotel and settled down, he had no friends who had to accompany my room. I thought they did something similar because of the epidemic. Every time I call the reception, a friend named Mahmut answers and slaps me on the face (please teach the friend how to turn off the phone). When I want to take a shower at night, rusty water and long-running water are the last straw that breaks the glass. I made a call and calmly asked all of them to come to the reception desk. Why is this so? They told me that a political band came to me, so my working friends could not catch up. They cannot provide a clear explanation for the rusty water flow. Working in a five-star hotel in the city center is not a job. Is it necessary to take the team seriously? Or should I say that I am a bureaucratic kid? When I first came, I was the one who did his job. This is a shame. You lose a regular visitor every 2 weeks. Best wishes.
LATANYA -is the queen of the fairies ! just remember this name for the best hotel in Ankara. I have been here before couple times and I am really pleased with the service and quality. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the Beautiful, fancy and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious plus very welcoming atmosphere. The stuff throughout the hotel, they are very professional and especially very very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everywhere because it’s in the center. The room.. it’s like heavenly 😍 room was very very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. There is no Corona here for sure! Thanks to the cleaning staff💐 And the food.. DELICIOUS !! 🤤 The chefs are amazing for sure! I really appreciate the work that they have done, it was amazing! I want to thank to the kitchen staff for their excellent service and food! I wanna Thank to Mr VAHAP, the waitress for his great service, hard working and his kindness 💐 I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the people who are going to visit Ankara. Thank you so much to all the staff! See you soon 🤍
Thanks to the Staff of the Hotel. My mom and I were there only a few hours. We made a stairway in Ankara to meet the city, because that same day afternoon-night we traveled to Capadocia. The Staff was super friendly. All of the staff. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We were just bathing and resting a little. My mother and I went to the city and then we returned for our baggage. We were helped get a taxi too. Thanks. 🙏❤️ Mercedes
The hotel looks forward to the above. The location is in the city centre, not far from the stop of the subway station and airport bus. The service is not bad, I have handled the early check-in. The people in the country are more nice, and generally do not have the problem of early check-in. The accommodation is good, the room is large, and there is a sofa TV, which is the most cost-effective one I have lived in in the country. Downstairs is a variety of restaurants, very lively at night, I live on both sides of the street, so the night is noisy, although I live on the 7th floor, but I have to go back to sleep late, so it has little effect on me.
We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. The pros of hotel was our room. The room 104 in the 1th floor was very spacious and clean with comfortable double bed and two big windows. Housekeeping was very good and they clean our room every day. Bathroom also was spacious and have high pressure hot water. There are safe box and a large closet. The cons of hotel was the breakfast. Just a packed dish for breakfast with limited items and no change in 7 days. The start time for breakfast was 7:30 but it was rarely ready at that time. To sum up, it was pleasant stay.
The hotel is conveniently located in the Cankaya area, with a wide range of dining options. The hotel has a small selection of breakfasts and complete facilities. It is a good choice for business trips.
First, the location of the hotel is good if you can walk, around the hotel you can find all the services, many restaurants, and banks, but you need to walk 5 to ten minutes at least, AlsoTaxis are available all the time, The hotel decoration is the only beautiful thing in this hotel, But absolutely they are not a five-star hotel for those reasons, 1. The staff are in some way rude, unprofessional and seem angry all the time for no particular reason, especially when they cannot understand your simple English, as if your language is your own mistake, and you may be punished for not knowing the Turkish language, 2. I experienced a hard time with the Receptionists and suffer from their treatment and every single time things must go up to a higher level, after some time you will start to have this feeling of being afraid of asking for anything, for example, the concierge doesn't know his duties so I hold my bags and he just walked in front of me, the Maintenance guy, when I complain on AC, asked me just to set in front of its fan or change the hotel, 3. Any order you made on the phone for maintenance, laundry, room service will take a long time , hours sometimes, and more re-calls even a for a simple request like a bottle of water, or maybe ice which many times I requested it and never had it, 5. They lack many things that are common in many hotels ( and this is supposed to be a five-star hotel)such as : 6. There are No tissue boxes in the room, so you need to use toilet paper for your nose or buy your own, 7. There is no iron and iron board like every hotel I have visited in my life, even if you requested for one they say sorry we have laundry services, 8. They shut down the AC in many premises to save electricity like the lobby and the restaurant, my stay was in summer, so in noontime it became unbreathable and the outside become much better than the inside, 9. They reduce the AC performance in the rooms so whatever temperature you put in your room control unit it is useless, 10. The internet is another story, it is almost dead, so if you think you will depend on the hotel internet, then you need to reconsider your options, to give an idea how weak the Wi-Fi internet is, I felt that the whole hotel usage of internet is depending on one mobile hotspot, 11. The TV in the room had few local Turkish channels, there is no single English channel even the free news channels , which makes it just a simple decoration in the room, 12. The breakfast on the first day was good because it is in some way had new options for me, but repeating the same routine every day for two weeks, made it dull and boring with the same dishes, mainly sausages, cheese and eggs, and everything is fried with a lot and a lot of oil, and it is the same every day, for me, breakfast was a bad idea esp. when you know that there are some restaurants around you offer tastier breakfast for half price, 13. The juice they offer is canned one and doesn't taste good
I stayed two nights, keep from the rooms to the bathroom until breakfast was clean. I definitely recommend the location already very good morning traffic can be very light. Calisans are helpful and professional. The gentleman who was looking for breakfast in the morning was very kind and helpful, but he was very kind and helpful. I'd rather come back if I would.
Let me tell you this, the rooms are small! My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, it was clean and lots of restaurants nearby. the only problem with hygiene was that one of the pillows smelled cigarettes and they changed it quickly and The safe didn't work, the Air conditioner didn't work (no cool but heat worked) and the shower head was broken. the breakfast was ok and it had a good variety. I was satisfied with the breakfast. they were kind enough to offer us 3 breakfast meals instead of two, without extra charge. The reception was ok although they didn't speak English well, they kinda could understand but don't expect too much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good compared to the services and location. Generally, it was ok and I was satisfied. now that I'm writing this review, I've already changed 3 hotels and Asrin was the first one. the main reason we had to change from Asrin was that we had more than two pieces of luggage and the room was not big enough.
The environment is very good, but the specific breakfast is too few, not suitable for the Chinese stomach. Overall it is full. The guy at the front desk is too enthusiastic, rushing to his wink, and very caring service, giving him full marks!
(The location is very close to the National Father's Mausoleum, only 10 lire for taxi)
This hotel is well located in busy area, but is quiet location. The rooms are very nice. I liked the large closet space, the ample work desk space, very good internet connection, and good bathroom. There is nothing more you could want in a hotel room. It is interesting that the lighting in the hallways and elevator area are motion activated and a good energy saving feature. The buffet breakfast has plenty of choices of what ever you might want. There is very good mall just up the pedestrian street with a lot of good stores and restaurants there. So, you could not ask for better location and service for a hotel.
Hotel well located in business district- currently very few guests. Super clean and organised- everything bagged. Rooms modem and well equipped. Gym ok - pool nice and it has sauna etc. Staff polite and efficient. Things to note - breakfast currently a bit spartan and pre plated bar omelette which is lack lustre given how few guests. No out door pool or seating and in the public glazed areas the AC is off so it’s hot. Also Airport shuttle not free and more than a taxi - I will be staying again though
