Ci hanno mandato in questo hotel dopo aver cancellato il nostro volo verso l’India. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, peccato che il personale che gestiva la sala colazioni e pranzo, in particolare una giovane ragazza, sia stato veramente scortese e arrogante nei confronti di alcuni ospiti stranieri che come noi si trovavano li’ dopo aver passato una notte travagliata a causa del volo cancellato all’ultimo minuto. Non e’ stato servito loro il pasto perché sono arrivati in sala da pranzo 20minuti dopo l’orario stabilito… con tanto di parole poco rispettose nei loro confronti. Episodi di vera arroganza che non si dovrebbero mai verificare e che non ce lo si aspetta da un hotel 4 stelle. Spero vivamente che vengano rivisitati i ruoli del personale all’interno della struttura e che venga fatta una seria opera di “umanizzazione” nei loro confronti.

The two stars are all for the kindness and availability of the lady that manages the structure. The room had essential services, including a fan and a pad for the sticks .... The towels were a rigid powder, evabé ... In return the soap was perfectly sealed. Overflowing on the furniture, the photos do not make him justice! The breakfast is suitable for the family environment, and the problem is mainly the price/quality ratio. We paid the same price as the night before we cost the same room at the 7th Floor of Hotel Villanova in Bologna (a 4-star congress center with covered pool and services from another planet) and the week before, Olgiate Olona .... I was in town for business and I had the most pleasant experience. Conveniently located , it was only a short drive from the airport- around 20 mins.The room was spacious and clean. Hotel looked great and the staff was very polite. There's a bar and a restaurant in the hotel and that was useful as I didn't have lots of time to explore the city but was able to still have a good italian meal. There's also a meeting room that you can book that comes handy. Next time, I'm back in town, I'll definitely be staying at the Welcome Hotel.

This hotel is not in a good position for those who want to be near transport, but this did not affect me because I chose this position for other reasons. This hotel is the worst one I've ever been in many ways: I wouldn't complain about it if I had paid less, but I paid a fortune for a hotel that doesn't worth the price. The room is small, the Wi-Fi and TV are not working in building 2. Breakfast (in comparison to other 3 stars in which I was) is very low: only one type of bread, only dry and only one cheese, no chorizo o other cheese types. Check-out is too early at 10:30 ... never seen such a thing. Positive points for which I don't give a star: friendly staff, good cleaning and various room hygiene products always supplied.

I was on business trip with two other guys. Paid 274€ for one night and I think it wayyyy too much. Nothing specail on this on. Located basicly middle of no where and once again, really over priced. Wahsing room sinks water tap did not work where its supposed to work. So it was close and if you used it...no water went away, because tap did not ope...I took the tap away... But more problematic and really bad thing is, that room door did not lock always. Sometimes you have to open and close it 10 times before it locked. Sometimes 6 times. I think first time I left the room unlocked... We came to hotel lqte evening and I did not want to start changing the room, so I ****** it up...but 274€ for a night ??? Ny buddy had problem with auto heting/cooling, no adjustmen working. Someone came and resetted/booted the heating/cooling system. Windows dirty, unable to take a pix for example from 9th floor.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

I stayed at the Moom in 2011 and 2012 and loved it— not so much this time. While the breakfast buffet and happy hour are wonderful, the rooms were awful. We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

L'hotel in questione è diviso in due parti: una fa da hotel ed una da motel. Io sono stato in hotel e l'esperienze è stata discreta. La stanza ha le sue pecche perchè la doccia era un pò sporca e il contenitore del bagnosciuma rotto, inoltre una grande pecca è l'impossibilità di regolare dalla stanza l'aria condizionata. Ho dovuto dormire sotto il lenzuolo perchè ogni volta che la staccavo dopo poco si riavviava da sola. Avrei evitato quelle luci rosse sopra il letto che sanno molto di motel. Materasso comodo e camera globalmente discreta. Ottima l'idea di mettere il parcheggio di fronte ogni camera. In definitiva lo consiglio solo per soggiorni brevi e per chi è proprio di passaggio.

I felt very welcome from the first entry in the hotel until check-out. Reception is very fast, well-organized and friendly. My room was well equipped and very tidy. I took a bottle of water from the minibar and wanted to pay it during check-out. The answer was that this is a service of the hotel - very kind. And the breakfast... excellent with quite a big choice! Not to forget the booking process via e-mail. It was quick and uncomplicated. I will definitely come back if I have another stay in Legnano one day.
