We felt very comfortable and like we were at home during our stay. The staff was helpful, and even brought an extra bed for our mother-in-law, despite having a couch bed available in the room. They were very conscientious of our needs and extremely helpful during check-in and check-out.
Business travel, both in and out of the taxi, a lot of small restaurants around the bar. Listen to the locals, this is a relatively safe area, high-end areas. The hotel has a general appearance and there is a hotel with a similar name nearby. I don't know which one is better. Not far from a large supermarket, it can basically meet the daily needs. The only problem is that the popularity of English is not high, and there is a slight obstacle to shopping and dining.

We checked in a bit late and our standard room left in front of the lift. We requested to change another room. Due to highly occupied, the stuff was very helpful to request his supervisor to get me free upgraded to executive room that it was very clean, bright, the bed was comfortable. It is well maintained hotel though the breakfast less variety but overall 4*.
Located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of central SP with excellent restaurants in a safe walking distance. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruit. Large and very clean rooms. Bed, pillows of high quality. Strangely on my first night i had an iron (board) in the room; coming back two days later for a second night, no such amenity in the room (quite useful for long term travelers). Reception seems to be understaffed for a hotel of this size, but they made up for the waiting with friendliness. Cabs drive up constantly so no waiting times there, convenient. Take a high floor if you can as traffic may wake you (i can compare 4th with 9th floor and definitely recommend latter). I enjoyed my stays and would come back.

The NewCiti Itaim by Charlie is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The NewCiti Itaim by Charlie offers a pleasant stay in Sao Paulo for those traveling for business or leisure. With Vila Olimpia - Cptm - Linha C just 2km away and São Paulo–Congonhas Airport only 5km away, transportation is very convenient. There's plenty to do nearby, with Jardim Europa, Ville du Vin Itaim Bibi and Amarynthe Spa all within a short distance. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests of this Sao Paulo hotel can make use of the parking facilities.
Pros: Good location, good service when checking in/normal area, and good pressure/temperature control
: Full charge ($12 dish, $55 breakfast, etc.), air-conditioning is a bit, medium/soft (personal choice, room) and, since my last stay here, things have been reduced.
Overall: nice rooms, beautiful location and good structure and view of the swimming pool/college area, but I don't think they are 5 star hotels, they seem to be sold. I understand that for a two-person suite, there is no breakfast and 300 royals have to pay at most (see the comparison between Melia Pauls and Hilton Wattke).
LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS NEARBY *** Good location in the busy Itam Bibi area with loads of clubs, bars, local food stores. Safe and clean area. A lot of one-way roads, so you need to figure out how to get there and not to miss it when driving. Staybridge Suites Sao Paulo has a parking/garage and this is complimentary for guests (parking prices in SP can be normally very high). There is direct access from the garage (back side lift) and you just get there behind reception. I might be mistaken, but I think you have to have a key card to use this lift, otherwise somebody needs to come down for you. Also, when leaving the car park, you need to validate your parking ticket at reception first and then go to the parking counter. Bit time consuming, but manageable process. HOTEL OVERVIEW *** Business-orientated property, but I have found it perfectly fine for leisure stays. This was actually my second stay there and I did not even look for other options. It is located in the good area, offers good value for money for the standard it offers and also guarantees you comfortable stays in very pleasant rooms. I noticed that hotel was also used by some airlines for their crew (normally they do good hotels in general). PURPOSE OF THIS TRIP *** Leisure RESERVATION *** Directly on ihg.com website. Few days before my arrival IHG had a great promotion for IHG Rewards members – only 5000 points per night for standard room. I rebooked my stay (which made it even more affordable) and then I upgraded my rooms directly with the reservations department using my card. Really appreciate it. LENGTH OF MY STAY *** 3 nights – Nov 2019 CHECK-IN *** Hassle-free, professional and very quick. I was welcomed with a great smile and young, happy team of people. I was welcomed as a repeated guest and also IHG Rewards member (with some extras to choose, which was handy as I could take some water on arrival with me) and given my room keys within minutes. I also received detailed information of the IHG Rewards benefits which I could have during my stay. LOBBY & RECEPTION *** Modern and usually not too busy. You can relax in the lobby in one of those fancy big armchairs or just enjoy their Christmas decorations. Behind the reception there’s a lift which brings you to the garage (but also upstairs if you don’t fancy the glass/panoramic normal lifts). ROOM *** #3010 – 1 Queen Bed Superior Sky View – beautiful room on the 30th floor!!! Beautiful, bright, modern, spacious, fresh… Yes, I did like it before and it did not disappoint me this time. Yes, it was as perfect and as nice as I had previously. There was a hand-written letter from Guest Relations Representative and also lovely welcome gift with some local sweets & treats. Lovely gesture and I did enjoy the fact, that all were local (Brazilian) products which I could definitely enjoy. There is plenty of living and working space in the room, very comfortable Queen bed, a small sofa (love them for all my mes
It really fits into a 5 star!! Great location (for those who want to stay in that region). They are impeccable in terms of service (from reception to bar/restaurant/breakfast services). I just missed a pool bar, in terms of infrastructure, which makes it much easier in ordering (speed, etc.), in relation to breakfast, I thought it was a bit to be desired, as many less “starred” hotels have much better breakfasts!!! They would be the only points that let me down, the rest, everything ok!!
We stayed in this property last night and it offers all the basics of a home away from home at a decent budget. Lovely decor in the lobby and restaurant areas. Unfortunately the theme only goes as far the hallways - the rooms are plain and boring. The air conditionings the room was not the most efficient and they do have an issue with the water pressure (we were on the 11th floor). The neighbourhood seems a bit rough but the hotel is lovely. I’d not go walking around the hotel area - ‘working girls’ stand on the streets nearby chasing business in the evening, the neighbourhood is unattractive and dirty with not much worth seeing really. Great breakfast options - worth the money! Service at Sponta restaurant was friendly but very slow - I needed to chase the staff to get the menu and to order despite being in one of the only two tables occupied. I would not hesitate booking to stay here again for a short period.
I chose this hotel for business trip. It is very economical and convenient. In the city center, there are many white people living in the hotel. I was worried about security and traffic, but the service is very good. You can take a taxi directly when you go out.
I would HIGHLY Recommend this property to anyone visiting Sao Paulo! I especially Recommend this Apt/Hotel for those that are staying more than 3 days! The hotel is located in the Brooklin barrio (area) of Sao Paulo which is extremely safe with much to see and has everything one needs as far as restaurants/pharmacies/banks/markets to fulfill your needs and desires! The Hotels staff is extremely kind and everyone from the Security department to front desk staff and housekeeping All take pride in making your stay as comfortable & secure as possible! Each unit has a balcony, a separate & comfortable bedroom and kitchen as well as very good wifi! The kitchen comes with everything provided & necessary to cook and make any and all meals you wish to prepare with nice stove and full sized refrigerator! A supermarket is but a 5 minute walk! Having a separate kitchen, bath and living room which has cable tv and 48 inch LG televisions in both the bedroom & living room make this Apthotel feel as comfortable as you can while away from home! A separate laundry area is available as well! It is extremely clean, extremely safe and extremely secure! The desk staff speak English as well as Portuguese for those English speaking folks, and they treated me as nice and with the utmost respect when i Traveled this time Solo as when I traveled there with my Brazilian wife and kid! The price is extremely good for all you receive to include a wonderful daily breakfast! We stayed as a family last December & I Stayed Solo this time in June for 10 days, and highly recommend to All! I wish to say thank you to All Employees of this hotel for their kindness & for making me feel at home! Obrigado por todo!
I was in the hotel for 3 days. The apartment was 203, which is on the corner, then has a beautiful view. The apartment has 3 beds, so it is tight, but acceptable. The cool floor was clean, though a little dust under the beds, it may be because it was not used for a few days. The beds are box, comfortable, as well as bed dressers and bed clothes. The noise, as you have mentioned, depends on who will sleep, and it is located in a very well-locate premise, a very well-moving street near the city centre, it would be impossible to expect the area to be silent. The hotel has a market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants at short distance, and breakfast is very basic with few options. The air conditioning is winding directly on a part of the coffee table, then everything is frozen, until it should be hot (such as the cake), and that drys the bread. At the reception, nothing more, basic care, except for Felipe, a boy who always served us with great sympathy and heartily, very dear. The price is not the best, so it offers. The bathroom rack doesn't take care of the water after a few minutes of bathroom. The stick is very small. Towels are a little weared and sometimes with iron sleeves. Blindex box in the bathroom and a good shower with temperature control in the tower. The bathroom kit is made of small packet shampoo (low-packed face) and round sabble. They could have something more caprichous and beautiful, it looks like a motel kit. The door was with the shaded painting, giving an old hotel look, they could paint, and I would finally host again there, although I believe there are better options for equal prices.
The staff of the reception very hearty and gave me some flexibility in the entrance and exit schedules . Basic breakfast (countries , cold , eggs) , nothing exceptional . Cheap parking compared to other hotels . Dining only for delivery . Good room , full bathroom . Great for a good night with good cost benefit
The hotel is located in the center of Sao Paulo. The breakfast is very average and there are not many choices. I feel that these hotels have similar breakfasts. Brazil has more sweets for breakfast. We arrived early on the first day and arrived at the hotel at 7 or 8 in the morning. , They said that the room cannot be checked in until after 2pm. If you want to pay an extra fee in advance, almost one extra night’s room rate will be charged.
We had a great experience. A cool, clean and perfect room. A wonderful breakfast, all fresh and tasty and many options. I recommend and I will return. We had a event in Trans-American Expocenter and the location was great. The tranquil neighborhood is located on the foot, with market, bakery and nearby bars.
Price is cheaper compared with neigberhood Room card always have problem, not able to active the elevator, nor open the door Always lots of people check in and out in the reception area, and the process is quite slow, must avoid busy time
I was hosted to work for a few days, to begin, when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was extremely disappointed with the service. In the bathroom, a very old and no-manufactured facility, a brushing shower which does not allow adequate exit of water (I felt taking a bath in the stick), however, with good water heating, hair dryer with a loose support, in the room, all 110v takes without any warning, only when I connected a 220v device and the performance was not appropriate. It was not a couple's bed, but two single beds together - just horrible. It was very cold, I asked if there was a heating system, the receptionist didn't know what it was, then I asked covers, two were delivered to me, one of them with a huge 'crus' of fluid washed proving that it wasn't washed; There is a freezer but it's empty, if you want water/drink, you have to go down to the hotel's sauna and buy paying in the act. In the very simple breakfast, the very friendly and educated attendants, however, Cardpaper every morning exactly the same.
The worst experience, after more than 6 hours of trip we arrive at the hotel near 22:20 to check in to be able to rest up to 4:00 to take a flight to Congonese. In short, there was no room available despite having a guaranteed reservation, they could not stay in another hotel, we only got a bed near 1:00 a.m., because of the security help that helped clean and put clean towels in the apartment. I understand that the problem is management and not in people who were working there, because I really heard them calling to other network hotels where they could not solve, as well as calling to competing network hotels, But it seems that these did not allow for the facturing of Slaviero. The bad point of the service official is that he tried to induce me to cancel and that he would put a observation to not collect the fine of me (see the absurdity that the hotel would be over and I still have to pay a fine) my reservation and I pay for the other hotel, but the value would be much higher and I would be in the loss, unfortunately I think it was not the nature of the collaborator but the direction that was passed by his administration. So I could understand they had lack of staff, because the attendant tried to call someone and that person did not attend and at the end they found available rooms but not clean, Where the security (the one that usually stays outside the door) with another boy was with cleaning care and did what they could for us to rest a few hours.
The hotel is well located, there is a square of the Paulista Avenue and very close to attractions such as Japan House, Itaú Cultural and Sesc Paulista, which can be visited by foot. It has a nearby metro station and a range of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, a beautiful entrance hall, excellent breakfast and the room, though simple, is spacious. I found a good cost and benefit for the location and conditions it offers! It is very good to pay attention to the service of the official Daniel, very good and kind. I will be home again in São Paulo next time.
The hotel was booked by Brazil for the exhibition. Much cheaper than the Maksoud Plaza next to it! Breakfast is included. Ctrip can also issue domestic invoices! It's awesome! It is much cheaper than book*** online! The room is shown in the picture! A great experience!
Awesome! We decided to stay for a night at this place thanks to the staff at the front desk. He is a dark skin with breaded long hair tall handsome man, very friendly and super helpful in assisting us during the late afternoon near evening. We love this place, simple and comfortable and most important very clean. Thank you for having such a professional and friendly staff that welcome us. Great staff ! Great property! Great stay!
Location - A+++ Hotel lobby - Best Western 2020 Hotel room corridors - Best Western 1990 - smelly and banged up Room - Best Western 2010 - clean, large and banged up Breakfast A++++ (best in Brazil, outstanding selection and quality. Pool - dirty and un un used - 4 chairs for the entire pool which is in the courtyard with no direct sun. Overall simply a tired hotel that needs upgrading where it matters and not the foyer for selling rooms. Great value for your money.
I have read varying reviews. Other than the time it takes to check-in the rest of my stay was excellent. There a a few good bars and restaurants nearby (recommend Varandinha across the road). The rooms were spacious, gym had good equipment, breakfast was ample, and the staff were friendly. Not sure what more I could ask for.
Really old, no elevator, the blanket is old and dirty. One day, the air conditioner was mis-adjusted. When I opened it, I was full of black hair, which was very unpleasant. The fried street motorcycle is very loud. No one speaks English. The only one is close to the exhibition hall and can walk. Regional security.
Perfect for my needs location wise, slide to the hospital and pretty close to everything I needed. The Room very comfortable and clean, with a microwave, a set of plates and cutlery very useful for some coffee and anything I bought to eat! One of the best showers I’ve had I my life lots of water and great pressure. The bed good, not hotel-wonderful but overall good night sleep. The included buffet breakfast was very complete with a large variety of different foods, and one of the best pao de queijo I’ve tried! ;)
The hotel is well located, in front of shopping, with a very prepared team, and I feel at home in that hotel, because all, without exception, are extremely sympathetic, human and differentiated from other hotels in the same network.
i stayed at plaza inn for a weekend and it was a good experience. the room is good and very clean, the staff is amicable and attentive and overall I had a nice time. breakfast is average and the good thing is the place is really close to one of the city's largest shopping malls (bourbon), also close to sesc pompéia one of the city's nicest cultural spots (unfortunately closed due to the covid-'9 pandemic). if you are staying for a couple or a few nights and not spending time in the room it is a nice go-to place. price is not that expensive as well, but I believe it has bigger, nicer rooms.
Well-located hotel, walking distance to shopping malls, Museum of Art of Sao Paulo, and etc, on Paulista Avenue, the heart of Sao Paulo City. Clean, comfortable, and spacious apartments that even include a small, functional kitchen. Very good breakfast! This hotel exceeded my expectations. I'll stay here again and recommend it.
The rooms are spacious and very clean and quiet. There is a beautiful pool area where you can sit and relax after work. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a five minute walk to the shopping centre if you need something. The mall has three very nice restaurants as well. Across the street from the hotel is a gorgeous park with many walking paths. It is a great way to relax at the end of the day or before going to work. I recommend a room above seven with a balcony overlooking the park. The only problem I experienced was that the safe would not work. The staff tried to help but once it was locked it would not open again without me calling the staff again.
This is the first time that Mr. and I came to São Paulo. I searched for Ctrip online for a long time, and finally chose to book at Nobile Downtown Sao Paulo based on the user's comments. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. The hotel is not far from the subway station and the Oriental Street. It is quite convenient. The breakfast variety is quite rich, and the restaurant environment is very comfortable. If the front desk can have Spanish service, it will definitely provide more convenience to the guests. This hotel is really good and worth recommending!
