I stayed four nights. Hotel is located at safe area and the convenient place, where is near by Metro station, many supermarket, many cafe and restaurants. Room was clean and on-site restaurant was convenient, reasonable price, and great taste. Staffs were always friendly and tired to communicate me as much as possible using English if they learned that I cannot speak French. Sounds like far from main sight-seeing area, but Metro line 7 run to Opera and Pyramid, and connect to many other lines. PS Main photo on this site was wrong? I booked a triple room and on arrival found a bed put up in the corner for my 12 year old. He tried the bed on the first night and struggled moving in it. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor and him sleeping 3 nights on the floor instead of a proper bed. It was colder so I asked the reception for a quilt him as he was on the floor and they have him a blanket. Breakfast staff are rude and miserable. This hotel is far from a 4* even with the renovations it’s not acceptable for extra beds to be so unusable. It was very disappointing to of paid so much so not a lot!! Decor leaves a lot to be desired. Only good point is we were overlooking the park area so it was quieter than the front of the hotel. FromUS$79.00

Stayed there for five nights. Functional, clean place in an interesting neighborhood that, however, took me a while to figure out (Check the Lebanese places nearby, and the Indian place next door, and a couple of hundred meters away Le 108 - nice cafe.) The hotel is really quite decent, the rooms [I took double, single use] are for Paris standards almost large. Very nice shower. Fridge, a little hot-water thingy for tea and instant coffee, and a very stable and fairly speedy wifi. There is also a tv but prett much every channel is in French. Personnel very friendly (and speaks English). Definitely would consider going there again next time, About a ten euro ride away from Gare Este.FromUS$86.00

The Trema Hotel is not like any hotel: it isn’t a place when you come to relax with your family. It is more a place where you will come for one or two nights, mostly because your stay is business related. One thing for sure: genuine people are there to welcome you and make you feel special. I’ve personally enjoyed: - the friendly staff, Mathieu at reception in particular, - the breakfast which was good value for money and served by Stefania, - the quality of the bed. If you are a business person, this hotel is well located - close to the ‘Crimée’ metro station and only ten minutes’ walk away of Porte de La Villette, hence very handy to reach. Settling in #17 was ok, until you reach the bathroom that is far too small, especially once you’ve had a shower and tried to dry yourself without putting water everywhere while the water is still dripping from the shower head… lolFromUS$63.00

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 3. Check in was quick and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and was had the usual facilities, the website mentions a safe, but there was none in our room. We opted out of housekeeping in order to boost our points, but as we only used the room to shower and sleep it never needed it. Room was on floor 5 facing out onto the canal so apart from the odd police siren we heard no noise at all. Breakfast was as we thought, croissants, bread, pain au chocolate, cheeses, meats and fruit. A great way to start the day. No evening meal option, but we ate in the city Centre. The centre of Paris was only 15mins away by Metro, we found it easier to use Stallingrad Station which was a short walk away along the canal. At night there were groups of people at bars, playing boules etc but not once did we feel scared or intimidated, as they kept themselves to themselves. All in all a nice place to stay and at very reasonable prices. Would stay here again. FromUS$96.00

I appreciate it is an old building and has clearly been renovated to try and bring it up to date but it has either been done a long time ago or been done very poorly. Our room was very small with a double bed when I booked twin beds. There was damp in the bathroom. The toilet was badly stained which I would never expect to find in a hotel room for which I have just paid €185. The toilet required 2 or three flushes each time it was used. The shower was leaking so the bathmat which had been left folded in the shower tray for us was completely saturated and unusable. The sliding bathroom door was broken and we had to literally lift it to close it, in order to gain privacy when using the bathroom. The decor is really tired and in places so scruffy. The bed was comfortable and we slept quite well. When going down to the basement for our breakfast the following morning, I noticed a member of staff in the toilet halfway down the stairs, cleaning it. Not a problem ordinarily until I later noticed the same member of staff, refilling the bread and pastries. Having spent the night of 15th September in another Ibis hotel in Bercy Paris, a stay which I can only describe as exceptionally good in every aspect, I am so disappointed to have had this poor stay at Crimee La Villette. More annoying still is that my good stay at Bercy cost me £40 less!! When I booked this hotel online, it stated payment on arrival. On checking in, we paid the amount due only to discover later that day, that the amount had already been taken as a pre-authorisation payment. Why the receptionist did not notice this when charging us again, I do not know. Following a few emails to AccorHotels, phone calls to my bank, this amount was finally released back to my bank account almost 3 weeks later. That’s a lot of money to wait for, for such a long time. We stayed in this hotel 2 weeks ago. I was slightly scared because of the awful reviews I read on booking.com and tripadvisor, But this place was a very pleasant surprise! The location is very good. Next to the metro station, some nice café’s and a bakery around the corner and opposite parc de la vilette. The parc is a very lovely place and it would be a great place to spend a sunny afternoon in the parc. It’s also conveniently located next to the pereferique when you travel by car. We parked via Just Park in the parking garage at the Mercure hotel, about 150 meters from the hotel. You can park at the hotel for 10 euro’s per half day. The staff was very friendly. We arrived early, so our rooms were not ready yet, but we storend our lugage, took a metro to the sights and got back at 1 in the morning. :) Although the reception was closed, there was someone around to check us in and give us the keys to the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean, both the double bed and the twin beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was a lot biggen than expected and although the bathroom was tiny, it had a toilet, a shower and a wash basin, so we were very happy. We stayed in rooms on the first floor. It’s an old building with a very long corridor, but we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this place!FromUS$40.00

Reading reviews left me a little apprehensive. I have stayed at other Residhomes in Paris and the more central ones were very expensive when I planned this stay so at under €75 per night I wondered what I would get. Easy to find. Easy for a taxi to stop. Very welcoming helpful reception. Lift and corridors fine. Never used the gym. Room spacious with good sized bathroom and reasonable shower and towels etc. Good sized bedroom with kitchenette with microwave fridge dish washer and enough cutlery and pans but no coffee machine. Small critique that double beds as requested are two singles. RER station one north if Gare du Nord is 75m away. Two great supermarkets are 50m away. They have a separate car park that I did not try. Uber to centre cost normally €12-15. If one does want sheets and towels changed every day or the room cleaned more than once a week they can arrange and one pays a small supplement. On the ground floor they have a big self service launderette and easy to use rubbish disposal area. They do offer breakfast but I never tried that as doing my own was so easy. Nearby restaurants are many but for something really good a 10 minute walk to the the Quai du Seine is worthwhile and whilst there are then many options I would strongly recommend La Bastringue. The area does not feel unsafe but I would suggest caution late at night and being streetwise. For a great value visit this is an ideal option.FromUS$91.00

Rooms where nice size for European hotel. Two double beds with a view. Breakfast is great, kids loved it. Paying adult kids eat free with a view from the 10th floor. Good location walking distance to multiple transportation like the tram, subway, and bus. Can walk to the theater across the street. Many choices of food and bar. English spoken in many restaurants. Paid parking at hotel about 20€ daily. Would recommend and stay at this location again. Overall great hotelFromUS$89.00

With an IBIS, you know things will be minimal, but I was surprised how good this place was. The location was excellent with a Mero right across the road. The rooms were small, but clean. Wifi was great. Breakfast was simple, but I got what I needed for the morning. What was particularly impressive about the hotel was a small garden out the back that you could sit out in while eating. There was a quiet air conditioning system in the room, which was welcome in the hot summer. Staff were friendly and accomodating, English was spoken by all I interacted with.FromUS$88.00

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Disneyland
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
