We had a 12 day stay there from the 1st of July, myself and my husband travelled from Australia excited to be staying in a boutique hotel adults only. We have travelled vastly and always stay in 5 star accommodation. The reception area was lovely as was the guest lounge and bar area then we were shown our room ..... that was when I became disappointed, the room was small quite cramped but with a huge terrace outside ???? They said we could have moved to a slightly bigger room in a couple of days but we just wanted to unpack and settle in. The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast for a 5* hotel was pretty poor ... a choice of 3 cold meats, tea coffee water or orange juice only 2 members of the staff could make a decent cappuccino , crossiants, a bit cereal no nice yogurt then you were offered eggs ok for 3/4 days but very limited for 12 days stay we were sick of EGGS. Not 5* quality at all. 3 days We sat around the pool area most days and only on 2 occasions did staff ask if we would like a drink. On the days the regular cleaner was off our room wasn’t cleaned well at all... we came back to our room and there was still toothpaste residue in the wash basin. Also the sheets were too small for the bed. And the aircon wasn’t working well enough , we spoke to some other guests and they said the same. We paid $8000 Australian dollars for those 12 days. ( Too much). Mahon was lovely but we wish we had spent our money elsewhere. Casa Ladico you really need to step up when you charge big money !!!!!!

I went there in July with a friend. Hot weather but the A/C is strong enough, also the windows don't open so maximum efficiency and you're shielded from the noise outside. The place is brand new and all amenities as expected. Superb location just a few yards from the centre of Mahon, with bars and restaurants. There's also a spa on site. Only gripes were the size of the room and the breakfast. Rooms are smaller than I thought from the pictures (and I'm quite suspicious to start with). We met some people who had a suite. Although not a "suite" the small ante-room has a sofa and an extra door between the noise in the corridors and the bed. Breakfast is in the cellar; quite small and gloomy. Coffee from a Nespresso machine (slow and noisy as usual) and limited selection of food; mostly cold cuts of Spanish sausages, ham etc. A few fruits. Boiled eggs but no fresh eggs or bacon.

With only 8 bedrooms and without the patter of little feet, this stylish, comfortable oasis is welcoming and is great value for money. Built behind an old facade next to the medieval city gate, the hotel has some fine architectural features - a section of the old city wall in the breakfast area, Roman columns and fine stone interior walls in the lobby. The rooms have been designed with every attention to detail. Our room and bathroom were vast, with a double shower and spa bath for two, lots of power points and a charger for phones and tablets, even a cunning device to turn on the light in the loo automatically in the middle of the night. The roof terrace, swimming pool and sitting room were peaceful, with good views over the roof tops to the countryside. The owner and staff are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with good coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and every Spanish delicacy imaginable. This is truly a well run hotel and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely stay here for my 21st birthday and would stay again. 3 of us stayed in one room which was really big and had 3 double beds, the hotel is really clean and staff speak good English, our bathroom was also huge and had a big "rainforest" shower which was really nice, beds were comfy and had a big TV and balcony. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and they had a wide selection of fresh food (hot and cold) including REALLY good tasting fruit, pancakes, bacon, spanish sausage, lots of different types of cheese, bread and cake, potato, sliced meat, several different types of juice, coffee, milk, soya milk etc. so there was something for everybody. The room next to reception also has a fridge where you can help yourself to free food such as sandwiches, salads, yoghurt and drinks. On the top floor there is a heated swimming pool which was relatively quiet while we were there, a jacuzzi and hot tub, steam room, sauna and spa. I recommend booking with the spa - I had a face and head massage which was great. There is also a little garden on the roof with lounge chairs and you have an amazing view of the city and mountains. I want to thank Maribel on reception the most as she bent over backwards to ensure we were always happy and was so lovely and helpful 24/7. Maribel was really welcoming and asked us how we were every day, she booked cabs for us, never hesitated to answer all our questions and even helped to book a horse riding activity for my birthday. I cannot thank her enough. There was also another lady on reception (she was blonde) who was really helpful and booked a cab for us too, however I didn't catch her name - I'd like to thank her as well. We had dinner for 2 nights out of the 3 that we stayed for at the hotel bar, which I recommend as the food is really good. Kevin is fantastic and really hard working, he serves the bar on top of cooking all of the food in the kitchen for both people staying in the hotel and locals, which I found impressive. He also helped us with restaurant recommendations which was really kind of him. The only reason why I've rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because the safe in our room was broken and one of the receptionists was really rude and dismissive (we only saw her there once). My mom went down one evening as she had questions about allergens (in regards to the food in the fridge) and she was rude to her in response, she also mentioned that the cleaner had forgotten to give us fresh towels that evening, to which she responded "you'll have to re use the towels, just find the cleaner in the morning". We mentioned this to Maribel the next morning and she apologised and got us some towels from the cupboard straight away. Other than that experience, we had an enjoyable stay. (:

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Minutes from the town centre and within easy reach of the bus station. Also only a 15 minute taxi drive from the airport so for our short break of four days it was an ideal place. Rooms were immaculate and spacious with lots of amenities such as coffee machine, fridge, slippers, bath robes and lovely toiletries. Great breakfast served on the terrace which was out of the sun so you could enjoy your breakfast without getting too hot ( we stayed in August). There is a roof terrace which we had entirely to ourselves! Nice little sun trap with a great view of the rooftops of Mahon. Our hosts Vladimir and Jhoanna were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble and we send our thanks to them for looking after us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First talk about the location of the hotel, the hotel is located in the extended area of Barcelona. It is close to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo and within a 10-minute walk of La Pedrera. And the La Pedrera is located on Barcelona's famous street "Gracia Avenue", so the location is very convenient. In terms of travel, we are full-time taxis, so we are not familiar with the subway. However, the hotel's front desk can help you call a taxi directly, it is very convenient, and the taxi price in Barcelona is still within my acceptance. The hotel service was very good. As the hotel arrived in the morning and could not check in, the luggage was stored and the check-in was completed. It also meets the requirements of our two rooms together. And we recommended a Michelin seafood restaurant, the key is to help us book. I want to use the iron, a phone call, and it will be delivered in 5 minutes. On the top floor of the hotel there is a gym and an open-air swimming pool. If you like to sunbathe, try the pool. The sanitation of the room is very good, the free two bottles of water in the outside restaurant point is 3 euros. And there are 2 cup noodles! The orange chair in the picture is really comfortable. The door of the room toilet is the same kind of seam. I just didn't find it when I entered it. I thought there was no toilet. There is no door in the shower, but there is no need to worry about splashing water. I feel very design. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine with 4 capsules in the box and an introduction, which will be replenished every day! Finally, I would like to say that the hotel's own restaurant is the Michelin restaurant, but the last day only found that there is no chance this time. In short, it is highly recommended in terms of location, facilities, service and transportation.

I was traveling with friends. I chose two hotels in Basel. The buildings in Basel are all 100 years old. We have also carefully selected them for a long time. This retro style is very fond of color. The hotel location is not very big. We have been taking a taxi these days. They are basically within 10 Euros. It is also convenient to go anywhere. It is almost 700 meters away from the British Palace Department Store. It is especially convenient to buy cosmetics and downstairs. There are restaurants and convenience stores around the downstairs. Hotel environment I personally like it, because the retro decoration color can be taken in the hotel to take large pictures, the details can reflect the room key is the original traditional insert hole key The efficiency of hotel check-in and check-in was a bit slow. Common problems throughout Europe. We were in a queue in front of a woman who was very anxious because of being too slow. Note that the hotel is checked in after 3pm. Just report the room number. There will be a show on the first floor of the lobby. Ask the front desk when you check in. Hotel hygiene I think it is quite comfortable to stay for two days. The cleaning is very clean. The attendant will fold your clothes for you. Hotel breakfast We ate the hotel breakfast for two days in a row because it was so delicious. There was a full range of Chinese, Western and Japanese meals to meet various needs. It was about forty Euros for two (not particularly remembered) Hotel equipment Our queen size bed can be said to be very large There is a swimming pool and gym because we spend most of our time playing outside so we did not go

If I did not receive an additional fee of more than one hundred euros after leaving the hotel, I would give a full score ... The additional cost of the child is calculated to 30 euros per night, plus a city construction tax of 7.6. I remember when I was at the front desk, I told I added 20 euros per night. Besides that, the experience was excellent. The location is excellent, the seaside, the British Palace and the Baroque House can be walked by. The rooms are equipped with ritual toiletries. The beds were particularly comfortable and the rooms were cleaned clean. Families with children (2 years and older) must choose a triple room in advance.

I have n’t eaten breakfast, I ’m not sure if I can add an extra bed, the location is very good, the environment may be good in a European hotel, the service is OK, I lost a cell phone in the lobby, they saw it and helped me to put it away, I went How did I prove that it was mine when I turned it on, and then I gave it to me with confidence. The Spanish are very friendly to China. The parking lot is free. My room is super large and the price is very good. It is on the edge of the blue Mediterranean Sea and the sea is very blue. There are luxury cruises on both sides to the surrounding islands. There is also a shopping mall nearby and close to the city. The center is suitable for walking at night. The service is very good. The service staff at the door verified the identity of our occupants on the first floor and helped us take the luggage upstairs to check in. Then we sent the luggage to the room. It was very Nice. The hotel provided a free champagne with good taste at check-in. Our room is a bit noisy on the street. There are two floor-to-ceiling windows. The street view and the color are good. There is a balcony on the top floor. There are not many breakfasts. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby Plaza Catalunya. There are many restaurants nearby. Not far from the beach, I will consider staying next time. We went to the seafood market recommended online. It feels normal and the seafood is salty.

Facing the Mediterranean Sea, the view is stunning! There are 15 trams nearby, and the attractions are very convenient! It's also cheap to take a taxi. The airport to the hotel is about 32 euros. The taxi drivers are very honest! Hotel service is good, the environment is good, breakfast buffet is 35 euros per person, a bit expensive! The next Sunday night, the wind was very strong, and I wrestled at the hotel door. The hotel service rushed out and helped me to the hotel. I also repeatedly asked about the fall. It was very warm! Many of the restaurants in the hotel are closed. I did n’t eat dinner and I did n’t dare to go out because the wind was too strong! 15 meters per second! It's useless to ask for the location of the room in advance. It depends on the time you arrive on the day of check-in. The sooner the room arrives, the more available rooms are, the greater the probability of staying in a well-located room. I will stay for one night. Then I lived in a room with basically no view. Just 5 minutes after arriving at the hotel, the shoulders on the suitcase behind them were stolen. At that time, three people checked in at the hotel counter. We immediately asked to see if the monitoring was not allowed, and then let the hotel help the police also. No solution, just let us go to the police station to report the case ourselves. In desperation, we had no choice but to give up the police and think it was unfortunate, but we felt very bad during the negotiation with the hotel staff, and the feeling of losing things was already bad , But could not get a little help from the hotel, and the thief actually dared to steal things in the lobby recklessly, there were not many people in the lobby, and it was not confusing, so I kept wondering how the thief got started? ? ? Remind friends who are coming to this hotel to stay with long eyes. Don't just talk to the front desk brother and forget the bag, and the front desk of this hotel is very close to the door, it is easy for thieves to escape. . A good definition of what is a boutique design hotel. The design of the hotel is very fashionable, and each space uses a different fragrance, very elegant; the room is not big, but it is not cramped; the bed is quite comfortable, and equipped with Washlet, which is very valuable in Europe. The room is also very technical, all facilities are one-click control, equipped with Pad and mobile phone to book all the hotel's projects, TV can directly click on Youtube to watch the show, super convenient; Rooftop Bar on the top floor of the hotel is good. You can see the Sagrada Família and have a swimming pool, but the size is relatively small; the hotel's restaurant, Lania, is worth a visit. The standard Catalan cuisine, the chef of the five-star blue belt chef, is really delicate and tastes slightly. It’s a bit salty, but still feels delicious. First of all, the location, the location of the hotel is very good, just on the luxury street, about five or six hundred meters from the subway station. The front desk service is not working. The two big problems, the first is the room hardware, in order to order a large suite, the room design is very unreasonable, there are many useless designs, it is not as spacious as the opening. There are a lot of facilities that are bad. The shower in my suite's shower room is bad. I don't have water for one hundred times. The left bedside lamp is bad. It always flashes when I open it. Secondly, the worst thing is that the room is cleaned, the stuff is absolutely 100%, and the two people fill the toothbrush and only make up one. Sometimes one does not make up. Finally, the toothbrush is filled up, the towel is not put, and the free minibar is called free. Environment: It is an old hotel with a renovated room. We stayed in 19 years and it was just renovated, so the room smells very heavy; pushing the balcony door is the cathedral, you can clearly hear the church bells, the guitar on the street Sound and so on, but the soundproof glass is not bad, it is very quiet after closing it~~ Facilities: The five-star hotel has almost all the facilities, such as hot water bottle, capsule coffee machine, tea bag, etc. The quilt is also very warm and comfortable, but it is not a big bed room, but two 1 meter beds together; the roof pool Entering with the room card, there are locker rooms and shower rooms, bath towels, etc.; Bar is available after 11:00, and it is free to go to the camera before 11:00, so you don’t have to drink it, but it is recommended to go after 2pm. If you take a photo, you won’t be backlit. If you shoot it, you will have blue sky and white clouds. Service: The uncle who checked in at the front desk is very gentle***, very skilled and very polite, it is estimated that there are old employees there. Hygiene: dry and wet separation, large bathroom, toiletries, shampoo and shower gel are very good Overall: The budget is unlimited, you can stay, it is very convenient to go around, the tourists are not as chaotic as Catalonia; the beach is also very close, the police station is on the road ahead, it is safe! If you have limited funds, arrange to stay there for one night and feel the shock of the church when you feel the next blink! Admire the Gothic church!

It's really close to the subway. There are a lot of small convenience stores and restaurants around. The room is small, the temperature of the water will be a little cold and hot, and there are not many types of breakfast in the hotel. But when I asked for a cup of coffee for breakfast, I was given a cup of puffer coffee, and it suddenly felt very different. The artistic atmosphere of the hotel lobby is very strong, the colors are bright and beautiful.

The hotel's geographical location is unique. It is on the Sainte ’s railway station, whether it is a train from Madrid to Barcelona, or a small train (R2) from Barcelona Airport to the city, they all stop at the Sainte ’s station and look back. Just see the hotel. The hotel has instructions in the station, there is a kettle in the hotel, no slippers, the price is moderate, but the breakfast is expensive, 19 euros per person. The station has subways to the urban area, Line 3 and Line 5, which are very convenient. The Basel Stadium can be reached by Line 3 and 2 and 3 stations. Summarized the trip to Spain, booked 4 hotels, all booked through Ctrip, check-in is no problem at all.
