We had an early flight so we booked this for the night. It was very hard to find and took us horribly long to get to, it's actually very far from the train station, we were carrying a lot of luggages, walking for 30 minutes to reach the hotel at midnight... Room was okay.

clean room but a bit old and rundown in the old annex. however location is wonderful not only close to narita airport, it is right across from the nissan car rental return outlet. as we missed the flight and book last minute, the rate is super attractive for a quick transit layover 1 night stay. service is also great. nothing to complaint

Prior to coming to the hotel I read the comments on hear and I’m pretty much going to echo them unfortunately. We came here for a lay over from Narita Airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport which was great and on time. It takes about 15 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel lobby is nice, a little outdated but it was clean and pleasant. We were offered a smoking or a none smoking room? I can’t believe that in this day and age guests can still smoke in bedrooms. I find that amazing but fortunately we stopped in a none smoking room and it didn’t smell of smoke which was a great. We stopped on the ninth floor and the room we stopped in was older than me I reckon. It was clean and comfortable but nothing more. We didn’t even get complimentary water in our room? The bed wasn’t great either, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There is working wi-fi in the bedroom which was nice to have. The bathroom was also very old, however it was clean and the hotel did supply shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There was dental kit, shaver, hair brush amongst other things also offered. There was also a safe in the room to lock away any valuables. On the ground floor there is a little shop which sells drinks, snacks etc and to be fair was probably the best thing in the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating which was good. We had dinner in the ground floor restaurant, the food was good just expensive and so was the drinks. I believe that the hotel is still trying to offer a premium service which isn’t bad however because the hotel needs a refurbishment I just find it hard to believe that they can still charge premium prices for that service. At the end of the day, the hotel probably doesn’t feel it needs to be refurbished, primarily because people will continue to use it as a lay over between flights as it’s so close to the airport. People aren’t coming here to spend time, they are just staying the night and then leaving the next day and that’s what the bedrooms are being used for. It is fulfilling a purpose. I would come back again only if I had a lay over flight. I wouldn’t bother going in the restaurant to eat, just save a few yen by going in the shop, buying chicken kebabs, sandwiches and alcohol from them and eating and drinking them in my room before catching a flight out the next morning.

The name of the hotel is very big. I thought it was around the airport. It turned out that I was in the countryside, like a homestay, rooms, health, and service.

We’ve got a room with garden view and there were no complaints about the room whatsoever. Clean, spacious and warm. Within the price range, the biggest room I ever got in Japan. Two big luggages opened and we still had a space to comfortably move around. Location just a few minutes from the airport. While checking-in, we were warned and advices to line up for shuttle bus earlier before departure, because there might be many people and we would have to wait for another one.... We weren’t early. Together with 5 other people we couldn’t get on the bus anymore, so the hotel arranged taxi for us free of charge. I don’t know if this is to be expected every time the situation occurs, but I was very nicely surprised by that.

I lived here during the immigration quarantine period. The hotel is very close to the airport. However, since the airport pick-up service for immigrants is not provided during the epidemic, I had to take a taxi, which is about 3 kilometers. The environment inside and outside the hotel is very good, I live in a standard room, the room is big enough, the bathroom is also very spacious, I feel that if you are a family of three, it will not be too crowded. During my stay, I basically saw airline staff who came to stay in addition to immigration isolation. The room is very quiet, with perfect sound insulation. I have never heard any noise when I watched the planes going up and down outside the window. The breakfast is quite generous, but the price is small and expensive, and it is more than 2,000 yen after using the discount coupon. The parking lot is large, with parking buildings and open air. The only inconvenience is that there is nothing around, the nearest 7-11 convenience store takes 5-10 minutes to walk. The hotel service is very good, if you are not good at Japanese, you can ask to use English or Chinese to communicate.

The hotel is located near the Narita airport. The price and services of the hotel are very good. The room and beds are large. The breakfast is also good. I would strongly recommend it to other customers. However, the shuttle bus service is not frequent - normally once in an hour except in peak hour twice in an hour. The driver of the shuttle bus is very strict. He would not wait for any customers. He would drive the bus away immediately. You should wait for the bus well before the scheduled time. Otherwise, you might need to wait for another bus one hour later.

Typical Japanese hotel, impeccably clean. The room is also big. From Narita Airport Terminal 1 Bus Stop 16, you can take a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The first stop is Hilton and then this hotel. It takes about 30 minutes by car. When the hotel departs, the first stop is Hilton, the second stop is Terminal T2, and the last is T1. The bus has Chinese, Japanese and English broadcasting.

We stayed here for one night so we could catch our flight home at Narita, which is a short (and free) bus ride away. The area is not busy but is close to other restaurants and a large supermarket - something you don't see much in the big cities in Japan. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant because it was raining out. Weren't expecting much but the place had a buffet specialising in locally grown produce. Don't know if we just got lucky or whether this is a regular thing but the food was fantastic.

For transit people, the location of this hotel is really good, because the hotel has a shuttle bus to Narita Airport, which perfectly solves the problem of commuting. When checking in, tell the hotel staff in advance what time they will fly the next day and then ask the staff to get a ticket. The room size is ok, and there are humidifiers. I really can't do without humidifiers in winter. Breakfast is also recommended, the environment is good, the variety is simple but can definitely be satisfied, just on the first floor lobby. There is a convenience store on the way from the subway station to the hotel. We left early in the evening until the next day, so we do n’t know if there is a microwave in the hotel. Printers and computers are available in the lobby on the first floor. The hotel location I stayed in Tokyo the night before was not very good, in contrast I will continue to choose to stay here.

This hotel is in a good location if you have just got off a plane in Narita Airport. Train to Keisei. Only two stops, Y260 to Keisei, 5 minutes to Meet Inn Hotel. The hotel was perfectly clean, with all staff polite and helpful. Although a bit small the room was better than i expected, with a queen bed. All amenities, nothing broken and everything worked, but could not find any English speaking TV channels. Can open windows for fresh air. Bathroom perfectly clean, but small. A number of good restaurants and a 7/11 (Lawsons) close by. Value for money, and would stay here again.
