The hotel reception was closed at 7pm, we reached a bit late and there is no one at the reception counter. This create some problem to us and finally there is someone come and pass us the key, unfortunately she was not train to spoke in English so we are unable to ask some questions that we wish to know about our stay. Location wise abit far from town but we are aware and there are many eateries nearby. Hotel provides drinking water both in the fridge and on table, normally drinking water was FOC, but on last day during checkout, the reception was told that the 2 bottles drinking water in the fridge was chargeable. For those with transport, this hotel was highly recommended.

Newly build 3months ago. With 24hrs security officer guarding, the receptionist in the day shift was very friendly and professional. Parking lots are plentyful and spacious. Rooms are clean and tidy as usual, location of the hotel is just 15mins drive to centara festival. On a side note, there is a pet clinic beside and sometime the dogs does bark incessantly. Hope to see more Hop Inn around Thailand as they have seemed to be able to keep up the standards of the building, we have previously stayed in Hop Inn Sa Keo, and all of them looks and feels the se, with the standard room layout, and with a kick ass room pricing.

The hotel is near Sri Trang Market. Walk about 500 meters, there are many shops. The hotel parking lot is quite a lot, the water is strong, the air conditioner is cool, but the room is a bit old. It is a hostel, not like a hotel. In the room there is a small TV, no refrigerator, the bathroom is old, but there is a water heater.

The receptionist are all very helpful but Solechah is especially extremely helpful and will go out of her way to help. The Residence(Hotel) is strategically located with Tesco supermarket and Khlongrian Market within walking distance. There are is a food court in Tesco. You can get all kinds of fruits and fresh produce, fish & meat.

As for the location, it's accessible. This hotel is just a couple of minutes away.from the bu and van terminal. There are restaurants around the area. The staffs are accomodating and the security guard at night is very friendly. I love it when he said to me that I could use his motorbike. It's perfect 10 for me. As for the cleanliness, it's quite clean and comfortable but the aircon has I think a problem, or maybe I didn't know how to adjust it because it will automatically return to dry and back to cool again. But overall, my experience was quitw good. The security system is also quite good. I could say that my total experience was 4 out of 5.

Superb!!… The hotel design super cool and nice!! The room is super clean, cozy, tidy and smell so good!! All staff is so friendly and helpful. Not far from town and opposite Central Festival. Around the hotel have a lot of restaurants. Moreover, there are many vending machines at hotel lobby when you are hungry at late night. 酒店就在宋卡王子大學正對面，是一家家族企業。我們12月25號從上海出發到1月1號跨年入住。老闆剛剛同時間到了上海度假。世界太美妙了。前台Yasin是位靚仔，能講很溜的英文。酒店內部很乾凈，WiFi一般，水壓不給力，熱水器在前台，有點不方便。它對得起它的優惠價錢。附近吃喝很方便，走路就到達，玩樂就要花10來塊RMB打車。

I had nothing to say but complimenting the staff mainly receptionist for being so helpful. We change room from facing hill to facing the pool and it was done fast. The room is spacious and clean and the housekeeping staft take off their shoes before entering the room. Bed is super single bed, so i dont bother taking extra room for my kids.Sofa bed is available. Bathroom is spacious and clean too. The location ia about 7-10 mins to hatyai downtown which is good as we dont really like to wake up with the noise of vehicles. It has a nice pool, gym and futsall facilities too. Sorry guys, i have no pix of the hotel as we enjoy songkran festival very much that day and forget to snap some pic at the hotel. Overall..recommended place yo stay. Worth the money.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

The room is very spacious than the price. Service like a hotel Good security, there is a security guard throughout and must use the key card to take the elevator and enter the room. But secretly deducted points in the corridor, the smell is very bad and the floor of the room is a bit sticky, there should be a slipper for the location if you have to do business around the university. It is considered convenient, near the market, overall considered impressive.

I was greeted by a friendly front desk who spoke good English. Paid 600TB as deposit for 2 rooms. Both rooms were cleaned and spacious. The toilet was cleaned too. The hotel has a lot of parking. The only cons is the rooms are not sound proof. Location : a bit far from the main road but it's good as u can have a good sleep. Lee Garden area is about 8km. The hotel staff can call tuktuk for u. There's a 7eleven outlet 500m from the hotel. Amenities : there's a big pool and a cafe, a fitness ctr, self svc laundrette and a massage shop.
