1.48km from FanaberiaRoom was extremely clean, bathroom spotless and free toiletries. Had to ask to borrow hair dryer which wasn't a problem and no deposit. Breakfast was plentiful and the scrambled eggs delicious. Great location near train station and a short stroll to the centre of Radom. Great for a short break. Staff vey friendly and amicable.
1.63km from FanaberiaThe hotel is located near the train and bus stations. The room was very small and the dust visible on the floor and the TV stand. Bathroom clean but the shower did not work properly. Restaurant is in the hotel but I would recommend to eat in other places... On a positive side the front desk employees were super nice and helpful.

The location is very good, next to the central square, and most of the famous attractions are concentrated in the old town, so it is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was great, although the choice was not too much, but the quality was high. The only thing that is criticized is that the room is a little dim, but the front desk staff is very good. I will choose this store next time in Krakow.
Hotel service was good, clean and tidy.
The location is excellent, the surrounding attractions are close, and eating is also very convenient. If you need Chinese food, there is not close, but you can eat sushi.
Next to it is the park and the old town.
Uber is cheaper when going to the airport. It is about 40 Polish rupees during busy and free time.
The location of the hotel is still very good, opposite is a very large shopping mall, go out to the right for five minutes to go to the square. We are driving by car, parking has encountered a big problem, this hotel is surrounded by a single line, Google maps are already not good, I spent more than 20 minutes in the hotel week, sometimes you see the hotel It is because there is a single line that you can't stop the car, and the parking time has delayed too much time. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel specialization was very young. At the time of check-in, the staff members came to the sofa where we were sitting in front of the sofa with our mobile devices. This is still very user-friendly and does not need to wait at the front desk for so long.
The hotel is on the edge of the Old Palace Square and has easy access to various tourist attractions. There is underground parking. It is 8 minutes walk to the square, and it is a good choice to go around in the morning and evening.
The location is excellent, opposite the train station, bus station, but very quiet. Just a ten minute walk to the main attractions. The station to Auschwitz and the salt mine is right next to the hotel and is a 2 minute walk. The hotel is very design, trendy and practical. The room has been electronically realized, the lighting is soft, and it is extinguished by people's actions. Especially at night, the night lights are automatically lit, and the lighting is very human. Good service and friendly attitude. Complimentary lobby coffee is served daily. In short, very satisfied, very cost-effective.
Great location. So close to the river and also the sightseeing point. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the old town area.
I left my computer laptop in the room when I checked out. It is all my fault being so careless. Later when I called them, the front desk helped me to find it and keep it until my friend went there to pick it up. I really appreciate it very much.
Hotel location is OK, stay near the old castle and walk past ten minutes. It's okay to walk to the ancient city and walk slowly, about half an hour. Breakfast was good and service was ok. The hotel only provided a set of dental appliances, and we are two people, hoping to pay attention to the details of the service.
The breakfast is rich in variety. Only a big bed. The front desk is welcoming and solves the travel needs of tourists.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights last weeks and it was perfect. Exactly like the pictures stunning rooms extremely good value for money and could not be more central to all the sights... Kraków is a beautiful city and I would highly recommend these apartments., make sure you receive your check in email as that has the key information to getting in to the property especially if reception is closed, we had a little trouble at first but was dealt with very efficiently . Overall a great place will definitely return
In line with expectations, cost-effective
The location is very good. In the Old Town Square, it is a five-minute walk from the Textile Hall. There is a restaurant with rice and fish in the vicinity. The environment is excellent. The hotel is small and fully equipped. The breakfast is very rich. Traveling will also help to book a car. There is a convenience store opposite. Low-key but warm hotel.
We booked this hotel after watching Travel Man! It was a perfect location and an amazing hotel which was beyond our expectations. Only a short walk to the restaurants and bars of the Jewish District, and also a walk to the main square. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent including the bakery and restaurant. We’ll certainly be back and would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the beautiful city of Kraków! Thank you Puro staff.
On the square coming out of the train station, on the edge of the mall, through the underground passage, diagonally across the road is the entrance of the old city. If you want to go around, it is more convenient to take a car, and there is rice for breakfast.
long weekend, greeted by lovely staff, speaking good english pointed out local restaurants which we tried during our stay and were not disappointed. Highly recommend Sasiedzi (meaning neighbour) lovely atmosphere here food and service was excellent only a short walk from the hotel. Organised trips to the salt mines, Auscwitz and Birkenau. I would definitely top up your history knowledge before doing these tours, they are fascinating and a must for everyone.Hotel made us a packed lunch small cost for Auscwitz/Birkenau as a day trip with very limited refreshments available. We were very glad we did, take change for the toilets will need to pay. We were picked up from the hotel by a small mini bus.We did the underground museum and visited the castle to which the attractions inside are all payable dependant on what you want to see. Don't loose your ticket as you will need to scan this for the toilet or you will have to pay 2zl. Our room was very comfortable and tidied every day, i presume different staff at weekend? as not quite so pristine if I'm being picky. Breakfast was lovely with a mixture of cooked food, bread, fruit etcThe restaurant was really nice, no complaints and really nice to sit and have a drink during happy hour We had a superior double room no view tho it was just a side street. Very modern ensuite, comfy large bed, usb ports either side Excellent hotel, really friendly and fairly close to both the Jewish quarters and Krakow main square.
The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the old town and close to the river. The breakfast is rich and varied, the hotel is well implemented, the service is very warm and it is recommended to stay.
Breakfast is average, the hotel is located in the center of the city, shopping and playing are very convenient, but it makes me uncomfortable. The platform says that there is free parking. I spent 50pld and stopped overnight.
The location is indeed biased. Opposite a shopping plaza, but this shopping plaza has nothing to do but Carrefour and M. There is an M1 shopping plaza on the 1.5km walk. There are food and shopping. The service was good. I opened the room to me early in the morning and gave me a bed, free of charge. The water in the pool is cold, but there are two surfing pools, which are hot water. On the last day, I was delayed until 1 o'clock, and I checked out at the hotel restaurant for lunch. It was the best I have eaten in Poland for 11 days. There are still people in the restaurant who are taking interviews.
All are good; and there is a bus from the airport to the hotel, which is very convenient. A 10-minute walk will take you to Krakow's castle, which is also close to the market square.
The room is very clean, a little bit small, the overall is still very good, close to the train station, but not very close, walking about 20 minutes
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the main attractions of the Old Town and about 10 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station. The hotel rooms are small, especially the bathroom, which can only be described as a dwelling; but for a tourist city like Krakow, Why is it demanding? There is a convenience store in front of the hotel, and it is open until 23:00 on Christmas. The hotel's booking for Auschwitz and the salt mine costs more. It costs 180zt per person and the lowest one in the market has seen 136zt. However, when you successfully complete the day trip, this small difference will no longer be taken into account. . The exchange difference near the scenic spot is very scary. It is recommended to exchange money at the official exchange point of the train station. There is no pressure to walk from the hotel to the Jewish Quarter and Schindler factory, and there is almost no need for public transportation in the city or a private battery car.
Half an hour walk from the city centre. Go out of the airport, turn right, and walk down to the end of the road. A bus stop is there. Take the No. 208 bus to the hotel.
The hotel is good, it is said to be 2 o'clock, because it is early to arrange for 12 o'clock to stay.
Convenient transportation, tram and bus stops to go out
There are also many restaurants around and many choices
20 minutes walk from the old city 40 minutes walk from the railway station
I thought there were mistake when we booked this hotel. We thought the location is near the train station but it is not. It’s really far from the station. There is nothing near the hotel but only one mall where I didn’t go into. The hotel is not for the traveler like us who were not driving because there is no way to walk to hotel after getting off at the nearest tram station so we can only walk along the driving road. All taxi drivers rejected to take us there because the distance is not that far but there is no way for people who walk to the hotel! Finally we found a small road to there and it was so dark and quiet. Fortunately there was a stadium and a show just finished so many people walking in the main road. Otherwise it must be so dangerous. Conclusion, if you will have a driving tour or family tour, that suits you. But if you are single traveler or using the public transportation to travel, then not suggest this hotel. By the way the room is good, clean and hygiene. I really like the hotel besides the location.
Balthazar Design Hotel is chick and luxurious, being just over a year old, as it is so beautifully and tastefully decorated. Food and staff are lovely. The delicious night time sweat treats of Amaretto and home-made Biscotti were a delicious touch. The Prosecco and home-made chocolates were a lovely suprise for celebrating our Anniversary. The home-made peach jam made especially for us, as the other jams were not up to our liking, served with fabulous home-made bread was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were even changed when we found the bed to firm. Everyone from the moment we were greeted, room service, house-keeping,and all of the employees behind the scenes are 'outstanding'. The hotel is described perfectly. It is in an excellent location. Thank you all, we loved your hotel and will recommend it to everyone we speak to. We have brought home wonderful happy memories of a wonderful stay.
The room is large, there is a place to put the box, but the bed is not big, not far from the old town and the train station, probably in the middle. There is a music school in the hotel, and there are always students from the college who are practicing the piano and passing out beautiful music. I don’t know if the air conditioner in the room is broken, not too cool, the house is quite tidal, the other is ok, there is breakfast, but the variety can not eat much.
