It was my first staycay after seeing this promo at trip! However i was very disappointed with this supposedly 5* hotel Many items were spoiled to my disappointment and shock! Spoiled Fridge - only realized in evening when my drink is not cold! Chat with their support and their technician came to replace in 15mins. Spoiled Plug - technician came during near dinner time, he say if need to fix he need to stop the power also, not a good solution to tell guest to fix right on the spot as its wasting my time and delaying my dinner time. So i told him they can fix after i check out instead to let the next guest have a better experience. Stained Bedsheet - slight stain on the bedsheet was kinda turn off too… as hotel standard should be all clean! Spoiled Kettle late at night and I don’t bother to contact support as I am checking out the next day! This really scares me as i boil the kettle before i went to shower, and guess what when I was out the water is still boiling OMG and then water almost dried up!! And lots of water droplets on the glass panel! :( TV was blurry! - its really super old type…if its clear nvm but its really blur! Did not try their food at all as no breakfast included and disappointed with the experience. Guess will not visit again.

The exterior of the hotel and the facilities are old. However, the rooms are looks newly renovated. It seems to be a quiet hotel even on the weekends. The service of Four Seasons SG is surely better than its competitors but not as good as compared to the other four seasons hotels in the other parts of the world. Each and every staff that we had came across would give a polite nod or greet us when they see us. We have been granted a free upgrade to a deluxe room with the orchard Boulevard view. The staff had also tried their best to attend to our needs. We note that the temperature taking booth besides the lift on level 1 is often not attended to. During sensitive time like this, it is important that Hotel arranges for someone to be there to check for temperature and safe entry. This is a lapse as the guests coming up directly from the carpark may skip this. We tried to reach out to the conceive via the mobile app and it was easy to use and they will response within minutes when we tried to reach them via their mobile app. We would like to give a special shout-out to Karen (staff at the family pool). She had left us deep impression. She knew about the history and layout of hotel well and tried to make connection with each guest. We could tell that she is genuinely happy working at the hotel. She even went on the extra mile to inform the pool and gym concierge on level 4 that we are heading down and told them our names. It came to our pleasant surprise that her colleagues at level 4 were able to greet us by our names. This is what we call service. Thank you Karen. I hope the Four Seasons SG will value exceptional staff like Karen. We hope to come across more customer service oriented staffs at Four Seasons SG in future.

Yotel have e best toilet & shower room in e whole world as it over look e building and pee/poo/shower is a beautiful thing to do at Yotel! I stayed in e room 1912. The room is quiet even thou it's near the lift on the 19th floor. Simple coffee & tea w sugar by the side is provided. Toothbrush, tooth paste, towels, hanger, hairdryer, iron, iron board, and even umbrella is in the room ☔ The pool is located on e 10th floor beside the restaurant so it is very convenient if I'm hungry and I need food 🍲 Not forgetting robot Yolanda & Yoshi that deliver my meal to my room when I order food from komyuniti. First day - Checked into Superior Room. It was very spacious. However, there were rust stains on bathtub and on bathroom door. Hence, we requested for another room, preferably an upgraded one which service staff was nice enough to accede to our request. === CLEANLINESS === So we checked into upgraded room, Superior Room and to our disappointment, room was not entirely clean. There were hair strands and black stains/markings on the pillows, dirt stains and dust on table and coffee table. === SERVICE & ATTITUDE === We then called the housekeeping which they assigned someone to clean up the place again but the housekeeper was really lazy and only does the bare minimum. The moment she stepped into the room, she seemed quite upset and irritated that she has to redo the room. When we showed her the pillows with dirt and hair, she asked if she needs to change the rest of the bed sheet which thank God we said yes because there’s hair strand on the quilt as well. What’s worse was towards the end, she asked if she needs to tuck the bed sheet into the bed...... her attitude makes us feel like we are at fault for asking her do her job properly.. We didn’t want to engage further with her so we didn’t show her the stains on the tables. We called the house keeping again and this time, 2 supervisors came us to thoroughly clean up the room. They were really nice and seem very apologetic about the negligence of previous cleaning standards. === AIRCON === It was very difficult to sleep at night as the AC wasn’t working well but weird enough, it works well in the day. We were literally sweating in our sleep. It was very frustrating... === CONCLUSION === Besides the first cleaning lady, the overall service was good be it recep staff, staff at the pool, guards etc. At least they do recovery to ensure guests don’t feel worse. On the downside, the hotel really needs to start maintaining their facilities especially the AC. Thank you.

The attitude of the hotel service staff was very good and met our needs very well. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is cleverly designed, with an artificial waterfall and an outdoor pool. Breakfast is mainly Chinese and Southeast Asian, and the quality is good. The hotel is right next to Orchard Road shopping mall. There are many options for eating around and convenient transportation.

It was a comfortable one-night stay. Very big room, very comfy bed and huge bathtub (can even fit 2 people and a baby). Pros - Butler service was relatively quick. However, they did not deliver my requests on the morning after — assuming it was breakfast time, but still. - Front-desk (Sage) was quick, clear and concise on all instructions upon check-in. They called me 15 minutes later to inform me when room was ready. - Even though we were on the third floor, not too much noise from the pool users one floor down (might be our luck that at most there were only 5) - Very generous with toiletries, upon request. - Mini-fridge was sufficiently cold. - Insta-worthy decor, if that matters. Cons - No instructions on how to use Bose speakers even though a remote was given. Requested for assistance with butler, the AV tech did not come in the end. - TV isn’t exactly a smart TV, would require your own HDMI cable to watch your own shows, which we did not bring. - Room 315 needs a bit of maintenance. There was a chip in the bathroom marble floor. Some doors and things were loose. - Not the nearest to most malls if you are not keen on walking but we made do with Forum/Tanglin Mall (5-minute walk) - Door is not soundproof from noises in the hallway - They should explicitly inform guest on $200 deposit, and their preference for credit card, early on. While I did use a third-party booking system (obviously due to Rediscover voucher), I feel they still should send at least an automated email to the guest on any info Trip does not provide. - Did not gain any points for my Mariott Bonvoy membership, assuming it’s because I booked through third-party.

Booked a staycay package with $99 dining credit and check in was delay till 3pm even when I indicated I wanted an earlier check in. Initially got a newly renovated premier room but recep gave an upgrade to pool room. Honestly, don’t buy it unless you don’t mind a smaller room with a really old bathtub. Eventually, we have requested for change and was upgraded to heritage room which is really good and clean but we had really annoying neighbours who blasts music day and night. We complain and kudos to security who manage to resolve it and offer us durian puffs as compensation. Not the fanciest hotel nor I feel it’s value for money except for location but the customer service is really good, the food is excellent too. Nonetheless, we are thankful for the experience

We booked a family room for 4 pax and it entitles us to late check out till 3pm (trip.com benefit) with buffet breakfast. York Hotel is the only few hotel that offers family room at an affordable rate. The hotel is located behind Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard) & is not very near to the main road. However, the amazing staffs here totally made up for it with their exceptional services. Special mention to Nenny from front desk, Ramli from White Rose cafe, and Nudin from front door for their exceptional services & for being so extremely friendly! Our family room is located at high floor (17th) & is very spacious. Bathroom & bathtub is very clean as well. White Rose cafe breakfast buffet is value for money! Porridge & the egg breakfast set is a must order during the breakfast buffet. P.S. there's also free pancake & tea/coffee at White Rose Cafe during ur check-in day so be sure to visit the cafe to redeem it!

This is the third hotel of our hotels hopping staycation and not surprisingly, turned out to be the most enjoyable especially from the kiddo perspective. This is also our second stay in Shang within a 6 months period; not my most preferred hotel but the kiddo most favourite. So I think Shang investing in kids friendly facilities is the right approach or business strategy. This time round, the check in took much longer thereabout 40 mins, probably due to the complexity of my packages but I also realized that the front desk staff who attended to me is most likely a newbie. However, he has performed mostly competently. The room, as usual, is well maintained and generally clean, except for a flattened bee found within the towel. This is a small issue to me since Shang is a garden in itself and bees are permanent residents but my wife was freaked out over this. The kiddo has a surprise waiting for him in the room and Shang has never failed to give the kiddos something to look forward to. Perhaps, what Shang could do further to provide a better customer experience is to also start incorporating a function for guests to check their billed items through the television. This could speed up check out times and also encourage guests to do express check out. Buds and Splashzone continue to be the highlights of the stay and they have continued to provide fun for the kiddo even during the Phase 2HA period. During our 2 nights stay, it was smacked right between Covid Phase 2HA and Phase 3HA, so our first night dinner has to be done in-room while the second day meals could be dined-in, with the exception of the second day package inclusive lunch which I have to do in-room as the Line restaurant did not open for lunch. There was a hiccup for the second day in-room lunch likely due to miscommunications between the front desk and room service but it was resolved. What impressed me was that be it the hotline or front desk calling back, they are quick to pick up the phone or get back to you. Overall an enjoyable stay.

I checked in for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hotel. Although it was undergoing renovation but disruption was minimal. Although I had to take 2 lifts to exit the hotel each time, but it was ok. The WiFi connect was stable throughout during my 2 full days of video conference in the hotel room. Thank you for the birthday cake and housekeeping service even though it was beyond office hours. I checked in on a weekday and the whole process was fast and smooth. Will definitely come back again. Thank u for the good birthday experience.

I stayed there for a week, really loved the room and little hidden nicks and knacks to customise the room to really how you like it. The only problem I faced was I couldn’t connect the TV to Netflix and Disney + which bummed the stay unable to play the show you want when you have frens over and the TV doesn’t have good shows gg on. It says it only connect to android but it’s really inconvenient to get connected and I use an iPhone. A couple of security also frightened my guests by confronting them blocking the lifts of the doors to insist they register in front of other guests. Otherwise room is comfortable and sad to hear one of their room service was reprimanding by their supervisors and since I was there for a week, somehow, security guards got my name?

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

The hotel is very close to Wenqing subway station, walk 5.6 minutes. The youth hostel is very small. It has a lot of capsule beds in one room, but the capsule room is well designed. It is very spacious to sleep alone. The closed door is your own private space. Bedding, lighting, safe, charging plug, usb, and mirror are all available in the capsule. The access to the card is safe, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are many people, this is still in place. With breakfast, it is simple cereal. And toast bread, coffee milk variety. The front desk attitude is very good, that is, one of the lights in my room is broken and cannot be turned off. The Indian brother first said that the light in each room could not be turned off. He lied. Actually, it was not. Later, he let him think of a solution. In short, the overall is a good hostel, you can choose this next time you go to Singapore, it is recommended ~~~~~~

I booked this place on a long layover in Singapore, and this place is so cool! Now, the showers and amenities are pretty much like most hostels (nothing special, but more than adequate), but the pod itself was actually quite nice! Inside feels very futuristic, and it comes with your own power outlets and a/c. Bedding and pillow were soft, and the Chinatown location is a plus!

Check into the hotel and wait for the nucleic acid test results. According to government requirements, the hotel first arranged to stay in an isolated room and could not leave the room. When ordering food, you can scan the QR code in the room and deliver the food quickly. The room was isolated, and the disinfection was done well. The smell of the disinfectant was unbearable. Fortunately, after staying for 6 hours, I received a negative test report in the mail. After forwarding the email to the manager on duty for about 10 minutes, the hotel rescheduled check-in, escaped from the isolation room, and life returned to normal. The hotel facilities are very new, located in the downtown area, connected to raffles city, convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and the rooms are quiet. The front desk and some staff in the hotel can speak Chinese, there is almost no language barrier, the check-in experience is very good👍

Because I need to apply for a visa, I stayed here for 18 days and stayed at other hotels for two nights. This is a co-living hotel, so there is no private bathroom, but in reality, my experience did not feel inconvenient, and I rarely encountered other customers . The traffic location is very good. It is opposite to Chinatown Food Street. When you go out, there is a traffic light. There is a Maxwell Food Center on the left. The food inside is affordable and delicious. I often go to China Street Food to finish my meal and then go to Hailan Panmian. Fried fish noodles. It is also very close to the Chinatown interchange station of the NE and DT subway lines. It is very convenient to go to Sentosa or Sands or Merlion. Auntie Cong, who is in charge of cleaning, is also super nice and enthusiastic, serious and responsible. Next time I go to Singapore, I would prefer to stay here. The decoration style is also very simple and fashionable, and some romantic, very suitable for young people. Sign-in and sign-out are also very convenient, simple and convenient. If you don’t speak English, it’s okay to live here. In short, five-star praise, highly recommended.

The plane was rescheduled and stayed in this new hotel for three days. I saw this when I planned to travel. At that time, there were no reviews on Ctrip. I wasn't sure. At the end of January, there were more than 20 positive reviews. I booked it for 3 nights and tried it. First of all, I booked the highest room type in the entire hotel, which was only over 50 square meters. The previous Capella was half the size. It turns out that many of the comments in the review set the basic square shape of more than twenty flats that the room was large. . I really don't want to talk. Since the best room type is only over 50 square meters, it is good to have good daylight. Look at the picture. All the windows are blocked by the wall and the daylight is not good. The newly opened hotel contains two hours of happy hour, and there is nothing to evaluate. Breakfast was ok, few categories and quality. If there is any need in the room, such as adding drinking water and not waiting for a body lotion, you have to wait a long time. When you call and change the wiring for another person, you don't know what you are going through. Besides talking about the convenient shuttle bus, this hotel does not have its own shuttle bus at all. Instead, it needs to go to a nearby hotel instead of having a car that goes to vivo City and Resorts World like Capella. All three days of stay require us to walk or take the MRT. Why compare with Capella? Because I spent almost the same money as Capella (one less than 5000, one nearly 6000) So the credibility of the previous review is almost huh. In the end, I spent my birthday at the hotel and told me when I checked in. I asked if I could upgrade to know that I had booked the best room, so I was told "I will surprise you, but I won't tell you yet." "OK, alright, wait until 9 o'clock on the birthday, send a simple cake. I gave a cake to someone who was anti-sugar for 1 year. I was really huh, huh, and finally the child took a small bite and threw it away.

The boneless chicken fried rice in the restaurant is very popular with children. The swimming pool is very clean, about 25 meters long. Because during the epidemic period, some meals are bought one get one free. It was originally not expensive for about 15 servings, and it became more affordable. Very quiet, you can take a walk in the nearby big park in the evening, very relaxing, recommended

Good aspects: clean environment, good host service and good sanitation; Disadvantages: The public areas in the villa are relatively cluttered. They are located in the industrial area, there are buses and restaurants within 300 meters of walking, and shopping is about 1.5 kilometers on foot. If you are working near the Woodlands area, you can consider it. After all, it is farther away than coming from the urban area. Living here can save time and fares. If you are really traveling, it is not recommended.

This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.

Easy check in and check out. Room small but for an overnight stay, it’s fine. Room looks clean except maybe some frosted mirror toilet writing that’s not obvious. Arrived at the hotel more than 1 pm, the staff checked me in. The geographical location is superior. The hotel turns left and goes a few hundred meters to go to Fanglin Pasar. The laksa on Renlong store on the second floor is expensive. It costs 10 coins and it tastes good. The Fujian Bak Kut Teh on the 1st floor is very good. The 4 bowls of coins are good. The soup and ribs taste good, but the herbs taste a little heavier. Turn right at the hotel and turn right for more than ten minutes. There is the Maxwell Food Center on the street. Every day, Hainan Chicken Rice is inside. Unfortunately, the day I went there was not open. I switched to Xingxing Hainan Chicken Rice. I walked about twenty minutes from the hotel to Merlion Park, and only five minutes' walk to Ya Kun for breakfast and coconut toast. It was very convenient to use Google navigation. I stayed here for three weeks, so I booked this hotel because it was alone. It’s just fine to live alone, but staying in a room without windows for the first week doesn’t feel good, because people need sunshine to get up in the morning. After booking in the next two weeks, I asked the clerk to arrange a window, but the window could not be opened, the sound insulation was not good, and there were occasional car noises at night. Other facilities are good, toilets and showers are clean, the kitchen on the second floor can receive water, free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There are yoga and small bars on the roof, and there are two restaurants on the first floor. You need to download the st signature app to self-check in, submit your passport photo and a deposit of 80 SGD (only credit cards are supported), usually there will be shop assistants in the afternoon, and most of them can speak Chinese. The location is particularly good, the city center is quiet, and it is 5 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. It is directly opposite to the Maxwell Cooked Food Market, where there are many small shops for food.

If youre looking for a budget hotel for a staycation, this one hits the spot. Location wise, located near food stores and a mall, about 10-15 minutes from the mrt station. If you have your personal transport, you may find parking spots nearby but they are limited. The room itself is very small and has a tv with HBO service (kinda like netflix). They do not provide any toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and miniature body wash and shampoos. They do provide hand sanitizers, tissues, towels and a hair dryer. The rooms are not soundproof but its okay. I have issues regarding the rooms plug sites as it is very inconveniently placed. The one near the dress table was placed inappropriately that it made it difficult to plug the hairdryer. They also didnt have another plug site at the othe end of the bed so if you are a couple, do take note that only charging from 1 side is available.

There is no parking lot, no extra bed, and the hotel does not have breakfast. The hotel commissions the small county liver skewers to make breakfast. Guests need to take the hotel room card to the hotel front desk to exchange breakfast vouchers and then go to the small county liver hotel for breakfast. Chicken, sausages, boiled eggs, canola, broccoli, watermelon pieces, toast, jam, instant coffee, mixed fruit juice. Breakfast is almost the same every day, and the taste is ok. However, the location of the hotel is very good, that is, the room is too small, only a large bed can be put down, no free water, only two bags of instant coffee, boiling water must be picked up in a room on the second floor of the hotel. Cons: The rooms are small ( i guess this applies for most of the Singapore hotels), AC is slow (especially it takes lot of time to cool , though it works ), No room service provided. The hotel is very small may be around 12 - 15 rooms, so don't expect any extras. Bad: The hotel as such doesn't have a restaurant, they provide coupon (worth SGD 3) that can be redeemed for neighboring Hotel, where for dinner, they don't have VEG Option and break fast u won't get much items other than either dosa / parota with tea / coffee. Its quite misleading to say free breakfast / dinner. Rooms can be maintained well, rooms are so small that you really can't have much space to walk as well. Recommendation: Overall its an average hotel, in prime location near Little india.

Lavender
Loft Room 403. Love the loft concept & design. Looks very new & clean. Located near to Jln Besar Stadium. Walking distance to food & convenience stores, nearest Mrt is Bendemeer, Lavender & Farrer Park. Room wise - everything is great except it's not SMART TV but there are cable channels. Room phone to front desk isn't working or no one is picking up (but check-out reminder call is working patheticly fine -.-) . I called them thru my HP too

Chinatown
I booked a club room for my birthday using the SRV vouchers but due to the passing of a loved one I had to postpone the trip and because of that I had to top up another $94 just to ammend my dates. After arranging for the ammendment, there isn't any email to tell me that the hotel is aware of my change in plans. I wasn't aware that you could check in early and we only reached there at 2pm, today we saw a couple checking in as early as 10am in the morning. As a guest maybe you want to take initiative to check with if an early check in is available. Not sure if there was a miscommunication of any sort but when we were going down to the Club Lounge to have our breakfast, we were asked to sit outside because they didn't allow hotel slippers to be in the lounge. But there are guests in the club longue who are in hotel slippers. I can't help but wonder why. Oasia has decent rooms but I think the feeling of being welcomed and having personalised service just isn't there yet. It wasn't a fantastic experience I feel.

West Coast
The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

Geylang
The price is cheap, the location is good, the transportation is more convenient, there are a lot of food around, there are supermarkets, business travel is still a good choice, mainly economic.

Orchard Road
Stayed there for a night fully paid using cash (not using singapore rediscover voucher) the boutique hotel is located just behind LKY Oxley home. Walking distance was 10 mins away from Orchard Central. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The hotel provides toiletries and we had our breakfast using the hotel voucher at Artisan Boulangerie Co located at Killiney Road which is 3 mins Walking distance with a choice of pastry and offered a top up of drink to large size at $1.05. The hotel is only a 2 storey property. Front desk staff was polite except that they were rushing through telling us the T&C and house rules of the hotel and there was a $100 deposit charged to my credit card which may take some time for the refund. Sound proof isn't that good as we keep hearing sounds of slamming door whenever someone opens their room door. Unfortunately the neighbour beside my room keeps singing like a crow and as the outerside of the showing area is partially enclosed, so we can hear it loud and clear in our room. Didn't get to use the pool due to the location as it is just right underneath the walkway to the lobby. There is no privacy as whoever enter or exit the hotel is able to just look down and that is where the pool is. Although it is clean and spacious but given the location and the condition of the hotel not being sound proof, I will not patronise again.
