First of all this property should not falls under "Hotel" category. Motel would be a better one. 1. While on our way to the hotel, we called the property several times no pick up. 2. Checking in prosess was horrendous. No receptionist. We keep pressing the bell for at least 5-10 minutes. Finally one lady came down with unfriendly gestures. 3. We were told to accept two twin beds instead of one double we booked earlier. Insisted for a double but was told we couldn't choose, as we are under Expedia low price. We have to accept what is given. We want to reiterate here that we are paying guests and not staying for FREE, so should not be treated this way. Expedia needs to investigate on this please. We insisted that if we were not given double, we would like our money back. Finally she released the double room. 4. Room conditions: - bedsheet was dirty lots of black dark spots - pillow cases are with dark stains - pillow with blood stains - blanket with lots of hairs - headboard full of dusts - low water pressure - dirty towel - aircond swing function not working and emit noises - no sound proof - neighbour talking and laughing, phone ringing, vacuuming, can hear them loud and clear - got a room on the second floor, it's very tiring though to walk up two floors with luggages and no one of their staff helping 5. The main hotel door will be closed after like 3pm/4pm and the staircase to your room is not connected to the hotel. The side door is open 24 hours and no security guard. So anything you need/happens to you after the door close, it'll be at your own expense! Take the risk if you want to reside here. 6. Checking out wasn't smooth. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff.

I feel very comfortable staying in this hotel even our family stay for three days. the hotel is very clean, the mattress is soft all new to the point there is no smell, has wifi network is pretty smoothly, have warm water in the bathroom, a fairly large glass makes us able to set the style first before leaving, the owner of the hotel is also good and very friendly, and the location is also very very strategic. close to the mini market, the crown medical center, the megamall hero plateau, and the a'famosa tourist attractions, only by walking about five minutes also have arrived. the shortage of this hotel is that it does not have an elevator so the visitors find it difficult to lift or carry the goods to the second and third floors. but, overall i love this hotel

After contacting the boss, he will arrive in about 6 minutes soon, arrange the check-in, and then introduce the basic conditions of the room, facilities, use, etc., very handy and convenient: special reminder of boiling water, bottled water, use casually, features The delicious instant noodles are also eaten casually (we only eat one bowl), mainly to taste other local delicacies, and then hand-map the map to mark the delicacies of various attractions, especially useful for those who have not prepared enough strategies! And finally the boss said to arrange free car to take us to the Straits Mosque in the evening of the next day! You know, if you take a taxi, it will cost 15 to 20 ringgits, which is about RMB20 and more than 30! And stay there for more than 1 hour. I have struggled with my thoughts in the car. Should I propose it? We will go to Johor Bahru at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. Please ask him to take us to the station when time permits. We will pay 15 MYR for the taxi price (anyway, it is more convenient to use the car to give money to the boss!) , The boss readily agreed, but said something that surprised us: send us free of charge, no money! , This really makes us unable to step down! You need money to burn oil! After arriving on time the next day, I said it sincerely, but the boss still insisted on not collecting money! In the end, I can only "respect rather than obey", maybe this is also his philosophy and principle, really gained a sincere and friendly experience and memory for your trip. Thank you boss, don't know if you can see it?

In the cultural heritage Jonker Street, you can find a good way to go and walk wherever you go! The room was very spacious in the narrow corridor. It had a little musty smell and I wanted to open the window to ventilate. As a result, the window could not be opened. The bathroom was not very clean, and the inner layer of the brushed cup was grayish white. Service, family hotel only, Chinese couples opened, in the middle of the law. Breakfast really has to be a good spit! By 10:30 breakfast, I went down at 8:50, and a Malay local Chinese family almost moved all the food they had to their table, leaving nothing left! This quality is really "very good"! I ran to the proprietress and said, "The proprietress said, "You will send it quickly after you sit down. As a result, I watched the people gorging in the restaurant for more than half an hour. I still haven't seen the food! Then I don't eat back in the room, I will get up and walk. The boss wife followed me, didn't say anything, didn't ask if she could eat or not! But after 9:40, I called my friend's room text "You still can't eat breakfast"! My room didn't call! Ok, I can't help you, I shouldn't run to the restaurant to trouble you.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very broken. Fortunately, there is a 711. The whole Malacca feels like the domestic counties. The room is a bit humid and smelly. The room is small, the bathroom is large and the hot water cannot keep up. My daughter wanted to take a bath. After a while, the water was cold. I did n’t explain it at the front desk. It recovered after 15 minutes. It is estimated that each room is equipped with an electric water heater. There are many mosques outside the hotel. Prayer, for an entire hour, it is even more difficult at night, about 11 o'clock, can not eat, breakfast is not adapted, there is a Chinese breakfast, but it is completely wrong. Unappetizing. But it should be regarded as the top hotel in Melaka.

Hotel location is very good, we take the bus from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Malacca station, change bus 17 for 2 yuan, 15 minutes to the red house, then slowly walk to the hotel soon. Later, walk back to visit Chinatown and so on. Visit the main attractions of Malacca. This hotel is in a good location. Going to the sea mosque for more than 20 minutes, the weather is still a little tired. Focus on the key, the boss will speak Chinese, very enthusiastic, returning to find the front desk to set a car, ten to the bus terminal, very cost-effective and convenient.

Very lazy and basically do not write hotel reviews. This is the first one. When I made the Melaka Raiders, I chose the first recommended hotel by the Malaysian cellular netizens. I really recommend this hotel. , Cost-effective, away from some of the main attractions of the Dutch Red House, strategic location. If you want to go to the sea mosque, you can make an appointment with the hotel in advance. I made a shuttle bus from Kuala Lumpur Airport to Malacca. I originally planned to depart at 10pm. I didn't buy a ticket. I only bought a ticket for departure at 11.40. I arrived at the station and picked up the bus in person at 1.30am. The boss is of Chinese descent and can communicate in Chinese. It is also very convenient to recommend local delicious restaurants to help design reasonable routes. If you are a free travel partner, it ’s not wrong to choose another home. It is super worry-free. The service is really a five-star service for the guests. Thank you, the boss and May.

I just walk 5 minute to go to A'famosa, jonker walk, and 3 minute to go to taming sari tower from hollitel. i booked hotel from app, but if you booked by call, you can get special price more cheap from any Apps. i booked deluxe room, but got family room with desk and mini bar. the bedroom and toilet is very clean and large . i got 3 facilities for myself like mineral water, towel, pillow etc. I get into trouble when checking in, my ordering data is not in the hotel data bc travelo** does not send to the hotel, but the receptionist can solve the problem quickly without me having to wait for a long time. This hotel located at town area, for those who’s are Melaka famous local food Satay Cerup, just few minutes walk from the hotel. Surrounded by many restaurants, hawker center, and commercial bank. If you want to walk to the Jonker Walk, actually not too far, from my experience is 15mins...., true! Otherwise you can take Grab, Farr is below RM10. Also not far from the Melaka Sentral bus terminal. WiFi is ok, TV channel ok, and the cleanliness is ok, shower essentials is supply by oyo, two lift provide for guest. Staff at the Lobby who’s name Syazzwan, always smiling and helpful, he changed my room immediately because the floor in that room is wet, and keep apology with me. As the name suggests.. this is an apartment. There is no reception.. no lobby.. They will send you an welcome email giving you details of your allocated room details. Do call them 30mins prior to your arrival so that they will send a personal to wait wait for you at the car park. They will then host you into the apartment. The apartment is clean and spacious with clean bed sheets and towels. Wifi is strong. Floor is clean. and there is plenty of drinking water provided. However there are of cos some set back that resulting me not giving a full 5 stars. The toilets will do with some good upgrade. A simple gesture of some cakes or kuehs may make a more nicer home stay feel. A home stay away has to feel like a nice home stay with some special memories. A recent home stay left some nice fond memories as owners left some home baked cakes as they understand we may be hungry after a day of travelling . They also provided a simple loaf of bread with jam complete with a bottle of milk for a simple stay at home breakfast . These are little gestures that makes a home stay memorable. for check out, you will also have to call them and they will come help you check out and walked you to the car.

The room was large and the bathroom was so big that we were shocked by the one we had just arrived from Singapore. The hotel is particularly clean and distinctive, with traditional furnishings and Nanyang style. Breakfast variety and service attitude are good. The hotel is located in an alley parallel to Jonker Street, at the end of Jonker Street, turn left and then turn right to the archway at the end of Jonker Street. During the Spring Festival, the chicken farm street is too blocked, and there are many people with more roads and narrower taxis. At the peak, the grave taxi is located at the entrance of a church at the beginning of Tami near the hotel.

The location is in the scenic spot, but it is a little difficult to find. The environment and sanitation of the inn is not bad. It is a little smelly in the room, but it is acceptable. The service staff is very nice. When you go, you are also helpful. Calling a car to the station, you can rent a bicycle in the inn. Interested friends can rent a ride, but the section in the scenic area has to be launched. There are too many people to ride. The inn does not provide breakfast, but there is a restaurant next door. Very convenient to solve the problem of eating

We were over at Melaka to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We told the hotel about our anniversary, they took the effort to decorate the room for us with rose petals on the bed :D! My wife and I spent three nights in this gorgeous home stay and it was the perfect base from which to explore Malacca. We sprung for one of their larger apartments with a balcony affording us a great view of the river and old town. While there are a lot of stairs to haul your suitcases up, the spacious room and the view it affords is worth the investment. Located right in old town, it’s a short walk to the riverfront restaurants and Jonkers Walk. You’re is close to the action that the only downside is the occasional late night music. This shut off at or before midnight every night, and we were there during Diwali. The staff are a family and very friendly. We especially loved playing with the new kittens. An on-site restaurant would be nice, especially since they’re squandering what would be a gorgeous river front breakfast setup. There’s plenty of other food nearby, however, so it’s no big deal.

This hotel is a good 35-minute walk from Jonker Street and is a large hotel run by a Malay family with a very large car park behind the hotel and a lift going up to all the floors. There is a supermarket the opposite side of the road and there are some eating options nearby. I stayed in a large twin room for RM165+RM10 foreigner tax in Room 202. The bed was comfortable enough except for the pillows, there was a bedside table with a phone on top, a wall-mounted TV with poor reception on many channels and a large mirror. In addition, the room came with a desk on which there was a kettle, coffee sachets, 2 bottles of water and 2 mugs. The walls were painted purple behind the bed and were elsewhere in the room. The floor was tiled and quite dirty in places while there were cobwebs to be found on the wall. However, the aircon worked well as did the free WiFi. There was no proper wardrobe – just some clothes hangers hanging near the window which opens onto a minute balcony which stores the air conditioning unit and hence has no room for you to stand. The bathroom is also large and has a proper showering area, but only flimsy towels are provided. There is shower gel inside the shower unit, but there is no soap or any other toiletries, but there is toilet roll. Soundproofing is fairly poor though as you can hear kids shouting in other rooms that are way down the hallway. The owners are pleasant though and there is good car parking on site. Indeed, if you go down to the very end of the one-way road going past the car park at Christmas time you will come across a very colourful Christmas festival at the Portuguese Gate which, in itself, made my stay worthwhile. I was on the whole statisfied with my stay at this hotel although both cleanliness and soundproofing do need to be improved.
