Stayed here for three nights in March, 2023. Truth-in-advertising ... we are big fans of Accor properties and stay with them whenever possible. That said, we hold them to a higher expectation. And the Old Town MGallery definitely held up to our expectations. Prior to the trip, they were very responsive to our inquiries for assistance with planning. Our room was, by European standards, quite large and the bed have a very nice sleep (something important to us as I have a bad back that can be sensitive to bad beds. The only downside I would say to our room was that there was minimal deskspace if you are there on business or need to do some work on your laptop. Additionally, while there were power outlets, there weren't a lot which made things a challenge when trying to power up various electronics. MINOR issues that were easily overlooked given the overall experience. Our lack of Czech language skills were not an issue in that all of the staff we interacted with spoke excellent English. Their bar had an excellent array of drinks and cocktails for a nightcap and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Add to this the beautiful Art Deco decor and the phenomenal location to everything in the Old Town and it is a great place to stay while in Prague.

The hotel is situated very close to the Republic Square. Everything is within walking distance, and if considered to far.... just take tram 15 that stops nearly at the doorstep and gets you to the bottom of the Prague Castle-walk. You can change there for tram 22 or 23 that takes you up the hill, to the Caste back door and or to Loreta (and stay away from the crowd). Palladium shopping centre is next door to the hotel, nice terraces and restaurants are in close vicinity. The rooms are a bit out of date, but they are spacious and clean, the windows can open and the airco is very adequate. The beds are good, the staf is friendly and breakfast, although not top notch, has excellent cappucino and more than enough choise. Be aware that end of breakfast time, means that the buffet will be immediately emptied ! Special appreciation for hospitable and capable receptionist Valentine who gave us very useful information and advise. To us he scored a 10 out of 10.

Ibis have a familiar and easy to use format. We enjoy the contemporary style, the bar and breakfast. Ibis Old Town Prague is in a great position, a short stroll to the Old Town Square with tram and metro stops almost at the Hotel entrance. There are beer and food venues equally near. The exterior is 19 Century Prague but the interior is modern, clean and the lifts were really good!

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Imperial Cafe. The facilities are ok, the bath products are British royal brands, and the breakfast is full. The service is general. I don't know if the Chinese people will be arranged in the 9th floor room with the attic. It is relatively inconvenient to have more luggage. It is said that the stars can be seen in the summer. The weather is cold and not recommended. I have eaten a meal in the western restaurant downstairs. I dare not compliment, it is recommended to have dinner in the Imperial Cafe in advance.

It was the best choice of European travel accommodation. The lobby is small but the room is also Hilton, and the price is good. Friendly lounge bar staff and staff who don't apply for breakfast, but the staff who serves the tea are friendly and memorable. The location is a bit far from Carlisle (it's hard to walk from the Old Town to Prague Castle anyway). If you like to walk around and visit Korean marts, it's not a big problem because of that advantage.

I chose this hotel as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We never stay in 5* hotels and so this was a special ocassion. From the moment we arrived (almost midnight!) to when we left, the staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled by BA and they managed to fit us in for an extra night. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including fluffy gowns and slippers! We had a super king bed and it was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of foods - cereals, fruits, cold cuts, hot buffet and a variety of tasty pastries. I would highly recommend this hotel! It is also perfectly situated near the main attractions of Prague.

Brilliant hotel, quiet location but not far from all the major site seeing places, very clean and good variety for breakfast. Cocktails were very good too. But what makes this hotel is the staff who upgraded us as it was my birthday which was a lovely surprise and the room was amazing. Big shout out to Roman and the gentleman on reception ( can't remember his name it was September 19th) but he rearranged our dinner reservation for us and a taxi. Thank you. We will return when we come to Prague again.

The hotel is located in a great spot a 10 minute walk from the old town! There is also a Lidl down the road as well as other convenience shops and cafes: can’t fault the location or area. The staff were friendly, helpful and let us keep bags in the luggage room on the last day after check out so we could make the most of our last day before flying that night. We had a free upgrade on our room upon arrival. It was spacious, really clean and nicely decorated. The only downside to our stay was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear the tiniest sounds made by others; guests talking, coughing, floor boards squeaking, and their tv’s blaring through the walls: don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a problem during the day when you’re out exploring but it was a little frustrating at night time and our sleep was impacted at times because of this. Only reason it’s 4* rating as opposed to 5. Noise from the street is minimal: it’s just the inside that was problematic.

I do not even know where to start highlighting the long list of issues with this place. The only positive is that the apartment itself was okay - decent place, kitchen and location. But at this price point in Prague you can find plenty of other nice places that won't literally treat you and your family like garbage. Let's start with our booking: 1) Said kids stay free - not so - they charged for my kids and refused to change it. 2) My arrival was after hours - arrived by train a female alone with 2 kids (11 and 13) - we travel the world together and have since they were very little. We are extremely seasoned travelers. I received an email directing me to the address of the box with the key to the apartment. The key didn't work in the door! Thankfully someone let us into the building but the key didn't work in the apt door! Once again, nice people came to our rescue and opened the door and offered to call the manager. He said we were supposed to go to an entirely different building about 1/2 mile away!!! No directions, nothing but an address and with a foreign phone without cell service or wifi (and at night with 2 kids after having already paid for a taxi ride from the train station and bringing luggage to the 2nd floor) that's less than optimal. Nice people on the street gave us wifi access and we found it through google maps. 3) We went to the main office the next morning and explained the complications. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! Not a map of the city. Nothing. 4) Housekeepers didn't come day 2 - I emailed and they lied and said my do not disturb sign was on the door (it was not). 5) The next day we emailed the office when we left for the housekeepers to come. They never came. The next day the housekeepers used the key to barge into the apt unannounced and proceeded to ”clean” the room. They didn't even make the beds! I emailed questioning whether making the beds was to be expected. No reply. I could continue but you get the gist. 6) I asked for the manager to follow up - nothing. I asked again and about a week later I got an email from her making excuses for absolutely every concern I had. Such an incredibly disappointing experience.

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

I stayed in this hotel at the end of December and it was very nice. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is a bit sp****, but very good. It takes about 35 minutes to walk to Republic Square in the city center from here, but you can also get there by bus (like 207?). The hotel has a fenced parking lot, which costs 15 Euros, or parked on the side of the road like us (free parking for two hours before 6 pm on weekdays, and free on weekends)

I stayed in the Royal Road Residence with my mom in november. Its amazing location, you can literally get to all main attractions by walking. The old Town Square is just 6 mins walking!!! When you come there is a small sign and you should ring the bell to come inside. Reception is in the 1st floor. The staff were very friendly and caring and offered us some hot drinks. We asked them to give us room with balconu and we were so lucky they still got one! The view was AMAZING!! The only thing it was a little bit noisy during weekend because the crowd never finishes on this street. Breakfast was good, specially fresh waffles with chocolate. We stayed for a week and the cleaning was done twice. I will definately come back to this family residence once I am in Prague.

A lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The hotel is right at the end of the Charles bridge so it’s really easy to get to all of the main sights around the city. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. Stayed for 3 nights, I didn't feel very good. I lived in the top floor of the previous two nights. There was a loft. The big bed was upstairs and the toilet was upstairs. I didn’t say that I climbed up and down every day, mainly because the attic was very short. Sleeping on the toilet should be slightly bent, not to mention my husband 178. He feels very painful! On the last day, I switched to the downstairs. I didn’t even have air conditioning. I was operating on an air-conditioning fan. It was very noisy. Fortunately, it rained down that day, otherwise I really don’t know how to sleep.

Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. However, there are dozens of other, better hotels in the area. This one is old, tired, and hasn’t been brought up to date since the 80’s. It’s not a horrible place but it’s not anywhere worth the money it cost (week between Christmas and New Year 2022 was $170 per night!!). We were expecting a much nicer place. The wardrobe area was so small that we could hang maybe 4 items. The bathroom didn’t have any sort of curtain or door or glass on the tub and the shower head sprayed about 180 degrees which inevitably soaked the entire bathroom, including the towels, the toilet paper and any clothes you may have brought in. And the floor was flooded. The carpet was at least 30 years old. The mattress was cheap and hard. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted. The front desk staff didn’t speak very fluent English, and were rude. When our room got too cold and we couldn’t adjust the temp, I couldn’t call down to the front desk as the phone didn’t contain any instructions how to do so, and commonly used numbers, 0 or 9, didn’t work. So I had to call them using their outside phone number. When I did, the lady at the front desk barely understood me when I told her the room is too cold and could they send someone to fix the heat? She said “no one here to fix” and hung up on me. I called back and told her that I am a guest here and my room is too cold and to get someone up here to fix it or send us more blankets. That she understood and sent us more comforters. A solution, but not the ideal one. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

The staff was wonderful, rooms nicely decorated, and breakfast delicious. The bed was fabulous and the décor eclectic and interesting! The front desk was very helpful in giving directions and helping with taxis. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking the city and catching the tram or subway. The hotel had a café and lounge area that was very nice. The only minor complaint would be the A/C not blowing cold enough. My husband and I are used to cold A/C. But we were able to open windows and let in the cool night air, so it was fine. We stayed at Anyday as a family while visiting Prague. The apparments are well placed being close to the tram links, a reasonable walk into the town centre and having plenty of eating and drinking places nearby. We were greeted in a friendly manner and found the staff in reception to be very helpful. The apartment was basic but comfortable. We had a 2 roomed appartment for four. There was one double room and one room with single beds, there was a small kitchen between the rooms and a dining area. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms felt spacious enough. The storage (wardrobe etc) were only in one room which also had a TV and telephone. This was fine for us. The kitchen was a little tatty and I wonder whether it will soon be updated as they do seem to be doing improvements at the moment. It had the necessary appliances and it's was nice to see washing up liquid and tea towel supplied along with salt pepper and sugar. This was a nice touch. A chopping board and a bread knife would have been nice though... cutting fresh bread with a carving knife on a plate wasn't ideal. The bathroom was new and looked great although the shower pressure sometimes dropped to a trickle, but only for a moment. I would stay here again

Advantages: The location is just opposite the Astronomical Clock. The decoration was not bad, giving a discount card for 15% of the three restaurants downstairs. Disadvantages: Very fatal flaws are particularly noisy! ! ! My friend and I lived on the second floor 220 on April 20th. Every night, people were very loud and noisy, talking, the sound of pedestrians passing by on the street, the crash of the dishes downstairs, and the conversations on the terrace. It is clear that even the smell of the restaurant downstairs can be smelled. There was no sound insulation in the window. We didn’t fall asleep until two o'clock in the night. We could only go downstairs to find the front desk staff. The hotel staff knew that there were frequent complaints from the guests, but we did not fulfill any obligation to inform before we booked and checked in. In the face of our complaints, the staff did not find the source of the noise and did not take any other measures. Just provided us with earplugs. We asked for a change of room and did not receive a response. As a hotel, the most basic function is to provide guests with a quiet and comfortable sleeping environment. However, the experience of staying at this hotel is very poor. My friends and I have not slept almost all night, and we have to catch the train early the next morning. It leads to our physical and mental fatigue. We don't know if there is such a situation in this room where we only live or in every room, but in our experience, it is highly recommended that you set this hotel!

I wanted a place that was centrally located so I could walk around for most of my visit. Residence Bene was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was it in a central location, the breakfast they served was good. They offered a good selection of food including a couple of hot options. I didn't interact with the staff much, but when I did, they were very friendly. There is a small bar that is open in the evening, but I didn't use it so I can't say anything about it. The room was a nice size and clean. They use actual keys for the rooms which are also used to turn on the electricity for the room. It was great because I always knew where I left my key. The bed was firm, but I prefer my bed that way so I slept very well. You could hear a bit of noise from the hallway, but overall, I found it quiet enough I was able to fall asleep without the use of ear plugs. They do have quiet hours and I found that people typically followed the rules. All in all, I would stay here again the next time I come to Prague.

Situated on the very picturesque Nerudova Strana in a quiet area of the city, half way up hill (so beware anyone with mobility issues). 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 5 minutes to the Castle.(at the top of the hill). This is a relatively small and wonderfully quaint hotel with not very many rooms. We (2 couples) were in the top floor of the hotel with rooms opposite to each other. Rooms 411 and 412. This was perfect for us. Plenty of storage space in the rooms, large bathrooms. Room 412 had stand alone shower and 411 had a bath with shower over it. A kettle with a selection of teas and coffee available in the rooms. TIP if you are like me and enjoy English black tea then bring your own tea bags and purchase milk in a supermarket. There is a small fridge to store drinks etc. Hairdryer also available along with travel size Shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads/buds and shower caps. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We were able to get directions/travel route and purchase our tram tickets from reception. Breakfast was perfect for us. Selection of cereal, fruit, spreads. Croissants, bread/toast, pastries, scrambled egg, frankfurters, cold meats and cheese along with fruit juices and tea/coffee. Lactose free and almond milk were provided by hotel. Breakfast was 8am - 9.30 am. We stayed over St Valentines Day and there were two little loveheart boxes of chocolates left by the hotel in our rooms. Very nice touch♥️ Rooms were very warm but there is an air con system if you need it.

Booked a 3 night stay in this apartment in a studio room via the main website as this offers a later checkout time than booking.com. I received an email the day before travelling with a link to some helpful information and the key code to get in to the apartment (though the email did go to my junk mail). Location was perfect! The apartment is just a minutes walk from the metro station and a tram stop so it was really easy to get around and to and from the airport. The places we wanted to visit were not far at all so we did walk to most of them. The Franz Kafka Rotating Head sculpture is also on this street. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped with dishes and there is a fridge, kettle, microwave and small hob. The bed was large and comfortable, pillows a bit large for my liking but I am fussy with pillows! Only suggestions I would make would be: An iron A tea towel for drying dishes TV remote was a bit temperamental when trying to sign in to Netflix etc

Very good experience. Subway station 3 minutes from the bus station is very convenient. The apartment is large and the price is cheap. There is an elevator. There is a washing machine to wash clothes. The bed is soft and comfortable. It is recommended. Very high cost performance

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

Stayed here for 5 nights and location could not have been better right opposite tram stop. Room was good, quite large the only thing I didn’t like was the shower was above the bath whereas I would have preferred a walk in (personal preference) Air conditioning was very good. The thing I thought strange was only 2 tea bags and no coffee, when asked first time at reception was told they didn’t have any, second time of asking different person got housekeeping to deliver some. Breakfast was plentiful the hot option could of been hotter! Great coffee and pastries. Very friendly bar man called Raphael, good service at the bar.

If you like being a little bit away from the hustle, bustle and can appreciate 1920-1930's feel then this is for you. Staff were very polite and quick to greet us in our native language, we can both speak basic cezch however the staff were more than happy to communicate in English and made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean and well presented with more than enough space to store our stuff. Breakfast was great also with lots of different options to cater for every taste.
