In the evening the flight arrived very early and the room was full and there was no way to check in early. I sat at the front desk and waited for work hours. The front desk girl came to remind me that there was a room, so I checked in after 9 o'clock. It was good, but there was no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I had to go to Auchan to help I called the rental and everything went well

It is a nice clean hotel except for the fact that a gift bag worth $50.00 Canadian was taken by the cleaning staff employed by the hotel while I was out during the day. The gift was for my friend’s newborn baby therefore, I was extremely alarmed to see that it was gone when I returned to my room. I got the gift bag back because I confronted the cleaner who had the gift bag on the floor beside the cleaning cart. The cleaner said that she thought it was garbage (A picture of the gift bag is attached. Does that look like garbage?). The cleaner’s statement is very questionable considering the bag was placed on the desk in my room not on the floor or even near a garbage can. If the cleaner truly thought the bag was garbage, one would think that the cleaner would have placed the bag directly into the garbage bin on the cleaning cart instead. I was not impressed with how the situation was handled and I do not recall anyone apologizing for this incident at all. In fact, one manager seemed to be defending the maid’s actions and behaviour. I was told that the cleaner was “busy so she didn't realize it wasn't garbage” and I was told I should have put my things in my closet. When I wrote a letter of complaint, I received no response. When I wrote back again months later I was told that they just received my email and that they were sorry and that they would speak to the cleaner. They are not concerned that I have a friend who lives 20 minutes away from their hotel and that when I visit in the future I will be staying elsewhere. Every time I think of France this incident comes to mind. This hotel has demonstrated that they are not concerned about customer service and hospitality management.

The hotel is located on the riverside, with a beautiful environment and quiet. The one bedroom suite contains a small dining room and kitchen, and the sofa bed in the dining room can also sleep. The rooms are in good sanitary condition and all kinds of facilities are available. Breakfast is provided at the hotel, the front desk service is good, but if you need to issue an invoice, the speed is very slow, you need to contact the front desk in advance.

A typical Ibis. Good hotel, friendly staff in a reasonably accessible area, although just outside Paris city limit so Metro tickets not valid on RER to nearest station (Issy) - a ticket specifically to Issy station is required. Rooms a bit on the small side for two. Breakfast is buffet style and filling. There are a few restaurants around the nearby the tram stop, Jacques-Henri Lartigue. Convenient for the tennis at Roland Garros - a free shuttle direct to the ground runs from about 15 - 20 minutes walk away (outside Stade Pierre de Coubertin).

I went to Paris nearly a week ago. I chose a lot of hotels before departure. It is either too expensive, too far away, or may be insecure. Finally, I chose this place and the overall price is good. Let me talk about the location. The hotel should be in the 15th district. There are trams 20 meters away, subway 12 lines at 5 or 600 meters, and subway line 8 at 1,000 meters. To the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées, you can take the 12th or take the 12th line and then transfer to other routes. Basically, you can get to the bus for half an hour. The line does not need to change, go to the Versailles can take the tram at the door and then switch to the RER line C line, very convenient. Let me talk about law and order, this generation feels that law and order is better, and it feels good to live for nearly a week. Because it is an apartment hotel, so the living facilities are complete, there are microwave ovens and induction cookers, there are Carrefour in the vicinity of a few hundred meters, there is a supermarket near the subway station, it is quite convenient to save money by buying some semi-finished products. After all, Paris consumption is still considered High, free travel can save points. We arrived early on the first day. After landing, we went directly to the hotel. It was only 8:00 in the morning. We only had to store our luggage and went out for shopping. At the hotel, the front desk was a very friendly black uncle, and began to add 30 Euros in advance. Check-in, so I can accept it. If you don't get up early, you can take a break and go out. Then you can talk about it. He was friendly and didn't let us add money to stay in advance. Thank you very much. On the first day, because I was unfamiliar with my life, I got a pick-up at Ctrip. Later I got cooked. In fact, it is very convenient to go to the airport here. Line 13 goes to Line 6 and then goes to the RER line B to go directly to the airport. The subway transfer in Paris is very convenient. It looks like a lot of stations, but each station is very short, basically one minute and one stop, so even if you take more than a dozen stations, it will be very fast. Overall, this hotel is suitable for free travel friends and the rooms are large.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lyon, just a 5 minute walk from the central square and shopping streets. There are a variety of specialty shops in the shopping street, big-name luxury jewelry and ZARA, HM, etc., although not comparable to the Paris store, the goods are all, but the basic models are available to meet the basic shopping needs. The most acclaimed hotel is the breakfast, on the top floor of the hotel, with a view of the Rhone River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast is extremely rich, because it is the holiday season, breakfast is delayed until 11 o'clock, you can rest assured that you can take a nap and slowly enjoy a fine brunch.

Italy was passing by the stop city back to Paris. It did n’t have much hope. The comments at night were good and bad, as long as they could live, but it was really good! Clean and spacious, booked a room with a living room, booking information is for three people, the sofa bed in the living room was opened and paved at the time of check-in, the balcony is also a large balcony connecting the living room to the bedroom, it is nice to have a kitchenette, walking near the hotel There is a slightly bigger Carrefour in 5 minutes. In the morning, my husband and the child did n’t get up to buy some juice, milk, bread, salad, etc. After all, it ’s not cheap to eat outside. This is a great staying experience and I will choose you if you have one.

It was learned that Lyon’s old town was very difficult to park, and it was specifically designed as a landmark hotel in the new city. This hotel can be seen from afar, but it is not easy to find the hotel entrance and parking lot by car. Because the nearby road is under construction, it took three laps to find the hotel's small entrance. The parking lot is large, 25 euros a day. The hotel lobby is on the 32nd floor and the room is above the 33rd floor. The view is good and has its own characteristics. The room is small, it is fan-shaped, and two adults with a child sleep very crowded. The sanitation is very good, quiet, carpeted, not ventilated, the shower floor is a bit slippery, there is no place to dry clothes. The hotel has a restaurant, dinner is good, service is good. There is no bustling old town nearby, and there is a large public car park next to the food city not far from the hotel.

We were looking for a good hotel which would serve as our stopover as we were driving to the South of France. We booked a night stay in this beautiful InterContinental Hotel. We arrived around noon and by accident drove directly to the hotel's garage. It was unclear if there was valet or if we could self park our car. As we did not get in to the garage, we were stuck there as the bell in the garage was rather complicated. We phoned the front desk and quickly someone helped park our car. The bellboy took our luggage and escorted us to the reception. We were quickly checked in and received a very nice upgrade to one of the beautiful Executive Duplex rooms with views over the river. The hotel itself is huge and is simply beautiful. There are many restaurants and shops in the premises and is located in the heart of Lyon, everything can be done by foot. Our room was very large and had a cosy seating area on the top level. Downstairs, there was a very comfortable bed and the bathroom with large walk in shower. The window in the room was floor to ceiling but probably hard to clean as there were some cobwebs on it. Staff were very helpful with a city map and recommending sights and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance, there are many good places to eat and shopping streets are very closeby.

The location of the hotel is really good. Downstairs is Sephora opposite Paris Spring, and then White Apple Square, but the hotel rooms are really too small, and then there is no bathtub. The hotel I booked was very expensive because at the time It ’s the Lyon Festival of Lights, so it ’s very expensive. It ’s usually not that expensive. If you judge this hotel by its value, it ’s not worth it. I think its value should be around 1,000 yuan. Simple is rude, because breakfast is not so good, but there are few juices that are not freshly squeezed for tea, and you have to make your own tea in bags. The hotel does not have any service at the front desk to check in, and it is not very fast, but it is generally okay. It is not worth 1,000 yuan or more for 1,000 yuan, thank you!

This is a five-star hotel in a classic style, converted from an old building. Definitely not the kind of hotel used in China. In the center of the old town of Lyon, there are various stores on the doorstep, and a stylish chocolate shop diagonally opposite, and the famous Rose Tower attractions across the alley next to the hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is also old-fashioned, the door is opened with a key and no card is needed. The room was beautiful and welcoming, the toilet and shower room were separated. There is also a spa on the top floor. We went to live in Lyon on the day of the annual Lyon Festival of Lights, and on the weekend, the room price doubled several times than usual. It's easy to miss without paying attention. If the usual price to live is definitely possible. Holidays are definitely expensive. It is very convenient to visit and live in the old town. Self-driving is not suitable and I don't know where the car can be parked.
