Sofitel, should also be considered a red dot in the hotel industry, I still have a lot of slots in Queenstown to share with Zhu Jun. Overall, the service staff is very welcoming and the service is good. Everyone will meet you in French and you will feel Sofitel. The hotel was renovated in 2016, the situation is relatively new, but the equipment feels very old. I booked a suite with breakfast and executive lounge access. A USB charging port on the hotel wall didn't make me feel like going back to ten years ago. With three children, the room is large enough, the hotel arranged for me to arrange a children's bed in the bedroom, and there is no extra charge. The hotel does not offer free parking for parking, which is understandable in the heart of Queenstown. Later, I used the hotel's valet parking service, 50NZD per day, although it is a little expensive but there is no better way. The best of Queenstown should be the beauty of Lake Wakatipu, but this hotel can hardly see anything. This has to be said to be the biggest regret of this stay. The plan that I thought that I was able to lie down on the balcony of the hotel and looked at the lake view was ruined. But on the other hand, the localtion of this hotel is really convenient and can't be more convenient. It’s a minute or two to go to the lake or the cable car behind. Queenstown's largest amusement center distribution center, the station only needs to cross a road, and the red-haired Fergburger is also within 50m (although the taste of their barbecue cake is also filled in the air, the opening of the balcony window is the taste of the burger shop, occasionally Will fly in a few flies) Let's talk about breakfast: the variety is too small, the taste is very general, I have nothing to eat in the next few days is a cup of clear coffee + 5 kiwi. New Zealand's original food is not the most suitable for Chinese taste, this breakfast is really not satisfactory. In-room dining Please pay attention to the 9NZD meal fee regardless of the order. Then, because there are too many activities in Queenstown, and there are no lake views in the hotel's several food and beverage departments, I basically have no desire to dine in the hotel. The hotel's JSH Burdock has a good rating but I chose the Grille by the lake (recommended, Angus steak tastes really good and the price is not expensive), and the Executive Lounge is not a waste of time. Personal suggestion: If it is mainly to go to Queenstown to play the extreme project of this hotel is recommended, because it is really super convenient. If you want to enjoy the beautiful and tranquil Queenstown, you must consider it.

No meals are provided, but there is a kitchen to cook by yourself, and the kitchen has a refrigerator. Suitable for older children, it’s great to go to elementary school, it’s great, it’s very authentic, it’s very clean, it’s cleaned at about 9 o’clock every day, and it’s also equipped with clean sheets.

Very good location! In the town, eating and shopping are very convenient! It is also very close to the port. If you take a steamboat, you will get to the ticket exchange location in 2 minutes. Feel free to go to the lake to sit and sit... The facilities are old, but the room is big enough! Kitchen utensils are very complete The only dissatisfaction is that the water pressure is too small! The two bathrooms can't take a bath at the same time. Even if you wash your hands outside, the water in the bath will start to drop... there is no way to wash!

I am only first night into my stay here, and the service ranged from unprofessional to rude.  After driving for 5 hours from Milford sound with our toddler, we were exhausted. It took us 3 tries to find the entrance to the hotel as there are no signage or a door man.  Once we entered the foyer, the man at the front desk was on the phone and we stood there and watched him talk on the phone for 5 whole minutes while completely ignoring us. Not even a glance or a smile.  A second staff member walked over and asked us what we were doing here, and we told him we were checking in, to which he replied, "speak to the man on the phone" and walked away.  I was dumbfounded, we were holding our toddler the whole time, and weren't even offered a seat.   Once he finally got off the phone, and another staff member came out to the car with us to take our luggage.  He only took half of the luggage and just walked away.  I struggled with the rest of the luggage for another 5 minutes before another staff member came out to help.   Once we arrived in our room, which is a fine room. There was an introduction of a list of things we can't do in the hotel: they can't take the luggage into the room, we can't have early breakfast, we can't mingle with other guests.  There was no explanation of how anything worked in the room.  No explanation of the restaurants, or room service or any service.  Didn't ask us if needed help with booking activities, or suggest any attractions. They simply dropped the bags off and left.  There was a tiny platter of sweets for my daughters birthday, but upon further inspection, one of the pieces was already eaten.  I appreciate the thought, but I've never been served half eaten food before.   The window out to the water is beautiful, but it had a couple of very large oily handprints on it that clearly showed it wasn't cleaned properly.   We ran in to multiple hotel staffs in the corridor with no greeting of any form or acknowledgement. Later in the evening we were walking out the door, your staff stood close to the door and once again had no attempt to greet or acknowledge us or even open the door for us.  When I returned with hand a handful of bags, he looked up from his computer and just raised him eye brows at me, no greeting and certainly didn't even offer to help me, as I struggled upstairs with my bags.  When I called in the evening to ask for milk, the reception staff didn't know who I was.  I had to repeat my name 4 times over the phone.   The first 5 hours of my stay ranks among some of the worst service I've ever experienced.  The service cannot even compared with the Novotel next door let alone other luxury lodges such as Otahunga or Marlborough lodge where we recently visited.   I have been looking forward to coming to Queenstown to celebrate my toddlers second birthday and have a relaxing time. Instead it was absolutely aggravating at every turn, it turned what was suppose to be a celebration to a horrib

This eclectically decorated boutique hotel was a lucky find. Maria greatest us with a glass of bubbly in the communal lounge with the fire roaring and relaxing music playing. We sat and talked for 15 minutes before we went up to our room. A walk down the steps took us to the middle of town to all the shops, eateries and booking offices. We could use the lounge or library at any time. There were even jars of sweets for the taking and breakfast if we wanted to book in. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. The facilities are very complete. I stayed for three nights and didn't give me the room the next day. The key was that I didn't even change the towel and the third day. Every time I was looking for feedback from the front desk, the front desk said sorry, come up and change my bath towels and towels. The first time there was a problem, it was no problem. I asked the front desk for feedback and the problem appeared again the next day. This problem is big. I have never encountered such a hotel.

Low-key, I walked straight through the door; the room was large, the living was very comfortable, 3 people in a room cleaned, the cleanliness can be imagined, the breakfast is very good, the children like it. The scenery is still good. I can see the mountains and the lake when I choose the lake view. I personally think that although the location is very close to the city center, it is convenient but the view is not as high as the Sofitel MGallery. There is a front row of cars near the road, and there are some noisy bars at night. The overall value is good, but the price is okay, but I prefer to book a place on Airbnb. Some places are really beautiful. The Court Hotel is not far from the holiday, but it needs to go up a slope. Figure 7 is that the price of the famous hotel on the mountain is unbeatable.

I do n’t plan to stay for one night and then stay at home for one night. I stayed in 2 rooms. On the first day I lived in the one-bedroom apartment suite with kitchen view. All necessary kitchen appliances are available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. It's very convenient to dry a pair of denim clothes. Besides, the one-bedroom with balcony room on the second day is not small, but there is no washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, but there is a wave stove and tableware, which is just enough, because we have a small electric cooker to do it. For meals or something, you can use a small electric pot to eat a hot pot or something. If you consider the price, I do n’t think it is necessary to live in a one-bedroom room with a balcony. There is heating in the room. What to wash clothes? Also capable.

To say Breakfast at Tiffany's is great would be an understatement. We booked this stay pretty last minute as we were arriving in Queenstown a day earlier than planned. Peggy, the WONDERFUL host offered to collect us from the airport - cheaper than a taxi. We arrived and were welcomed into this lovely home straight away. After being in a campervan for the most part of our trip, this felt like a dream. We stayed downstairs in the beach themed room (Themed rooms, how funky is that!?) which was just lovely. Towels, toiletries and other home comforts were provided for us (There is even a spa bath if that tickles your fancy). The view from the backyard is breathtaking and you can take it all in from the pool if you're brave enough for a bit of chilly water. The breakfast that was provided in the morning was just delicious, we really didn't want to leave and wished we had booked our whole stay with Peggy. I enjoyed her and her B&B so much that I rang her to take me to the airport when it was time to go home. So nice to see her smiling face one more time and hear a few more of her incredible stories! Would highly recommend staying with Peggy at Breakfast as Tiffany's, I will be going back next time I am in Queenstown.

Figures 1 and 2 are the rooms when I checked in. Figure 3 is the picture on the website at the time of booking. It was 100,000 miles away. I asked the customer service. The customer service said that we should watch the room size. Is this fun? ? Is it a fraudulent customer? Second, the shampoo provided by the hotel has expired for two months and is still being used by the guests. It is also speechless. Remind everyone that if you have a car by car, you can choose this hotel to stay. They provide parking, but if you don't have a car, don't choose this. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. There is no place to buy and drink in the surrounding area. You must go to the city center. go with. If you choose to live in this hotel, you must choose the kind of balcony with a little more expensive, or the room you get is the same as the standard room of the same size as seven days. No difference. Finally, it is more cost-effective to book a balcony with Boooking. Because when I booked, this room was more expensive than the same room type on Booking. At first I thought I booked a room with a balcony as shown on the picture. If you don't have a balcony, you can't cook at all. You can only burn it. So you booked it at Ctrip. The result is too disappointing.

Our 10 night stay at Balmoral Lodge in Queenstown NZ was the best place we have stayed at on any of our holidays! We were 4 adults and we booked the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the ground floor of the 3 storey lodge. It was perfect for us. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry, together with a TV and eating area. In addition, the apartment had Foxtel and free wifi. My title sums it all up...the view is to die for! Waking up every morning to uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains was magical! We can not fault this place at all. The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything we could possibly need. Cis and her team are amazing. They are very friendly and always helpful, which made us feel very comfortable and made our stay so pleasurable. We were provided with daily housekeeping, even to the point of leaving us stocked up everyday on little treats such as chocolates and muffins! We felt like we were at home. We would thoroughly recommend this unique apartment. It’s away from the hustle and bustle, but only a couple of minutes drive to the town centre or a 15 minute walk down the hill. (Be ready for a work out when climbing back up!) The 2 bedroom apartment has access to your own rose garden, where we had many relaxing meals on the outdoor setting in the sun. It’s a peaceful and tranquil location. We will definitely stay here again. We loved it and we loved Queenstown!

The surrounding environment is okay. The location is about 15 minutes' walk from Queenstown Commercial Street. The breakfast is good, but the rooms are small and the facilities are rudimentary, especially the coffee grounds are poured out of the kettle. The water is irritating. It is cold water when taking a bath at night. The main station is off at more than 9 o'clock. The telephone contact was told that the hot water was exhausted. It will be available again at midnight. I went to bed after washing. I got up at seven o'clock the next day to take a bath. One person was still in hot water. The second person was half cold and was cold. I was speechless. I encountered this hotel for the first time abroad.

The room network settings are cumbersome and the links are not available. My room is in the corner, both walls are floor-to-ceiling windows, but the outward side, frosted stickers, can not observe the outer starry sky, despite the electric heater, the room is still very cold. The bathroom and bathroom are crowded in the morning. Sound insulation is also poor, and some people like to call on the corner salon outside my house. The bed was very big and comfortable, there was a TV, no use of the sink.

we booked this accommodation thorough booking.com which was with free one way taxi voucher from airport. driver picked us from airport and soon after she asked me 'do you have address for hotel?'.i already felt something weird at this stage because i thought our booking info was already sent to greencab by booking.com. i showed her what i received from booking.com when i booked and she started to drive. After 20mins, she said she can't find this hotel. I was with my mom and dad who's from overseas and of course their phone didn't work. i do live in nz but this area is quite country side and there was no signal. the driver drove to where the signal reaches and finally i could find owner's phone number and called her. she navigated driver to the hotel and we could get to there eventually but she didn't stop mater and i needed to pay for extra. (over 60nzd). i don't want to imagine what if i am also from overseas and my phone didn't work. we'll never get to there. it was very sad experience that booking.com and this owner and green cab never share the info about who booked. or maybe owner should change the name of what she put on the web. when i booked, it was 'Coronet hotel brand new' but as you can see tripadviser, the real name was 'park residence'. it was also one of the reason why the driver couldn't find out. accommodation itself was good but just be careful- DO NOT USE CAB to get to here. this place is too new to drive for drivers and you maight need to pay for extra.

Because the hotel is on a hillside, drinking a welcome drink in the yard can overlook the lake view, what is the bartender and the guests have a pleasant discussion to decide! The most recommended hotel in Queenstown! Personally feel that it is not suitable for children, too quiet environment.

Cost-effective, complete tableware can cook, close to the airport. DoubleTree by Hilton is at the back of the Hilton Hotel. DoubleTree's Lake View Room is on the top floor. All room types in DoubleTree can cook, so when I see Double Lake's Lakeview Room and Hilton's ordinary room prices At about the same time, I chose Double Forest. Although it is not as independent as a homestay villa, it is still very comfortable. The car can be parked to the side of the road and spend some energy to go uphill and downhill, not too far. The location is on the corner of Queenstown, looking at this side of the sunset.
