Wir haben hier nach einem langen Seminartag bei einem Aperol Spritz auf der Dachterrasse entspannt und sind überaus freundlich und schnell bedient worden. Der Blick auf das Kraftwerk ist nicht unbedingt überwältigend, aber in diesen Zeiten ist man froh, wenn man reisen darf und Wärme und Strom bekommt. In der Ferne sind hingegen andere markante Münchner Gebäude zu sehen, auch das berühmte Zeltdach der 50 Jahre alten Olympiabauten.

I am very happy with staying in the Feringapark. In the room I felt well, breakfast is getting good. The rooms for breakfast I feel very invited and very comfortable. The measure of planting tree instead of room cleaning has impressed me very much. In my eyes, only small things are optimized: 1) a kind of handy update on whether a tree has actually been planted for saving room cleaning 2) When breakfast was asked twice within 20 minutes by two different employees: “Can I disturb you and ask your room number?” Ootimable: not ask for excuse, but of course ask for the room number. The personal conditions are disturbing. 3) The same thing about the ticket: once the 24h ticket did not work, I had to switch it. It was asked for an excuse many times. Optimisable: instead of “necessary” to apologize, You prefer to invite you directly to a benefit of the hotel: for example “please allow a free coffee for discomfort” or similar. This gives a better feeling. 4)The signs and indications are not very clear from deep garage to reception. Confusion at arrival is not very pleasant. What I very much liked is the warmth and hearthness of Konrad and Anita and the Azubi. And of the staff at the cafe. Very hearty, very premature, very courteous. Thank you. I'll be happy to be a guest again with you. - Uh-huh.

10 mins walk to the nearest station. There are very little restaurants/supermarket around the hotel, literally just Mac’Donald you can eat. There was no pot for boiling water in room, you need to get it by asking the reception. Anyway, the room was big, clean and decorated well. It should be better if you are travelling with your own car for choosing this hotel.

The B and B hotels in Germany are great deals. I’ve used several and have never been disappointed. They’re small but are a perfect sleep spot. You don’t pay for crap you don’t need, no microwave, no fridge, no free morning coffee. If that’s what you need, don’t use these hotels. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and chill while working or touring, these places are perfect. Clean, cheap, friendly. In europe, I check for their availability before I look for anything else.

When we had to book a hotel in Munich, most of the other hotels were very expensive or they were booked out. The niu loco still offered rooms under 100€ per night (breakfast included!) under fair conditions. The niu is not far away from the motorway. Its neighborhood/surroundings are not beautiful. Luckily, the heavy traffic outside could not be heard in the building at all. You can park your car underground for 10€ per night. The next Tube station is within easy reach: you can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes. Line 6 takes you to Schwabing and Marienplatz directly (3€50 for one ride). My room was quiet, clean, and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was no mini bar, but a TV with a big screen. In a box there were some games and a toy for children. The bathroom was extremely clean. I was fascinated by the disco lamp, which produced “psychedelic” light effects on the ceiling and walls. The lounge opens up into the breakfast room. Their breakfast offered a wide choice of rolls, different types of delicious German bread, various jams, sausages, fruit, yoghurts and mueslis. At the coffee machines there was self service. The coffee tasted good. Contrary to what you can read in some of the other guests’ reviews, I found the staff open-minded and cooperative. In a nutshell, I would readily return to the niu loco, because it has got many more advantages than disadvantages. My colleague wants to return there with his family.

What a fabulous hotel! Motorworld has every imaginable car for a car enthusiast and as a guest of the hotel you get access all night long! It was such a unique experience. Book a comfort room for a view of the cars all night. The rooms were clean, large and modern. The showers were great and the breakfast is yummy if you get it. Note: The showers have frosted glass that face into the room and you can see body silhouettes from the room. When one of our rooms had some a/c problems they promptly moved us and were so nice about it! Shout out to Joanna who was so wonderful, as was all of the staff. Beware: there is nothing right around there so you can't just pop across the street to a store or restaurant. The museum has 2-3 restaurants and a coffeehouse. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves cars or likes a unique hotel. My son made a TikTok of the hotel that's gone viral so you should book fast lol

Family stay in 2 rooms. Rooms are clean. Roadside a little more noisy than back side. Beds are good, pillows terrible (like an air cushion).luckily we brought our own pillows. Bathrooms clean, slightly outdated. Breakfast is good. Broad variety from English breakfast(scrambled eggs or boiled) with bacon and sausages. Some vergy options (falafal for instance). Fruits and yoghurts. Reception at arrival was not super. When we called for a reservation we were told there was no room, online we could book 2 rooms without a problem for the same night. Next morning an existing booking and the new one were combined for us such that we could stay in the same room. For 15 euro you have a public transport all day ticket for bus, u+'sbahn for 2-5 people, you can take the bus close to the hotel or walk 1300 meters to s-bahn or u-bahn. Overal, nice place to stay.. But bring your own pillow 😊
