My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights while on a city break to Turin. Our flight was very delayed, and we didn’t manage to get to the hotel until about 1am(we phoned ahead to let them know of our delay). Even with this late check in time, we were still greeted with a smile by the staff member at reception, who spoke great English and pointed out the best spots to explore in Torino. The rooms themselves are very modern, and the bed was so comfy. The views from the room were great too, and there was no outside noise whatsoever. The hotel is right next to the Massaua metro station, and it is so easy to make your way into the centre via this. Would highly recommend on your next trip to Turin.

the room was great,I'd really loved it with the balcony, very clean and efficient service . The hotel staff very helpful. To go to the center just seconds away to the bus stop and when coming back just cross the road. Highly recommended The breakfast was very good as well, and as we were going early in the morning, they left us the machine on and prepared light breakfast for us.

Overall I liked the hotel, it is in renovation, and it seems a lot of things will be improved there. The only thing I have to complain about is the less pleasant experience with the person from the reception Ornela. In my opinion her English is not good enough, I think the staff at a four stars hotel should understand and speak English much better than she does. We had difficulties to understand each other. Furthermore, she gave us wrong indications how to reach the airport, the bus to the airport is from piazza carlo felice but not from via sacchi as she said.

This was our first stay in an Italian HotelBB and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We have previously stayed in various HotelBBs in France bt on this trip we ventured a little further and tried one in Italy and one in Germany. The on-site parking was in an underground secure car park which costs an extra few euros per night. There is also ample free parking outside on the street. There is a supermarket next door which we found very useful and also a nice restaurant a couple of doors down, which incidentally gives a discount for people staying at HotelBB. The room was bigger than we expected. The facilities were very good. Breakfast choice was great with slightly different regional variation of what was on offer. It seems the Italians eat cold meats and cakes/doughnuts for breakfast! - Definitely coming here again!! Lovely helpful staff. Just a little reminder for visitors to Italy: Beware of the local Italian drivers... they have no road sense at all!

My boy and I spent a night in this hotel/motel, having booked the Eden suite and chosen the formula with breakfast. The room was incontestably consistent with its name: it was dominated by white and was contoured by the inner tents that created the “Paradise” environment. The music of “Thriller” is a little unexpected, just a few seconds after the entrance to the room. A suggestion we would like to give is to leave a less intense parfum inside the room, for those who do not like it can be annoying. We found very comfortable direct access from private parking for each room, and at the same time sensible the indoor to the room that gives on the hotel's room corridor so that you can reach the restaurant without having to leave from the structure. What left us a little prohibited was: - the fact that the check-in was carried out by the car, without entering the hotel, but through a box (a mo of “drive”) through which you can communicate with the staff of the reception; - the fact that the rooms are booked you want to hours, which suggests that there may be a wide range of customers within the same room in the short time. We are the victims of prejudices that should be overcome in this case, but care about the check-in time schedules for the room confirmation emails, for the theme suites are scheduled after 19:00.

The Myhouse Inn Racconigi is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Turin will find that the Myhouse Inn Racconigi is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Stazione Porta Susa Railway Station and 25km from Turin Airport. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Racconigi Metro Station within walking distance. There's plenty to do nearby, with NaturalSal Grotta di Sale Torino, Pick-Up and Durgambika Temple all within a short distance. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Hello everyone, I booked a room for 4 nights for my mother to see some old friends. She traveled from UK respecting all the government guidelines and rules.the Italy government rules says that you have to provide a green pass or the COVID -19 recovery papers to enter a hotel which she did. She just recovered from Covid -19 on the 22nd of February. The hotel refused to attend and to permit her to stay and on top of that they denied my cancellation and that I have to pay €51. The service and the lack of respect is out of this world, Please do not book or attend this hotel. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional, very lititle English, the list can continue. I’m still waiting for my refund ! She went to a different hotel, 2 blocks away were the personal advise her to do another test to a local pharmacy to be 100% sure, which she did and stood at their hotel. Hotel Turist worst experience and unprofessional staff and management!

This is when I need to be an undercover hotel critic for an international magazine. Gordon Ramsay would certainly have a field day with the Restaurant Manager here. I recently stayed at Hotel Due Mondi in Turin. I cannot recall a time when the service of a particular staff member has been so horrible and a manager so mean that I have left a meal half eaten, packed my things and left the hotel altogether. I’d rather take the loss. The hotel location is excellent, rooms are okay, reception staff fairly friendly. Everything is fair UNTIL you get to the restaurant downstairs where they serve breakfast. This lady looked to be the restaurant manager. Yelling and growling at her staff who are busy working, side-eyeing guests (or perhaps just me). She snarled, she sighed, she pointed and raised her voice at me. She yelled at one of her other staff because of where I sat, then yelled again at me. If looks could kill, she’d have put me in an early grave. I sat at a free table for 4 because I had my computer to work on one side, and breakfast on the other side. The other tables available were too small for me to be able to work/eat. I came at a time not too busy with only 3 more couples dining. Plenty more tables available should more people, or an entourage arrive in the next 20 minutes (how long I inteded to be there). I just counted how many hotels (3-5 star), hostels even mountain huts I have stayed at over the past 10 weeks across Europe. Put it this way, I have stayed at enough to have purchased a decent car – certainly enough to have a clear understanding of poor service. In summary: Her service wasn’t just poor, she was horrible and mean. I advised reception - not even an apology. On a positive note. I saved myself a few calories!! I'll be booking the hotel directly adjacent to Hotel Due Mondi upon my return.

In a five-star hotel in Turin, the reception hall is very luxurious. At the front desk, you need to pay a deposit of 50-100 euros or the bank card number in the name of the check-in person, so friends who need to check in remember to prepare cash (no credit card deposit required) or credit card. The hotel has two floors, and there is a connecting corridor on the first floor in Italy (the second floor in China) by elevator. In the prominent position of the elevator and the corridor, there will be guidance signs in English, Arabic, Chinese, and Chinese. Be sure to check the building where the room number is on the card when you check in, and the front desk will guide you when you deliver the card. The room is similar to China Hotel, with free slippers, mini bar, paid snacks, kettle and so on. All the facilities marked with text in the room are English, Chinese and Chinese, so don't worry about the language. Here are two points to note: First, because the room is equipped with cotton wool facilities such as carpets, the entire room can see obvious high-density flying hair in the presence of light; second, there is a large amount of flocculent deposits in the kettle This may be due to the quality of the tap water in Italy. Friends with requirements in this regard suggest that they be used with caution. All in all, this is one of the few high-end hotels in Turin and worth recommending!

The location of this hotel is very close to the train station and just a short walk into town so perfect for us, staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy for us to get checked in and out. Our room was nice, a tad dated but that wasn't a problem as it was clean and had everything we needed, even a small balcony, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size too. The only negative thing we have to say about this hotel was that the breakfast was a little small, we got one choice of small pastry, a coffee and there was juice or water to help ourselves to. It was nice that it was included however it didn't keep us full for long. Overall would recommend :)

We spend 3 amazing days at this hotel near the train station (very handy) and close to the main things to see in the city of Torino. The breakfast is very good, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is really good, almost perfect. But the most important thing that can make the difference between an excellent hotel and an awesome experience is the people. From Roberta, (Giacopo también) and Ricardo at the front desk to Valentina, Sara, Ana and Stephano in the breakfast. They are all very kind, caretaking, and fully devoted to their jobs. It´s a pleasure to find workers that make the difference, this is the real value of the hotel. Sara is very polite and educated, I´d never seen someone so nice to people in a long time. I can see that the management is really good because the result is the commitment of the staff. We will repeat no doubts asked, very soon. Please extend my regards to all the staff, even those that we didn´t have the chance to meet. Cheers and see you all very soon.

The good: - Very nice and uber-helpful staff, special thanks to Cristina who patiently made multiple phone calls during which she acted as Italian-English translator between the health care personnel on the phone and me, and as a result of this compassionate effort managed to get a medical doctor to see me in my room as my blood pressure was going crazy up; - The beautiful decoration full of magnificient paintings that looked like if Van Gogh had had the hedonist joyful life of a Casanova in the age of Humphrey Bogart, instead of being a depressed loner in the desolated Dutch countryside - The super-cute interior garden where on can sit to work in the calm or relax - The room small but cozy and comfortable enough - The bathroom also small but fully functional and squeaky clean - The breakfast, basic but with a very good expresso machine and delicious cookies and brownies and it costs only 4 euros - The location, being at walking distance from the Porta Susa railway station, supermarkets and on the same block as the delicious Kumbo Japanese-Thai food bar with its amazingly comprehensive menu - The comfortable bedding; - The largely silent room, though one can hear some car noise in the beginnng of the night; - The fast enough and always up wifi. The not so good: many lights in the room, but all very dim so the overall result is too dark. If they equiped the room with more powerful light bulbs, a mini-fridge and gave every client an individual password to provide minimal security for internet banking it would be perfect. Nevertheless this hotel will be my first choice if I ever comeback to Turain, as it is outstanding value for the money.

The Roma e Rocco is a surprisingly large hotel, much bigger than I had anticipated and very well positioned immediately opposite Turin’s main railway station. The reception area and hallways give the impression of an establishment from a different age which is not a criticism. My room was less old fashioned. It was on the small side but bigger than others I have had and a very high ceiling and a balcony with park view made it seem more spacious than it was. The bed was like an elongated double – not excessively wide but longer than usual and reasonably comfortable. There was also a small desk, armchair and a shelving unit and hanging space screened with a curtain. There was a good size fridge but no kettle. The room had many power outlets including several conveniently located for the desk. The very clean bathroom was small but adequate with a shower but no tub. The only odd thing was loud turquoise colour tiles on the floor that seemed to have no relationship to the rest of the room’s decoration. I struggled a bit with the wifi with a non-password protected login that didn’t work well at all. When I complained the receptionist helped connect me to a password protected version that worked fine. Then, just before check-out, I discovered a small piece of paper in the key envelope that included login credentials and a password. The person who checked me in had not mentioned that it was included with the key. The hotel was very quiet, in fact I never saw or heard another guest. It was also very well priced which may have been due to a lack of guests because of the coronavirus pandemic. Overall, the Roma e Rocco worked well for me and I would be happy to return.

Just a few minutes walk from the station, a bit outside of the city center. Located on a quiet street, it is very safe to walk here. Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys.

I'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

This a a very good hotel - as most NH hotels are. Great bedrooms, very comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities, etc. A distinguishing feature is that this hotel is in a fascinating building, as part of the old Fiat factory in Turin, This building has been converted into a multiple use historical legacy - with this hotel, shops and boutiques, offices, and a Fiat museum. And it still has the Fiat racetrack on the roof, which can be visited (except on Mondays when the building is closed - we will be returning to make this visit), and was made famous in the Michael Caine film of 'The Italian Job'. I piece of industrial history, and wonderful design. Excellent food int e restaurant, and a great breakfast. This is one the reasons we choose NH hotels when we can. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

Overall a good experience. Cons: I really don't like these small Italian bathroom cubicles, and this hotel had particularly small ones. Finding a parking space nearby - mission impossible. The hotel has a parking right in front of the hotel, costs €16 per day, or in a garage nearby, costs €22 per day. Availability is known only upon arrival and it is not possible to book in advance. The hotel has a patio, but alas, no chairs or tables (maybe due to the season I was at, end of September). My room had an electric kettle, but alas, only instant coffee, no tea. Coffee machine in the breakfast room makes a terrible cappuccino. Air conditioner in the room didn't work (I was told that it doesn't work in the whole hotel because of the season, so during the day it became very warm). Pros: Very nice staff. My room had a small balcony. Proximity to main attractions. 2-3 minutes walking from the main train station. Nice breakfast. Very clean. The room had an electric kettle and a mini-bar (yes, I already stayed at hotels that didn't have it, so I can appreciate it). Overall it was a nice stay and the hotel answered my expectations.

A serviced apartment near the small train station, with an elegant environment and warm reception. The room is fully equipped with a full set of candy for reception, two complimentary bottles of water, and a box of toiletries (wet wipes, ginseng shower gel, hand cream, cotton swab, soap) for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, microwave ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, detergents, sponges, but there is no seasoning in the seasoning tank. In other words, if you cook yourself, you need to buy all the ingredients. In addition, the front desk stipulates that if you want to use the kitchen, you need to clean it yourself (brushing tableware), otherwise you will pay a cleaning fee of 10 euros. This furniture store is reasonably priced and worth recommending!

A beautiful 4 star hotel on the Strada Fortino. The staff on reception are super friendly, will happily call a taxi whenever you need one, and will give you area information. The restaurant and bar are both in the basement and are separate to each other. The bar closes at 11pm. There did seem to be a bar upstairs on the same level as reception, but was closed, perhaps as it was September and summer period was over. There are vending machines in reception. Room service is only for breakfast so if you’re feeling hungry during the day, you cannot get lunch. The bar will have croissants and other cakes, so you can grab a nibble. The restaurant staff work really hard and are also super friendly. The outside space seemed lock and closed off - again probably due to it being September - though would have been nice to sit out on the patio in the sunshine. The cleaner staff and maintenance staff were all really helpful too, we had an issue with the shower door and toilet flush - which was fixed same day. The rooms are carpeted and there is no bath; the shower room is great with a bidet. There is no swimming pool, gym or spa at this hotel. There is a great little shopping centre which is about ten minutes away, brisk walking. There is also a very handy supermarket opposite the hotel about two min walk. You could walk into Turino main centre, though also easy to jump in cab or take tram. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille hotel Fortino. The photo in this review is not of the hotel but of the huge Palazzo Real in Turino Centre.

The DUPARC boutique hotel is fabulous. The suites are ultra modern and have everything I need to relax and be comfortable. There is plenty of room in the suite to get some work done if the need arises. The Spa is excellent with extra special amenities such as a scented steam room, whirlpool, and showers with varying temperatures. The best part of the Spa is the massage service. Excellent! The gym is nice too. Now to the BEST part: the hotel restaurant. I tasted nearly everything on the menu. The food is out of this world. I’m in Italy, of course the food is delicious‼️ The hotel staff, from the kitchen, reception, and Spa, all had great attitudes and were very helpful and kind. We have been in this facility for 3 hours and I have to say at first that I was surprised about the size of the rooms and the distance between the rooms and the other. SYMPET THAT, after we were dressed with soft light, the first hour was passed, We noticed a stick in the chair under the yellow (dry) stick, which seemed to be a washed stick of blood but not completely removed. We decide not to say anything and we continue the evening covering that piece. But while we prepare to go, we notice another stick in the bedroom above!!! And it was not “only” a stick but it was a stick with so much brown incrustated piece! (I let you imagine what it might be). You can see it in photos! After we immediately showed the boy at the reception the incident that was without words and he could only say “I'm going to change your room” but we had to go away, so we were little interested. They did not even make the gesture of a refund or a good or I don't know what !! What I would have been in them would certainly have done given the gravity of the thing!! It's an unacceptable thing !! We were shredded over that stuff of who knows who ! And it made us really simply, because it was never happened! If we could have given 0 points!

Came to Torino for an autumn break and the city is a undiscovered jewel. The Grand Hotel Sitea had a nice, well laid our cozy room at the "deluxe" level. There was great storage and lighting. This hotel is in the center of it all, easy walking distance to everything. Pro-tip, the wonderful rain shower is connected to turing on the heated towel rack to get hot water in the rain shower. We didn't figure this out on our arrival and had to ask at the front desk, because we were worried it was faulty. They immediately sent someone up to show us how to operate the shower/towel rack combo and the heating. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, holiday decorations are up and the place has a nice buzz. The buffet was extravagent and the coffee perfect! Finally the staff is wonderful. Mauro recommended the restaurant Solferino (great choice) and was so welcoming. Gabriel allowed us a late checkout which allowed us to visit more of Turin, have lunch and then head out without any downtime. All around five stars.

I’ve just spent four nights at the Best Western Piedmont in Turin, having booked this at the last minute after an Air BnB cancellation. First the positives. The staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful, and all spoke English well. This is an older hotel located close to the main station and you can walk to the main piazza in about 20 minutes. An abundance of good restaurants are nearby, but as it is close to a train station it gets a bit rough at night. As we like watching a bit of BBC in the morning, we were disappointed to find that our TV didn’t work. After reporting this three times (nothing happened) they decided to move us. In the new room (first floor) there was no WiFi and we tried this across four devices and even in the corridor. As we felt we had expended our quota of complaining we didn’t say anything. As for the breakfast, we bought a rate that included breakfast but we strongly advise against this, as there are a number of cafes nearby. The breakfast was very basic and consisted mostly of biscuits. There were a number of non fresh croissants and cold cuts to order but there was no hot food at all. We do not buy that these are Covid related precautions as we have stayed at a number of hotels over the past 20 months and they can at least fry an egg. And the ‘loaded sandwich’ for a 4 Euro supplement is just a cold ham sandwich. But if you do choose to stay here Turin is wonderful and good luck!

I stayed here for the 2nd time and I have no regrets. I cannot say anything bad about this aparthotel. The staff is very heartwarming, welcoming, eager to help with your problems and questions. I do not remember any other hotel with such a humane attitude towards the arriving people. Thank you very much for your support and help! Another great thing about Sacchi Residence is that the rooms are kept very clean and tidy, the cleaning service is done very day except for Sunday. The apartments are located 5 min walk from Porta Nuova station and provided with everything that you need for living. The only thing which I did not like was the location. There is a shop nearby, which is great, also the way to the Metro is only 5 mins, there are some cafes and gelaterias, but this is the area around the railway station, so... Not the most pleasant street to walk around. But for me it was not a big deal. So if you are fine with that, believe me, this is the best place to stay at in Turin if you want an apartament.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and I found it great quality price. The location is perfect, all the furniture in the room is new, modern and well kept. The room was very clean. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist that checked me in, but she was lovely, and when I told her on the phone that I was bringing a small dog, she made me find some amenities in my room, which was very nice of her. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for Covid safety, everything was packed separately. I gave this stay 5 stars, I will only give some small recommendations because you can always improve. First, the cleaning lady asked me to not leave my food delivery bags outside of the door. I think maybe there can be a bit more flexibility with this seeing as with the new DPCM the only option for guests is to take out delivery for dinner... maybe leave some common trashed next to the floor elevators as well? Also, the furniture was set in such a way that I couldn’t open the closet, I had to move around the furniture in order to open the closet. Aside from these details, everything was perfect. Thank you

Wonderful quaint hotel, not pretentious and very comfortable close to the city center. Rooms are very comfortable, no noise at night, good rest room, shower with good pressure. Rooms do not have a coffee machine or fridge. The television is rather small. Nevertheless I would read these rooms is better than average. Breakfast is more than adequate with delicious fresh croissants and bread. Fruits, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, sweets, fruits. You can have regular coffee or order a cappuccino or espresso. Service was very good. The hotel has a spa and sauna, which unfortunately was closed for cleaning the day I visited. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a visit in Turin and I personally look forward coming back soon.

Since I arrived at the hotel at night, I felt that the location was relatively biased. After I checked in, I found that the hotel facilities are very new and good. When I went out to find food, I found that there is a large supermarket and a food supermarket similar to the farmers market. It's also easy to travel by subway! Since it is not a tourist city and there are fewer tourists, shopping buses will not feel crowded, and it feels good. There are a few recommended shopping merchants in the picture, all are local brands, which is great. In short the hotel is super cost-effective, recommended!

Booked this hotel for its position next to Porta Nouva Station (sadly it turned out the airport bus only goes to/from Porta Susa - about a twenty minute walk away - for the time being) but this was still a great place to explore the city from. The reception staff were not overly friendly at either check-in or check-out, we had booked a "deluxe" room but got a very plain white room (not like the really nice ones in their pictures). There are only two TINY lifts (just big enough for two people and a suitcase) so this could be an big issue when the hotel is busy. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the Dove soaps in the bathroom were great. The free wifi worked great and the TV channels were all Italian which is fine (but some had the option to switch to English). Strangely they still have actual keys for the rooms! The shutters on the window had been closed due to major works to the facade and this blocked most natural light but I eventually worked out how to open them and this made a huge difference. Lots of noise from the Via Sacchi street (especially trams and cars) and a fair amount of noise from neighbouring rooms too.

The staff is very helpfull, one recepctionist speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, which was amazing! Cleaning service very gentle (I could speak with them for hours), attentive to details and simpathic. A really well served continental breakfast, piemontese style, with at least 5 different types of croissants (cornetti). Very good location, within a 5 minutes walk from the subway line, food shops and even a kebab shop! Also very close to Parco del Valentino, where is nice to go for a walk even during the winter. The only down side is the TV - there are only 2 English speaking channels - this could be improved in the future.
