The service, room, bedding, comfort and locaction all very good and the food from the buffet at the main restaurant restaurant was outstanding not to mention the service which also was fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding area was very clean as was the Gym and the Gym staff very helpful making sure that the Steam-room and/or Sauna were ready after my swim as I’d requested
My only (minor) complaints were the products that are supplied for showering and hand washing which are from the Dove brand which personally I don’t care for. The other being the lack of a FREE Shuttle to the airport
Regardless I will definitely stay there again on my next trip through Delhi should I again require lodging near the International Airport.

At first, I was worried that there was no review and cheap for Indian accommodation, but there were many clean restaurants, club-like pubs, and ruins. The accommodation was surprisingly nice and tidy, even for a local student. And the staff were so friendly that I chose this place without hesitation when I had to stay in Delhi for another day.
Really nice location. Nearby clean and cheap restaurants, bar, club and also Hauz khas complex.
And hostel is so clean and trendy. Best hostel in my India travel.
The best was staff of this hostel. They are so kind that I stay one more night before moved to Dubai!

Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it.
Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. This is the CBD? This is the CBD of NEW Delhi? Please see the photos

Hotel was quite rundown with a weird smell at the level I was staying. The pillow covers and towels were dirty in my room especially the towels having some blood stain which I do not know how it got there and there was also some sort of smell lingering. The ***agement should ensure that all sheets, covers, towels etc are washed well as it was very disgusting to be using such towels and sleeping on pillow covers and sheets that are not properly cleaned.
Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was not covered up properly and left open, it was kind of creepy as you can see what is in there and there were lots of dust as well coming from there.
Buffet breakfast was very simple, not ***y variety of options to choose from, mainly offering the local Indian fare. It would be better to include Continental buffet breakfast as part of the option as well, more choices would be better for foreign guests.
In room dining menu options are also not ***y which was also quite a letdown in my opinion.
The pool was under renovation on something during my visit and apart from that, there is only a gym facility, probably more things can be done on the type of recreation facilities offered in the hotel as there was nothing much to do.

*) checking in slow, outdated reception for an airport hotel
*) the first floor was smelly, like associations with a septic tank, the carpet on the floor was years and years old, with waves in the fabric. I had an economy room (compared to the other rooms but that was my choice, This needs a renovation big time! A 2 star impression.
*) room, small but acceptable with a kind of bathroom cabin, do not have your expectations high, then you will not be disappointed about the room, functional.
*) the breakfast made (for a bit) up for the so-so experience. We enjoyed that, including the staff employed with a 100% hearing problem, all-inclusive HR, that was great!
I am tempted to search elsewhere next time,... I hope they improve the aisle and the poor smell on floor number 1.

Initially, I went to the breakfast area intending to have only fruits, given that it was my Ekadashi fasting day, a time when I abstain from consuming grains. However, in accordance with Vaishnava fasting traditions, I am permitted to have meals prepared with quinoa. To my pleasant surprise, Chef Sudheer Kumar approached me, eager to enhance my breakfast experience at JW Marriott. I shared with him that it was my Ekadashi fasting day and that I was only allowed to eat dishes prepared with quinoa. I then inquired if he could prepare 'Quinoa Upma' for me, a meal incorporating various vegetables, but devoid of any grains. Undeterred by my request, he assured me he would try to accommodate my dietary restriction and left to prepare my meal. Within ten minutes, he returned with a bowl of Quinoa Upma exuding a delightful aroma. The flavor was simply fabulous, far surpassing my expectations. I truly believe it was Lord Krishna's mercy ***ifesting through Chef Sudheer Kumar that made my day so special. This delightful experience was made possible by the dedicated service of Chef Sudheer Kumar and the attentive team at JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity. For the past one and a half years, I've been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Delhi, India, and each stay has been absolutely wonderful. Interestingly, I hail from Boston and, while I appreciate the services provided by the JW Marriott establishments in the United States, I believe the uniquely personalized service I received here today is unparalleled.

I had booked this hotel at the price of 2500 per night . I was traveling long and was feeling deadly sleepy , requested comp early check in same denied rudely even thought check in guy was aware of my red eyes and weak body language later he charged me 1500 for early check in .. no worry I paid and checked in room what I had found pathetic smell in room , A/C was not cooling the room in hot summer of delhi . I called and requested for room change same was denied and took three hours to rectify. No worry , I ordered for aloo parantha for which they charged me five hundred something , I have never seen a aloo parantha without aloo A thin layer and nothing stuffed. No worry I ordered zomato went physically downstairs , To take my Order a guard at the hotel mainporch stopped brutally that outside food is not allowed . Having all that my tempered went out of control but still no worry I am not a complaining person. At last my visitors came to meet me and we spended three hours of meeting session again for the vistors they charged me 1500 , ohh this time called ***ager and told them the whole scenario but I was surprised he dint even apologised .At the same time I moved to park in by radission and felt great again this is what brand is brand .Guys you can check my tripadvisor others review I never wrote a single negative feedback but this was one of my ridiculous experience at this hotel I have stayed in Marriott , radission , taj, ITC ect but this hotel is truely a black mark on hospitality industry . In total - Staff behaviour - poor (specially front office ) Food and beverage- awfulll no hygiene maintained
