The hotel is located a little away from the centre. I stayed in the suite, the room is large with a room and a small table for 2 people. The hotel's age is visible by decoration and furniture, although everything was working. The internet is good but very complicated to access (it has to register) since the password provided in the reception was not working. I asked for a lunch in the room, missed a snack, a snack, a potato salt, a ketchup, etc., only the lunch appeared on the dish and only. The parking is very confused, a guest parked in a way I couldn't get out, and has no control at the reception of who was the car owner. The morning coffee is good and complete. The bed, the dress and the bed clothes are excellent.

I stayed here with my husband for a few nights while visiting family in Brazil. The room was extremely affordable, which we were very happy with. But as usually is the case, you do get what you pay for. The room was as basic as basic gets - we were a little disappointed in the quality of the bed, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. But I guess we should have expected that. On the other hand, the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the bar tender was wonderful, and I used the gym which was above average. It's also a hop, skip, and a jump across the street to a great mall with plenty of food options. Overall, good for a short stay.

A little different from the Ibis (Styles), larger rooms, thematic decoration (seals), we have a 8-year-old child who loves pool, and that of them is great for being covered and warmed well. It is relatively rasy but it gives a handbag , for the child it is very good. Breakfast (the part) is worth it very much. It is not a super buffet but everything is fresh and quality. Hungarian fatty is the best I ever eaten! We have been hosted three times and we will come back.Paid parking, R$ 17 a day. If you are about to pay a little more, the bathroom is amazing!

Viajei em agosto de 2023 com meu marido e filho, fomos apenas passar uma noite. De início foi tudo bem com a recepção do hotel, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários em todos os momentos... ninguém simpático além do normal, mas pelo menos não fomos ignorados. Com relação ao quarto pra mim estava ótimo! Não tinha cheiro de mofo, estava limpo e as camas estavam certas (uma de casal e uma solteiro). O que me incomodou um pouco foi o ar condicionado, ele demora pra ligar e quando liga não vem na temperatura que ajustamos ao ligar... Achei a iluminação do quarto um pouco precária, podia ter mais lâmpadas. A parte de lazer é bem simples e um pouco antiga, parece velho! A piscina tem uma parte mais rasa para crianças, tem sauna, ducha, mesa de bilhar e ping pong, e uma academia com quatro aparelhos que também parecem antigos. Na parte de alimentação eu pude fazer todas as refeições lá, a comida é gostosa porém são poucas opções servidas no buffet... esqueci de perguntar se no menu existiam mais opções. O café da manhã estava gostoso e com muitas opções. Eu provavelmente voltaria para esse hotel se fosse uma viagem de uma ou duas noites, mais do que isso não chega a ser interessante pela falta de opções de lazer.

I recommend. Good price, careful and educated staff, air-conditioned room, TV, all clean. Dushing tasty. I loved breakfast. I always go back, it's the one I'm staying! I saw some noise reviews, but the hotel has a great location, very close to well-moved streets, obviously it has car noise, for me it has not influenced in anything, detail irrelevant.

Fui no hotel para passar uma noite, é novo, possui uma estrutura bem moderna, e boa localização. O quarto é grande e espaçoso, tem uma mini cozinha, mesa para comer e sofá, no banheiro o chuveiro é muito bom, com ótima pressão da água. Possui área externa no primeiro andar (não tem piscina). No térreo próximo da recepção tem uma área de coworking, onde os hóspedes podem trabalhar - wifi funciona bem. No térreo também é servido o café da manhã. De maneira geral tive uma boa experiência, gostei da estadia. Os funcionários, acredito que por serem novos, ainda estão aprendendo a atender e lidar com as reservas, pois no checkin foi um pouco demorado e no dia seguinte pediram para eu passar minhas informações novamente, pois havia dado erro no sistema.

I don't recommend that hotel to anyone. I travelled 42 hours to arrive in Brazil because we live in Australia, so we chose to book a room that they consider the best category to try to have a night of rest and try to get back after so many hours of flight, But for our surprise, the 'best' room was super noisy because the windows have no closure, and for the staff, this is not a problem for them because it is an external issue that does not depend on them, So I asked you to exchange our room for the noise, they offered me another super quite room and we are super grateful for it, but they didn't let me know that the value of the day was lower than the value we had paid to us, or I paid X I received Y and the difference of value someone put in the pocket. I spoke to the reception Luana, Gilberto, Marcos, Edvan and (he says supervisor needs much to get to the level of a real supervisor) CIA and the only alternative they gave me was to return R$175, Then, if you want to apologize for the event, you will only say that it is an external problem that has nothing to do with them. As someone represents a brand, you don't care what customers/hosts think or feel. People who are completely unprepared, without training and without a pint of respect for the guests. We are absolutely disappointed by the failure and treatment received. If you need a tip before you stay here, please don't stay here because if you need any help they will say that it's not their problem, it's something out of the world. Without counting on other problems such as breakfast we need time to describe what they call breakfast.

Fiz uma viagem de carro do Rio para Foz do Iguaçu e precisava de um quarto para pernoite no meio do caminho no retorno ao Rio. Como estava no meio de um feriado prolongado tive algumas dificuldades para achar um hotel. Após demorada procura consegui uma vaga no hotel Éden Sorocaba. Ao chegar fiquei um pouco desconfortável com o Lugar. O Hotel ao entrar aparenta ser uma casa grande com um salão de jogos na lateral bem movimentado. Porém após conversar com o atendente e conhecer o lugar verifiquei que existe um acesso na lateral que levam aos quartos. Acredito que em função da pandemia não tinham muitos comentários para saber se hotel era bom. Porem por falta de opção resolvi apostar e tive uma experiência boa. A Localização do hotel é um pouco afastada na estrada, existem mercados e farmácias nos arredores. As acomodações são bem simples, cama, roupa de cama e travesseiros gastos, mas tudo limpinho. O quarto possui TV LCD, Frigobar, bancada e local para pendurar roupas nota 5,0. O banheiro é muito confortável com excelente ducha nota 8,0. O hotel tem WIFI, com funcionamento meio instável nota 4,0. O staff do hotel foi muito atencioso, nos atendeu com muita simpatia Nota 10,0. O hotel possui Estacionamento fechado grátis na frente dos quartos nota 7,0. O café da manhã é simples, mas com tudo fresquinho. O Pão estava maravilhoso. O mesmo se inicia as 6h00. Nota 7,0. O Hotel precisa ser melhorado em alguns pontos, porém eu recomendo para quem não é muito exigente. Eu, com certeza, voltaria.
