Stayed for 2 nights in a triple room at the end of Jan 2020 Location: Right in the heart of the city. Metro station is right next to the hotel. Very easy to get to from the airport by public transport. We walked everywhere so didn't use trains/metro other than to and from the airport. Room: Nice spacious room for three people. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and free bottles of water provided on arrival. Large bathroom - slippers, bathrobes and toiletries provided. Service: Hotel staff is extremely helpful. They recommended and booked a restaurant for us when we enquired about trying local cuisine. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - instead went across to Central Cafe which was well worth it. We also had dinner one night at the cafe and highly recommend their soups. Overall: a nice pleasant stay in the heart of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband son and I stayed at this hotel when first arriving into Vienna. The hotel itself is beautiful, lovely service and room was fantastic. We had a deluxe double room which was spacious and also came with tea coffee making. We had an extra bed for our son. Room was a big size for the three of us. Bathroom was really nice too all the amenities you need. We did not get breakfast while staying here it was expensive - instead choosing to have breakfast at cafe central which is a minute walk from hotel and reasonably priced ( cheaper than the hotel buffet breakfast at hotel ). We are generally not buffet style eaters preferring cereal or toast, eggs and coffee or juice so cafe central was perfect for us and an easy one min walk in the morning (not crowded at all on opening!). We also walked to another cafe one day which was great as well for a coffee and bread roll & egg/museli etc for 1/4 price. Hotel is in a great location in Vienna, the street was all lit up for Christmas too and Xmas markets within walking distance in all directions only a few minutes walk some smaller markets. The big Christmas market at the Rathaus was about a 10 min walk (a must with kids/teens) There is a great Italian restaurant a minute walk from hotel with some great dinner options as well. Cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Walk to St Stephens cathedral was maybe 5-10 mins. Also walking distance Hofburg palace was 2 mins from hotel. Overall great location lovely hotel. A star off for no heated pool though otherwise amazing hotel good location and would definitely stay again when in Vienna.

I stayed here Monday night and really loved it. I have the American Express Platinum card, so booked using that. I got an upgrade to a beautiful room on the 6th floor, and my package included breakfast and a $100 credit. I used the credit with a friend for a light meal in the "Living Room", which was delicious. Food quality high, service friendly, and it was a nice setting. My room, 624, was beautiful. they do a great job with the confines of the architecture. Bed was comfortable, full marble bathroom very nice, and the towels huge and absorbing. One issue was that in the shower, while the rain shower worked very well, the hand held shower option did not stay put - it sank to the bottom of its track and I could not leave it in an elevated position. Probably a minor mechanical issue. Food for breakfast was delicious. I was the first one in for breakfast as I had to leave for an early flight. I ordered my poached eggs (which were unique and flavored well) and they arrived before I returned from the buffet. Overall, I thought this was an excellent hotel. Friendly service, comfortable surroundings, and well-located in central Vienna. Would recommend.

I stayed for one week and couldn’t have been happier with my choice of hotel. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of the Innere Stadt. The room was spotless and cleaned perfectly every day - especially the bathroom. There was no sound from other rooms, despite it being very busy for the Xmas period. The toiletries were of better quality than most hotels in that range. Breakfast was lovely for me and the kitchen staff were very kind. The whole hotel was lovely and warm, even the stairs. Check out and check in was rapid and efficient and the staff were always helpful. I will definitely book a holiday there again.

Fantastic location in a quiet side street only 2 minutes walk from the central Stephansplatz. Room and bathroom are spacious and classically furnished. At first glance the beds seem soft, but they turn out to be very comfortable with great sleeping quality. Unfortunately the (sliding) windows have lousy sound insulation, you can hear everything going on in the street below (including a bar opposite the hotel). In the hotel leaflet they brag about their breakfast - they shouldn't! Breakfast is actually VERY basic, and as the breakfast room is too small compared to the number of rooms, and as they insist on serving coffee/tea (instead of "tanking" from a machine), you may expect some waiting time in the morning.

This hotel is pretty and the room is laid out well. But there were some maintenance issues that never got fixed. First, my safe in room 729. I couldn’t get reception to answer, (irritating) so I went there. The woman at reception said that someone could come assist, but maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next morning. She said that Vienna was a very safe city and there was no need for worry because there was never any crime of any kind. Also, they had a way of knowing who would go in the room. Inwardly, I rolled my eyes. If they know who goes in the room, if something was stolen, it’s my word against that person’s that this item was even in there. Besides that, the item would still be gone. Then when my boyfriend and I were arranging for a taxi, the bellhop informed us that taxi drivers in Vienna are notorious for ripping off tourists. No crime of any kind, ehh? I couldn’t get the faucets (in either sinks) to stop up and I needed to hand wash some items and soak something. Someone came up to show me, but he said after looking they weren’t designed to close. The next morning, after we returned from breakfast, the lock that you use to bolt the door had fallen and was preventing the door from being opened all the way. We asked housekeeping to help, but she couldn’t and called for someone to come up. Thirty mins later, no one had come, so back I went to the lobby and got the bellhop to call. He said there was no request in, so housekeeping hadn’t called. About five mins later, mtc came and unscrewed the bolt, allowing us to enter. While he was there, he tried to fix the safe, but even fresh batteries didn’t fix it. No one ever came to fix it. While the hotel is beautiful, there’s nowhere nearby to eat, no shopping, etc. (except a Starbucks and one bakery). The breakfast buffet is pretty weak for 25euros. We ordered off the menu and it took about 25 mins to get items that weren’t even cooked (cheese, ham, etc). (Meaning there would be no reason for the long delay.) My espresso was cold when I got it. I really want to end this on a good note, so let me say that the staff was really nice and the room was spotless. It was also quiet.

We are a family of 3, My husband, myself and our 15 year old son. We were in Vienna for 3 nights and we were after accommodation that would be very central as we wanted to do as much as possible in our 3 days before we moved on to Schladming. Hey Mi Apartments ticked all our boxes online and when we arrived at the building itself we were wowed by the interior. We asked Hey Mi to organise a taxi to collect us from the airport, he was very helpful and even took us to a Billa (great grocery store) along the way so we could stock up on some essentials for our apartment. The apartment we stayed in had a very big main room and toilet and shower as well as a kitchen with a table and chairs. It was perfect for the 3 of us. The Main room was very spacious and perfectly heated (you can adjust the heating to suit your taste) Our bed was so comfortable and my sons bed was equally comfortable (his bed was a double bed sleeper couch, which was set up in the main room with us) The kitchen was stocked with coffee and sugar and all the crockery and cutlery you would need for self catering...although with so many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, we never actually ever cooked at the apartment. Check in was super easy, the Hey Mi Team were awesome with all their communication with us and we received the code for the lock at the front door a couple of days before we arrived. Upon arrival the apartment was warm, cozy and very clean. It was no trouble to carry our baggage up to the 1st floor either. The U-bahn is very close by and we walked or took the underground or trams to wherever we wanted to go. It was very convenient and very easy. I would recommend getting an Austrian sim card as soon as you arrive as having google maps on our phone was crucial to getting around. We had a fabulous 3 nights in Vienna and quite honestly it was far too short. We ticked the Museum of natural history as well as the art museum off our list (we spent at least 3 hours in each museum). We would strongly recommend staying at least 7 nights or longer in Vienna, such an exquisite city! Thank you Hey Mi - we will see you soon :-)

Nice enough but our room was small with no view. Central location was good and service was good. Was close to pedestrian mall and St Stephens Cathedral. Restaurants nearby were excellent where you can dine outside in the open air. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and for catching the hop on hop off bus.

Stayed here for 6 nights attending a business conference. I was definitely not impressed with the hotel and was very close to moving to another hotel, although in the end I didn't. Pros: - The location is ok, about 300m to the Schottering U4 subway station, and 600m to the U1 station to the main train station. The street is quiet, but there's not much around. - The wifi is stable throughout the hotel, although not terribly fast. Could never download large files. - The staff in general was nice, although they were very constrained in what the could do. - The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of items, tasted great But, the CONs overshadow the pros: - The standard room was tiny and stuffy, I eventually upgraded to an executive room which had a lot more space - The main issue was that during Winter, they turn off the air conditioning, and there's only the radiator working for heating. However, the rooms were extremely hot, with no ventilation at all. Every time I went down to the lobby, someone was calling and complaining about the heat. And the staff couldn't do anything, they just apologized and told people to open the window. - Even with the window open, the room was still hot, and then you could hear traffic in the street, and the light made sleep difficult - I was lucky to ask and get a desktop fan for my room, which made the room a bit better - The hotel was very understaffed. Most of the nights there was only one person on shift, no bellboy or anything. And they had zero authority to make decisions. I was told I need to talk to a manager to get a discount for the room upgrade, since the reason for the upgrade was the heat in the rooms, but the manager leaves everyday at 3pm and then no one is in charge. - The room furniture was dated, although the bathroom was modern. Overall, I wouldn't stay again here. The price was acceptable, but when factoring in the upgrade price and the distance to the U1 station, you can find much better.

I just came back from Vienna and spent a week at this hotel. The location is pretty good, both for transportation and walking to the center. It's easy to get to by train and metro from the airport. Breakfast is very good. Room was clean and a good size, I had everything I needed. Staff is nice and helpful. There is no AC so be prepared if you go in the summer, but this is the norm for Austria, it is rare to find AC anywhere beside some of the art galleries. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will book again if I come back to Vienna.

Good hotel in common. Good breakfast, nice responsive staff, though a little unskillful (can't print a document out so that the image takes the whole list, not just a tiny space in the corner which is impossible to see and read), sauna, great design. The only issue is windows, which lack quality. They let cold and noise, cigarette smell go through into rooms from outside. However in common we're happy with the stay.

1. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk from the central railway station, the surrounding environment is very quiet, almost no tramp or refugees, very safe! It is very convenient to eat and shop at the station. It is very cheap to recommend a supermarket. 2. The room facilities are very new, the room photos are much better than some of the four stars in the country, and the decoration is also very elegant. Staying at this price is very cost-effective! 3. The front desk service is also very patient, and there are train schedules to facilitate everyone to hurry. There are also free fruit breads to eat. 4. The TV and air conditioning in the room are very new, the TV is extraordinarily large, and the channels are very good! The toilet and bathroom are separate and very convenient, which is rare in hotels at this price in Europe. 5. The hotel can swipe the card up and down the elevator, very safe! 6. If you go to Vienna, it is highly recommended that everyone stay at this hotel! Absolutely the most cost-effective.

After read a number of reviews, I really didn't know how I'd feel staying here. So what's good first; Staff were very friendly and helpful. As I entered the hotel, it was grand, nice enough with a grand piano there to add to the sophistication. The restaurant was nice, and lunch we had there was good. But Breakfast. Fantastic. Definitely 5 stars. Not an full Irish breakfast, but tis Europe after all and was a very nice buffet set up. Location is good, with the cities connections well flagged by other reviews. Right, the OK. Not bad. Just OK. We stayed on the 5th floor. And a review had refered to it already, but a slap of paint would not go astray, hall way and bedroom in total could do with an up-grade. Really not a 4 star hotel room. It wouldn't take much, but it would be grand for a group of lads on a stag, but definitely not for a romantic get away. That said. Bed was comfortable enough. TV, had 20 odd channels, only 3 news channels in English. No Kettle????? Why???? Anyway, ok price. Ok hotel. Good food. Good location. Would go elsewhere if/when I return to this beautiful city.

The room is really great, the view is great, the breakfast is also great, the view on the top floor is invincible, I also watched a sunrise, and I drank a glass of wine at night. There is a subway station opposite, one stop to Stephen's Cathedral, but two people should take a taxi, cheap and good cars. Rating 4.5, the pre-authorization deposit has not been released for half a month.
