The location is fine and the breakfast, both food and service, are very good. I was not recognized as a Diamond member and not upgraded or given anything extra. Although in the photos it shows that the queen rooms have a column and the king rooms do not, I paid for a king room and still got a column. Both my son and wife hit their heads on the column in the dark that first night, so be careful. Most importantly, the bathroom have series problems. The shower stalls used to have a sliding door; the hotel decided to remove the doors, but the leftover piece of glass is totally insufficient and water sprays all over the bathroom floor. Second, there is a tiny wire basket to store all your toiletries on, and it holds almost nothing; there is no ledge, no soapdish, nothing, so be prepared to store your shampoo and stuff on the shower floor. Finally, the drain and plumbing are awful -- the water does not drain fast enough so the water level quickly fills to the top of the small ledge that keeps water in the shower and then spills over into the rest of the bathroom. I realized this on day one and asked the staff to leave extra towels every day to sop up the water that flows everywhere; they said yes, okay, but did not do it. The management is clearly aware of the bathroom problems but has decided to save money and do nothing about it. Gaziantep is a great city with huge tourism potential, so this is a shame.

One of our favorite experiences in Turkey was the hospitality of this hotel. American hotel workers should take a course in service here. All needs are met happily and with immediacy. From the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast servers and valets, the employees here are superb. It is primarily set up for business travelers. The beds are high quality and comfortable, the breakfast outstanding, and a complete floor devoted to spa-like creature comforts. This said, I probably wouldn't stay here again, and I am sad about that. This is a smoking hotel, even though it says it's not. They reserve particular floors for non-smoking, but it doesn't matter, people smoke anyway, and the smoke goes through the vent system. It is SO bad. If cigarette smoke bothers you, find a different place to stay. Also, paint is peeling, chairs are wobbly, some are broken, and the carpet is stained. Sorry, Divan, I had to be honest, even though we loved your staff.

We had a great time in Gaziantep and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel was brilliant; the rooms were clean with good facilities. The staff were amazing. They are really helpful and friendly with good recommendations of what to do/where to go in the city. Osman in particular was outstanding and made our stay a great experience. We spoke minimal Turkish and didn’t know the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in a similar position. Gaziantep is a great city and definitely worth seeing. Thanks for having us. Osman - you’re a legend!

As IHG employees, we booked 2 rooms to that hotel, because the price, the benefits and the location of course. For my luck, my friend knows the language. Otherwise there no possibility to communicate. When we arrived around 23:00, wanted to check in, and the man at reception said no English.. Came another one, also no English. My friend asked them about the employees benefits, they had no idea, and said us to ask next day morning the supervisor..try asked him, again no English, and also had no idea and said us to ask the next one. The next one was the same from check in.. My friend called reception to inform that both rooms the safe box not working, no one came.. The day after we asked the cleaners and they fixed them. The same about toilet paper..after 8 hours and after 3 calls the brought us. Also they didn’t helped is when during midnight we needed a pharmacy. They said us to google to find one. Feel so bad when to a 4star hotel you can’t communicate. From the other side a special thanks to the room cleaners.. very polite, very professional all the days.. At room you can find everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom also big and all the amenities. The menü cards in rooms was just in Turkish.no English. My friend ordered for us some times room service, food was nice and too much.

There is a lot of breakfast in the whole hotel in Turkey. There are so many people who are suitable for Chinese people to eat. The subway is right in front of the hotel. Go right and turn to the airport bus and taxi station. Turn left and Turkcell can buy a conversion plug, 5 lira. In the evening, you can use the usb plug on the TV to charge the phone emergencyly. There is no conversion plug at the front desk. There is a mosque behind the hotel that is quite unique. If you are not on a business trip, I will not come to this place. The hotel itself is good, no problem, the front desk is also warm.

We (me and my colleagues) travel frequently to Gaziantep for business and usually stay at a specific hotel. This time, we stayed at the Grand Hotel. The check in was fine, no problem, and the room is Ok nothing to complain about. Next day, me and my colleagues wanted to have lunch, so we went to the (Only) available restaurant at the 12th floor, there was a small group of people (+/- 20) having lunch. We asked the waiter/ Captain for lunch, he said no... No lunch, this is only for a group. You have to go to the first floor (Bar lounge). We went there, two waitresses, who don't speak any English were there. No guests. We asked for the menu, which was in Turkish. We tried to make them understand that we want anything to eat as we had a meeting in one hour time. No understand... we said even a salad...what do you have.... nothing... Finally we understood her saying yes...yes.. Salad... Cucumber, carrots, and lettuce. We said Ok. When she came few minutes later, we were surprised to see a plate with some lettuce, in the middle a glass (usually used for wine) with some carrots and cucumber sticks like for Cocktail parties. and that's it. I missed taking a picture... so we left without eating. During our stay, we had lunch and dinners outside. Breakfast buffet very poor. No need to mention other shortcomings...

Hotel location is super good, you can walk to the local handmade goods market, parking lot, the room is not big but very comfortable, full of new, most satisfied with his restaurant, cheap and delicious, next time to go A choice must be this hotel! This time, because the hotels in the exhibition are full, so the hotel stays every night is different. Holidays, the location on the road is not good, the location of ibis and novel is good, next door is the largest shopping mall in the area, personal favorite is this

The room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.

We planned our holidays with my family to be 4 days and 3 nights. We left our bags in the Zeynep Lady Konagi on our first day. We were out there all day. We arrived in our room at the top floor 105. I went to the toilet at 6 p.m. in the morning. The closet wasn't pulling dirty water from the ship. I worked with the closet for 15 minutes saying it was human. Of course it didn't help. I was going back to my bed that there was a FARE ... Whoa, but it's real. 8.6 A hotel with scores put you with a mouse ... We made up early in the morning with my family and left the room including bags. I was going to the reception and explain the situation that I called to me and gave information because they had customers. Has the result right, brother ... Well, they said they would change our room on the morning of the 2nd day. We said that happened and we went on our trip to Gaziantep. When we arrived at the 2nd day, they gave my family room 114. When we entered, I realized the room was cold. I opened the air conditioner immediately since my three-year-old daughter was, but the air conditioner was hot and the room was suddenly cold. I said you could go to the reception immediately and give you a heating machine (i still think of good intentions). They said there was a pad with heating machine vs. I didn't work like a cold room. Then the brother came to control the command and said you might not have settled the air conditioning. It's all right, but the air conditioner is OK ... It's not only the air conditioner but the door security lock is broken, but I put the chair behind the door and took the security precaution. The clothes are shaking like a stick. If Allah is broken in the warehouse, it is worse than the jet ... Also, electrics are going on and on. Although he is a generator, ... The staff who are preparing the room 114 at 5 metres from the place where breakfast is made at 6 a.m., unfortunately causes you to wake up at 6 a.m. On the morning of the day I told you that the door was broken in the reception paths ... the door was shredded like a lock of the safety lock was broken. HAVE NO RESULT But YOU HAVE RIGHT ... 3rd night we arrived again. When I asked if my feet went back, ... I was told that if you told my friend that was in the reception, I was a nightmare. If you told my friend that was in the morning, it was done. believe me, nothing has been touched me. My word was heat burned to him, but it is not good for him. I said, "Do you understand that he doesn't burn heat on the reception paths again ..." He didn't try to get the air of the calorifer with the key of the box lock at workplaces (three or 4 cm). He tried to get the air of the calorifer with the back of the tea lock from the kitchen department. He worked for 5 minutes without a tornado in the whole hotel ... We had to spend your last evening in the hotel and a room like ice, and my daughter in three years began to bust deeply. Now for 2 years (for pandemic) we dreamed of the Gaziantep tour. We've come to the house to increase our tear from our feet, but this holiday we dreamed of is the shelter of Xenep Woman that poisoned us

The rooms are clean and good looking. Smells fresh at check in (non smokin room). You can find everything you need in the room but it does not feel cramped, even though the area was not much. The A/C worked very well, considering we slept two people in a relatively small room. Both the check in and check out procedures went flawlessly. The only thing concerned me about this stay was, that I forgot my sunglasses in my room and no one contacted me about this during the day. Even though the cleaners went through the room, I could only find out that I forgot the glasses in the hotel after I went to the hotel myself. And before that I had to call every place I went that day to find out where my sunglasses were. I called the hotel as well, but for some reason I could not reach reception to ask. So I had to cancel some of my plans to go all the way back to the hotel to ask about them. Is it a big deal? Maybe not. But I can't help but think, if I have not asked, would they contact me about my glasses, or would it be a case of finders keepers... All in all, I had a good stay. I can't really complain. But that one little thing was enough to make the stay "not perfect".
