This place is as beautiful as the pictures present - really. The price is low compared to lesser hotels and I think I know why: it's quite a distance from anything resembling ”destination activities”. While the facility is amazingly ornate, it was nearly empty during several days stay. Not to say we didn't see people, but the pool was never occupied by more than 5-10 people and there was never a wait at the desk. A missing 5th star is as simple not having any staff near the ”coffee bar” at any time, and while I did find a helpful employee, I was informed that they had ”no ice coffee” (as opposed to the hundreds of shops everywhere in Pattya that had all the ice coffee you wish for. Plan on a 15 min ride each time you ”go to town” and ”return to the hotel”. The pool is wonderful and the area around the hotel is clean, well kept and a nice, quite retreat from ”too much nightlife” if you're just looking to recharge the batteries.

Rested in this hotel for 10 days. We took the last minute ticket, so there was no time to choose a hotel, they took what the tour operator offered. In general, we liked the hotel. So: We got to the hotel late in the evening, despite the fact that when checking in, a deposit of 1000 baht is required, and we did not have time to change the money, we were settled. I don’t know because of the big chocolate bar or it just coincided)) we were given the key to a good room on the 7th floor (710 seems to be). The ROOM is cozy, fully panoramic windows with blackout curtains, a small balcony, a wardrobe, a comfortable large bed, a sofa, a table with a couple of chairs, a microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator, a sink, a set of dishes, serviceable: safe, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. It is not very convenient that the shower is combined with the toilet and there is no height difference - the water remains after taking a shower, but on the 3rd day we adapted)). There was no toothpaste and brushes (bought in Seven). They were cleaned every day, when they left the sign, the towels were changed at the same time, the pastel was changed a couple of times. Beach / pool towels are available at the reception. Upon receipt, I always checked that they were clean and intact with the administrator, if you show something, they immediately change it to ”decent”. FOOD: food is served in the hotel cafe (to the left of the hotel entrance). We had breakfast almost always at 2m, a couple of times there were 2 more people. This is not a buffet, but a list of dishes from which you can choose one thing. We most often took a ”fried egg” for breakfast (fried eggs) and fried rice with chicken. I didn't like the noodles, but choosing the position ”rice with pork” instead of meat ”cracklings” with lard)). There was not enough greens ... the salad is often ”tired” and tasteless ... But we are unpretentious - we never went hungry)). Delicious fruits (pineapple and watermelon were given) and packaged juice is quite tolerable. When asked to go with me, they said that there were no containers ... The street cafe near the hotel was open from 4 am to 11 am, they never ate there, but there were a lot of locals. Of the minuses (for themselves) noted: the remote location of the hotel: - from the center of Pattaya (got from the hotel by 2 tuk-tuk with a transfer at the ”dolphins”); - from the exchangers, as you exit, walk on the left for about 15 minutes; - from cafes / movements / massage parlors - we took a tuk-tuk for 10 baht one way to the market for dinner; - to the beach (walk about 15 minutes. It is located at some hotel - the Temple of Truth is visible from the shore). From the pros: near the seafood market, quiet)). If you are not bothered by a lot of walking and getting by minibuses, then the hotel is even nothing). The deposit was returned upon check-out.

Perfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

But you can choose either giving 1,000baht deposit or let them have your ID card. Room is well furnished and clean. There's family mart nearby and also a local Thai restaurant. Wifi periodically gets slow and i had to re sign-in. Having said that, its speed is ok and one password can be used with 2 devices.

The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked. The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary. Overall we had a very good experience

First of all, there is no front desk in this apartment. If you come, I suggest asking Ctrip to go to their office to pick up the keys. I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants. Overall, it is very satisfactory.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

The high-level management level should be a good example or model for the staff to follow. Not doing this If there are many people, we feel embarrassed. If you book a promotion or not a promotion, you can ask to see Reservatoin first. Because I don't know which room to be in, which building If you encounter a question like this, the first step into your house. How do you feel it? Hotel is Indian. Rooms are not big, clean, fresh, no insects. Very liked bedding. Pillows are very good, increased size, blanket bulge - smiled. Room cleaning is good. Minibar is not in the room. The refrigerator is empty, very small. Breakfasts, just like the hotel itself, are more targeted at Indians, but the chickens, eggs of all kinds, milk, fruit, vegetables, cruisances in abundance. Location-on amateur. The serious shortcomings - related rooms - between the door numbers. Hearing 100% if the neighbouring room is settled. We were lucky that some of the weekends were neighbors, but quiet, the rest of the days, related rooms were settled.

I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

I have serious questions on the integrity culture of this hotel. When I was checking out they said “everything is complete” without returning my security deposit money. When I reminded them about it, they asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I left the receipt in the room. They innocently said that they don’t have a copy of it! (That means if I fake a receipt for any money they would just give it to me!) Unbelievably unprofessional attitude. Rest of the things in the hotel was alright. Except, their bathroom comes in 3 parts. Toilet is a clumsy room, bathroom is a little glass square and bathroom sink is in the room. I will never return to this hotel only because of their unprofessional behavior.

I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. It's a nice budget Hotel. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.
