Despite the good reviews this hotel has (one of the reasons I chose it), we were absolutely not impressed with this hotel. First, VERY confusing do drive to (one can NOT drive and park in front. Not possible at all. Car should be put directly at nearby parking. We were never informed of this before-hand, although we specifically said we needed a parking place during booking). Location is indeed central, but given the size of Ulm Altstadt, this is truly not hard... We got a superior room, and it was indeed a very big room, with a sitting area, very comfortable bed, and huge bathroom. BUT.... We had a bottle of water on our room (tap water), but the water was actually full of stuff inside (looked like fungi; we didn't touch it). Absolutely no tea or coffee amenities (this is a must for a 4*). Breakfast was also odd. It's corona times, we all need to adapt, but in the end, for 10 euros, we got a very small selection of things to eat (we also needed to tell at which time we wanted to eat; it spoils a bit the holiday freedom). Price-wise was absolutely correct. It'd be a good 3*. It's a bad 4*; not sure how these classifications work, but something was clearly missing on that one.

In addition to the airport Hilton, this hotel is the most satisfying one of the trips. The price is very affordable, the room is clean and clean, I heard that it was a new hotel just renovated last year. I heard the hotel reception said that it is about 10 minutes walk from this hotel and there is an old Riku Hotel. Like other hotels in Europe, there is no kettle inside. , slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc., shampoo and shower gel in a bottle. Other facilities are available, tables, lamps, hangers, etc. The hangers are not fixed in the cabinet. They can be taken out to hang clothes, very Nice. Forgot to say that everyone cares about the breakfast, breakfast 8.5 ohms per person, the variety is relatively monotonous, there are bread, ham, sausage, fruit, as well as a variety of cereals and milk coffee. The front desk of the hotel was only in the afternoon, no one in the morning, no one after 10 pm, because the train was delayed, arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock, the key was to call the switchboard, and took it out through the KeyBox on the door. Give a reference to someone who is late. I put a photo of the town taken from the room window to everyone~

I stayed here with 2 work colleagues for 2 weeks which coincided with the Xmas market. We used the underground car park, entered via a car lift, but once inside it was a bit tight for our people carrier. We’d booked through Booked.net for double rooms, b&b with single occupancy. The breakfast was superb, the staff helpful and really friendly. My room was a good size but it was so, so cold. I asked to have the heating sorted - the radiators in the corridor were blisteringly hot but in my room it was tepid at best. Even the bathroom was chilly. Someone came eventually but it remained cold - thankfully I had 2 duvets. That said the water was hot in the shower and there was lots of space to hang 2 weeks’ worth of suits and shirts. We had dinner a couple of times in the hotel, although it was shut Sunday to Tues evenings incl. The food was really good and we’d have eaten there more often had it been open. The worrying part of our stay came on check out. I asked for the bill the evening before we left and it wasn’t available. On the day I left, my bill stated I’d been charged for a double room and 2 breakfasts per day for my stay. That was a problem for 2 reasons: 1, I was alone in the room as booked and 2, my company would refuse to pay a bill that stated I’d had a guest for a breakfast for 2 weeks. I asked for an amended correct bill, only to be told it wasn’t possible, even though they accepted I’d been in my room alone for the duration. Three of us come to Ulm every year for 2 weeks at the same time, and thanks to the hotel’s inflexibility and unwillingness to correct their error, we will never come here again. Shame.

The hotel is located in the scenic area and walks out to be the main street of the scenic spot. It takes only 5 minutes to turn around the corner to know the foreign parking is a trouble. Although the hotel does not have a parking space, it is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. One of the best places to watch the cathedral is to stop this parking lot. Just stay at this hotel and walk to the attraction.

We stopped over here for two nights both on the way to Austria and on the way back. The hotel is close enough to walk into Ulm (4.5km) or catch the bus from just outside the hotel. There is ample private parking to the rear of the hotel. Our room was a reasonable size with an en-suite which was immaculate - my only gripe was with the tap that automatically turns off when you take your hands away and the fact there was no working plug in the sink. The staff were all efficient and friendly and fortunately for us the reception staff spoke good English. Breakfast was good although tends to run out if you are down later. We ate here all four nights and found the dinners excellent and reasonably priced. There is a bit of traffic noise off the main road if you keep your window open (as we did due to the heat). I will certainly have this hotel down as a definite stay if we are travelling this way again in the future. Ulm itself has enough to see to occupy you for several days - especially Ulm Munster which is a must climb experience.

Cozy little hotel, living in a triple room, a large bed plus a sofa bed. The room is small, it is a sloping roof, it is short, the bed is basically full, but it is very clean. American breakfast, similar to the average hotel, there are some, feel good. It is easy to find with navigation. In the small town outside Ulm, there is a free private parking at the door, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is off work at 8:00 in the evening, and the bar is self-service after work. Please enter a checkin first, please drink a cup, this is a bright spot

Stayed here one night, enjoyed Ulm and were happy with this hotel. We arrived Sunday afternoon knowing reception was closed, but armed with our entry code managed to get in easily and find our room key. Very simple. The room was clean and nice, beds comfortable, unfortunately the WiFi didn’t let us join straight away but after a walk out the devices had connected by our return. Breakfast was pleasant and varied, very traditional dining room. Takes 30mins to walk into the centre of Ulm, which we knew from online maps and s fine for us. If this is too far fo you, there is a bus route and a tram that both stop basically outside the hotel across the road. We parked outside the hotel on their car park and this was fine.

It is easier to choose Kempinski Hotel in Germany, and the location and service are among the best in the local area. This Munich store is located in the center of the old town, on a street with luxury brands. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Marienplatz, the Royal Palace and the Hofbräuhaus. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is particularly delicious, packed in clear glass bottles. Although there are not many types, the meat loaf and small sausages taste good, and they feel better than the restaurants outside. The standard room is nothing special, the bathroom is quite spacious and has a smart toilet lid, which is rare in Europe. The hotel’s swimming pool is not big. Ctrip’s website says the hotel is closed during the epidemic, but it’s especially open during the summer. Two people are restricted to travel together at a time.

The room is super large, with two single beds on the right side of the door and a large bed. In the middle is a large sofa bed, followed by a large row of windows. On the left is a large two tables, and there is a large cupboard recessed. Except that the bathroom is small, everything else is big! The front desk seemed to have only one person to receive, resulting in a long queue. The price without breakfast is too cheap. There is a McDonald's in about fifteen minutes. The hotel is not far from the supermarket. We bought bread and milk and went all the way. The underground parking lot is quite round, and the slope that is opened is quite steep, and nothing else is wrong.

Bath products only provide soap, shower cap, shampoo and the like, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. If you need to find the front desk, you can do it. I stored my luggage in the hotel for four days before flying to Northern Europe. I filled in a few items and quickly got it. Check out quickly. Unfortunately Google Maps led us on a wild goose chase to reach the hotel from our arrival at the airport at night, which made us fear this was a hotel out in the middle of nowhere with serious travel hassle to get into town.... to our relief in daylight and a chat with the helpful reception team, I'm glad to say this is not the case! On our first morning after arrival we discovered the fantastic Munich public transport tram service that had a tram leave from outside the hotel every 10 mins to connect you to the (extreemly) prompt tube system about 5 minutes away that took you right into the centre of town. This is a newly accquired hotel for Premier Inn with the unusual placing of reception on the 6th floor, but it's a quirk you easily get used to. The hotel is tastfully decorated throughout, in a quite area of the suburbs, with a few nice nearby eating establishments of various pricing and a bakery and supermarket in the same block. WE will definately be returning here for our next Munich trip

Close to the train station, Germany is clean and tidy overall, and the station is slightly broken. On the road behind the main road, the beds were also small but clean. Living on the top floor, the roof is beveled and I am not familiar with it, so I was hit many times. The windows are relatively small to keep you warm. The scenery outside the window is very German. But there were no curtains, and I was worried about being seen by the building opposite when entering and leaving the toilet. 😂 Breakfast is average. This hotel is not expensive compared to domestic German, so breakfast is more average. The whole is ok, next time if you have the opportunity to go, it will be better.
