      Just to set expectations: The picture of the room on Agoda provided by hotel while booking may not be the exact room you will be staying in. The picture was nice and wide, but our room turned out a little narrower with a different layout. The things that remained as expected were type of bedding and size. So because of that, I felt that the niceness of the room did not justify fully the price that was paid per night here. Very casual front desk, sometimes 1 person, other times 2 but they get the job done. No complaints there. For those who like their rooms untouched, we left the “Dont clean room” sign on, but they cleaned our room anyway. We didn’t mind that. Hotel generally old but not shabby. 3 stars because of the cleanliness - no bed bugs. That’s a big one for us. The sheets feel clean and no particular smell to our bedroom. Bravo to Hallmark! Generally had a good stay with this hotel. We will come back if we get to book for a cheaper price for sure!

      Family rooms are the same like 10 years ago,it is run down.Need ramps access,no porter service. Breakfast buffet is okay,wish they kept their dine in service.Missed their superb cendol. Upon check in ,saw two kids in swimming gear sadly turn away when they found out the swimming pool is under repair. Heard its okay later that week

      It's was good night here.. It's not my first time tbh.. I enjoyed the stay so much.. nice pool, nice breakfast, provided parking lot, near city, and value for money.. they just don't have safety guard at pool.. so if you have kids with you, you had to watch them all the time..

      I was booking for Amari, but they gave me Tahiti. Need to pay another deposit and there is an extra fee of RM2. Customers make online payments which means they don't bring a lot of cash. Payment for the water park must also be paid in cash. Need to go out to the bank to withdraw money. Spacious room. Aircond not cold, TV no broadcast, Wifi not available, Jacuzzi Bathtub not working and bed unstable.
