As a member, there are two bottles of water at the time of check-in. After staying for a few days, I don’t give it anymore. I ask the front desk to take it, saying it is a rule. The hotel is in a good environment, not far from the small train to the winter park.

Just had a quick one night stay at The Grand Bohemian Orlando. Everything was perfect! Fantastic property with a fantastic restaurant and bar. My ambassador status was acknowledged. Was upgraded to a fantastic jacuzzi suite! The club lounged was closed but was offered breakfast or 750 extra points. I had an outstanding breakfast in the restaurant! I wish I could have remember all the staff members I interacted with, but everyone delivered a flawless execution of service. I do remember Jonathan from valet. He was polite, professional, and very quick with the delivery with my car! Overall, fantastic stay. Didn’t have one issue. Well done to the property and staff! 5 stars!!

Nathaly was the best customer service representative I have ran into in a long time and I travel for work. She was outstanding and paid great attention to detail. Great asset to the Marriott brand! Overall the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was spotless, very modern, everything I needed was there. Valet was on point as well. Very professional and personable team. The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

We are a family of 11, and getting the 2 BR suites was perfect. We got 2 suites to comfortably fit our group. The rooms were great, despite the fact that it's an older hotel. The kitchen was really helpful esp when we just wanted to have some meals in-house. We just bought some stuff from Publix and cooked a meal on one of our last nights while packing. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they also provided dish soap and a sponge which was great. New towels were provided each day but I had to ask. They only clean the rooms twice a week. The beds were comfy, showers had good water pressure too. The Hot breakfast was great, including eggs, breakfast meats, cereals, bread, coffee, juice, fruits, and very nice cook-yourself waffles. The breakfast area never got really packed, we always got a table. We were there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was also nice to be able to bring breakfast up to the room, especially for the kids. Coffee was available all day in the lobby. I love the lounge area by the lobby. It was a nice place to wait for the rest of our group, with comfy seats and a refreshing area. As I said, the hotel is a bit outdated so they will need to fix the paint, renew the carpets, brighten the lights, etc soon to stay competitive, but other than that, it was clean and the service was good. The staff at the front desk was great, the Shuttle service was on par, and we had a very early flight and took the 4:30 am shuttle. We booked ahead and they could accommodate us and our big luggage. The general manager Marisela Keller who handled our email inquiries very early on before our stay was excellent. We sent some inquiries and special requests twice, and both times she responded very promptly and clearly. It was a big factor in why we chose this hotel as well over another one that we prebooked.

My family and I were cruising out of Port Canaveral and wanted to come in a day earlier.  We didn't want to travel an additional 40 minutes on the same day to ride into Port Canaveral, so we decided to stay in Orlando.   Let me say that this was absolutely worth that decision and the decision to stay at this Fairfield Inn.  They offered only free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, which was great.  Once we arrived Salina and the front desk crew were great!  They were helpful patient and very accommodating.  There is a Wine and Spirits store within 4 minute walking distance that also sold snacks.  There are plenty of restaurants that are also within walking distance.  The hotel does not have a restaurant, but they do serve a free Breakfast Bar that was very good and the food was hot and kept fresh.  We did a private shuttle with Cruise Control Transportation to the port since the hotel does not offer that service.  The  hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport.  The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet.  We were in room 101 and 102, which was by a key only access door for privately exiting and entrance without having to go through the lobby.  We will definitely be staying here again.

This price also includes breakfast, it is already very good, it is recommended that if you need an early flight, or landing Orlando is late, you can choose this hotel! It’s just that the driver of the airport pick-up machine took the initiative to tip, or $5. (I didn't sit, just passing by, so it's not completely sure)
