In that situation I usually stay at the Marriott but for a place to sleep and run errands within Rayong this place was great. Room was bigger than I expected, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was solid considering the limitations these days but given the space they are using assume that in ”normal” times it is probably quite grand.

There are just enough sunchairs so the beach does not feel cluttered. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. You can borrow both snorkeling gear and kayaks. The food in the restaurant tastes great and just a small walk away is a minimart and a bigger beach with more restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and well kept. There are also alot of small details that Inreally love they thought about like a flashlight in every room if you want to go out when its dark. Hairbands for the forgetfull girlfriend in the free toiletrees. A beachbag marked with your roomnumberbto bring stuff in to the beach. I warmly recomend this place. Clean friendly and relaxing. I will gladly come back.

|0.7km from city centerMy first time to Ko Samet for an overnight, and I wanted a quiet getaway just to relax without all the activity. This place was perfect for that. Stayed in one of the beachfront bungalows, and while I would prefer that they didn't have the music during the day, it wasn't really that bothersome, and they turn it off by 6PM, so the morning and evening are wonderfully peaceful. Room #2 seems a bit better than #1 where I stayed, since it's set back a bit so a little more private. Had breakfast and dinner at Samed Villa next door, and both were very good. They have a Fire Show at 7:30. Also got a massage there, and that was outstanding. Had lunch at TubTim on the other side, and that was good as well. The bar is quite nice, and drinks are very good, both alcohol and non. Went for runs both mornings, and though the roads are quite hilly and challenging, traffic was minimal with plenty of space, so not stressful at all. Took a walk down to Sai Kaew beach, which is ~20min, and need to walk in parts on the narrow road with traffic. Definitely glad I chose the quiet area, since it was quite loud and crowded, but lots of fun nightlife options if that's your interest. They do have some construction going on during the day, which can be a little distracting, but again not terrible. I'm a little concerned that all the new construction may detract from the peace and quiet, but hopefully they'll be able to preserve that.

|1.7km from city centerWas far more expensive than other accommodations on the same beach. Room was badly decorated and was dirty and smelled of damp. The AC had no controller so the temperature was controlled by the owner and was set so that it was hot and humid in the room. There were dead cockroaches all up the stairs to the rooms which were there our entire stay, showing the lack of cleaning taking place. We walked a few meters along the beach and far superior bungalow for half the cost. Avoid this place at all costs.

The old adventure makes no confidence in the zipline equipment. The entrance fee for residents cannot use coupons to travel together. |2.35km from city centerhad an absolutely lovely time staying at this hotel albeit the fact it’s 20-mins walk from the pier and another added 10-min walk to the beach area. but this made me make full use of enjoying the room, pool, and some of the bar’s food, and doing nothing and be in the moment love the studio room for it’s size- felt like home away from home. had a beautiful view overlooking the pool as well. only downside is that somehow mosquitoes manage to enter the room even though windows and doors are closed! but they are easy to kill so it’s okay. staff are friendly; will come back to stay again if i ever return!

The rooms are very nice bungalows each of a different color, not very large and have a little spartany furniture, but very clean. The staff is very nice but unfortunately not all the servers speak English. Breakfast is excellent and very abundant. The restaurant's dishes are good but the prices are much higher than the average. |2.02km from city centerWe stayed at the Ploy Sea a couple of weeks ago for 3 nights. The hotel was fairly quiet and so they very kindly upgraded our room to a sea view. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. In particular a lady who worked on the front desk called Ratchadaporn. She was amazing and helped us so much. The food in the restaurant was a good standard with plenty of choice and the sea front was just idillic. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Rest in this hotel for the 5th time, 5th year in a row. Rest there for different months and different duration. Always were very happy. About RELET and transfers for a long time I will not dissolve, it is not interesting for anyone. I will say briefly - everything went without overlays and delays. Flights, met, transported. Everything is normal. And the past years have always been so. The road from the airport is always with one stop - in the market. There we always change money. The course is always decent, and we change almost everything there without a bloom. The road to the hotel is long, take patience. My good advice is to change money either at the airport, or at the stop (in the market). No banks and exchangers near the hotel NO!!! Banks are in Rayonga , or Ban Phee, but it is very and very far away, you need to go by transport that on the day of arrival, agree, not very convenient. TO HOTEL. At this our check-in, January 2, the hotel was empty! We even offered a room for our choice. Anyone we want. We lived in Super Deluxe for a week, 9th floor. Then without any problems we changed to the room opposite (Super Superior). All the rooms in the hotel are normal. Everyone is good in their own way. The sea view rooms (Deluxes and Super-Deluxes) are good in their view from the window. The Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super-Super On 8-9-s floors (this are Super Deluxe and Super Superior)- rooms are larger than the floors below, but smaller balconies. Rooms below the 8th floor (Deluxes and Superior) have, on the contrary, large balconies, but the rooms themselves are smaller. The rooms are cleaned very high quality every day, and usually before lunch. They regularly change towels and bed linen. The rooms have everything you need, which is not bad for a 2 star hotel. There are condes, refrigerator, TV, safe, closet with hangers, 2 chestnuts, 2 tables (round and with boxes), chairs, mirror. The sunset is naturally there, either with a bath or with a shower. Shampoo and gel are attached. Every day 2 bottles of water are brought (empty bottles are not desirable - everything is considered, and then will sleep 20 baths for each). No clops, beetles and other bitch creatures (as wrote in previous reviews) - we personally NI RAZU in 5 years in no room in beds found!!!!!!! And survived in 5 years in almost all rooms on 8-9 floors. No one and never bit us during sleep! And there were no ”crazy” bites in the form of unthinkable wolfs. Mosquitoes were, I won't hide, but the fumigators were good to save us from them. So take the fumigators necessarily! And better 2. PRO WAY-FAY. Theoretically it isn't in the rooms (only in the hotel hall). But this time we cheated. We locked up to any network that has no password. The good now such networks there are full. I catch , however, only from the balcony , or if you sit by the open window. Nothing, normal, for mail is enough. But not for heavy site

The electricity works with the inserted electronic key, otherwise it is turned off (the economy should be economical), but no one prohibits it from disconnecting it from the key from the door 😁 The beach is small but very comfortable. |1.98km from city centerKantary Bay Hotel and Serviced Apartments Rayong 是我這10天選擇的飯店，靠近海灣坐擁美景👍，是適合放空放鬆的好地點😊 當初為何要選這間飯店的原因，是我在2007年的一張照片，這海灣很特別讓我想再次探訪這海灣，但時代久遠我已不記得這是在Rayong的哪裡，看著👀Google Maps找到Rayong思索如何找尋，就看到那灣啊灣的圖，一拉大就看到這間飯店，就直接儲存，訂了機票選了這飯店🏨。 一開始在網路上看到這飯店的評價是東西老舊或服務人員的態度不好之類的，但評價這東西總有正反兩面，我這人是自己體會過才會去感受網路的評價，畢竟每個人的感受不同。 我列出我個人感受的點供參： 1. 設備有年代，但是能用心感受到維護與清潔👍。 2. 早餐多樣化，日式、美式、中式，咖啡是我喜歡的味道。 3. 飯店工作人員有禮貌笑容滿面😊。 4. 語言雖然不通但是很認真地回應我😅。 5. 有兩個游泳池，可以很悠閒地度過享受陽光的下午🏊。 6. 在網路上有看到交通不便，我覺得這飯店主要是能讓人放鬆與放空的，而且現在有Grab超方便的👍👍。 7. 飯店旁有2間711讓人買不完🤭。 8. 飯店左右兩邊也都有超棒的餐廳，沿海也有特色小吃🤤。 9. 走出飯店就是海邊，療癒藍😌。 10. 我下次還要來😀。 🟪這飯店能維持並沒有因為疫情而被打敗，是我個人覺得很用心，也就是沒有因為疫情而倒閉，且看到飯店方用心在整理與維護，這樣的態度很好。 🟩飯店還有附設看海的咖啡聽Café Kantary讓人可以放輕鬆地度過。 🟧如果不想住的太觀光吵雜而又想擁有美景，離Pattaya又近，真的適合遠離吵鬧的城市，Kantary Bay Hotel and Serviced Apartments Rayong這間飯店我個人真的喜歡。

|5km from city centerI booked this hotel online while I was in Bangkok. My parents and I had the best time at this resort. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a lot of beautiful green and lush vegetation around the resort. My parents who are elderly had a difficult time staying on the second floor of this resort. And the couple that owns the resort were so nice that they gave us a large room on the mail floor. The owners were a wealth of information and they helped us rent a taxi and gave us all the information for visiting the island which is nearby. The beach is literally across the road from this resort. My parents and I would have breakfast and the resort and then go cross the road and took us sixty seconds to go the beach! The resort is quiet but very safe. There are a lot of families around and people are out at night. And the few restaurants that are near the resort are very busy. It was the most quiet and peaceful stay I have ever had at a resort (and I have travelled extensively). One night I became sick and had an allergic reaction and the owner of the resort drove me to the hospital. You cannot meet nicer people then the couple who own this resort. They are the kindest and most nicest people I ever met. I was fine though after the hospital and the owner stayed with my parents and I till it was time to drive us home. I will never forget the owners and this resort!!! I am hoping to visit Rayong next year again and I am going to stay at the Mukmai Villa. The owners made my parents and I stay such a pleasant and beautiful experience. Please do not hesitate to stay here. The owners will take good care of you!!!

Breakfast spread is good at reasonable quality, except that all food is tepid or cold. Even the ‘hot’ water was not hot. The ‘Cappucino’ alternative was not drinkable, more like Coffeemate. The cut fruit is drenched in salat dressing. Unfortunately they find it necessary to play the TV at full volume with crazy game shows. Too much for me in the early morning. Interesting swimming pool with glass sidewall. The pool is not very wide but good for a refreshing dip or the morning exercise and good to teach people swimming, with the glass pane to observe the style underwater.
