We stayed here for 4 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a dreamy boutique hotel in a prime location. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had a fabulous view of the National Assembly and some of the Eiffel Tower as well. It was the personal touches that made our experience so wonderful though. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate us. From champagne and macarones, to rose petals and a birthday surprise, we felt so loved. Special shout out to Marco and all of the other wonderful staff! We look forward to staying here again one day!

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had on a recent 2 night stay in Paris. The hotel and staff were key to making my stay so enjoyable. I was well looked after and made to feel so welcome there. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. I did not have breakfast in the hotel but imagine it would have been worth paying extra for as restaurants and cafes provide a croissant, piece of bread and a coffee for breakfast and charge around 15 euros! Anyway, time was precious to me and I had lots to do and loved exploring that area. The hotel is situated very close to the musee d'Orsay, where I spent a lot of my time and I also highly recommend! Ate in one of the restaurant museums for lunch and at some of the many restaurants in the area for evening meals. All of which were great! The hotel arranged for my transfer direct to and from CDG airport and I recommend doing this especially if you want as much time in the city as possible. Because I was travelling solo it took at the stress out of getting there, especially after a 4 hour delayed flight! The cost of a private transfer was around 70 euros. Hotel communications were excellent as I am ashamed to say I did not speak much French! So thank you SO much Hotel d'Orsay for looking after me. Hope to see you again!

This is my favourite place to stay in Paris. Just around the corner from the Renoir museum, a short walk to Les Invalides where Napoleon is buried... a bakery at the doorstep, a convenience store across the road, a little fresh food shop up the road, walking distance to a lovely brasserie, a short walk to the metro station of Varennes. But the thing I love about this boutique hotel is the charm of staying somewhere really French - the rooms are individually decorated, the beds super comfy, the staff are friendly, they speak English and they coped with my stumbling French. And it has a tiny elevator!!! (Not often found in traditionally French hotels). I totally recommend this family owned and operated hotel.

Located a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre in a quiet side street this hotel offers great value. The staff was really nice and helpful and made us feel welcome at once after struggling our way through a public transport strike. The room was clean and cozy with nice beds. Several good restaurants just outside.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights in December, 2019 and January 2020. We had a small suite (same price) which was beautifully decorated, quiet and, by European standards, reasonably spacious. The only nit we had to pick with it was some sacrifice of utility to aesthetics. For example, the very modern, and attractive, fixturing of the bathroom created virtually no flat horizontal surfaces for such mundane items as pill boxes, toothpaste, etc., and while there was a large (by European standards, again) closet for hanging items, there were no drawers in case one was not used to hanging up, say, socks and underwear. I don't want to overstate the problem: we managed well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The small (10 in total) staff were friendly and helpful, with many doubling their roles such as bellhop + breakfast server. Speaking of breakfast: uniformly excellent. We found the location, in the 1st Arrondissement, to be superb, essentially across the street from the Tuileries, a short walk from Musee l'orangerie and only slightly longer walks to the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay. Only the park separates the hotel from the river. The neighborhood is the home of the many, many high end fashion houses and while the goods were, literally, way above our pay grade, the buildings and windows were gorgeous, particularly at Christmas time. Also special at Christmas was a "Christmas Market" nearby in the Tuileries, operating from before Christmas until a week into the new year.

My son and his fiancé were married in Paris in late August and reserved their wedding night stay at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg. Regrettably, the COVID-19 pandemic made in-person participation by his Canadian family impossible. Wanting to contribute to their special day from a distance, a family member contacted the hotel to enquire about what could be done. Showing great compassion and empathy for our circumstances, the Sofitel representatives offered several upgrades and amenities free of charge, including upgrading their room to a suite and placing a bottle of champagne, macarons and a beautiful flower bouquet in the suite before their arrival. In addition, we purchased for each of them a lovely hotel robe, which the hotel's in-house seamstress embroidered with their names and wedding date. Not only was the embroidery perfect, the staff and seamstress went above and beyond to accomplish it with only a couple of days' notice. My son and his bride were unaware of these special items and so were very pleasantly surprised when they checked-in between their wedding ceremony and formal photos. At that time, we were able to engage in a brief FaceTime call during which their happiness and gratitude for all of the “special treats” came through very clearly! As the remote father of the groom, seeing my son and new daughter-in-law so happy on their wedding day meant a great deal to me. On behalf of all of our family, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Thomas, Jerome, your hotel seamstress and all members of your hotel staff who contributed to making our newlyweds' special day so wonderful and memorable. As our family contact with the hotel remarked to me, “the hotel staff were a real stand up team and I’m grateful that they chose that hotel for such a special event. You can tell they really cared”. My family and I have stayed at Sofitel hotels on several occasions. Each visit was an excellent experience and I am glad that we can now add the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg to the list. We look forward to another Sofitel visit when international travel becomes possible.

The service is truly first rate and immediate at all levels. However, for the ultra luxury price , this is a huge letdown. The place feels sterile and cold. The restaurant is the main common space with lobby being a side show akin to an uninviting airport lounge. Remarkably, the food -room service and breakfast — are marginal to bad. Even breakfast breads are substandard. This is quite a shock for a hotel whose restaurant is supposed to be a destination. The hotel is dated. Rooms feel stale and furniture is old. They are ill equipped for the computer age with insufficient outlets. Will not return. For their prices there are numerous better alternatives that are true luxury and perfection in all areas.

I have just returned from a three night break here to celebrate my silver wedding anniversary. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. We booked a 'Grand Premium Room' and it was lovely; in traditional decor, it was positoned on a corner with numerous large windows, overlooking the Rue Cambon and the Rue du Mont Thabor and was very light and airy. Housekeeping is excellent and everything was very clean. The staff on reception was lovely and a special mention to Antoine with whom we had most contact and who arranged for sparkling wine to be delivered to our room as an anniversary gift from the hotel. The gentleman (sorry, I don't know his name). who took our breakfast orders was also very efficient. The hotel has put a number of Covid 19 measures in place including a one way system and lots of hand sanitiser. Rooms are left empty inbetween guests so we were able to leave our cases in our room and return there three hours after the official checkout, which was very useful. Breakfast is currently being delivered to the bedrooms instead of being served in a dining room. Clients choose a half hour time slot and then select a hot drink, fruit juice and jam and yogurt flavours. It comes with ham, cheese and a small croissant, pain au chocolat and bread roll. We liked this arrangement because it meant we were able to eat first and get ready in our own time but there didn;t appear to be a vegetarian or vegan option. It is also worth noting that due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, there is no Nespresso maker or drink making facilities in the room and no bath robes or slippers. Our bathroom did contain shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and hand/body lotion from the Rituals brand. We really enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave. As other reviewers have already mentioned, the location is great - it's very central and convenient for the Roissybus. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our holiday so special.

I liked this hotel a lot because of its location and simplicity. My only wish is that it were more aesthetically pleasing but having said that, overall, it was well run, clean and the service was excellent. We had great help and ideas from the concierge and breakfast upstairs on the roof level looking out was always a pleasure. I wish the rooms were a little more exciting inside, a dash of color, some design, an attractive painting or two would be a really nice touch. This place was rather spartan and the rooms were very plain. If that is not your concern then you won't care! We had more space than we have had at other places in Paris and for that we were very grateful!

The location is excellent! 30 feet from a metro station, 7 min walk to Eiffel Tower and great places to eat steps away! Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful! In the summer, you might need earplugs to sleep as the area would be busier with people talking and walking outside. It's minutes from Invalides and maybe 9 min walk to the Seine. The hairdryer was equal to what I have at home so that's impressive. Late at night when we're exhausted it would have been nice to watch something other than CNN in English and the 'smart' facility on the TV didn't seem to work nor did the Japanesestyle toilet. These are really minor things. We would 100%stay here again. Oh and HAVE BREAKFAST!! You will not get this quality and amount of food anywhere for the price! (€12). Fresh squeezed orange juice! Amazing breakfast in a really beautiful room! This was a luxurious hotel and they made us feel very special. Thank you.

Our family spent the better part of a week in this lovely hotel during our visit to Paris. What can we say? The location is perfect (across the river from the Lourve), the rooms were well appointed, well lit, very comfortable and we heard no noise from the street nor other rooms and the staff is truly wonderful. Our package included breakfast which was a very generous offering of breads, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, meats and eggs. You are 5 minutes walk to the Lourve and it’s lovely gardens and a 10 minute walk to Musee d’Orsay. We found ourselves walking to many venues, although the Arc de Triomphe took about an hour, but was well worthwhile. There are many shops and bistros in the neighborhood so you’d won’t have to look far for great shopping and wonderful meals. There is also a supermarket right around the corner so you can fill in with anything you need. We highly recommend Pont Royal and will stay there again on our next visit.

Hotel Brighton is our choice for lodging when in Paris. An excellent location for touring and dining with most Paris attractions readily available via Metro, with a station across the street from the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Great breakfast with great variety for all tastes. The staff at Hotel Brighton is the best we have experienced through our many travels - polite, friendly, professional, and always helpful. We truly enjoy Hotel Brighton!

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
