Unfortunately it is the summary of all the reviews I read too late but not enough to make understand the enthusiasm of qs hotel, if so you can call .. sud rooms, as soon as I arrived I cleaned the air-conditioning filter I don't tell you how it was, bad bath, in the hot-smoking breakfast room, I asked to light at least the ventilator pales at the ceiling, it could not be broken, Wherever the bad smell of old lady, the parking in fact does not exist will never make you park inventing excuse (it is reserved to the owner, it is for the elderly who can't take the stairs, I certainly imagine how many old people book a The hotels are high on a slope) forcing you to take 84 stairs on a public hall with broken and scrapped passports to go to parking in a rough field. The only light is the ladies who serve breakfast, fantastic, kind and comprehensible with super-abundant breakfast a wide choice between cakes, salt, coffee juices, fruit tea etc. To go down to the beach, The lift is out of use often you have to pass between air conditioning discharges and the wires connected to it, dirty red stairs without maintenance and full of herbs.

We were first in this hotel and since we had booked in the short term, we had no big demands. Therefore we were positively surprised. Location: It is near the center of Procchio = 250 meters (very small village) and near the great sandy beach to foot/foot 400 meters (or free shuttle bus from the hotel). Hotel: many with green plant, various types of rooms. Restaurant closed room or after season on the terrace. Little cozy bar, lobby and a living room. Pool: all above the hotel with view to green - right to relax. Has bedrooms screens Kiosk/Bar and playground Shower Whirlpool. There were not many children / adolescents in the hotel and therefore the awareness animation has not turned the music fully after 16:00 or tried to ”smooth”. Partly we heard only the birds' switch and the books' bladder. Great! Beach: public sandy beach with very good restaurants, toilets showers, clothes rooms. Linen chairs and screens for free - but a discount for hotel guests. Although we visited many other sand beaches, we enjoyed it best here. Parking: Free before the hotel and behind the hotel. Rooms: We had a large clean room with balcony, 2 chairs and a table, Washing chair and side sea view on the street side. Except blue light / Sirene it was not disturbing. In the room a closet comedy large pond, high night table chair, safe, minibar and air conditioning. The bathroom is large but the shower is small. We had no chlorine water taste. Restaurant: We had half-pension. Breakfast consists of musli a lot of sweet baked Brötli fruit tomato juice yoghurt S*****en cheese egg confectionery butter.. unfortunately for a 4* I would have expected better cheese varieties. Nightingale: just perfect concept! Like on a cruise.. you read the menu for the evening in the morning. So there is little food waste. Super. Choose a 4-gang menu between meat, fish, vegi. Great portions. Qualitatively very high quality processed. Equivalent to a 5* hotel. Tables are fixed. Personal: Very careful and friendly in the restaurant. Great praise to the entire team. Very good explanation/support for menu selection as well as wine advice. The barman, staff at the reception, animation team were very friendly and helpful. Super did it through email contact with regard to buying ferry tickets. Thank you. The hotel and the beach facility is animal friendly. I always find it funny if guests have the expectation that the staff should speak x languages, but the guest does not even have the decent to greet or thank in Italian. Then you ask why I am treated differently?! Our picture is certainly also seasonal. However, we can only recommend this hotel further.

The family room had the right space, while maintaining its elegance! I had a very comfortable bed, even the one-bed. The air conditioning was perfect in view of the period. The bathroom supplies were perfect, with the small hydrating soaps!!! Details that did not escape in the whole! Delightful breakfast, the cornets disintegrated in the mouth! The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

Da sottolineare la facilità di parcheggio, le principali spiagge di Marciana facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, la piscina per i giorni di maestrale più insistente, la disponibilità costante di tutto lo staff. E dato che oltre alla poesia, la prosa non guasta, aggiungo che i prezzi sono assolutamente ragionevoli, nonostante sia un 4 stelle con tutti i comfort in una località ambita. We stayed twice in this hotel, a few years ago and in July 2021, we were both good. For a weekend fast at sea it's more than good, considering that the essential services are there, the bedrooms, towels and rooms more than clean, a comfortable car park even shadowed, the front railway station, comfortable to move without using the car and without the parking rack ... the near sea ...... With the air conditioning enclosed you can close the windows and avoid the train noise .... Some people have written that they didn't have the courage to make the first breakfast, We did it and not only survived, but also without a buffet we had available bricks, sweet and normal breads, cookies, yoghurt, fruit sprays, marmelade, honey, butter, chocolate, cappuccino or other and they tell you if you want another cappuccino or coffee in addition they bring it to you ..... There are bigger hotels that check you out and if you want bread, they make you pay it apart ..... The only small observation , In the bathroom there is a little hygienic shower tent and there is no plate but a pad on the ground because sizes do not allow a box and every time you use creates a sea of water.. However, overall my judgment respecting the type of hotel is positive .....

Struttura non nuovissima ma in fase di continua ristrutturazione ed abbellimento, sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Non è per voi se siete alla ricerca di divertimento serale, karaoke e balli di gruppo. La struttura è all'insegna della tranquillità, buon cibo, gentilezza del personale ed un affaccio sulla baia tra le più belle dell'Elba. Bravi tutti, avete ipotecato le mie vacanze anche per il prossimo anno. Se devo fare un appunto ..... colazione con margini di miglioramento.

This is the best campsite we've stayed on. Its a very big campsite but manages not to feel to crowded. The pool area is the highlight ! Multiple pools, great fun for all...plenty of sunbeds and shade. Food in the main restaurant is good - you have to book in advance in high season. My kids (17, 14 & 11) loved the play area with the high wire, mini golf etc...nice playground for smaller kids as well. There is an evening market on site with local traders also setting up stall during the week...The supermarket was generally well stocked. Maybe its a small bit on the expensive side versus supermarkets in San Vincenzo but not noticeably so. Its very busy first thing and it takes a couple of days to get used to the ticketing system ! The deli in particular was excellent - they had a great selection of meats, salads and ready to eat meals.... the campsite is spotless as well and very well maintained We stayed with Eurocamp and we were very centrally located. I guess for some of the pitches further away you would need to hire a bike on site - good value if you are hiring for more than 1 week. We weren't driving but there is a shuttle bus in and out of S Vincenzo in the evening, S Vincenzo is a nice town with plenty of restaurants in the pedestrianised area and the marina. Defintely worth a visit. To get around the local area we used taxi which the information point will organise for you and if you want to travel further afield there is the rail network in S. Vincenzo. We went to Florence and Pisa - good value and reliable Beach nearby and you could cycle to ones as well...Baratti Bay and Populonia worth a visit...we also went to Elba with the campsite organised tour which was excellent ! Staff at the information point were most helpful. Any negatives ? Yes - the main reception was hopeless. Found the staff unhelpful but that's only a minor negative in what was otherwise a fantastic holliday.

Enjoyed our stay. Arrived late evening and staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room spacious on third floor with side view of the sea. All amenities in room ie tea coffee toiletries etc except for bottled water which let it down. Well stocked mini fridge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were friendly. Plunge pool got a little busy at times. Hotel a little way out from the centre of Livorno. Would stay here again

Hotel accogliente, gestito da una famiglia molto ospitale e disponibile. L'albergo ha una bellissima veranda vista mare dove poter fare colazione che sono variegate dal dolce al salato, buoni anche i menù del pranzo e cena preparati dal cuoco, persona gentile e molto preparata. Camere pulite e spaziose. Unica nota negativa l'hotel non ha parcheggio perché é direttamente sul mare.

Unfortunately it is the summary of all the reviews I read too late but not enough to make understand the enthusiasm of qs hotel, if so you can call .. sud rooms, as soon as I arrived I cleaned the air-conditioning filter I don't tell you how it was, bad bath, in the hot-smoking breakfast room, I asked to light at least the ventilator pales at the ceiling, it could not be broken, Wherever the bad smell of old lady, the parking in fact does not exist will never make you park inventing excuse (it is reserved to the owner, it is for the elderly who can't take the stairs, I certainly imagine how many old people book a The hotels are high on a slope) forcing you to take 84 stairs on a public hall with broken and scrapped passports to go to parking in a rough field. The only light is the ladies who serve breakfast, fantastic, kind and comprehensible with super-abundant breakfast a wide choice between cakes, salt, coffee juices, fruit tea etc. To go down to the beach, The lift is out of use often you have to pass between air conditioning discharges and the wires connected to it, dirty red stairs without maintenance and full of herbs.
