I booked it for business trip. Very near to my event location. But the service , amenities and cleanliness I would say just average. Perhaps hotel can consider change the fragrance in the lift. The smell really very strong.

Relatively new hotel that is attached to Sunway Velocity Mall and MRT. Very strategic location. Hotel room is clean. I just don’t like the green colour (but that’s just my personal opinion). Parking is flat rate RM5/entry.

The family apartment I got was absolutely terrible & that’s being polite. Dirty Dirty Dirty. My friend booked it for me for 3 nights but after 1 hour in the apartment was already booking online for a hotel. All I can say is that make sure you do your homework work before you book. I sure there are a lot better apartments/studios in the building but the one I got which is on the 12th floor flat 15 was horrendous. The furniture was budget land & the beds OMG!! I’m still having nightmares!! Had to go to the living space/kitchen (if that’s what you want to call it) to turn the bedroom lights off. Can go on & on but I guess you get the picture. If this is luxury then McDonald’s is fine dining.

Easy to find location and it’s right beside Velocity 3 mall. Self Check in and out was easy but for those who hope for early check in, it’s impossible if the unit was booked the nite before. Aircon and water heaters all working very well. The only problems we had were 1) ants in the unit, and we found a few ants on the bed that’s on the floor in one of the rooms, 2) only 1 main door key was given for our group of 6, hence quite inconvenient. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I would like to express my appreciation for the quality of service this Serviced Apartment has offered to me during the days of my stay at the Hotel. indeed it was a lovely and smooth process from check-in until I leave the apartment with satisfying feelings. It was a good decision, I enjoyed the peace I needed and the cleanliness was acceptable . I will recommend this serviced apartment to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back on vacation. I hope to get the same quality of service when I return. Thanks again, see you soon. love

MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME Ten Simple Reasons Why I Will Keep Booking UNA@Sunway through Bluebird 1. HONESTY. To begin, in the simplest form - The Host - Bluebird is honest. They say what they mean and mean what they say. 2. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Two bedrooms mean two bedrooms. Unlike some hosts (such as my last experience at Swiss Garden Residences) which slither their way around with words. The second bedroom was nothing more than a work space with a foldable bed but with deceptive photos that makes it look like a room - sigh) But UNA is straightforward. Everything listed is what it should be. No hiding behind flowery words. The give you what they say they will give. 3. CLEAN, SPICK & SPAN. I'm a rather easy going person, but there are limitations to my easy nature when it comes to cleanliness. Being with a four year old child means I am extra cautious. Because she would not even step onto the ground if she deems a place dirty. Well? She was lying and playing on the floor the whole time we stayed there. 4. BATHROOM. There are two. One is common and the other ensuite. I first used the common bathroom for my shower. The water heater in this bathroom is the typical type - which is a wall mounted unit or what some might call, ”tankless water heater”. Pressure was good enough. Assuming that both bathroom were the same, I remembered thinking - how much nicer it would be if there were something like a conventional tank water heater. Because the water pressure and volume of water would be even greater. Lo and behold - in the ensuite master room, I found what I was looking for. As I use rain shower head at home, I really appreciate any accommodation that provides such facilities as well. Being in a tropical country, to me the shower is a very very important aspect during my travels. It just washes all the dirt and grime away and leaves me feeling amazingly fresh! I love the bathroom. And yes, like the rest of the unit - it is spick and span too! 5. BEDROOMS - While my wife found the bed to be a tad too soft for her liking - it was excellent for me. She used the bed in the other bedroom on the second night and found it to her liking. I find that bed, just a tad too firm. So, problem solved. While there is never a perfect solution to what kind of beds you expect in a hotel or accommodation - the two beds at UNA by Bluebird worked great for us. One to my liking and another to her liking. My young daughter? She likes both. Both rooms come with AC and fan. How delightful. I love to sleep (hibernate) in a very chilly room and the AC alone was enough to send me into a deep slumber. Combined with the fan - turned on at a low speed - I was hibernating soundly every night. 6. NOPE NO PANTRY - BUT A FULLY FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN! Well pantry sounds quaint right? So quaint you could barely move. Check out some of the airbnb pantries in Manila and you will know what I mean. Those pantries are at best good for heating up food with a microwave. At UNA - there is a

The hotel is relatively small, there is no elevator, and it takes a little effort to have a large suitcase. It is close to the mall in velocity, and the price/performance ratio is OK. The price is clean and tidy, and there can be no more requirements.

Each room has a window and you can see the outside scenery. There are three rooms and two toilets. All toilets have no hooks or hangers. The kitchen is very large, and it would be better if the kitchen door is replaced with a sliding door. The overall cleanliness is very good. As soon as you open the door and enter the house, there is a sofa bed and a large bed in the hall. There are five beds in total with built-in sofa beds, and each bed is very big. The toilet paper was wet, so I asked him to get a new one and it was delivered within 1 minute. It was very efficient. After checking out, I can leave my luggage at the counter for two hours. There is a large shopping mall and many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel should be renovated from an old residence. The lobby is very splendid. In addition to the counter, there is a self-service registration machine and lemonade as a welcome drink. There is often only one waiter at the counter, but he is polite. There is a big gap between the decoration of the room and the lobby. The decoration of the room is old, the yellow split-type air conditioner makes a whirring sound, the bathroom floor has stains that cannot be removed, and the pillowcases also have the same problem. Fortunately, they are stained but not odorless. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided in the room. The triple room has a spacious space, a microwave, a refrigerator, a thermos, and a swimming pool on the ground floor. There is a free Go KL bus near the hotel, but the route takes you around residential areas and is not worth taking. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Aeon and is connected to Sunway Velocity via the subway underground passage. These two shopping malls can solve shopping and dining problems. Take the Green Line of the Metro to Exit D of Maluri Station (Aeon), go straight, pass the bus stop and the intersection. Overall, the price of the hotel and the convenience nearby are not high and it is worth staying.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The hotel is very close to the Pavillion, the famous Damascus shawerma, a bar street area with many restaurants, too, and just about 50m from Raja Chulan Monorail station, room and bathroom are spacious and tidy and the management at the front desk very friendly and helpful e.g. with storing the luggage before and after checking in/out. Water heater is a bit outdated but worked well. Only negative thing is the noise from the ventilation of the building next door. Fortunately it was switched of about 10:30pm , but also started early again next morning.

Had a great experience staying at Lloyd's Inn KL at Jalan Kamuning. Did not manage to plan for a year-end break to get away from work and other commitments. This holiday came at the right time. You don't have to plan much. Just pack your bags, book a ticket (or just drive in) and you will make a good holiday. To many of us, eating and shopping meant a lot in holidays. This is what made my stay at Llyod's Inn KL most enjoyable! The location is good - it is located at the door step of the new TRX Exchange Mall, you would be spoilt for choices in eating and shopping. The hotel design is contemporary and environmentally friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms take in a lot of natural light. Plants and greenery are generously featured too! The staff are friendly, they will make sure your needs are well taken care of an their response has been prompt and effective. Besides the TRX Exchange Mall, there are lots to discover around the hotel. Walking around the hotel, I found many coffee shops and restaurants selling traditional KL food such as bah kut teh, char kway teow, chicken rice or laksa. There are also many new eateries in the form of boutique cafe, mee tarik and seafood restaurants. The durian shop had a lot of customers when I walked past it.

Our stay, although only the 1 night started badly from the moment we arrived. We discovered the hotel has no reception in the lobby. I was instructed to message the host & he would come & meet & greet us. After being kept waiting for 35 minutes I messaged again asking if this is normal & got a reply ”it is for us” then I suggested they shouldn't keep guests waiting to which I received another reply of ”it's called queue, not waiting. I then received a message from a different number who then presented himself to my wife & I which my wife said to her surprise he had been sitting outside opposite her for the past 20 minutes. He then showed us to our room which we found very spacious & quite comfortable. We were then asked for payment which I produced my credit card only to be told cards were not accepted, only cash. Having just flown in from Thailand we were not carrying a lot of local currency on us. What hotel in a large bustling city does not offer credit card facilities. This was a first for us. I then had to proceed in trying to find a nearby ATM without luck. I received numerous messages & calls from the gentleman with him even coming to our room at 10.30pm to collect payment which at this time I explained I hadn't found any so would have to make payment next morning. This is totally unacceptable. The room itself although nice lacked basic amenities which included no soap in the bathroom, only a half roll of toilet tissue which I had to go & buy extra, no bath mat or hand towels, tea or coffee facilities, a TV with no working channels tuned in. Overall our stay was disappointing & I probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless these issues were addressed.

We arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

My recent stay at The Establishment KL Sentral by Loop Suites on the 33rd floor was nothing short of spectacular. The room provided a spacious retreat equipped with all the amenities one could desire, including a pool and sauna, making it a truly indulgent experience. Spacious Serenity: From the moment I entered the room, the sense of space was immediately apparent. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The complete facilities, including the pool and sauna, added an extra layer of luxury to the overall stay. Sky-High Views: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the 33rd floor. During the day, the panorama offered a picturesque scene, but it was during the night that the magic truly unfolded. The city lights created a mesmerizing spectacle, turning the view into a dynamic and vibrant display. Cash Deposit Notice: One thing to note is that the hotel requires a cash deposit upon check-in to cover potential incidental expenses. While this was mentioned in advance, I appreciated the transparency and openness about the policy. It's always helpful for guests to be aware of any additional financial requirements before arriving at the hotel. To make the check-in process even smoother, I would recommend future guests prepare the required cash amount in advance. This way, you can avoid any last-minute inconveniences and start your stay on a positive note.

The gd things are, shopping mall are just downstairs, with supermarkets and eateries, 7-11 etc..very convenient! LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!
