The hotel was set for this business trip. The black sisters at the front desk are actually quite good, I think. I saw online reviews before that someone said something bad. Anyway, based on my own stay experience, I think the service is good in all aspects. After checking out, the deposit was also returned to the credit card soon. Very quickly. Overall very satisfied. Will stay next time.

I love nearly everything about this hotel. The location is great, it was clean, and the reception staff was extremely nice. I got a wonderful night’s sleep. I’ll definitely book here from now on. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have coffee and tea in the room like most hotels.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Atlanta Mariott Marquis, especially the modern strip lighting under the bed and on the walls. Starbucks in the lobby opens super early, too. I cannot wait to revisit during my next trip to Atlanta.

Located in the heart of the city, with Marriott and Hilton connected via a corridor, the meeting is very convenient. Hygiene is also good, the sound insulation effect is also very good, the overall occupancy experience is relatively satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is good, the facilities are new, and the exquisite breakfast is very good in the United States... The lobby and restaurant have a strong sense of design and the service is intimate and close to the Olympic Plaza.

Had a fabulous stay for a work trip. The hotel is new so everything was very clean and modern. The AC unit was quiet and hidden unlike the exterior units used at other Courtyards. Nice nugget ice machines. No microwave in the room but one in the main lobby. Parking was $32/day and first come first served. Parking becomes very limited during event night at the Fox across the street. The parking garage is a little daunting due to the winding turns leading up to the parking spots. You must go down the elevator to the hotel lobby and then go up another elevator to get to your room.

I came to Atlanta for the first time with my boyfriend for his birthday! We made the choice to stay at The Candler and had the best of time! From arrival to departure the service is unmatched. Everyone is so kind, polite, and helpful. Jerome at the front was exceptional, with attention for details and made it feel very welcoming and accommodating. We are sure to return to this hotel whenever we are in Atlanta, as well as share stories with our friends to encourage them to also experience this beautiful hotel! Everyone works so hard, it was a great time.

The hotel has two separate suites that are comfortable and clean. The kitchen in the living room can cook, very good. About 1 km from the hotel, there is a supermarket where you can easily buy food and daily necessities. There are a variety of restaurants nearby. It takes only 5 minutes by car to get to the subway station and to the city. Recommend this hotel.

We arrived late after flight delays and the woman at the front desk was purely delightful. The blackout bond in the room allowed us to sleep in. The lighting and electrical outlets are excellent, including the mini shelves and USB ports for your phone. Breakfast the next morning was filled with great food and even better service from Cynthia and Daniel. We will be back. The only minor suggestion is larger bottom sheets on the bed. They barely cover the comfortable mattress.

Checked in around 8pm, hotel and parking lot were quiet. Our room was on the 3rd floor which also seemed quiet. This hotel had some renovations but still needed touch ups. Our door looked as though someone had tried to cut the bottom with a jagged fork, the vanity that the TV sat on had the trim peeling, but the bead was nicely made and comfortable. The refrigerator was old and when it came on my husband could hear it running, I heard nothing. It's conveniently located off of i75, we would stay here again, we checked out at 530am,.the lobby and grounds were quiet, not sure if they serve breakfast because we checked out so early.

We only stayed there for one night and it was all right. The room wasn't too spacious but we had enough space. The beds were quite soft but there were different pillows (soft and firm) to choose from. The room itself could use quite a lot of update as it was worn-out overall. Also, given that the hotel is next to the highway, it was really noisy. On the other hand, everything you really might need is in walking distance (Starbucks, Target, Home Depot, restaurants, etc.). The staff is really nice, though, the breakfast could be picked up early in the morning and there very many items to choose from. The WiFi worked well and the hotel seemed relatively clean (except for a few hairs in the shower). It's okay for one night.

I was in Atlanta for a convention at the Grand Hyatt hotel. I didn’t book 2 nights soon enough so I booked my first night at this Hilton Garden Inn and my second night at the Grand Hyatt where the convention was held. For me, the Hilton Garden Inn was a much better experience than the other hotel. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was friendly and very helpful. In addition, the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Another plus was the cost to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night was much more reasonable than the cost of a nights stay at the Grand Hyatt.

First the good things: the hotel is really beautiful and centrally located in midtown. Easy access to the highways. My suite was spacious, very nicely decorated, and I loved that I had a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the suite. The bed was SO comfortable. Things I didn’t enjoy: the parking garage didn’t feel safe. Although there was supposedly security, there was almost always glass on the ground and I saw several smashed car windows. I really worried about leaving my car there. The elevators were out of order several times and the stairs down to the garage felt rickety and unsafe. Some of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful (the sales manager is really great!) but some staff were rude. Overall a pleasant experience, but could do with some more attention.

Avoid this place. The room was clean. But that’s about as good as it ever got. I requested extra towels at 2PM. At 5 PM when I still had nothing I made another request. I was told they’d be right up. 6:30 nothing Domingo down in person. Request again. Finally at 8PM on my fourth request and when I refused to leave the front desk until I got towels did I finally get towels. Going to the pool? Good luck getting a pool towel. Our first day we went at 4PM and we were told they were out of pool towels for the day? Umm what? Second day no towels again, I asked again. Was told 20 minutes that towels were drying. 2 hours later no towels. So dripping wet I walked across the hotel only to be told, she did take towels. No, I’ve been at the pool waiting there have been no towels. The response “oh, we must be out then”. Breakfast is a complete joke, expect to wait no less than 30 minutes for a plate. Want a waffle, you’re going to wait longer. If they run out of orange juice do not expect anyone to refill it. They don’t care. The website boasts made to order breakfast in numerous places but they don’t have it. This is NOT like any other embassy suites.

I am a devoted Hilton Honors member and I stay in Hiltons for business and leisure travel. I have stay at a Waldorf before and the Waldorf Atlanta Buckhead would not be my recommendation. For me, management has dropped the ball on the hotel details and satisfying the customer. The entire hotel staff that I interacted with provided excellent service. I will continue to be a Hilton member and stay at other Hilton properties but this location, I will not return

I can only characterize our stay as fine. The building and rooms were probably very nice when new but the wear and tear was obvious. Our mirror was peeling, the tub was peeling and very slippery, and there were scratches on public areas that you can tell had been dinged up for a while. The staff was friendly but potentially understaffed because we had a few issues with receiving extra towels and a housekeeper attempting to enter the room at 8 am on day of checkout when we were still occupying the room. Would probably stay again because of location but didn't meet expectations.

We stayed one night twice on a long road trip this month. The first gentleman to check us in said all the appropriate things like “welcome”, info on breakfast, thanked us for being Marriott Bonvoy gold members, etc. The next gentleman (younger, tall thin build but not wearing name tag) spoke only the bare minimum words “need picture ID” and “Do you want to use the credit card on file? Never mind. I need to swipe it for incidentals”. That was ALL. Hands us keys. The breakfast staff are amazing. So friendly. So helpful. Good coffee. Minimal breakfast offerings still but they tried. The beds are comfortable, and the room appeared clean. The most annoying thing, and it is super annoying was at 9:30am WITH the “Please do not disturb” hang-tag on the door, an employee speaking zero English knocks on the door with her clipboard and says something. I have no idea what she said but she made it known she was ready to clean our room 2.5 hours before checkout by knocking. This is so rude and unacceptable. The hotel served its purpose but missed the mark of Marriott standards for sure. Note: This hotel is still requiring masks indoors; that may be an Atlanta thing. Required masks only occurred in Atlanta during our May 2021 journey over 5 states including the rest of Georgia. <— just an observation. My opinion of this part is irrelevant.

Catch the hottest two days to arrive in Atlanta, cool to burst! Hotel location is not bad, not far from where to go, the surrounding is safer. The air conditioner is the kind of window machine, the sound is loud, and the cooling effect is very good.

We booked this hotel as a one night accommodation for a last minute trip to see a Braves game. The hotel is very close to Truist Park, about a 10 minute walk. There is also a shuttle, although we did not use it. There was a long line for check in, likely cause by check in time and game time being close together. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative I can speak of is the fact that the lights from the parking lot made it appear to be daylight out throughout the night. There is a shade over the window, but they could definitely use some curtains to keep the lights from the sides from seeping in. My daughter woke up in the middle of the night and thought it was morning, and I was so confused by the amount of light coming in that I was worried that it was actually the afternoon, not 2:30am. Our room faced the front of the building, not sure about the light situation towards the back.

This is a nice place with exceptional customer service. Our room was clean and had great amenities for a 4 day stay. We had a nice fridge and a toaster! This hotel is in walking distance to all the main attractions plus the sporting arenas. You do pay 30 a day for parking in a garage a block down but it has security and it’s easily accessible so wasn’t a bad deal. If you need towels or refreshing they are very accommodating when you ask. When you stay go to Max’s coal pizza! It was delicious.

I do not travel often, but had to stay overnight for a work meeting nearby. The valet staff were all amazing and made me feel safe and were very helpful. I cannot remember any names except for Ricky P., but all that I encountered were very nice and helpful. The desk staff were very nice and helpful and check in and out were both quick and easy. My room was ok. It was pretty dimly lit with all lights on. The AC would only cool to 72 degrees regardless of what I set the thermostat to. The shower water would not get hot, but warm at best. The drain plugs in the bathroom sink & tub/shower were broken and were dirty. The building is beautiful and is historic. The location is downtown Atlanta and there are a variety of people around. I did feel safe during the day outside, but would not have at nighttime. I will stay at this location again if I need to for work purpose.

This property was newer and had all the amenities. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was great and they even had take out bags available at the front desk if you were late for breakfast or just wanted to grab one for later. Outdoor pool had an area with nice seating and a large gas fire table. Only downside was that parking was $25/night which we thought was high and added to the cost of staying here. I thought it could be cheaper for guests

Terrific location for Braves baseball games. Restaurants galore in the battery and free parking. Friendly staff-shout out to Richard; clean and terrific room. We had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, so it was especially roomy. 2 TV's, 2 a/c controls, storage shelves & drawers, Full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, table, more storage. Please note that it is not fully stocked with utensils and plates, although plastic is available at breakfast. Spotty stocking though-supply issues apparently. We had cookies welcoming us, but that was the only day they were available. Very pleasant housekeeping if you need towel replenishment or have special requests. We had an end room and you could see Truist Park from the many windows.

I stay at hotels quite but between Marriott and Hilton and between the 2 of them Marriott def. Embodies what it means to take care of those who takes care of them. This hotel and it's staff is top notch. The room they upgraded me to was jaw dropping, massive only downside was they need more pots and pans and skillet and utensil to cook with But Gabrielle, was on top of it when I need to cook using a skillet. The housekeeper who changed out my feather pillows, so I could be feather free was just the sweetest. So if you're looking for a hotel that's absolutely amazing, be it the location, target and Publix are waking distances, it's in a Great area. The food is amazing. So you get it the idea, this hotel is Amazing.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and we only stopped here for one night on the way home to TN from the beach. At first we only noticed the weird black stain on the wall, which was really not worth complaining about. Then we noticed BOTH of the phones in the rooms didn’t work. Fine, we’ll use our cellphone to call and ask where to get ice. Went to bed early and the real disaster was in the morning when I woke up with bed bug bites on my arm and then found a hair in the sink that most certainly does not belong to us. Then, I opened up the shower curtain to find an absolutely filthy shower with hairs stuck to the wall. We also found a bud of ********* on the brown/green carpet (yes, it was a family vacation), so we know they don’t vacuum. We left the clothes we wore that night in the trash. We were told Management would call us and they haven’t bothered. It really doesn’t get much worse than this.
