This hotel seems rather new, despite located in an old building. It is near several business parks and government offices, probably catering to their visitors and associates. I booked through booking.com and there was no problem, reservation was treated correctly and charged the exact rate. Rooms are spacious and relatively new it seems. Beds are comfortable, bathroom clean and new, and the rest...well...I would say it's also ok. There are a few IKEA items added, but let that not be the fault. Everything is clean, there is fast internet, good heating and cooling and coffee making stuff as well. What more to ask for ? Breakfast I did not like -I found it very carelessly put together and not enough fresh items. Also the coffee machine broke down, but it should be said that the staff immediately provided any desired coffee items from the restaurant without any charge. I found that nice. As usual, the staff made the difference. FO staff very friendly and professional with good English. I warmly appreciated the so sweet housekeeper who brought me the ironing board and iron, and warned me persistently not to burn myself. And I highly praise Pavel and his friends at FO for helping me out with an administrative issue two weeks after the stay. The location: well, it's a matter of studying the map, guys. Open Googlemaps and you'll see where it is. I personally enjoyed the walk from the hotel through less touristy places and found many nice spots where locals hang out. Nothing bad about that. Yandex taxi can take care of the rest. Give this nice hotel a try, chances are high that you'll appreciate it.

I came to Saint Petersburg to attend a Russian language school. I stayed at the hotel for five weeks, left only because I had to, due to the corona virus travel restrictions. The hotel, which is located in the center of Saint Petersburg, is nice and cozy. Rooms are clean and they have everything you need. Cafe Vera, where I had dinner multiple times, was excellent. Although I am picky, I really enjoyed the food there. Not only was it delicious, but also healthy and of high quality. The buffet breakfast is tasty and has a good selection of items. I cannot say enough how helpful, caring, and friendly the staff was. Always ready to help. (They helped me buy the flight ticket back home at 3am in the morning!, and this is just one example). At the reception they speak English, some of the staff even Italian, fluently. Right next to the hotel there's a bus stop, the metro station is at 12 minutes walking distance and takes you everywhere. Very good grocery stores and restaurants down the street. I wish I could stay more. I highly recommend hotel Vera. Grazie mille!

We stayed there 3 nights and 4 days, the hotel was more than amazing, the staff was friendly and always had smiling faces which is rarely you find in Russia. Breakfast was good, you had to choose a dish from the menu plus a table that presents some food like cereals, cupcake, biscuits etc. room was super clean, presentable and nice for a 3 star hotel. I agree it is not a walking distance to the city center but you can easily take a bus near the hotel with numbers 5, 7, 11 or 181 which will cost you only 40 rubles and you’ll reach the city center within 5 minutes, depends on the way. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend your vacation in St. Petersburg, one of the best 3 star hotel I’ve been to during my different destinations.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we could see the restricted area of the lobby so I thought the rooms would be small. Turns out I was wrong, the lobby may be small but the rooms are big and sophisticated. The variety of food on the room service is limited but there are restaurants on the area. This hotel is not located right in the city center but it is quite close to the main attractions. By walking for 1-2 minutes we can reach the bank to exchange money, supermarket, restaurants and Watsons. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Warm welcome and staff were very helpful. Washing machine and drying room available to use for a very small fee. Room spacious and airy. Interesting Art Nouveau building. On top floor so well away from traffic noise. Not lots going on in the immediate neighbourhood but not too far to walk to metro and restaurants.

This word has no sound insulation at all, not only can I hear the next room, but even the sound next door. According to feeling, clean once a week, smell is unclear

felt like I was living in a fairy tale the whole time I was here. The staff took great care of me, and never let me feel like I was traveling alone. They made sure the price I paid for taxis wasn't too high; they told me where everything was; they treated me like family. Accommodations were absolutely luxurious compared to what the same money would buy in Europe or the US. Breakfast was good and reminded me of some especially tasty things that my mother made when I was a little girl growing up in Leningrad. Room service was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful, especially the sunsets and the churches glimmering in the distance. The restaurant was great, but not crowded at all. I also ate at the Grande Belmont, and this compared favorably. I plan to stay here again next summer. You get much more here than at one of the bigger name hotels. Also, the location is walking distance to city center, but far enough that it's not noisy or filled with tourists. My favorite part -- I could rent the pool all to myself.More

We stayed here as part of a group and were told we would have a river view. We did and wow, what a view. This is a very large hotel that caters for many groups visiting St Petersburg. Check in was a little slow but understandable with the amount of guests arriving. Room on the 3rd floor was large and airy with a full length window giving a fantastic view over the Neva River. Comfortable bed, large flat screen TV, sofa and separate room with writing desk, fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities and well as a decent size bathroom made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast room is huge, well I suppose it has to be considering the size of the hotel and never had to wait or search for a table. Something for everyone at the many serveries including omelettes made freshly to order. We drank in the hotel bar before retiring for the night. Prices are decent and so is the beer. We also had a snack in there the first night which was nice. Location right on the river. Local restaurants and a convenience store round the back. Short walk to Cruiser Aurora and about a 25 minute walk to the far embankment so for us location was fine. For those night owls or like us getting an early flight home, the hotel is a great vantage point to watch the raising of the bridges across the river at night. My only two negatives are... tea and coffee replenishment in the room was a bit hit and miss as to what you got and I wish there was baked beans at breakfast and not kidney beans. I know it's not the end of the world but little things matter. Lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

1: The location of the hotel is very convenient. The interior is also very convenient. The economical and convenient hotel has two subway lines (blue and green) and it is only ten minutes walk. There are different exits in the subway to find the right exit. You can go in a lot. I have gone twice. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a long way to go. I may have gone for more than 20 minutes. I pass by Kazan Cathedral because of free attractions. Especially many, all kinds of groups, the speed of walking can not be lifted. Even so, every time the subway comes out, you can look at the magnificent architecture and it is a good mood. 2: The breakfast room is relatively small, the type is also OK, there are some, there are many people who have breakfast, less to see the nationals, foreigners in various places, the waiter guests are all in English. Communication is not a problem. 3: There is no kettle in the room. There is a water dispenser in each floor of the building. It is installed by yourself and there is a computer for internet access. 4: We live in the attic, the room is small, warmer, plus a bed, the bed is quite large (larger than the single bed is smaller than the double bed). Every day, the sun shines in, and the skylight can be opened. The washed clothes will be cool on the poles of the window. After a day of work, it will definitely dry. If it rains, it is best to call the hotel and ask him to help close the window. 5: There will be a taste of decoration in the room. We open the window during the day and open the window when people are not there. The room has an air conditioner remote, but did not see the air conditioner. So it didn't open, the key is that the ventilation of the window is very comfortable and does not require air conditioning. 6: On the street, the most lively Nevsky Avenue, has been very lively at night, there are various bands sing, the singer will continue until 11:30. In the middle of the night, there will be a slamming engine from time to time to make the motor madly turn, and the sound of the car is relatively loud. However, it is not felt to play tired and tired during the day. I feel loud when I feel nervous. 7: The facade of the hotel is not easy to find, and I accidentally went over. Just next to the Golden Triangle Hotel, the Golden Triangle is quite good, and there is a small outdoor coffee. The front desk is on the second floor. The elevator is upstairs. The front desk is very small. The English language is slick. There is no invitation for 200 rubles. Just look at the entry slip, and the luggage (for my visa Ctrip) is also free. 8: Opposite the hotel is a donut shop that has been in the fire since the Soviet era. It is a favorite doughnut for Russian locals plus a cup of tea or coffee to experience the local red food. I saw the queue. 9: The hotel is very lively, many food stores, most of them are tourists, many classics can walk. The Winter Palace, the General Staff Building, the Kazan Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and the docks of the ships are all nearby. Figure 1: Photo taken in the attic window. Figure 2: It is a photo of the room, and there is an extra bed, not photographed. Figure 3: Room windows. Figure 4: Pick up the facade of the hotel and miss it if you don't pay attention. Pay attention to the hotel LoGo on the wall when you follow the navigation. Figure 5: The name of the hotel on the building wall. Figure 6: Kazan Cathedral, which you can see when you walk to the subway station. Figure 7: The small river you see on the subway station. The farthest point of the river is the Cathedral of the Spilled Blood. Figure 8: It is the sweetness from the Soviet period to the present. Donut shop. It is said that the cat inside is the owner.

We were here for eight weeks (Feb/Mar/April) and were well-satisfied during our stay. 1.) It's close to the Frunzenskaya Metro (100 meters) 2.) The kitchenette allows for in-room meals - there's no restaurant on-site 3.) Daily room service -- change towels and sheets as needed 4.) Our room had a Murphy bed (wall bed) that closed during the day giving more space. Mattress quality was good -- firm not squishy. Pillows were a bit soft (synthetic fill) 5.) We did notice the walls can be a bit "thin" -- the floors are not carpeted and sound travels between rooms. For three nights during our stay we had some energetic kids in rooms down the hall and we were well aware of their "enthusiasm". Otherwise q quiet stay. 6.) The attached floor plan shows approx. room sizes. We had room 410 which was good sized. The bathroom was VERY spacious. Our room faced the street, but the windows were closed most of the time (duh...Feb - April visit) so street noise wasn't a problem. I can't say about summer months. 7.) The internet/Wi-Fi worked fine. One does need to re-log on every day or so, and use the password provided by the front desk. 8.) Daily newspaper available (Russian Kommersant...) 9.) There is a washer/dryer available (small cost to use). That allows for easier packing if you're staying longer than a week 10.) The "gym" is not impressive. Three machines in a small room. I suggest keeping the window open when using -- it can smell like a gym :-) 11.) Nice touch with a shoe cleaner/polisher in the front lobby. St. Petersburg is a walking/public transportation city. It was nice being able to clean one's shoes as needed. 12.) The business center was under renovation during our stay; there is a notary on the 2nd floor if you need documents certified 13.) We had a car for the first two weeks of our stay, and there is a first-come/first served parking yard behind the hotel. Space there is not guaranteed. 14.) Because of our extended stay, we qualified for a 20% discount. Our nightly rate for the two-months was about $30/night (Think Hampton Inn ambiance, only nicer) Rates were a good deal!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights this month, I selected it because of its location (it is in the main road, walking distance to the main sights, even the metro). I was not expecting something great due to the price I paid, but I was surprised when I entered the hotel: it is spotlessly clean, the receptionist are wonderful and will move the world for you. I don’t speak Russian and we were always able to communicate in English, which I did not find common there. I traveled solo, so I had the room just for myself, it was a 2 storage room with plenty of space for 1 or 2 people, with view to the main road (Nevsky Prospect). It was too cold outside, but they kept my room warm enough to be comfortable inside. They can arrange taxis for you, to pick you up at the airport or to take you somewhere, compare to what you find on the streets their prices are great and the drivers are welcoming. I would definitely stay again here if I ever come back to St Petersburg, and obviously I will recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. This hotel is just off the Neva River, not far from the East Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Naval Library, etc. The hotel's changing streets are north of the Navy's office facilities. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is located on the most prosperous Nevsky Street. It is not far from the railway station to the Kazan Cathedral, the book-top ball bookstore, and the Hermitage Square. The location is very good. There are many places to eat around. There are high, middle and low grades. You can walk to the subway station for ten minutes and go to the airport. Ye Palace and Summer Palace can take the subway and then change the bus to Neva Street Station. The transportation is convenient. Opposite is a zara building where you can buy clothes, there are various supermarkets and cosmetic stores on Nevsky Prospect, and it is very convenient to buy chocolate and granny Acafe skin care products.
