The hotel is good but the parking leaves to be desired. I had to park in the ground and it is so low that the front of the car is dragging on the ground (this is not even down my car). The floor doesn't leave the lights on the ground and it's very dark, it has some sensors of proximity but only near the lifts that I realized.. Good morning breakfast, one of the towels was a little incarnated, small but cool room.

This hotel was a found in Curitiba. We love everything: location, service, breakfast. All was excellent. There is a wonderful pizza store at a square of the hotel, and several restaurants a few squares behind it. If I come back one day, I'd certainly host myself again at the MOOV.

O atendimento e atenção dos funcionários desde a recepção, serviço de arrumação, liderança, restaurante, tanto no café da manhã como no almoço são destaques do hotel. No restaurante, Eveline, Silvana e Elise ofereceram um atendimento excepcionalmente diferenciado em todos os aspectos. A acomodação é estilo flat com dois ambientes distintos, tendo cozinha bem estruturada, sala com sofá cama, poltrona, mesa de trabalho e TV. O quarto tem cama de casal bem grande, guarda-roupa espaçoso, criados mudos e TV. Há uma ótima pia com espelho externa ao banheiro permitindo o uso de ambos de forma individualizada. Há shopping, comércios diversos, praça e estação de bicicletas nas imediações do hotel. Excelente hotel para estadias curtas e longas!

I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.

The hotel is very well located. Beside the sofisticated shopping batel. It has classic decoration and gentle staff. The superior apartment is very wide but “vacuum”. Follow a sofa or a chair. It is a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom and box are a little shameful for the pattern of the apartment or hotel in yes. Small, complicated, even to connect the water before you enter the box. Unacceptable. The pattern and variety of breakfast also left unwanted. He doesn't deserve the name “Trans-American”.

I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews but ‘Great’ is not something I experienced. Staff were unwelcoming, check-in took about 15mins where the only word spoken to us was “passport”. It should never be an expectation that staff be fluent in English (but it helps) however to have 0 communication was disastrous. Even asking for ‘red wine’ the evening after took several attempts. There were several plug sockets in the room that did not function as well as tv remote that did not work. Little things like this I could have reported if I felt the English level of the staff in the hotel was adequate. Instead we just had to adapt. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel in Batel was perfect for my work visits. Gym also had a great view and was spacious. But definitely not a place I’d choose to return to and hope other non-Portuguese speakers receive a better welcome and experience than I did!

Hotel looks nice but their billing and food service are awful. They refused to cook me a vegetarian meal, telling me I should eat chicken. Eventually they gave me a plain plate of chips. I complained at check out and the hotel took the price of the meal off the bill. Excellent, I thought that was that. No such luck. A month later, the hotel billed my credit card for the meal. But they didn’t send an invoice. With no invoice, I couldn’t claim on my expenses and I wasn’t even sure this was for the meal - it could have been fraud. I repeatedly called and emailed the hotel but they ignored me. Reported to head office also, but they took six weeks to reply and still sent no invoice. Eventually got a local colleague to sort out the mess. I understand the hotel actually broke Brazilian law charging a credit card when the card holder was not present.

From our arrival to check out, everything was perfect, and I cannot give names because without exception all the staff were of a delicacy. The reception made our check in with a great deal of agility, clear in the guidelines and point in our needs. The cleaning was another differential, where we had our clean room every day. Breakfast with a variety of and all delicious, coffee staff always with a smile on my face and I realized they were slipping up to take care of everyone in the best possible way, even having seen a regrettable scene of a guest, The team was very professional, we had dinner for two nights and we were treated with the same sympathy that I think is a feature of Quality Curitiba. The messagers also deserve recognition, care well for our baggage, bring our car with a nice and every day always careful. I recommend you to stay at the Quality Hotel when you come to Curitiba, which will certainly show the reason for my praise. Congratulations to the team managers and thank you very much. We will vote! Brotherly dressing all.

This was truly an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Their breakfast is great with all sorts of treats, breads, fruits, fresh juices, among other delicious food. Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.
