I was a few times in this hotel, unfortunately this year it was my first stay due to the location. But this time I was very disappointed. It was not at the rooms (as always very clean and invited) nor at breakfast, no it was true the reception at the reception. Then, when I checked in, a staff member was overloaded and quite myrky and unfriendly. No good day or how your arrival was, just a "how your name is and sign the notice". Then there was the room key and you were put on your own. Oh, but it was still asked if you needed a W-lan code, That was then it was, but it was also. This behaviour I am not used to from this hotel and its staff and I am very disappointed to leave the next day. Maybe the management should be with this staff (the name is unfortunately not known to me , since I could not discover a nameschild) once again inner the communication with the guest. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my stay as always.

The Dormero in Hall is central, sprays the charm of past times (ex "Rotes Ross" with spectacular coral aquarium), has some quite spacious rooms, but offers enough reason to be cautious and precise wishes in bookings: A number of rooms have no (!) heating (mainly the corner rooms in the upper floors); air conditioning is rumbled and is too small (God's tank but adjustable); the reception is only occupied in the afternoon until about 22:00; the night access to the Hotel is controlled by a side door with code backup that is a little tricky (left against the door, door button once to the right, once to the left, etc.). The access to the parking house should be looked at google maps before: target address "On the Waitress 11"; the price for breakfast is disgustingly high. But positive I found: rooms, cabinets and showers beautifully large; The receptionist was very friendly and helpful; the morbid charm of the house lets look away from some negligences.

I found this hotel on the net and the reviews looked positive so I booked a one night stay. It was a bare 5 minutes walk from the main station and I needed this for an early train the following day. The hotel is apparently quite new and very clean and all facilities were really good and the only minus point would be that there are no tea / coffee facilities in the room. Very impressed overall though and the staff were friendly and breakfast was also typical in content but the food was fresh and well presented. Certainly recommended!

There are many hotels in Halle, but I decided to be convenient for shopping and eating because I don't use the station. No amenities. Only liquid soap. Only shower without bathtub. I think the room is the same size everywhere, but there was a desk with a good bed size in the single room and a big mirror. The room is satisfactory. There was no refrigerator or pot. The breakfast venue was on the 4th floor, and it was a minimum German breakfast such as ham, cheese, yogurt and bread, but it was delicious and very satisfying. There is no room key, and you enter the room every time you enter the assigned password. There is no fear of losing the card, but it may be troublesome to record or remember the password.
