My husband and I stayed in the Macia Condor for 3 nights on a group tour of Granada. It is fair to say that everyone was a bit disappointed in their rooms on arrival. Whilst the public areas have been upgraded the rooms are very tired and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room was a reasonable size with a frosted window overlooking a brick internal courtyard - so no sunshine or view although the upside was no road noise which was an issue for others. The room was clean and beds reasonably comfortable. There were a few issues with our room - the toilet was wedged into the corner of the bathroom which was awkward to use, the shower didn’t work properly with water not completely diverting to the shower and my bedside light didn’t switch off completely, glowing a little at night. My bed pointed straight at the door which felt a little strange and light came in all round the door frame. We were lucky to have three plugs, in one location, but no tea/coffee facilities. Aircon was fine if perhaps a bit noisy. Breakfast was decidedly average. Location was ok - few shops and restaurants around, lovely park a few doors along. Old town was about 20 minutes walk.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

This time I stayed in the hotel, which is convenient in a relatively downtown area, so it is convenient to go straight out to the main road. Before I went there, there was a small restaurant in the alley, and it was close to the Arab Market and the square. There is no need to worry about shopping and eating.

Is this hotel very convenient to be there? Haha! awesome! 1. The airport bus stops at the door and gets off the bus and enters the hotel! 2. The train station is behind the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to 3-4 hundred meters to drag the luggage. The hotel staff is very Nice. From here, there is a bus to the sights. You can also walk slowly and walk past if you Have physical strength! A lot of taxis are very convenient! There are supermarkets, restaurants around, and there are many people on the street at 8-9 o'clock in the evening, not very worried! Granada is an orange tree, so beautiful! From the hotel we took a taxi to the Alhambra, only 5 euros! Anyway, it's cheap! The hotel has a 3 person room, suitable for the whole family to travel! Share a photo of the hotel entrance!

We were two same-sex guests who had intentionally booked a double bed room. When we called by phone to notify us of our arrival time, the person who attended us asked us if the request for a double bed was correct, and then told us that at that time he would be eating... but that we should still call when we were at the door. , which would come to open us. When we got to the door we knocked... and the same person with whom we had spoken hours before told us (in a tone that showed annoyance): ”Mhmm... It's just that... now we're eating.” AND SILENCE. Despite the fact that we had already agreed on that arrival time, we asked him again if it was possible to check-in, and with little conviction he said yes, and that we should wait for him to come and attend to us. While we were checking in, he asked us again if the request for a double bed was correct, and we said yes again. After a few days of travel in another destination we had to stay there again, and when we called the day before to ask if we could check-in at a specific time... the same person told us (again, in a tone that showed annoyance): ”Well, that will depend on whether the room was used the night before”. AND SILENCE. Being asked if your request for a double bed is intentional and not a mistake is, without a doubt, an invasion of privacy and a questioning of it. Even if we were wrong... the correct way to handle it should have been to ignore the matter and expect ourselves as guests to ask for a change. If the guests had been a man and a woman, this assumption of error would not have taken place. On the other hand, making guests feel guilty for having arrived at lunchtime, or for wanting to know in advance if their room will be available at this or that time, is clearly anti-commercial. It is clear that we were staying in a pension and not in a five-star hotel, but kindness does not cost anything and it is always a better strategy than unpleasant treatment. Finally, to record that in one of the rooms the central heating did not work, and in the other it worked the first night but then not. Only room temperature air was coming out (like a fan) as if they didn't turn on the heat from the front desk during business hours this feature couldn't be used.

I have been traveling in hotels for 40 years, I attended all the hotel management schools and for 30 years I have been dealing with projects in the field of tourism. I have never experienced or seen a worse hotel in my life and every normal country and tourist inspection should close such hotels immediately. We paid the hotel for accommodation and stay in advance Our flight to Malaga was late and we politely contacted the hotels about the delay and indicated that we would arrive at night We got a phone call who will call us and open the hotel (in all announcements it is stated that the reception is open 24 hours a day and that it is physically open until 10 p.m.) No one answered at 1:30 a.m. We barely found accommodation in another hotel. The second morning when we arrived, the receptionist treated us like criminals It means thieves, robbers and people who have no place in tourism because they disgrace their country and their city and everything that has to do with tourism. We also experienced ethnic insults, insistence on communication only in Spanish, and an attempt to subvert an annex to the contract written in Spanish. We also reported everything to the police

My family of four staid at the GranVia two nights. The situation of the suite was excellent -- two bedrooms, so kids had their own space. Kitchen was set up with microwave, refrigerator, plates, etc. Breakfast was served to our room each morning, and they were amazing at accommodating the gluten free diet for our celiacs: cereal, muffins, bread, eggs, fruit. Room was very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. This was a good value, one of the least expensive of our trip. We had some issues with internet on the first day, but the staff helped us by providing another network to use.

You could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!

Stayed for 2 nights on a room only basis. Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Rooms have a good mini fridge, and there is a kitchen next to Reception with a kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Bus stop outside goes to the Alhambra for €1.40. Good selection of bars outside the hotel, and about a 10 minute stroll to the Cathedral, or Bib Rambla all on the flat. At the start of the narrow road to the hotel is a roundabout. Here is the Marquis’s sister hotel - great for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bread, coffee and a large bowl of fruit & yogurt will set you up for the day for under €10. Just around the corner you can catch the C32 bus to Albaicin for €1.40. Lovely views going up a very steep climb. Get out at St Nicolas Square at the top. There are a couple of cafés next to the square where you can enjoy a coffee or beer, with the most amazing views of the Alhambra, then catch the bus or walk downhill (about 20 mins) back into the centre. We were worried about driving and parking in Granada, so we parked up in a little town outside of Granada, called El Fargue (coming in from Murcia), and caught the N8 bus in. Cost €1.40, and travels down the only main road through every hour, just after the hour, to Jardines del Triunfo, which is the other end of the main Gran Via de Colon - a 15 min flat stroll from the hotel, or a 5 min taxi ride. N8 bus returns to El Fargue from the same place at half past the hour. Saved the stress and expense of driving and parking in the City. Very successful. We will certainly do it again, and we will also stay at the Marquis Urban again.

We stayed at the Hotel Universal as we wanted to visit the Alhambra Palace and Granada. The hotel is very centrally located. We were within walking distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. The reception is warm and engaging. We were given information about where to eat, where to walk for the best views of the city, what time to get to the Alhambra palace for. We had already purchased our tickets to the palace but the receptionist offered to print the email off for me so we had a paper ticket to take to the gate. That was going above and beyond- excellent customer service. The room itself was very large with a queen sized bed, wardrobes, writing desk, bedside tables, safe, trouser press, mini bar (it was empty but you could keep your own items in there if you wished) The ensuite bathroom was modern and pristine. The entire hotel was pristine. The 6th floor has a cafeteria where you can buy breakfast for a very reasonable rate. We had fresh coffee and the most amazing croissants. We paid so little for our room. I was very impressed and would have no problem in recommending the hotel to others.

The breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

This historical building is quite unique, even from the moment you enter the special entrance door. It’s a quaint hotel, and is very conveniently located (although the street was a little loud in the morning). We were only here for one night, but the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room had to have been one of the largest as it was huge! I think it may have been the Serena de Amarillos room. The bathroom was also enormous, although it did not have a shower, just a tub. Even though we didn’t use the toiletries provided as we had our own, Gar Arnat provided more than I’ve ever seen in a hotel before which is a nice touch. There was a refrigerator with included water which was great. There was also plenty of room to sit and have a glass of wine at night, and everything was very clean. We did have an issue with the air conditioner that night, and I talked to the gentleman at the desk. He came to look at it and just said it was because it was such a large room that it wasn’t keeping up. By the middle of the night however, it did get quite chilly. They even have a “wish tree” in the main lobby. They provide hanging tags you can write on and hang on the tree. I would recommend a stay here if you visit Granada.

Palacio de Mariana Pineda was an absolute dream place to stay in Granada during our honeymoon. We stayed in both the Junior Suite with Alhambra View and the City View Deluxe Double, either of which we’d recommend for stunning day and nighttime views of the Alhambra. The hotel is located right on Carrera del Darro. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of good places to get tapas, go see a flamenco show, and other places of interest in Granada. We highly recommend Palacio de Mariana Pineda for your stay in Granada.

We stayed in a 2nd floor “executive” room for 3-nights in late April at the Hotel Casa Morisca in Granada (€186). It was an atmospheric hotel with a central courtyard, the rooms entered off balconies and stairs around its perimeter (there was also a small elevator). It was nicely located on a side street just off the river, with a number of restaurants, bars, tourist shops and mini-grocery markets a few steps away. It was also convenient to the Alhambra and Albaicin's old town, although both were an invigorating 15-20 min climb up either side of the valley. Granada centro, with its cathedral and Arab baths, was a 15 min walk along the pedestrian-friendly riverfront street. Our east-facing room was a bit small, but reasonably lit by a window and a pair of doors opening onto a tiny balcony (we needed to remove the little metal chairs to actually stand on the balcony, and strain our necks for a glimpse of the E end of the Alhambra). The room was furnished with a king bed with side tables, a small table & chairs, a cabinet with mini-refrigerator and coffee fixings, small wall-mounted TV, and a closet with a safe. The bathroom was reasonable in size, with a single sink and bathtub/shower. Not much else to say about the hotel – it had a small courtyard with chairs at the back, and offered breakfast at €14 per person (we didn't try it). Overall, it was comfortable, conveniently located, but struck me as a bit overpriced for what was delivered.

Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra. Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station. Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel. The hotel is cost-effective. Go out and turn right onto the street, then turn right along the slope and go directly to A Gong Zhengyi Gate. To eat a lot, pick the restaurants where foreigners line up. The room has a kettle and tea. A little girl at the front desk served well, but the older sister was impatient. Basically seamless docking with the bus station. If the map guides you to a bar with the same name, it doesn't matter. Enter the bar and ask, the hotel can pass through the door.

The location of Room Mate Leo is practically unbeatable. Right in the center of town with major things easily accessible. But it was also a few streets down from major tourist attractions, so you won't get stuck in tourist traps. The distances between attractions and the hotel are easily walkable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. The rooms are very clean and nice. I loved that the whole thing is eco-friendly. The rooms were a little small, but still nice. We were traveling as a family so we needed connecting rooms. Unfortunately Room Mate Leo doesn't have them. But still, they will gave almost connecting rooms, except the main door did not lock. It was not such a big problem for us because our kids are a little bit older. Also the heater in the other room didn't work, so that was a big problem, because it was very hot when we traveled. To their credit, they offered to moved us to a different room, so they solved the problem. Overall, excellent!

We booked this Hostel through *********** as we had planned to travel from Seville to Granada to say for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not up to standards AT ALL. Pictures online were misleading and were off superior rooms of a higher price. Upon arrival we checked in and were unpleasantly surprised with our room. Our door was not even locked and was half open when we arrived. Opening the door caused insulation and saw dust to pour from the frame of the door and onto the floor. Inspecting the room; we found stains and dirt marks essentially all over the room on furniture and the walls alike. And then after five minutes of being in the room we had a random man enter our room without knocking giving both myself and my girlfriend a fright. After this event myself and my girlfriend decided we no longer felt comfortable or safe or that we could properly relax at this hostel / hotel. An overall incredibly disappointing experience, we checked out around 20 minutes after entering the room. The staff offered us an alternative room (no refund was offered or even available to us) however after so many low points after only being in this establishment for such little time we decided we would stay elsewhere and booked a hotel a few minutes walk from the hostel. Would not recommend. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointing

I stayed here in October 2022 for 1 week and I fell in love! The employees are all very nice and it's awesome that they offer you free breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety to choose from. The location is great- just opposite the Alhambra with amazing views all day and night long! Keep in mind that it's located in the Albaicin therefore a lot of walking is required, paths are uneven and steep. Good workout, though :-) The only downside is that the walls are very thin- this was not an issue except for one night when a very nosy couple checked in that was enjoying itself until 2 in the morning. Luckily, that was only one night out of 6, the others guests were much more quiet! I stayed at the room that has the bathroom outside the room- it didn't bother me but keep that in mind if you don't like that. Overall, I had a great time, good conversations with Flamenco Carlos ;-) and enjoyed the amazing views.

Hotel is in a super central location. You must go first to Isabella Square the Catholic place where the primary seat is located, right behind the statue, and from here they will send you with a magnetic key to your final seat, which is in the street behind the back. Just pass the key on the sensor and the door and this opens, the same with the door of the room. The palace is very nice and the apartment because this is great. Our one was in a chair on the third floor. It was composed of a large open space kitchen living room with kitchen floor, refrigerator, table laundry, two chairs, sofa, table and TV. The bathroom without window but large enough with bath and shower. P.S. in the shower is easily slide take care. Big separate bedroom with a huge and comfortable bed. And with air conditioning and TV there too. Internet connection was a little problem at the beginning because it was a slow crazy. Then we returned to the headquarters and they gave us another access code and it was flying. Cmq make yourself to the face and ask. They are gentle and available. They communicate through whatsapp. The cleaning is daily. The hotel is located in the centre and is quietly located on the Roman Bridge. Super recommended even if you may find the furniture a little old and miserable.

Good location, convenient to eat around, have Chinese food, walk to Agong more than 20 minutes, but climbing is very tired, although the hotel is Samsung, but the decoration style is very modern, five floors have five colors of style, we are the second floor, blue The color tone is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the breakfast tastes good and the coffee is especially difficult to drink. This is rarely the case in Europe.

The location is convenient, and there is a pharmacy next to it that is open until the evening, and it is also very convenient for temporary needs. There are also many restaurants nearby. Although the room is a bit smaller, the overall environment is tidy and comfortable. It’s not far from the bus stop and close to shopping.

We are a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 college-age kids). Location of hostel is great, in the heart of old city, in walking distance of all sites. BUT the room was disappointing. The photo used on booking sites is deceptive. Our room was very narrow, with only one small window which made it oppressive. WiFi was VERY weak, which was an issue when we needed to book tickets online for sites like the Alhambra. And when we complained about this, the staff at the reception not only did not apologize (or give any kind of discount for the serious inconvenience) but acted like we were lying about it -- which is the worst reaction possible. Also, if you have a car, be warned that the parking garage is EXTREMELY small and difficult to get in to -- and of course you have to pay extra.

I had booked the urban Grenada because the tram from the bus station stops right in front of the hôtel. Then it's a ten minutes walk to the historical Center. The location is perfect because you can go out at night and find your way back without any trouble. Checking in was Quick and I got room 217. The room is OK but walls require à coat of paint. The major drawback come from the information given the hotel says: fridge and coffee maker or kettle....there was a fridge but out of order. Only noticed the second day when my fresh milk turned sour....and no coffee facilities. I asked immediately if I could be provided with a kettle or coffee maker....the lady at the front said she would care for it....she didn't. I finally asked again and someone brought a kettle without mugs, spoons, coffee or tea...well, I was soooo fed up I gave up. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold dishes. Nothing to complain. Serrano jam, salichon, tomatoe spread, butter, bread, scrambled eggs, etc...cheese and jams plus yogurt. So, considering the price paid, the hotel is a good choice but it was low season. The room didn't have a view. As far as covid prevention is concerned, they deserve a 4,/5. Very good but some customers at breakfast didn't wear 😷 masks. I didn't take any indoor pics but they are accurate.

Mosaiko Homes Catedral turned out to be a great choice while staying in Granada. The hotel is large, very comfortable, has all the things you need and does not waste resources on non essentials. There is a separate living space, with a kitchen nook and a large bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove top with dishes and cutlery. It is in a very interesting part of the city, about a 30 min walk the Alhambra. Anna who met us when we arrived was most helpful and very pleasant. I would certainly stay here again if I were returning to Granada.

The location of the hotel is good, located in the city, not too far to the Alhambra Palace, the old building in Figure 4⃣️ is just a five-minute walk to the city, and it is also very close to the Granada Cathedral. The hotel business is good. The check-in time is 11 o'clock. The room was not cleaned. We checked in after we went to A Gong. The hotel was deposited at the front desk first. The room is very small, and there is not much room for three people. There are no quilts or blankets in the room at night, only thin sheets, the bedspread cover. The bathroom in the hotel has a lot of water, so the bath is very comfortable.

Hotel location is good, the side is the monastery, there is no parking space to stop the paid parking lot, 20 euros a day, we are four hours a day, receiving 28 euros. The room is OK, breakfast is average but no problem. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and the Cathedral, 9.5 Euros (10 minutes) to the Alhambra, and a 40-minute walk (the mountain road is not easy). It is said that you can take the bus.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.
