When I first entered the hotel, I regretted it because of the smell, but the staff helped me with my heavy suitcase, so it was a good start. It's on the 3rd floor, so the view isn't that great, but the laundry doesn't dry well. The sun shines brightly. After spending 3 days with the air conditioner on and the windows open, the smell got better. The staff at this hotel are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. After breakfast, I started to like the hotel… The location is close to On Nut Station and the price is cheap, so I like it. I think I might come again next time. However, the shower was broken, so I had to grab it to wash, and it's a shame there's no Netflix. From the beginning hotel room smell bad, but it gonna better after aircondition and open windows. And must to do in hotel is eat breakfast. I’m falling in love with this hotel after breakfast. So add breakfast if you can. Friendly staff and a large refrigerator with frozen was nice. Little disappointment med amenities, but can acceptable with price. I will visit this hotel again.

I really love this quite and friendly Hostel - it is a wonderful hidden Gem that is off the beaten path that makes you feel like you are staying in an authentic old Thai neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. You are greeted by their welcoming staff with a refreshing glass of Butterfly Pea Tea - it is an ancient Thai Herbal plant that is extremely thirst quenching, relaxing and healthy. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy with lots of natural light. They have several different dorm and private rooms that offers a refreshing feel of privacy - having blackout curtains in every Pod. Hides bathrooms are spacious, clean and modern with consistent flow of hot water. What I like best is you can sleep-in without worrying about missing out on the substantial free breakfast they offer - as they do not clear it away until their guests have had time to enjoy it at their leisure. I enjoy cooking my own meals as I travel through Asia and they are very excepting to guests using the kitchen to prepare their dinner while having the opportunity of socializing with the interesting and friendly guests that stay @ Hide from all over the world. The prices at Hide are as competitive and lower than any of the other Hostels in Bangkok Thailand. I highly recommend the 5 Star Hide Hostel Bangkok to everyone and I am so happy that I have had the opportunity to experience this little piece of Paradice in Thailand. It’s a good hostel for what you pay for. The staff was friendly. The social areas are a little off. Outside is quite nice to sit. The dormitory is oke, beds are fine also the curtains add to more privacy. They leave aircon on at all times. Bathrooms need to be refurbished, they look a little worn out. My main concern was the location. It’s a little far from any central area. But you can take the BTS. Which is also quite a walk away. Also, you cannot walk to sukhumvit. You probably can but it’s not going to be a nice road. There’s a shopping mall close by which adds to the value.

Booked for 6 nights in 2 bookings just to check out on the +ve review. Check in was smooth and fast and the most of the staff we met were warm and friendly. The room was clean and large. Air conditioning was excellent (2 units). Location is good. About 10 mins walk to On Nut BTS station and Lotus supermarket. Breakfast was very limited and no options. You either have fried eggs (sunny side up only) or scrambled eggs on alternate day. I preferred my eggs over easy and the yolk cooked hard but this is not an option as the staff explained. Decided cancelled 2nd bookings. Overall a pleasant stay except for the breakfast.

Stylish and modern hotel located just minutes away from BTS (On Nut station), making traveling to other places very convenient. The room was clean and well-designed; tremendously impressed with it! Daily breakfast at the restaurant also came with a wide variety of food to kick-start the day. Not to mention their gorgeous pool on the highest floor! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We only hoped they could be more prompt in sending the luggages to us in the room. It was, nevertheless, a fantastic stay and I'd definitely be back again :)

Great stay with awesome location for me. It’s my usual area in Bangkapi where I have always stayed. Lat Phrao 101 BTS station is 8 mins walking distance about but taxi and motorbike all there as well so for my travel and business events it’s perfect location This is the newer hotel with convenient shops like 7-11, lotus supermarket, and many restaurant options within the area. Free parking if you drive or get dropped off, the parking lot has plenty of space. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Excellent -Islamic- hotel at a 20 minutes distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and at 5 minutes walk from Hua Mak railway station. Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

What impressed me was that the stairs were steeper than normal, with the first step about 18cm. There are 711 and McDonald's nearby, making transportation and life convenient.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.

With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could enhance its appeal to guests seeking a more fulfilling stay.
