The room is small but fully equipped. You do not need to pay the deposit, you can go directly to the service desk when you check out. When you go out on weekdays, you need to hand over the keys to the service desk. Someone will clean the room in the past. The service staff would say something simple in Chinese. There was a girl who was Chinese and stayed for four nights. One day she was on duty. The traffic is very convenient. The south exit of the subway Ruijiang Station is just a minute away. Take the subway to the Yizhijiang station and take the bus at the exit. Take the bus 07 and get off at the Disney gate. It takes 40 minutes. You can take the subway to Shinjuku without changing the line, about 35 minutes. It is about half an hour to Akihabara, Ginza, and Tsukiji market. Eating is also very convenient. The second and third pictures below are the ramen noodle restaurant on the left hand side of the hotel. At the time of eating, the service staff was a Dalian person. We used to eat at about 12 o'clock in the morning and still open for business. There is a 24-hour restaurant on the left hand side of the hotel. There is a breakfast, lunch and dinner. The order is directly available in the self-service kiosk. The price is economical in Japan and there are many appearances. Figure 1 is the game room opposite the hotel, a variety of game consoles, anyway, my husband did not play. There are several restaurants in the north exit of Ruijiang Station. There is a Yoshinoya on the opposite side. The most important thing is that there is a large supermarket. It is almost 5 floors. It is open until 12 o'clock in the evening. It has everything inside. It is super convenient. If you go out, you forget. What, you can buy it directly.

I love this hotel for its proximity to Funabori Station, Huge Daiei supermarket, 100 yen shop, Kokumin Pharmacy, eateries like sushi take-away, Mister Donut, ramen shop, etc. They have a free drink at certain timing & you can choose what you want, including beer. I per pax. Ladies take note! They have free amenities such as make up cleanser, toner & emulsion. And it is branded stuff - Shiseido! Not only do they have slippers in the room, they have a different kind of slippers at the amenities area just outside the lift on the the first floor. At this area, you have humidifier (wow!), pillow, bath sponge, etc. They also have a washing machine cum dryer room. Do take note that the dryer was not working well when I went, as in, my clothes were still wet! So my husband put in some more coins but all our clothes were still wet. Grrr... Upon reflection, we should have asked for a refund. In the end, we had to hang our clothes in our room to dry. But as it was a very small room, we had to be ingenious in looking for places to hang them. Before we left our room the next morning, we made sure to remove all our clothes from unusual hanging places because we do not want our cleaner to get a rude shock. Even though this place is super convenient & had all the amenities we need, we cannot say for sure if we will come back to this hotel & stay in future as the room is terribly small. There were 3 of us staying including my 5 yo daughter, so it was very cramped.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We had a wonderful time in Japan. We will probably visit again but until then we say... Domo Arigatou &... Sayonara! Malay Adhikari (Melbourne, Australia)

We reached Pearl Hotel Kasai using Airport Limousine Bus (Keisei Bus) from Narita Airport T2. Just buy ticket at the counter arrival area. I checked the  bus timing before hand in their website so it went smoothly. We arrived in the hotel at 2:00PM almost 1.5hrs travel from airport. Check in time is 3:00PM and fortunately given our room key as soon as we arrived though 1hr early. I was glad that our room was big with 4 beds and a closet though I booked only standard twin room. No complimentary bottled water but they offer it for free if you will not ask for housekeeping everyday. We availed the offer but on the 3rd day we ask for cleaning the room. We stayed for 7 nights. With free shuttle going to Disney and need to booked/reserved but NO pick up from DLR to hotel but they provided print out instructions on how to get to DLR and bus stations going back and forth to the hotel which was a big help since there was japanese writings on it just show the paper when asking. No bell service. You bring your own luggage to your room and when checking out. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs even on booking queries thru Agoda you can inquire to them directly such as request for a non smoking room and the likes.. Breakfast included was a big factor before going out. A suffice buffet menu. Their fried chicken in small size was our favorite. Overall this hotel is recommended for budget traveller going to DLR for 2 days or more and for those who go out most of their stays since the location can be easily access by train and bus to any point of Tokyo tourist spots.

The breakfast is very good, the triple room is very spacious and the location is good and convenient. The hotel will take a three-minute left turn to the Gexi subway station, via the Kasai bus stop. The bus stop is divided into two areas. On both sides of the road, you can take the ring 7 or the ring 8 to Disneyland and Disney Sea. There are also 9 lines (9 in the morning). After the point), get on the bus and tell the driver which station you are getting off. The driver will let you swipe or coin (310 yen, half price for children above primary school students), free of charge when you are 6 years old but not attending school. The hotel can see 711 when you go out (the daily necessities are over 5000 don't forget to be tax-free). There are Rosen for two or three minutes on the right side of the hotel. There is no tax exemption. Breakfast is almost the same every day, and the slices of bread are delicious, especially matcha and chocolate, which are different every day. Only this hotel has disposable slippers throughout the trip! The toothbrush is also easy to use!

This hotel is completely self-service. The waiter who left the front desk is two dinosaurs. We stayed at the door of the middle of the night and saw two dinosaurs in the counter. After pressing the doorbell, a warm Japanese uncle said that the Japanese and Japanese tastes are in English. Very good, but you don't have to worry about the front desk self-service with Simplified Chinese scanning passport, because we booked for the night, so wait for a while, the uncle will run out for a while, let us not worry, wait for the excellent customer in Ctrip customer service. Successful communication under English communication. The indoor room is small. The three-person box that we both booked is placed on the third bed. The floor is only enough for us to get back and forth. The room is clean and well equipped. In Tokyo, except for you, you have a lot of money. The rest of the hotel has a small room, clean and no other fantasies. Another thing is that if you have money and don't care about money, you can take a taxi. The taxi in Tokyo is a money-burning machine. The hotel is too lazy to punctuate the 5678 minutes from the subway.

I thought it was close to the station, but it was a little far away if I was told it was close. I stay at various business hotels, but it is an ordinary business hotel. There is no problem.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From it's central location (right across the street from the Shinagawa train station) and close proximity to many restaurants and shops, this will be our go-to hotel in Tokyo. Perfect for first time visitors and frequent visitors to Tokyo because of its location, amenities, and service. Close to public transit was a must when evaluating a hotel to stay anywhere, especially Tokyo because I didn't want to carry/drag luggage far. This hotel meets that as the hotel is located directly across the street from the Shinagawa train station. Also, the airport limousine bus stops at the Shinagawa prince hotel. Location to transit made this one of the top reasons why we loved this hotel. There are a few towers on property so the room you book determines which tower lobby you check-in too. There are plenty of signs in english to direct you to the appropriate check-in lobby and the staff are more than willing to help as well. Checking in was smooth and quick as our room was ready (we checked in around 7pm), clean, and spacious. Like I mentioned, there are lots of room types available you just have to find one that works for you. In this instance, a corner room King offered plenty of room and a rather large bathroom for Japanese standards. We actually ended up with a killer view of the Shinagawa train station. Spacious and clean rooms was another reason why we loved this hotel. In addition to the hotel being close in proximity to a central train station (both JR and local routes here), there are numerous shops and restaurants within the hotel property, adjoining the hotel property, and within walking distance to the hotel. A 7-Eleven, McDonalds, and food court are a few of the options on property with endless options for eating and shopping within walking distance to the property. Close proximity to restaurants and shops is also one of the top reasons why we loved this hotel. Above all else, what makes this property stand out is the level of service from staff and the cleanliness of the entire property, inside and out. Ever single staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and respectful. Everything from the lobby, guest rooms, hallways and public areas were clean, really clean, something we loved. Again, I cannot recommend the Shinagawa Prince Hotel enough and we can't wait to come back.

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

Good location. Close to Shinjuku station and Toyota Car Rental. Can take the Airport Limousine Bus to and from Narita or Haneda Airport around the corner at the Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku Hotel. A few nice diners and chemists in proximity. Very popular place and a little bit worn out. Small rooms small beds. The twin bed rooms have only twin single 3-1/2 feet bed. Its not even semi-double. Can't share bed with a young children at all.
