We booked this hotel for a tournament down the road at round rock sports center. This place is like 2 miles south of the sports center and it worked out great. No traffic on the back road to and from the hotel. Lots of great places to eat nearby made it very convenient. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend to others.

My husband and I were visiting his buddy who lives in Round Rock after looking at numerous hotels around the area and reading their reviews I'm so happy we chose to stay here. Clean rooms with a full size (yes you read it right full size kitchen which provided utensils, glassware including wine glasses, coffee, silverware and dishes) beds were super comfortable, bathrooms clean and if you forgot your shampoo, conditioner or body wash it's provided full size no trial size here. I guess it's true everything is bigger in Texas. They serve breakfast in morning which has eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt bar, Belgian waffles you can make, bagels, mini muffins, tea and of course Coffee!! Which they have everyday and every night. A pantry which has snacks, frozen meals and plenty of drinks. During our stay the pantry could have used some restocking. But that's ok. They have an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. Friendly staff Phyllis was outstanding. Always smiling and made you feel very welcomed. Staybridge is truly a "luxury" hotel at an affordable price. Location is right off I-35 close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going back on our next visit to Texas.

This hotel was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. I loved the rocking chairs out front. I will use this hotel in the future for my Texas trips. The staff was friendly and helpful. I believe the location was close to downtown Austin, I'm not 100% sure since I am from Ohio. I know the traffic was something I will never forget. You really can't get somewhere in 15 minutes!!

Our air conditioner went out, and we stayed here while it was getting fixed. Our two day stay turned into 6 days, which was frustrating, but we couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and Darienne was especially wonderful! She helped with all of our requests and questions with a smile on her face! She made the stay so pleasant by herself, but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was clear and refreshing as well. I will look for a Best Western whenever I need a hotel, and will especially choose the Round Rock location if possible. 10 out of 10 stars and two thumbs up!

Pros *The Staff are great. All of them. The General Manager (Danielle?), the Clerk at the desk. *Clean Rooms *On-site Laundry Facilities *TV with lots of channels Cons *Advertised suites have kitchens, but the hotel withholds pots, pans, utensils, and anything you might need to actually use the kitchen unless you pay an extra fee; rather disingenuous and underhanded (we just bought pans, etc from a thrift store) *Bring your own laundry soap, and be prepared to pay to use the washer/dryer (debit card), and to wash your own towels and bed sheets, etc *The floor was clean, but could use a shampoo. It made our feet a little brown. *There was one bar of soap in the room, and that's it. No soap for showering, the other sink, or for dishes. Take-away: This is more of a furnished apartment than a hotel with amenities. It's nice for what it is. You'll have clean bed sheets and towels like a hotel, plus a functional kitchen, but there will not be much else. Also, you can hear the highway in some rooms. We were not bothered by this, it wasn't loud, but it is close. Nice if you have to travel.

I had booked this hotel online looking for something affordable to visit my daughter and family for a week. And I was pleasantly pleased to find that the hotel was personable and made me feel welcome through and through. I was upgraded to a lower level suite upon seeing that I had walked with a cane. The people in reception / concierge were very friendly and will help in anyway you need. The room was very clean and modern and Housekeeping staff were generous in their supplies as well as keeping clean towels in the room daily. The outdoor pool looked very inviting, but weather was too cool for it's use. Many families were there at the same time. The free daily breakfast (hot and cold) was well stocked and constantly refreshed and cleaned. I would definitely stay there next time I go visit.

I always stay LaQuinta on business trips because they’re usually on the pet friendly-ish side. This location rocked it! Yes, this building is 35 years old (one of the employees even knew that) and they’re on the waiting list for renovations. For the price, it’s great for business or traveling through as long as you’re not super high maintenance like some reviews that I’ve read. The price is great. That being said, NOTHING can replace the friendliness and attentiveness from the staff! Three different members greeted me and my dog (she’s kind of extra) and they played with her, asked her name and other little things you never get from hotel staff! Was actually disappointed that I would be leaving this location to travel to another in a different city.

Overall this is a good hotel, and is a good Hampton Inn experience. The shining star of the experience is the friendly and professional staff. The fitness center is excellent for a hotel in the mid-price category. Lobby area is nice. Everything is exceptionally clean. Downside is that the rooms are just average, and have poor lighting. But it's quiet, and I slept well. Also, they have a partnership with St. Jude, so you can optionally donate part of your room fee to a very worthwhile cause. Great idea!

Found out, that yes, the fire alarm will wake up! Never did find out why it went it off. Also, when I went up to my room for the first time there was a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door. I was a little hesitant to open it. I thought I would have more of a "couch" in my room, but it's really just a padded bench. Not my favorite for a week long business stay. Otherwise all was good. Hotel was pretty empty due to covid.

We travel to Round Rock , Texas at least every other month and try to stay in this hotel . The hotel is new, easy to park and access thru 35 north and 45 tool rd. The lobby , front desk , dinning room is immaculate. There is always a bowl of fruit and flavored water for the guest. We can not talk enough about the great hospitality we received from the front desk agent " Joey" and the buffet attendant. Room was great and cool. Beefing was clean and plenty. Shower great with plenty of shampoo and liquid soap, The manager walks around to inspect all area and greets the associates . Price fir the accommodation was great. The variety of food very good. ( i don't like The precooked eggs ). But the waffle station, cut fruits, assorted breads, drinks, hot oatmeal, cereals, and an assortment of condiments were plenty. I recommend this hotel strongly.

It feels like a relaxing getaway the few times that I have visited, even if it is for business purposes. We just love Pam at the front desk. She is the kindest woman and I feel like I have always known her! I love the simplistic, modern room decor and will incorporate some of the ideas for our new house. The staff is great. Liz, who is there in the evenings and Katrina, whom I met while staying at the Aloft next door are both wonderful. On my most recent stay in March, I received some bonus points. Thanks Pam for your warm welcome each time!
