|10.23km from city centerI booked for a night stay at Lemon Tree. The location of the property is a bit remote - on the outskirts of Coimbatore. Hardly any petty shops nearby. You will have to take a long walk or drive by car to nearest medicals or other shops. The check-in was smooth. Receptionist service was good and welcoming. Probably in about 5 minutes I was into my room. The room was large, spacious, clean and tidy. There was a work desk and a couch yet the room did not feel cramped for space. The amenities were the regulars - coffee, tea and water bottles. The bed, however, was too stiff to my comfort. Surprisingly the room had a ceiling fan. The restroom was clean. The amenities were provided. Buffett spread was good and tasted well. My needs were catered to with regard. So appreciate it. The property had ample car park space to go with rooms for chauffeurs. Overall, a great and pleasant stay.

We as couple, stayed for four nights at this property, which was booked directly through Treebo during August 2022. The room allotted was not so spacios but neat, clean and comfortable. The service Staff is courteous. Free Breakfast buffet spread was hygienic, tasty, mainly south Indian type with changed menu everyday, served between 8 AM to 10 AM at its own restaurant. I stayed here on 23/06 till 24/06 evening.. On the Morning of 24/06 i was asking for a cup of coffee at 0600 hours . Pat ca,me the reply from In Room dining ” Milk not available ..Make your Tea at your Room ” When i told even Tea Bags and water was not availble in Room Hotel was prompt in sending 2 Tea bags and Water ! Some of our family guests who stayed in the same Hotel had ro wait till 0830 for coffee and Milk.We went out ad returned to Room @ 1600 hours to find a messy room with even dust bin not cleaned and towels not changed . A stinking smell with torn curtain . Even when i checked in i noticed dust on the Table and bathroom . Housekeeping is very poor . Infact wnen i was cheking in i used the Rest Room on the Lobby side and was surprised to come across a stinking urinal and toilet . I pointed out this to the Gentyle*** at Reception counter. to make amends . Overall this Place is not good for hygenic stay and for those who prefer prompt and courteous Service . Better to avoid this place .

All the staff from the security to the room cleaning staff are very happy always ensuring you are getting the best service and always willing to help. The rooms are very nice a good size bed nice bathroom and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is very nice with a good selection to choose from and eggs to order direct from the kitchen. We also had lunch and dinner on occasion and all was very nicely prepared and served. Overall a great stay and we can highly recommend it. We look forward to our stay on 1. Feb

|1.21km from city center1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing

We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel. The bathroom facilities were well-equipped, the wifi was good, and there was a kettle. Hair dryers can also be borrowed .. Our preference was to stay at a place from where it is easier to visit Isha Foundation and get back, and also were looking for a place closer to Bangalore highway. This hotel RS Puram turned out to be a very good choice. The staff helped us to find a good cab for our commute between hotel and the Isha foundation. The in-house vegetarian restaurant had some awesome food. Parking in ba*****t was convenient and safe. We left all our luggage except essential stuff in the car as our stay was only for a day. The security guard assured us complete safety. In short, an awesome place to stay

On both occasions, the stay was very pleasant, comfortable and memorable. The rooms are well designed with modern fittings. The complimentary buffet breakfast has a reasonably good spread, and the food is tasty. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is a big plus point.The staff of the hotel are very courteous and professional, and they have been putting in their best efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. My thanks to Ms.Akila for helping with the cab booking for my travel within Coimbatore. She was very patient while handling last minute changes, and she ensured that the cabs arrived on time. Her dedication is very much appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Aravind, Mr.***ikandan and Ms.Akila for helping me with the booking process. In spite of requesting a room at short notice, they were able to cater to my personal preferences. And my thanks to the all the other staff members whose names I cannot recollect but whose contribution was equally important in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The building houses two restaurants - Annapoorna and Kove. While Annapoorna is a famous vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore which serves south and north Indian food, Kove offers multi-cuisine vegetarian fine dining options. Overall IKON is a great place to stay for family as well as business travellers, I would who***eartedly recommend this hotel to others.
